These folks did a complete home re-pipe due to a slab leak.  A very professional job completed in two days.  They even installed a water softener and a new hot water heater that I provided while they were plumbing the home at no extra charge.  I would VERY highly recommend these folks for any plumbing repairs you may need.

I've had to use a number of plumbers throughout my years in Gainesville.  But never have I had such a great experience as I've had with First Choice.  They are priced competitively, honest and know what they are doing.  I highly recommend them!

Shawn arrived on time diagnosed the problem, gave me a couple options. I chose to receive parts from the Maker since it had a lifetime warranty. When I received the part I contacted Shawn again and he arrived and made the repair. His Company   Will be recommend anyone should ask me for a Plumber recommendation.

Had new disposal installed in kitchen and Mr. Morel was part of the install team.  He guaranteed the work and there was a minor issue with dishwasher after disposal install and Mr Morel did not hesitate and returned the next day and repaired the problem.  Very efficient and friendly company.  Will definitely use again.

I had a great experience with Tactical Plumbing!  They diagnosed my problem and worked to find the most cost effective solution, saving me hundreds of dollars.  Definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues.

I contacted WHC Home Repairs to come hang my Christmas lights.  I couldn't have been more pleased. The owner Wallace gave me his info and told me for any small repairs to give him a call.  When my kitchen cabinet broke I called him up he came over and fixed it in a timely manner.  I won't call anyone else to fix things in my home now.

Found our new plumbers!  We called multiple companies to try to fix our sink and these guys were by far the best option.  They were quickly able to fix our sink, were professional and explained everything clearly at a great price, such a great experience!

I can't say enough nice things about these folks. Hurricane Iram slowed things down but they stayed in communication with us and made sure our plumbing problem was fixed ASAP! Tim the main plumber on site was very responsive and professional. Excellent people to do business with! I contacted North Florida Plumbing because my water heater stopped working at my house in Callahan.  I spoke wih CJ who sent a technician to replace the heating elements within a few hours.  They were  nice, polite and accomodating.  I would recommend this plumbing company and would use them again in the future.

I had 4 tasks that needed to be done with minimal parts needed (a short pvc pipe, shower head & a bottom piece needed to repair pop up sink). I may add that the LAST time this company was used, a diff bathroom sink needed a pop up repair which never DID get done properly so this was one of the 4 tasks that I asked Brian to do. I'll add that I never complained last time even though the tech said he'd be back to fix when he was in the neighborhood...( I guess on his own time since the lever detached the first time I used it?).

Brian told me several times that the cost is $120/ hr no MATTER WHAT he does. He was IN my house for just over 90 min & spent another 20 min outside WRITING up the BILL. All totaled, 2 hours. I was shocked & questioned him as to why the bill was $420!
He shrugged & said labor & parts but nothing was itemized. I felt it futile to argue w the tech that wrote the bill so figured I'd take it up w Richard Pacetti, the owner. I really felt that Brian had made a mental math error ( at house 1:08-3:08, he thought '3' & charged for 3 hrs- surely the parts used couldn't be $180????).

I had to call several times to get a call back from Richard & eventually received my requested idomized invoice (their spelling, not mine- guess it shows how rarely they provide these) which never ITEMIZED at all. It explained that a pricing book was used and get this, 3 TASKS were $120 EACH & the (more difficult of the 4 tasks) pop up that needed a part was priced at $210. I had even asked Brian while he cursed under the sink if it would be cheaper & easier to just buy a whole new faucet set & he answered, that would be way more.

So while no parts were listed at all (what about the pricing book- Brian had to be looking SOMEthing up for the 20 min he was writing the bill?), they said the bill should've been $595 & I actually was charged LESS than what it should have been.

When I again emailed Richard With the full story of price Brian had verbally told me (remember, several times) & was giving him benefit of the doubt on the time he was here error, I received a response saying he was sorry I wasn't happy w the price, got thanked for my business & was told to buy the parts & do it myself next time or get another plumber in the future.
Well I SURELY will do just and advise everyone else to do the same...

My entire experience with Farrell's Plumbing was a comedy of errors.

I hired Farrell's to assess my tankless gas water heater that quit working during Hurricane Irma. The guys called me and said they would arrive in 20 minutes. That gave me plenty of time to get home and put our dog, who doesn't care for strangers, away. When I arrived 10 minutes later, they were already there waiting for me. So I rushed to get inside and prepare, likely while already on the clock and being charged for the service call. Plumbers charge by the quarter hour...

Fast-forward 45 minutes and 85 bucks later: the two men trudged through my home with muddy shoes, leaving tracks. One of them, sweating profusely, leaned on my washing machine and left behind large sweat smudges on the glass top for me to clean. WOW. Talk about disgusting and unprofessional.

The final piece of this entire charade is Farrell himself, the business owner. Farrell and I spoke on the phone several times. He failed to phone me back after offering to get me a quote on a new water heater. This is exceptionally funny to me, seeing as it would present new business and a profit for him! On top of that, he was quite rude when I politely asked if his installation quote was negotiable, as I found it high. His comment was well I could do it for free, but that isn't how business works. No kidding, bud. I'm very aware of how business works--and happily took mine elsewhere.

I have to have a toilet leak fixed for insurance purposes. Since the insurance agent is coming tomorrow I was told they would be here between 12-2pm. I had to leave at 3. When I called I was told he was at another call and the secretary would call me back. No call. Called them back and was told they had no idea when he would arrive. I cancelled the call and hopefully have another company coming out later this afternoon. I had to impose on my son and DIL to come over if they don't show up. I will not use Professor Plumb again nor can I recommend them,
