I have a rental property in Jacksonville and was told by my property manager that even though the septic had just been pumped, it was full again and the septic company they hired to come out said I needed an entire new system. I called DDRSS for a second opinion and Jason (the owner) quickly found it was a blockage in the drain under the house and just needed to be snaked. They sent out a plumber the next day to clear the drain. They saved me thousands and I'm thankful they had my back from me being out on the west coast.

They came out and really looked at what was going on with my shower head dripping and took care of the problem. Plus, they cleaned the shower area where their boots were. Would highly recommend and plan to use in the future when I need them again!

Great response time replacing a hot water heater. The other company I contacted never even returned the call! Nice to have local businesses you can rely on.

Very Quick response on a Saturday!!
The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone, this morning at a local hardware store. He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project. If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

You ever get tired of calling for someone to fix any plumbing problems and first thing they tell you is how much you will be charged just for them showing up!? Well, if this is not news to you it is definitely to me. Going through the phonebook one stormy day coz my toilet tank is draining water Everytime I flushed. Called about 4 plumbing services and all will charged u even before they get to your house. Roto rooter on the other hand cannot tell me how much I will be charged. I argued for a minute with their operator. The only thing she said to me was I am only going to get charged if the quote they will give me as soon as they have seen the problem and given me the estimate is the amount of the work that is going to get done, with my agreement. If no work was done and I don't like the price they quote I pay nothing! There you go! From then on, I became their loyal customer. They're the only plumber I'm calling. Thanks roto rooter!!

I had Fenwick come over to check out what I already knew was a dead water heater that needed replacement. Craig, the technician, was fast, courteous and professional. However, I was up-charged $75 over the agreed $89 diagnostic visit and he was in the house less than 15 minutes. After protesting the hidden fee - clearly company policy so I didn't blame the technician - I was told that the entire amount would be deducted from the price if I installed a new water heater with Fenwick. Fair enough. But when I called to book the installation the manager, Travis, refused to give me the $75 off. On top of that he was rude and extremely condescending. I was furious at the bait and switch and told him if he didn't take off the fee as was promised to me I would drop the order. He didn't budge, even though they were essentially charging $1000+ for the very basic and quick (well less than an hour) service of replacing a water heater. One would think that at the extremely high prices they charge Fenwick would treat their customers with a modicum of respect.

I have used Rolland Reash several times over the past few years. The company I work for also uses them when needed.
Last year they replaced a pump for my 2nd bath. The one I had was not always working correctly and had gotten quite frustrating. I had added this bath about 5 years ago when Hurricane Matthew caused a massive tree to fall on my house...when rebuilding the laundry room, my contractor added a bath in that space. Due to the distance from my septic tank, a pump was required.
Rolland Reash came out and assessed the situation. They advised I needed a slightly differently type of pump and came out a couple of days later to remove the old one and install the new. I was given a set price for the job and that did not change. Since installation, I have had no issues whatsoever.
More recently, my kitchen sink was stopping up on both sides. In addition, my hall bath toilet was difficult to flush. I went to Rolland Reash's website and completed info for someone to contact me for a service call. It was after hours on Thursday night and not an emergency. I got a phone call from RR @ 8 the following morning and was told someone could be out around 1 PM the same day. I was also quoted a price for the job.
The technicians arrived right on time and within an hour, both of my plumbing issues had been successfully resolved! Just FYI-If you happen to be reading this and your sink is not draining like mine...they may try to unclog it from the inside first. If that does not work, they will likely try going on your roof and accessing the vent pipe. That's what happened with mine. The vent pipe was clogged up. This is the 2nd time since I've owned my home (32 years) that the vent had to be unclogged. The first time, I didn't even know what a vent pipe was!
Plumbing issues can be intimidating when you don't know a lot about how it all works. Kind of like taking your car in for repairs...you don't know what's wrong, how to fix it, or how much it might cost. Call Rolland Reash when you have plumbing issues and leave it to the experts!

