Worst service ever! Called at 8am have them all my info, they told me cost estimates etc. and gave me a window noon to 5pm. They told me he would call 30 minutes out and I failed to answer phone they would not come. I carried my phone everywhere all day! It got to 4 I thought I would check and make sure they were coming and I got we have no record of you in our system SERIOUSLY?!?! I must have sounded upset cuz I was told I don't need to raise my voice and then they told they would check one more time and they came back and simply said nope we have no record? No apology mind you...I told them they must have enough customers and don't need this one.. called Ferran!

Have used Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile many times always with great results.  They are dependable, knowledgeable have an amazing office staff and employees.  I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

He is very professional, very easy to get in contact with (a great communicator), and offers a much better price than all of the competitors we interviewed for the job. The work is high quality and he's neat as a pin, leaving behind not a single drop of water. My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! This firm was recommended by another trusted vendor who has impeccable credentials. They scheduled the appt the same day. The technician Eddie was very professional and sized up the issue right away. Hey Gang, If you followed the post on Roto Rooter, it has been a nightmare.
I did not use this man because he was busy that day but I asked him question, how much should it be to have my Lines Checked he stated $150 and he was unable to do roof vent because he did not have a snake small enough and if he had to pull the toilet it would be $280. He was fair knowledable and gave me base prices for everything right up front. He was friendly and professional. If I get the opportunity I will be visiting him for my plumbing needs.

Rob was great.  He did a toilet install for us.  He gave us good suggestions for the brand to use, and did the installation quickly.  Install is good.  He cleaned up and took everything with him.  Would definitely hire again.

I broke my exterior water spigot. My regular plumber was on vacation and recommended Packs. It was late morning, they were booked but managed to squeeze me in at four o'clock. Unfortunately, the call was considered after hours and cost me $350. But I was grateful they could get out that day.

We recently moved into a new house with very wonky plumbing. The hose bib broke and Christian Brothers was able to get someone out quickly to make the repair. Now 2 months later, the repair broke and they came out same day to fix, no charge. To be fair, the repair is in a difficult location and I wouldn't fault their workmanship for the second failure. I told them we were getting a full re-pipe soon so the solution only needed to be a temporary bandaid of sorts, so I'm sure that was a contributing factor.

The office staff is fantastic & great at communicating. 10/10 would recommend.

Very unprofessional technician. The office woman was very rude and condescending, even raising her voice to me. After a heated discussion i was afraid they would mess it up worse so i asked them to leave.

I've been trying to get someone to come replace all my drains since December 2020. Drew Hartmann came out this morning and did the whole job in under four hours. They put everything back in place and it looks fantastic. They were lower than almost all other quotes and well worth the money. As a woman who owns an old home it gets really old dealing with people who you just know are estimating high and making you feel stupid. They went above and beyond to make me feel alright with the whole job. And my dogs were super pleased with meeting new people. Highly recommend.

After our old washing machine bit the dust, we found a replacement and scheduled delivery. To my consternation, as I was disconnecting the water lines to remove the old washer, I discovered the cold water shutoff valve on the wall had failed and could not be turned off!

With the new washer soon to be delivered, the clock was ticking, and I needed a quick solution. Hoping I could dash out to the local big box home hardware stores and find a replacement valve, I was sorely disappointed. This valve was nowhere to be found!  

An alternative is to open up the wall, cut the pipes and replace the entire box, valves and all. With a new washer on the way, there was no time for that. A quick trip to Dave Turner Plumbing and a chat with their experts yielded a simple, inexpensive, and quick solution - a $10 brass add-a-stop valve. THANK YOU DAVE TURNER PLUMBING!!! You helped me solve a sticky problem quickly and easily.  Anyone who knows me also knows I hate making plumbing repairs. Dave Turner Plumbing is my first choice for any future plumbing needs!

It's like they're operating out of their bedroom closet, sometimes they're there but most of the time they're not. Some disorganized Irish-sounding woman named Theresa can't keep addresses or times or dates straight for her life. We had to have them come out twice just to diagnose the problem correctly, it's simply not worth it. The only plumbing company that is worse in town is AZ Remodeling and Plumbing, mainly because they're shady.
