I was swapping out our shower trim kits and was met with an extremely stubborn tub spout/diverter, and ended up bending the rough-in plumbing to the tub spout trying to remove it. I was worried I had hosed myself and would need significant demo work to replace the rough-in plumbing.

I called Jonathan and he was able to come out 36 hours later. He took a quick look, assured me I hadn't done any major damage and removed the tub spout for me, without any judgement or harassment for my DIY deficiencies. Once removed, he did one final check to make sure there weren't any leaks in the rough-in plumbing, and was on his way.

Jonathan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest. I'll definitely be hiring him again for any future plumbing needs.

Sad to see in some of the reviews that there was a lack of response but I had no such issues. They were running late and notified me and that kind of stuff just happens in this industry. But the value I got, I would wait longer! Jon was incredibly reasonable and quick. Stay away from Speed Plumbing - they were going to charge me to replace ONE valve for what Jon charged to replace 6! Plus, a 2 year warranty. Already passed his info on to a few folks! Great Job!

Easy to make initial contact, but they, like most businesses these days, don't follow up when and how they say they will. You can call back and leave message after message and no one calls back. So... not sure how to actually get anything done with them that needs more than one contact.

Let me start by saying, Colorado Plumbing Solutions does not need marketing campaigns, word of mouth is the best way to find someone of this quality!!!
This was a replacement project for the pressure vacuum breaker for our sprinkler system. I spoke with Jon, and he gave me an accurate date and time, plus quoted me a flat rate. He arrived as scheduled, I gave him the replacement part that I had purchased, and showed him where the system was and he immediately went to work on it. In less than 30 mins our sprinkler system was flowing smoothly again!! THANK YOU JON!!!

Now, to those big box companies that rely on bombarding society with their advertising, shame on you!! Fix-it 24/7 and Done Plumbing, to charge a service fee or trip charge for coming out and looking at it, only to do nothing!! is extortion/robbery. On top of that, you were gonna charge me DOUBLE?? what Jon quoted, for a 30 min job?? and I supplied the only moving part?!?! The technician said it would be $1200 if I didnt have the part. What kind of trade does this to people??

If we have any other plumbing issues, we're staying with Colorado Plumbing Solutions, their integrity and commitment to excellence goes way above the competition.

Impossible to get them to commit to a date and time to come out and replace my garbage disposer. I've Yelped and called; no one answers. I sent my phone number, because I was told they would call to schedule. Never happened. After a month, I give up!

Amazing work and honest with his assessment of what needs to happen. He fixed our steel piping, added a water shutoff, put in a new sink with new plumbing, and updated more of our piping to be more modern where we had found corroding pipes.

He spent about 30min to auger the line and the charged a couple hundred dollars more than that estimate. FYI the estimate is actually their service charge to drive to the job. I was going to move on and not leave a review because everyone expects to get shafted by plumbers so that was par for the course.

Until today. The basement flooded because the line augered by Colorado Plumbing Solutions was clogged. This was revealed when I had a different plumber come out today who augered the exact same line and pulled piles of tree roots out of it and did a thorough job for substantially less money than Colorado Plumbing Solutions.

Ironically I got an email today from Colorado Plumbing Solutions saying Your welcome I replied to their very considerate emailing letting them know that I had to hire a different plumber to auger the same line and that my basement had flooded due to the line being clogged. Colorado Plumbing Solutions response? They're shouldn't be tree roots in the line that's an indication that it is broken

Like thousands of plumbers don't auger sewer lines every day across the country clearing tree roots to remove clogs. What a joke.

Attached is a photo of what came out of the line today. It's impressive how many roots grew into the line during less than two months during winter . . . or Colorado Plumbing Solutions didn't do a complete job and managed to miss them.

I'm going to give Johnathan the benefit of the doubt on this and not give the company a 1 star review. He seems like a good guy and it might just be unfamiliarity on his part. The company's responsiveness and communication was quick. Also, their pricing was more reasonable than other quotes I got.

I requested the company to come out to perform a tankless water heater flush. Upon arriving at my house, Johnathan mentioned that he would be unable to perform the flush because there were two shut off valves that were missing on the tank. He gave me a quote of $200 to add these valves to the service. He goes on to show me that shutting the two valves that was already installed did not cut off the water pressure. I mentioned to him that I thought that it was because the water needed to drain out of the tank. He did not agree and being a plumber, I decided to trust his judgement on this. I reached out to my builder to see if there were any issues with the install on the tank as I had just recently moved in. They confirmed that everything that is needed is installed properly.