David Gray electricians saved me on a Saturday night when I tried to do some DIY plumbing that went wrong. I really appreciate it. They fixed it quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg.

JEA recently repaired sewer lines in my street and contracted Eagerton to research and review the connection from my home to the street. The sewer line previously had been inspected by JEA and video was also taken. Was confirmed at that time my sewer line was clean and no problems detected. W e l l Eagerton was sent out to redo the inspection. Why I never know.
They also inspected the sewer line with their own heavy duty equipment which damaged my sewer line in the process.. After I discovered the damage I called JEA and was referred to Eagerton. Tommy the vice president was very rude. Mr Danny Eagerton initiated the repairs but TommyI will not give any documentation or warranty. He does not return my calls and office staff is very rude. Do not hire this company.

We thought we needed plumbing work for a new dishwasher but found out our old dishwasher was fine, just needing re-calibration, which he did!! Saved us a ton in plumbing repairs!!

I have used them before and would use them again. I have a beef with the price I was charged to install two toilets. Over the phone we had estimated a price based on two technicians with the caveat that the cost could go higher with parts if needed. One technician came and as expected there were some parts needing replacement. However the final bill was over twice what was estimated and I do realize estimating is a challenge. And with only one tech it took longer. So beware of phone estimates. Quality of work was good. But I did feel bamboozeld over the price.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!!! If I could give them 20 stars I would! Crystal in the office was amazing so sweet and helpful. Bryan was amazing, he fixed my problem and set my mind at ease. If I ever need anything to do with my plumbing they will be my only call!!!
27 Robin Rd, Orange Park, FL 32073
I recently had a water heater replaced that Oakley Plumbing installed. They did a good job, except Bryan needs to learn how to clean up after himself. Then a few days later I had issues with hot water in my shower. I was told it would cost $60 for the filter and $115 for labor. I was at work when the work was done (they entered via a lock box) and when I arrived home I was shocked how filthy the shower area was. I had just had my place repainted a few weeks ago and the greasy hand prints left behind on the walls....not okay...and my new shower curtain had to be washed because Bryan got that dirty as well. Then I receive my credit card bill and I was charged almost double what I was quoted!!! No conversation as to why and I never received a bill. This type of business practice is unacceptable!!! I wanted to be supportive of a business owner by a Veteran, but I can't support a business that doesn't clean up after themselves and charges my credit card without authorization of a different amount!!!!

I would not recommend them to anybody. I had them come out and do an estimate around 15 December to replace my hot water heater and fix the faucet on 28 December. After taking the day off, they waited till about 9 o'clock that morning to tell me they weren't coming. As I'm walking out the door I get a phone call from my parents who they contacted to tell they were on the way. Nice guys they came to do electrical work to be set up for the new hot water heater. Weeks go by before I hear back from their employee about when my stuff will be completed. I finally schedule them explaining clearly I need to leave at 2 o'clock. The plumbers were nice guys how are they told me the electrical was wrong and they didn't know when the electricians were coming. After being on hold continuously a multiple phone calls I find out this job obviously was not planned properly. They actually suggested I leave my house completely open for them to come and go as they want at their convenience to finish the job. Maybe they haven't noticed the crime rate in Jacksonville. Electric version showed up 15 minutes after I was supposed to leave and yet they still aren't done over an hour later and I missing out on eight hours of work. Since I've completely missed two days of work you would think that they would be at least polite or deduct some of the issues that they cause but of course not electricians are rude. If they one has a decent electrician and plumbing reviews I would love to have them because I have more work that needs to be done but I wouldn't let David Gray touch it if they were doing it for free.
Less than a month later, and the hot water heater doesn't work. Their answering service asked if I wanted to pay for after hours service no I wanted a hot shower.
It's been less than two years and the hot water heater cut off. Service was day of, and the guy told me he has to replace them all the time....then why sell them?
