We had an ice maker leak from a broken pipe on a Saturday. They answered right away and came very quickly. They worked quickly to solve our problem I can't thank them enough ! Will definitely call them again

I bought a home and the plumbing was in a real bad way. Pipes were bursting. The previous owner had obviously DIY'd the plumbing.
Well Kevin came out and redid all the plumbing in my home on a moment's notice--over a weekend no less! His price was very fair and the quality high. From experience I can say his work is far better than the work of the local big plumbing companies--the big guys just ain't got no quality control.
Anyway, I'm sticking with this company from now on. I can now sleep tight knowing I got good pipes!

Stayed longer than usual, installed a American Standard toilet that came with the parts needed to install. This company charged for parts anyway. Charged me for longer time and for parts. Over a period of a week talking with the company. That was a waste of!

Did the job quick, got it done without issues... however, his labor charges were a bit excessive. Quote did not reveal high labor charges. That said, he did fix it and when it leaked after he installed the new parts, he promptly returned to remedy his work.

I have to put a star because it won't let me leave none. I have never personally used this company and I PLAN NEVER TO! I called the 24 hour emergency number requesting help for a pipe that is pouring water out of (and has their card tied to it for emergency reasons) and was questioned why and how I got their number. I gave the exact location, situation and, most importantly, it supplies a daycare center. I was told that sorry, we are a private company and we can't help. Try JEA to shut the water off. His response was lazy, immature and, honestly, is a great example for the continued decline and loss in hope we have for humanity. Thank you for staying in bed for 3 important reasons:
1. This allows potential customers to realize you may complete a job but you don't stand behind it, although your card and company website implies differently.
2.This pipe and water supply, most likely, is what the daycare and surrounding businesses use to operate. Calling JEA to shut off the water instead of fixing the problem impacts every parent who now doesn't have daycare and those businesses, many barely staying afloat, probably can't afford to close due to no water.
3. In case you haven't been informed, I'm going to let you in on a secret... we are in the middle of a pandemic! Many people, including our community, are unable to pay for food, medications, RENT, and yes (I'm hoping you guessed) WATER. Water you are deciding is the problem not the pipe and/or other pieces that have your company's card hanging from it.
FYI if you aren't standing behind your services then do yourselves a favor; remove the date of last inspection because that's embarrassing lasting only a month.

Not the same company since Kevin (who was professional, courteous and knew what he was doing) is gone now. Quick response but awful - really awful experience this time. Both who came didn't seem to have a clue. After a few hours, a flood and damage, they finally resolved the issue but made a total mess - and I mean real mess and didn't clean up. They couldn't even reinstall our brand new $ 500 toilet correctly so it didn't move or wobble back and forth. Did not want them returning to fix what they had done so had to pay another plumber to have it replaced correctly. We learned while it was being redone the idiot didn't remove all of the grout and caulk previously used so it would sit stable and only used caulk, not grout. Run don't walk away from them. Never again.

DON'T USE THEM!!!!
They Installed my brand new unit in September 2020, the unit has stopped working. I have called this business and have got no help with getting my unit repaired or replaced. It's been three weeks now since my initial phone call for repair and now I'm being told they don'y have anyone. It has not been a year since the unit was installed and they don't stand behind their work. They are just eager to take your money and do nothing else. as I quote the owner tell the installer You need to hurry up with that because I need you on an install They make their money of installing not coming out to repair what they installed. We don't matter once they got our install money!! I will also be reporting this to the BBB as well. This is horrible service, customer service and customer satisfaction. To not at least respond to the customer is even worse you act like we are bothering you, but we weren't a bother when you were selling the product and taking our money! Yes we can all post pictures on how nice the install was, you just wait until yours break down, let's see how nice you are about your install then.

Do not have this company pump out your septic system. They left a considerable amount of solid waste in the septic tank, even after I told him he left too much in the tank.
Also, they have you sign a contract that contains 3 full pages of conditions. I consider that to be a bit over the top when they are just pumping out a septic tank.