After watching some videos on YouTube, I decided to perform the flush myself as it did not seem that difficult. I ordered a kit on Amazon for about the price of the service and completed the job myself. Turns out my intuition was right and additional valve was not needed. I just had to attach the hose before shutting off the valve to the tank and drain it. My suspicion was right after all. Only sad part was that I was charged a service fee for them to come out. Oh well, at least now I can do it myself.

Jon came to my house and replaced a water shut off valve and associated connection to an exterior hose spigot. A few months later, the pipe that was installed broke open and leaked (luckily I found it in time, and it didn't flood my basement!). Jon came back out and fixed the broken pipe, however, it was done in a way that now creates 10+ future failure points due to all of the angles and connector pieces. I tried to explain that this was unacceptable, and instead the pipe should be cut back, and connected end to end. The response to this was: we have insurance if it leaks again.

Unfortunately I now have to hire another plumber to fix the work, as I am not willing to file an insurance claim and lose my basement should all of these unnecessary fittings fail.

Was asked to fix the two faucets on the triple sink in the kitchen, and instead replaced the two faucets at the quad sink at the bar and charged $1200. The estimate was reasonable for the larger faucets in the kitchen, but not the smaller faucets at the bar. Also broke a very expensive ($200) display at the bar that will take weeks to get replaced. On the plus side, the job was well done, just not what I needed done at the time - I was just hoping to get an estimate on the bar faucets (and getting my kitchen faucets fixed).

I was very clear that I needed the triple sink faucets in the kitchen repaired. The office agreed that I was clear. The estimate did not mention the location of the work and only referred to the scope and parts. So, bad communication on their end. Jonathan was very short with me on the phone, which is why I hung up. The conversation was going nowhere. I still have not received a call back from their office.

Jon (owner) responded to my Yelp quote request quickly with a fair price for our plumbing job. Booking an appointment was easy. He showed up on time and was in and out within an hour and a half. 4 other plumbers had quoted us ridiculous amounts and had also said the job would take anywhere from 3-4 hours. Makes you wonder what they would've been doing for that long if it could be done well in 90 minutes. Our water pressure is fixed, no more hammering when we turn the water on!!! Great service! We needed help installing an outdoor faucet. Pretty straightforward except there was a pipe component in our basement crawl space. I called CO Plumbing Solutions and Jon was able to come out the next day. He arrived 20 minutes late, said it was an easy job, and completed the work in about 30 minutes. He charged $300 which I found outrageous. He did wave the $39 service fee, but it was still too expensive. Also, he didn't test the faucet when finished and it leaked badly. I was able to tighten it up but I would NEVER use him again!

Nothing like being charged $80 for five minutes of him walking in, reattaching one pipe, telling me not to bump it, running the water and leaving.

Flat rate fee for the job? I get that you need to be paid but also it's a poor assembly, don't bump it and it'll be fine isn't a viable solution. If you're charging $80, give it a more permanent solution than good luck.

At least it doesn't leak. At least they got to me within 14 hours and was here right before the window but thanks for wasting my money.

Both our sinks in our master bathroom were barely draining, so I was looking for someone to come over next-day and get it fixed. I got a couple of quotes on Yelp, and these guys had one of the lower quotes, were very quick to respond, and could fit me in next-day.

Jonathan came over exactly when he was scheduled to and was super polite and easy to talk to. It took him like 10 minutes to snake the drain or whatever he did -- then a quick swipe of the card and he was gone -- and my sinks are now draining perfectly. Would definitely call them again for issues like that.

I called a few companies for a dishwasher install. This company said they would come to my home to provide me with an estimate, but that if I did not decide to work with them I would have to pay a $20 fee for the consultation. Then they quoted me $360 for a the installation, almost 2-3 times what I would have paid a contractor from Lowe's or Home Depot. Because I had tenants moving in days later, and no other plumbers were available in the timeframe that I needed them, I forked over the cash and they did the work right away, which was great.

The work was they did on the dishwasher was good, but I needed something else done with a water line that required me to arrange to have the water shut off to my building, which required me to involved the management company and coordinate a time between the plumber, building and tenant. After I made my appointment and the arrangements to have the work done, a couple days later I got a Voicemail saying they had confused my appointment time, and given me a new time during the weekend when it is impossible to shut the water off to the building.

My impression after working with this company is that they will do good work for you if it's convenient for their schedule, and if you are willing to pay top dollar. I am disappointed with the level of professionalism experienced for the price I paid, and do not feel like this company is one I can count on again.

I am writing you to give you some constructive feedback. I would have to say I wasn't too happy with your overall service, so hopefully this can help you in the future.

