Extremely nice gentlemen that took care of the problem that another plumber could not.

We had to have an emergency repair on an external water valve that busted off. Robert's Plumbing was out in less than an hour and repaired the fixture. They are friendly, courteous, and do great work at reasonable prices. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

This is the second time I have used Rock Solid.  They are amazing.  Honest, hard working, quick and efficient.  Jeff will give you an estimate up front so there are no surprises.  I had a bathroom remodel that had some non-code compliant plumbing done, and Jeff showed up on time and had everything within code within an hour, all at a very reasonable price.  He cleaned up after himself and was professional.  Customer for life.

I wish I had read the reviews first.  This company is AWFUL.  I called them because my lift station alarm was going off and a neighbor said they USED to be good.  They sent out two service guys.  After almost an hour one of the gentlemen stated that he could not fix the problem but that he would disable the alarm and come back within 48 hours with a plumber and a camera.  Three weeks have now passed.  No one has returned to finish the repair.  My alarm is still disabled so if there is a real problem I will not know until sewage has overflowed into my yard.  Not one time have they called me to follow up.  I have called them at least six times and received multiple excuses and two separate appointments which no one bothered to actually show up for.  One customer service rep actually told me their company had a more important  job that came up so they sent all their staff to that client.  I was low priority.  For THREE WEEKS???   Find another company.

Called this company to repair a hot water heater.  Owner Andrew Vaughn  nasty in the way he treats company then said he was going to the truck and left.  Asked him if he treated all customers this way, he said pretty much.  Horrible experience.  They are not credited with the BBB

We have three house guests and one of our bathrooms had the shower and the toilet stop working.  I called Aldridge & Sons when everything I tried did not work.  It took about two hours for a technician to arrive.  Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. had the equipment and parts we needed on his truck and did what was needed expertly and quickly.  I requested that he check two other things that had been a problem for us.  He requested another plumber come assist and both Chris and Scott took care of reseating two toilets and rebuilding the troublesome parts for us.
I could not have asked for more and the jobs were done properly and quickly.
THANK YOU!  I could not have asked for more or better, and the cost was a good deal less than I anticipated had expected.  These are the plumbers I will call next time I need work done.

Horrible drivers just got cut off while he was doing an illegal turn jumping onto the on-ramp to go down Atlantic all while talking on the cell phone. Jerks. It's illegal and you're trying to cause accidents no one should use these people for anything they can't even take care of them selves
