Kenny was a pleasure to work with! I was nerves at first that he wouldn't take the job because it was a lot of little things that needed work but he did them all and the price was very reasonable! He was very knowledgeable and I will def call him again!

We had a toilet and drain backup; Angelo responded nearly immediately to our Yelp message and gave some great interim advice but ultimately needed to come out and check the lines and clear the block. He ROTO-Ed the line and found roots (photo attached if you're not squeamish). Cleared them out, helped us learn more about our plumbing system and where things were (new house to us) and got us back up and running.

The lead shift personnel moves could use the help form to a little low lady regarding a headlight. Her car was towed to Econo Auto painting on OBT. They apparently were not capable of hooking the wires to bulb --Anyway your personnel were most gracious and helping helping send her in the right direction

Josephines was awesome! Very friendly and honest. Was $300 cheaper installing a hot water tank than a big group from Orlando and got the job done much quicker! Always gets right back to you if you contact her. Would highly recommend.

This company did a septic inspection and after telling us our septic system was fine, they then told our realtor that we needed a new drain field.  Then later the same day Drainage Solutions shows up with  equipment to dig up our yard, when we said no, they changed their story (again) and told us they needed to dig up our septic pump instead.  We said no and had a different septic company come out and inspect our system.  The new company certified that the septic system is in good working order, the pump is working as it should and our drain field is working properly.

Crooks and expensive!!! call an honest independent contractor and you will be saving a lot but a lot of money, do not get caught by these liars and crooks the will empty your savings and bank account, they over charge for a simple fix.

WARNING: Do not use Tropical Plumbing!!! We made the mistake of hiring this Christian company to plumb our new build and it has been nothing but a nightmare. This nightmare began 5 years ago and we are still living with it. The list is so long, I gave them a 14 page report with pictures and they refused to finish the job. We have loose pipes and a septic system that is over the property line of our neighbor. We have been more than patient in trying to resolve issues with these people and the owner continues to point the finger at everyone else claiming it's not his fault. Hire anyone else but Tropical.

We had a leak under the slab of our home.  We could not find it. We called  Ace solves it All. The rep came in with a pre-printed estimate.  He listened to the walls and said that they would do a leak detection for $6,862.75 for repair or $10,013.73 to replace some piping.
        Answering my questions,  he stated that it would probably take all day, they would have to cut a hole in the floor 3 ft by 3 ft, chop through 12 inches of concrete and then repair the line. They would do no patching of wall or floor damage and would to nothing else.  He said there was no guarantee that they would find the leak, but if not they didn't he would not charge for cutting the hole in my floor.
        I called another company. Very professional man came and within the hour had found the leak to within 3 inches horizontally.  He cut through the floor a 12 inch square, 6 inches of concrete, and clamped it until the plumber could finish TOTAL $450. (2 Hours) Plumber finished repair, replaced everything, cleaned up for $395. (1.5 Hours)
        Ace Solves it All is a scam.  They prey on unsuspecting customers and use scare tactics to overprice the work. They push financing and fear of future problems.