1.) You were 40 minutes late with no call, you said you would be here at 10 am and you were not. In the future, maybe give people a window say 10 to 11 a.m.?
2.) You quoted me $140 each and I specifically told you I had my own parts for the faucets (hence installation), so why all of the sudden did you charge me $50 more to install the faucet ($195)
3.) You used my hand towels to clean up the water mess under the sink. You have a gigantic truck and why you don't carry any rags or ask me if I have any rags is beyond me and then you hung it back up. In the future, I would carry a box of rags with you.
4.) You tried to charge me $50 for installing the pop up assembly in my bathroom when that should have been included in the price for my boys bathroom, the $195 that you already quoted me $140 on originally.
5.) You charged me a trip charge, which I think is ridiculous. Even when I managed flooring installers, they didn't get a trip charge unless they went further than 50 miles. It says you are based out of Centennial... If your truck costs a lot of money on gas, maybe you should consider a more economical type truck, there are plenty of them out there.
6.) You charged me $40 parts to come back and fix the leak in which I told you what it was before you came out the second time, so you could have saved yourself a trip if you actually listened to what I had to say or actually inspected it for a couple of minutes. Plus I want to remind you of the time that you are wasting of mine and my husband's.
7.) I think it is insane that you made $200 each faucet and had an attitude with me because you had to come back out because you didn't even turn the faucets on after the install to check if it was leaking or not.
8.) You are too rushed, need to slow down, and inspect your own work instead of the customer inspecting it at 9 p.m. and then having to coordinate another time for you to come out.

On the plus side, you do have April, even if you pay her $25 an hour, you still made $175 an hour, which again I think is ridiculous. Even though I live in a big house, I don't make $175 an hour and just so you know we have worked very hard for where we are today.

Hope you will be more fair in the future and consider what I have to say.

He fixed two hose bibbs, our sprinkler bonnet, and our main water line valve for close to the same price that another plumber quoted just to fix a SINGLE hose bibb. Like all horror stories about before you call up company based on ratings on the internet, yet another reminder that it pays to get a recommendation, when you need something important done.
I called up April with a 5 day notice, and was told that I had a 2PM appointment and it would be right in the range of $1400 to remove and replace a 50 gallon hotwater heater out of my basement. Confirmed apt 2 days later, and thought everything was good to go. Sure enough day of appointment get a frantic call asking me to provide photos of water heater as her boss needs to be sure its the right model. Take photos and send..sure enough her boss then calls me back and informs me that its actually $3000 not the $1400 quoted originally.. with the that's why I never like to make a quote without seeing the situation myself. Should have known then. I thought about - and said screw it I was on a tight timeline. I called Jonathan back and said lets go - can you get here by 2 PM. He said no they had other work scheduled in the morning. Long story short, 2PM rolls by , no Jonathan. At around 3:15 PM - I get a text from April - who ensures that her boss is sorry, and that he is picking up water heater and should be there by no later than 4:00. Well now that its 4;30 and I have blown an entire Friday - waiting for these clowns..time to go to a professional.

We hired these guys based on their great reviews on yelp and quick availability (they were available for a job the next day, whereas all the other plumbers we called were 5-6 days out).

They charge a $29 visit fee, which is common and not a big deal, especially compared to the $300/hour they charged, as noted below. The visit fee does not apply toward the cost of service as it does with some other plumbers.

I had a couple relatively minor plumbing issues, both revolving around replacing easily accessible pipes. I could have done one of the jobs myself but did not have time to get to it that week due to travel. Total time required was under 2 hours (for 1 technician), so your experience may be different if you have a big job (perhaps there are economies of scale).

The guy who did the work took a look at each job first, then estimated that it would run a bit over $600 for the two jobs. Given the nature of the jobs, I thought that sounded a bit high so I asked how they determine pricing. He said by job. I tried to clarify if he meant that they determine it based on how much time each job would take and he said, no, just by job. The theory is that by having a flat fee per job, you'll save compared to an open-ended hourly job. That makes sense if the job is risky or uncertain, and/or if the quote breaks down to a market-standard hourly rate.

Well, these two jobs only took 2 hours (for 1 technician, including time to run out and get parts) and they charged me nearly $300/hour (excluding parts). I think their work was good, but for these jobs it was probably no different than what I would have had with any other moderately experienced plumber. So to spend more with an hourly plumber for this work I would have had to hire a bumbling fool with no plumbing experience at $150/hour. I'll definitely give someone else a shot for small jobs next time.

That said, I'd like to acknowledge that they provide a 2 year warranty on their work, which is nice should anything go wrong. In this case the fixes were pretty minor and unlikely to have problems, but if I had a big job it could be very valuable.

