This review is based on my recent experience. I would give this company a zero if I could. My water softener was installed by Brian, who apparently is a supervisor. This is the most inefficient supervisors I have ever meet. When ask to estimate the price he gave me a day rate instead of a the whole job. Why would I ask for a day rate?  when explained to Brian as well as other officials that the information provided was inconsistent they became rude and hostile without any room for negotiation. This company I would never recommend.

Outstanding workmanship and fair pricing. The workers are professional and clean up as if they were never there. Best at the beach for sure!

We had an excellent experience with this plumber! He is very professional, very easy to get in contact with (a great communicator), and offers a much better price than all of the competitors we interviewed for the job. The work is high quality and he's neat as a pin, leaving behind not a single drop of water. There's no question that we would recommend On Call Plumbing unequivocally to anyone in need of emergency or routine plumbing assistance. There's no doubt he can handle anything, he's a true professional!

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! I highly recommend them!

I had a slab leak and they were at my house in 20 minutes and had it fixed very fast. I was really impressed with their service and professional staff. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Water heater began leaking at 5:30pm in garage. It was 20 yrs old.

A couple local plumbing companies were already closed, so I called Bert Norman's.

The entire experience, from soup to nuts was absolutely fantastic. Communication, service, attention to detail, all terrific. Dylan was a gentlemen. Efficient, thorough and just plain solid.

I would call them for any and all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

Hey Gang, If you followed the post on Roto Rooter, it has been a nightmare.
I did not use this man because he was busy that day but I asked him question, how much should it be to have my Lines Checked he stated $150 and he was unable to do roof vent because he did not have a snake small enough and if he had to pull the toilet it would be $280. He was fair knowledable and gave me base prices for everything right up front. He was friendly and professional. If I get the opportunity I will be visiting him for my plumbing needs.

We recommend Pine Lakes Plumbing. Intelligent, friendly, clean, respected our property by being careful with our floors. Did a great job installing our dishwasher. We will use them again. Perfectly professional!

First time using Turner and definitely not the last.  I bought a new water heater from Lowe's to replace my old one that was on its last leg.

Lowe's came out and gave me an estimate for the install and charged me $35.00 for just the estimate.  Their install quote was absolutely ridiculous to replace an electric heater with the same size electric heater, so called Turner to get a second opinion.  Lowe's also was horrid in the order process and I had to call multiple times just to have them tell me they couldn't find the water heater I bought from them, and then miraculously it shows up 30 minutes later.  When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find any of the paperwork so just let me take it and hand wrote a pick up receipt.  Just horrible.  

Turner quoted their rates over the phone and got me on the schedule that week.  Their techs Zach and John showed up right on time and finished the job before lunch.  They didn't charge me for any BS labor or parts I didn't need, and worked efficiently and hauled off my old clunker after testing the new unit to make sure everything was right and it worked.  

Definitely will use them again.   The new unit works great.  Thank you!

Not the first time I have used Packs Plumbing. They get the job done with speed and precision. I would never hirer anyone else.

Today's issue helped me change the water filters in my home system which the valve was stuck. I know the righty tightly lefty loosely but there was this red button that even the manufacturer did not mention. So that helped release the pressure.

$429 for a kitchen faucet replacement that did not include the cost of the new faucet.  Total ripoff. Will never call them again.  Just got mugged.

Very unprofessional technician. The office woman was very rude and condescending, even raising her voice to me. After a heated discussion i was afraid they would mess it up worse so i asked them to leave.

We had a plumbing issue on which we used this company.  This issue was not corrected and when it got worse the Owner would not stand behind his work and said he would charge us again even though the issue was not fixed.

Got a quote from another plumber to install a kitchen faucet that was outrageous. Bought my own online and Dave Turner Plumbing installed it perfectly (AND fixed the lack of shut off valves under my sink) in just over an hour for a very reasonable fee. We will definitely call them again.

I rely on word of mouth- especially for home services. Steve- our flooring guy- highly recommended Paul with this company! We are renovating our kitchen and needed a plumber to hook up the sink, garbage disposal and such. Good thing we got Paul's number in advance- because we would have been without water for over 2 weeks if we hadn't! Our plumbing is 25 years old in the house and in need of some items being replaced/updated. When the kitchen was dismantled- the water for the sink wouldn't completely shut off- so we had to turn it off at the main. Meaning- no water for the house at all. Luckily Paul was able to come out first thing the very next day and fix everything so we could turn the water on until the kitchen was finished.

Round 2 of plumbing- yesterday Wesley and Joe came out to hook up a new garbage disposal and rig our new sink. Not only were the guys efficient- they loved what we've done in the kitchen and teased about wanting to come back and see the finished product! They loved the copper sink I bought and said it was one of the nicest renovations they have seen. Nothing like compliments to make a girl give 5 stars! My sink is operational and I can use the kitchen again- thank the gods!

The only reason I gave it a 1 was because I couldn't give them a 0.
This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. They show up when they feel like it and they don't have any kind of sense of urgency. I called 5 times to get my quote emailed to me because they did not leave me a copy. I spoke with Theresa who is extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. She told me she would email me a copy 3 days later. I asked her if she could email it to me the same day because the job HAD to be done. I didn't have any hot water nor water pressure. A month later and she has yet to send me the quote. Of course I went with a different company. Once my home warranty told them they wouldn't cover it they never contacted me to inform me because I still needed the work done regardless of who was paying for it. So when I called to try to set up the appointment once again super unprofessional and they didn't even seem to want my business. AND THEY ARE LIARS. They lied to my home warranty and told the company that the seller that I purchased the home from told me about the issues which is total bullshit. I have been trying to contact them to see where they retrieved that information from and they will not pick up.
