I was a bit dissatisfied at first due to a scheduling mixup. However, the next day Josh arrived on time and with great energy. I needed to have the faucet in my shower fixed but he earned my trust by doing great work and not pressuring me. He gave me options I didn't know I had so that I could research & make informed decisions on things that had seemed too daunting to have addressed for years. I then set another appointment to have all of my toilets replaced, garbage disposal removed, a set of shower fixtures replaced-and Josh even quickly resolved a bad odor that was coming from a drain in my laundry closet for years that myself and family had unsuccessfully tried to resolve. He paid attention to detail and efficiently removed the garbage disposal and installed the new pipe in a way that gave me more space under the sink. I'm very pleased and will use Premier Plumbing, LLC for my future needs.

Dan came out the same day on a water heater call.  He diagnosed the problem, showed me what needed to be fixed and gave me options I would not have thought of.  He kept a neat work area and was very courteous.  I recommend him highly.

Atlantic Plumbing did my rehab house. Excellent service and prompt. if he says he's going to be at the site at 10 AM he is.

We had Zane and crew of AquaPhysics install a waterline in our garage for an ice maker and also flush our tankless water heater.   What a great experience.  He was reasonably priced, showed up on time and was professional.  Couldn't have asked for anything more. Absolutely the best! Our bathroom remodel project was behind schedule because of another plumber who decided he didn't want to show up. Called Styles, gave us a bid and was here three days later with a crew of three and finish the job the same day! Very professional, very nice, cleaned up their mess on the way out. The crew worked well together and definitely knew what they were doing. Very relieved!! Would recommend them to everybody!

John is very good. He is direct and to the point, but do not take it as an insult. He does not negotiate his price and he is honest about that and you finding a cheaper plumber. Some think it rude, but I find it better then BS-ing me.

We are an active duty military family that had a sewage back up on a fairly recent home purchase. James from Clay County Master Plumbing came out to our home and worked incredibly hard. He never charged me more than he quoted. He is honest, respectful, and cleans after himself when in your home. His prices are better than anyone else I called and more importantly, he discovered an underlying issue with the plumbing in the home that the previous owners tried to hide from us. He gives you a professional invoice that is detailed with the work he completed. I am a thrifty person who calls around for multiple quotes and I stand by James Pelky with Clay County Master Plumbing 100% I will use him for any and all plumbing in the future should I need any. Also, he explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). He taught me so much through this process which I really loved! I needed a plumber in a hurry!  I called in the morning and I had 2 new faucets installed by 4pm. Don the serviceman was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone at Mike Scott Plumbing treated me with respect. The job was done quickly and reasonably.
My only negative was that no one was wearing a mask. The country is fighting a virus my mother is 86. I would hope they could be more careful during these bad times.

This company has given us the worst customer support that we have ever encountered from any company that has sold us a active unit send out worthless the technicians nothing has worked right at all from day one not impressed not happy not please don't deal with them

Signed a contract for plumbing services and issued a deposit for the services.  

6 weeks later, the services have not been performed.  No contact and will not answer phone or return calls.

Completely unprofessional company. Do not use them unless you want the technicians to behave unprofessional and rude. They didn't even finish the repair and left a big hole in my dinning room roof.

The technician didn't even fix the issue, complaint about the work and left the job half done.

I called management and reported the incident and basically said our guys is the best it's your issue. They did not take responsibility for the job and now I have to search for another contractor in the warranty to complete the job.

So disappointed in management as well. I highly would recommend you DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT USE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, Way too expensive and billing department is very rude. Shop around.

Called out to repair toilet that would not drain properly, the tech tried to clear the line and it still did not drain properly. He said the toilet is old we need to replace it and then should drain fine. I bought a new toilet and installed it, with no luck. When I called the office to get them back out to repair the problem, the staff was very rude and aggressive.  I paid them for a service  that they did not provide and they wanted to charge me again for the service while being rude and yelling at me.