EDIT: I appreciate the owner's response and agree that we should have had a second quote. That is on us. However, to clarify, they only had 1 technician, not 2 as the respondent suggested.

Not sure what happened??
Placing all our trust on the multiple glowing Google reviews we solicited an estimate to install our toilet rough-in, shower plumbing and vanity for our master bathroom update. While the estimate for the work was high (in my opinion based on similar installs we have completed) we went ahead believing that with all the remodeling going on and the shortage of plumbers we had no choice plus the high Google rating.
Now that the work is complete and we have inspected the final install; I am not happy with paying over $3k for what we have received....
1) the toilet rough in was not centered in the designed space.
2) the commercial grade Kohler shower pan drain was left in the box/not installed. Instead we have a cheap shower pan drain.
In my opinion (hopefully) there are better professional licensed plumbers available in Denver; next time I will not return.

I asked for a quote for a standard maintenance on my tank-less water heater (flushing heater with vinegar) but they would not quote me over the phone. The lady on the phone was very nice but their policy of a $29 trip change and then they will offer a quote for a standard service is not enough information and seems like they are playing games. She also would not quote an hourly rate. I'd be happy to change this rating if their team would be willing to offer me a real quote for a standard service like this so I have an idea how much this would cost before they come.

I did a partial remodel of an condo and went with CPS based off reviews and a conversation I had with someone that worked there. Jonathan installed new faucets after I had concrete countertops put in. Had to have it done in two phases so I wouldn't be completely out of a working sink. They were able to come out the first time without me present which saved my life because I couldn't take off work. Met Jonathan the second time and he was super sweet. Gave me input on how I might be able to change the rest of my plumbing hardware to a different finish. Bought a nickel house, but changing everything out to either bronze or black as I am super stingy and didn't want my first home to be nickel. No complaints. Will have to post pictures at some point, just don't have any now. Thanks for doing a good job and being easy to work with :)

I was not impressed with the overall experience. We had an appointment for 1pm but they did not arrive until 245pm. We asked for an installation of two bathtubs and a sink fixture. I didn't think I would have to help with the install but with only one person coming for the installation I had to help put the tubs into place. The tubs were not installed properly and had to be worked around by my crew prepping the walls and the team installing the marble shower walls. Some of the plumbing had to be reworked by another company in order to get our walls properly installed. I thought, based on seeing all of the reviews the experience / quality would be better. The price was good that was a plus I suppose.

When I decided to replace my kitchen sink and faucet I checked out the reviews on yelp. It was clear that many prior customers of Colorado Plumbing Solutions felt he did good work for a reasonable price. I'm too am happy to say that Jonathan from Colorado Plumbing Solutions was out today to install my new kitchen sink and faucet and he did an excellent job! I will definitely use him again. Friendly and helpful staff. Courteous and professional.

We called them up after I replaced the tub spout and was worried about a leak. They didn't find any problems (they checked very thoroughly) and there was only a $29 service charge.

They spend 10-15 minutes with me explaining little projects I could do myself around the bathroom and answered a litany of my questions. Better than being charged $100s for things I didn't really need. Highly recommended!

WOW! So pleased with these guys right now. I needed a gas line run for a stove and my original plumber cancelled on me last minute. Imagine trying to get a plumbing appointment the Thursday before Christmas! I called and pleaded my case to the receptionist who told me they just got a cancellation for Friday morning. First of all, he was early! Not a bad thing for me. Secondly, he was able to do an evaluation, give an estimate and start working immediately. We had already gone through the estimate process with a few other plumbers and they were right in the middle. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive! Best part! He even installed the stove once the gas line was put in! Merry Christmas to me and thank you so much!!!!

We had Jonathan install 2 toilets and do a couple other minor things for us after moving into a 28 year old house. His communication was great from start to finish (from the original response on Yelp to the day he was coming out). He even called the day before to make sure we were still on. Anyhow, Jon was very cool to work with, and he did a beautiful job with our installations, ensuring the the surrounding flooring looked perfect. You can't tell that these toilets weren't installed at the same time as the flooring was installed. His pricing was very fair as well.
I also inquired about another project we want to do down the road, probably a year from now at least (adding a sink in our finished basement). And even though the job isn't going to be done for a while, he took the time to investigate the walls, crawlspace, etc and gave me an accurate estimate. Usually you get the call us when you're closer to doing it, and we'll talk about it then. But Jon treated that conversation like it was something we wanted to do next week. So we'll definitely be using him again when it's time to do our basement sink.

