Imagine flooding your entire house by accident at 3 in the morning. Well it was my absolute worst nightmare come true and Jason dropped everything to her there as soon as he could to put an end to it. Very great service, he worked fast, and he gave me all the information I needed in regards to getting everything fixed with my insurance. I am currently undergoing renovations, but Jason did great work and I am so grateful that Yelp lead me to Kingdom Based Plumbing!

We needed a plumbing service to open up a clogged sink that resisted all of my efforts to open. I called them the Sunday night during a 3 day Federal Holiday. They called back 8am Monday morning and made an appointment to come out that afternoon.  Their two man service crew called ahead to confirm and get directions and arrived on time.  Though the service truck was beat up their equipment was well cared for.  They had to try several tricks but they got the sink working. It wasn't cheap but it was excellent service.

The best and most honest guy in town.  Had an issue with my hot water heater and Dan showed up 20 minutes after I called and had us back with hot water in no time.

Awesome, I cant believe my eyes, and my budget. A-Pro Plumbing was able to work with me and my budget, especially in these times, and still give me athe kitchen of my dreams. I had a great team and no problems considering i had the same plumbing tech all thru the process of design and he even helped me find the most cost effective fixtures and lighting for my budget... I couldnt have asked for better service or friendlier folks than the guys at A-Pro. They really are professionals. This place rocks.   They charge by the job, not by the hour with hidden charges for everything.

It took the plumber 2 days to fix my backed up sink, but he did it far cheaper than any other plumbing company in Jacksonville.

They we gracious, and polite even when working on the roof, it had to be well over 100 degrees up there.   Nothing but professionalism,  give them a call next time you have plumbing needs.

I sold my home last week and this closing company did not give me an accurate settlement statement as far as the fixed costs (obviously some costs are variable). Not only did they leave out an $85 charge on the quote, but they actually had it listed twice and were charging me twice for it on closing documents. Had to wait for them to fix the paperwork. Disappointing and unprofessional. Kaitlyn Camp was my initial contact.

Showed up 2 hours late. Eric tech stayed for 3 hours and did Nothing! Then owner came out to give me estimate on job! But couldn't do it for a month. The work was to be done the day so had to put everyone else on hold,,, they did get me their invoice for nothing in 2 days!!

Installed a $4000 well, pump and tank in August 2018.  (Did a lot of damage in my yard.)  Pump failed March 2019.  $155 for service call of less than hour.  Said a bug had crawled into the top of the tank and burned out the mechanism!???  Part had 1-year warranty, but only 90 days on the labor.  Any company that would install a pump that can be damaged by a bug in Florida is guaranteeing themselves a lot of expensive service calls.  O. E. Smith used to be the one to call.  That no longer is the case.  I learned it too late.

I took the day off work for an appt I arranged 3 weeks prior only to have them o-show.  Told me I cancelled the appt.  to be fair, I used them years ago for my water heater and they were very fair then but won't use again if they can't be depended on.

I have used able plumbing for 15-20 years but after the experience I had today I am done with them. I called in for a service call to fix a leak from my dishwasher. I told the lady on the phone that it was the same problem they came out last time, 3-4 times, and I paid each time to supposedly fix the issue. At that point she proceeded to basically telling me  I was lying because we don't work that way. I assured her I distinctly remember paying them For each time they came out. Again she got all pissy and said she didn't believe me so I politely told her to f***
Off and called another company. I've spent thousands of dollars with them over
The years but they will never get my business again. Stay away from this company.
