We contacted DuckDuck late on a friday afternoon with questions about a septic tank inspection that was supposed to have been completed by another company. The other company had been selected by some potential home buyers for a house we were selling. The other company did not even complete a report but indicated we had to completely remove a brand new wooden deck in order for them to do the report.  Duck duck was able to schedule an in person visit from their technician the day after we called them  ( came on a saturday ) and was able to completely access and pump out the septic tank without harming any part of the new deck. The technician , Troy, not only was able to pump the tank and issue their inspection, but more than anything he took a great amount of time explaining what he was doing and why so we were better informed as consumers. Their service was terrific and their pricing was totally in line with other companies that couldnt even be bothered to discuss our situation. I had a leak in my bathroom and found this company in Yelp. Jerry is awesome, straight to the point and knows what he's doing. he already knew the problem just by looking at the pipe. he fixed it fast and was super nice to talk to while he worked. he explained the costs and is very reasonable. highly recommended!

We had a flood in house the evening of 11/23/20 from a water filter part (kitchen) coming apart & were here the very next day! They put in a stainless steel part instead so as to prevent another mishap! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST for regular plumbing / clogging probs or emergencies!

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

Great service; technician was experienced and professional.  (I did have to wait an extra day for service, but I am sure if I had a plumbing emergency, they would've made it a priority.  They handled the delay as best they could--very professional!)

Bruce the tech who came out to my house was wonderful. He was very polite and patient with my grandmother. He explained what he was doing. He took his time doing his work. I would request Bruce again if i have any more problems. (our true problem  was with comcast. they drilled thru the drainage pipe to the street and was causing the backup into the house. would not have know that if not for Bruce.) Great job and truly happy person here.

After getting an overpriced quote for a hot water heater installation from another contractor, I reached out to Rolland Reash Plumbing for a quote. I received a really reasonable quote and an appointment for the very next day. Justin showed up on time and was very professional. The water heater was expertly installed in short order. A few days later I had a dishwasher delivered and the delivery company refused to install the dishwasher. I called Rolland Reash Plumbing and they were again able to get me in the very next morning (and I called very late in the afternoon). Claudio showed up on time and was also very professional. He made quick work of installing the dishwasher and replacing nearby plumbing needed for the install. He even adjusted my hot water heater for me once he finished. I hadn't requested an estimate prior to the second appointment and was pleasantly surprised when the total came in at about $50 less than I had expected. I will definitely call them for all of my future plumbing needs!

I picked David Gray for my small electrical issue based on past Yelp reviews and boy was everyone right giving them 5 stars!  The technicians Marty Dees and Daniel were amazing!  They fixed my problem quickly but efficiently and were soooo nice and accommodating.  I highly highly recommend them!

Called them on a Sunday and they were here in an hour. No extra charges for it being on a Sunday/weekend (which a lot of companies do). Stuart worked quickly and efficiently! Quoted us cheaper than other companies.

I waited the whole day for him , Everytime he said I just finished and starting soon,  very unprofessional and rude.  I decided not to hire him. I wish he was honest and scheduled me at a later date and time.

When you have a real plumbing emergency and anyone shows up they get 5 stars. The stars mean more when it isn't such an urgent catastrophe.

The disposal was nearing certain doom. When it did kick the bucket, I called LM Plumbing and they were professional on the phone, prompt, courteous and priced as quoted.

Definitely will be using them again!

I have two bathrooms in my home and both shower stems were leaking I called made an appointment and was called The Day of the appointment by Bryan who was here very fast after he called, he is very courteous and professional fix my problem and the rate was very reasonable I highly recommend these people. They are also used by my son and his neighbor in Orange Park.

Had service through 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty. The job was accepted on Monday and Jose, technician, was there by Wednesday.  He snaked the drain and everything is running smoothly again. Thanks!

Called David Gray Plumbing for a snaked clean out on my kitchen drain.  Have this done once a year.  When they have come out in the past, it cost me about $140.  
They have changed their pricing policy.  They wanted to make it fair for everyone, so they have a flat rate for services now.  Explained (after they arrived) that some people's jobs were taking so long to do that it was just too expensive for them.  So now the little guys get to pick up some of the cost!  Worst part was that they didn't tell us that on the phone.  We paid the $49.00 service call and sent them on their way.  Advantage plumbing in Atlantic Beach (been around for 40 years), came the next day and did the work for $75. Took them 20 minutes.
Stay away from David Gray Plumbing. They have changed their ways.  When I called to speak to them (twice they wouldn't return my call), I was told that was their policy now, was referred to a supervisor.  He never returned my call either.  Worst customer service ever.  Didn't even want a refund on the service call, just wanted an explanation and an apology for their poor customer service!  Stay away from David Gray.  Still waiting for a phone call, If I get one, I will adjust this review and let you know what happened.
