I was a bit dissatisfied at first due to a scheduling mixup. However, the next day Josh arrived on time and with great energy. I needed to have the faucet in my shower fixed but he earned my trust by doing great work and not pressuring me. He gave me options I didn't know I had so that I could research & make informed decisions on things that had seemed too daunting to have addressed for years. I then set another appointment to have all of my toilets replaced, garbage disposal removed, a set of shower fixtures replaced-and Josh even quickly resolved a bad odor that was coming from a drain in my laundry closet for years that myself and family had unsuccessfully tried to resolve. He paid attention to detail and efficiently removed the garbage disposal and installed the new pipe in a way that gave me more space under the sink. I'm very pleased and will use Premier Plumbing, LLC for my future needs.

Dan Smith is extremely professional and responsive!! He helped us with replacing an igniter and oven element for our gas oven.  There was a small glitch a couple months later with the electric connection and he came first thing the next morning and fixed it with no charge!!! Not even a service charge.  He stands by his work and we highly recommend him!!

Their service is top notch. Kyle and his guys are very timely and courteous. They went above and beyond for our recent service call and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is need in for a plumber and crew that care.

This is by far the best plumbing company I have worked with. Zane and his crew have installed my water softener, outdoor shower and irrigation meter. They have also helped unclog pipes from root damage. They are always quick to respond, priced very competitively,  professional and clean.

I used this company 32 years ago when I built a home in Jax Bch.  I couldn't be more happier with the work that was done to perfection that lasted many years!  I moved away.  Came back to the area but in Vilano -2013.  Had a slab leak-2015.  Called out two company's that were local (St Augustine) and had major misrepresentation  and damage with both Companies that did not solve my problem and if any caused more damage to my home that was in good shape to where I have to have a new shower/tub area remodeled and a kitchen cabinet replaced..  I didn't want to strike out the 3rd time so I  call Styles Smith Plumbing.  It was the best move I made!  They fixed the leak and re-piped my townhome for less than1/2 the price we were quoted on by 4 companies.  This family owned business only knows the right way to plumb!  I HIGHLY recommend this Company for all your plumbing/building needs!

Honest guy who does good work at a fair price! He installed a water softener for us and we couldn't be happier. He is a small business, does all the appointment scheduling himself, doesn't accept credit cards, so don't expect any of that.

Horrible service.  Purchased hot water heater from them 2 years ago that included a 6 year warranty. A specific part on the unit has gone bad now twice.  They fixed it for me under warranty the first time. This go around they said they couldn't get out here for 5 days and when I told them it was unacceptable, the owner said that since it already broke once they do not cover it and I need to contact the manufacturer myself as they will not cover it.  

1. That delays our repair and our family will be out of hot water for an extended period of time.
2. And if they did send me the part, I would still need it installed.

I did not buy a TV from BestBuy, I bought a water heater from CCMP.  Do not use them.

Tree roots in pipes, these poor guys worked sooo hard cutting at them they actually bent saw blade & had other tools almost break. Very polite, knowledgeable & they even called out supervisor who showed up quickly. I am actually quite irritated that people keep bringing up the mask bs; seriously?? When dealing with sewage all day, I'm sure these guys know how to stay protected. Oh, and for anyone that makes such an uneducated comment...they need to get informed asap: bitchute.com/video/2Rwlg…

This company has given us the worst customer support that we have ever encountered from any company that has sold us a active unit send out worthless the technicians nothing has worked right at all from day one not impressed not happy not please don't deal with them

SCAM ARTIST
Signed a contract for plumbing services and issued a deposit for the services.  

6 weeks later, the services have not been performed.  No contact and will not answer phone or return calls.

This is the 2nd time I've needed a plumbing company. I knew I would use no one else. I called 5 different companies till I was able to locate Vinnie!
All Hours Emergency Plumber got us scheduled immediately. Sent out the plumbing technician Vinnie, who we were comfortable with and the job was done. Vinnie not only found the issues but explained everything that needed to be repaired. He was 100% equipped with the items needed for the repairs which ended up being more than we thought it was.
We we're not over charged and he steadily worked until the entire job was complete. I'll never need to call another company, if we need one again, than All Hours Emergency Plumber Is on speed dial!!
Have to add I was lucky enough to find them on Google.

Trip charges are a standard in the business. We had them when I was a building automation tech (retired now). I can see how a homeowner can find them annoying, but I understand them.

I had a kitchen faucet to replace. The tech was an experienced man. Friendly and polite. He did the work quickly and competently. Cleaned up.

Communication was poor. I was scheduled between 10-11am. I was called at 12:30pm to say he was delayed. I also understand delays, things happen on jobs which are out of the tech's control. But call with the 'bad' news.

Called out to repair toilet that would not drain properly, the tech tried to clear the line and it still did not drain properly. He said the toilet is old we need to replace it and then should drain fine. I bought a new toilet and installed it, with no luck. When I called the office to get them back out to repair the problem, the staff was very rude and aggressive.  I paid them for a service  that they did not provide and they wanted to charge me again for the service while being rude and yelling at me.