Anyhow, I'd highly recommend Jonathan for anything you need...in a timely manner, competitive costs, and a cool guy to have in your house for a few hours. :)

This company knows how to hustle! I called at 12:30 in the afternoon on Friday to help with an install of a new faucet and the lady who schedules booked me on Monday. I asked if something opens up sooner, please let me know and sure enough, a guy came by at 5pm and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. They offered a military discount. I paid, what I feel, is probably a reasonable going rate for what I had done. I recommend them, especially for those who live in Englewood (80110, 80113).

My husband and I have been on a search for THE plumber that we knew we could depend on, trust, and get amazing service. We started to feel like there wasn't a company or independent with these qualities within the Denver Metro area. Maybe we were setting our expectations too high.

Jon and Mike with Colorado Plumbing Solutions has ended our quest. Though our original need was more cooling related and they couldn't fix the issue, (FYI, can't go on roofs due to their insurance policy) they did tell us how to fix it ourselves!! BONUS! Then I should them my kitchen draining issues and for a VERY REASONABLE price fixed an issue 3 other plumbers couldn't (or wouldn't) fix in less than an hour!

I am writing this review to let everyone know how great these guys are and make sure they stay in business! Just don't make them so busy they can't help me and my family when we need it! :)

Colorado Plumbing Solutions was my third choice, but after trying to get ahold of 2 other plumbers and getting no call back, it was a pleasure scheduling with them. They were scheduled a week or so out, but when the plumber did come he was early and fixed our toilet in a jiffy. Customer service was phenomenal! I'm planning to call them again when our water heater needs to be replaced!

I had a severely leaking faucet in the bathtub and water pressure throughout the house was about half of what it should have been. The easy fix was replacing the gaskets for the bathtub and the more challenging fix was figuring out why the water pressure was low. They determined it was the water conditioner, which was clogged. Once that was repaired, water pressure returned to near normal.

However after they left I noticed they had not unplugged the water conditioner, though they said it was not plugged in. I unplugged it.

Further, they acknowledged that the pressure for hot water was not up to par, yet they did not attempt to fix it. Did they not know how or were they overly concerned about getting to their next appointment on time?

Given all the five stars they received on Yelp, I was hoping for better. Not sure I'll use them again.

I had Colorado Plumbing Solutions provide a quote for fixing a running toilet and one leaky sink because with two little ones it's hard to find the time. They quoted me $460!!!

I did the work myself which was exactly the work they quoted in less than an hour and for less than $30. Be careful with this company.

I had a leaky shower head that wouldn't stop running. Not an emergency but Jon was able to squeeze me in the next morning. Jon arrived right within the window given and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. The parts needed were not standard but he was still able to track them down and get them installed and tested. I would definitely recommend him and will certainly continue to use him in the future.

Fully recommend! We were in search of a new/upgraded water heater. We did our research and reached out to four plumbers/companies in the area for quotes. Their quote came right in line with the smaller plumbing companies (vs the big logo trucks) and our guy was very knowledgeable and professional. We actually wanted the more production high recovery water heater than a smaller one. (Meaning, they didn't try and sell us something we didn't need) They were able to install the same day in about two hours! They hauled the other one away and went over the functions and how to flush it. We now enjoy more than 20 minutes (total) shower time our old 40 gal (32gal) provided us.

What a great, affordable, service!
You'll see that I just wrote another review for My Denver Plumbing that was at our place 12 minutes (literally) and charged us $149 for the first hour.

CO Plumbing Solutions was wonderful -- they were here 15 minutes too (different issue), was honest about the problem, and charged us $45 for a service call. That is what a reasonable company, not trying to price gouge, does. Highly recommend!

Prompt, professional service.

We had to replace an ejector pump in the basement of our new home. With one call Colorado Plumbing Solutions was able to schedule a service appointment for the very next day.

Two technicians arrived right on time and were a pleasure to work with. They evaluated the situation, confirmed the need for a new pump and offered a quote. The quote was exactly what I would have expected so they went ahead with the replacement. The work was done immediately and professionally with great care taken to working quickly, cleanly and efficiently.

Our main water line sprung a leak and began flooding our front lawn. Denver Water came out and said it was on my side of the tap and I was on the hook to fix it. I live in an old (1927) house so I was worried that the whole line would have to be replaced.
I had a few companies give me quotes, and My Denver Plumber was the half the price of my highest quote. I saw the great reviews on yelp, so I gave them a shot. They were able to get out the next day, and they were friendly and fast. It turned out that I only needed a spot repair and costs were minimum. Phew!
I will definitely use these guys again!

The sink upstairs in our kitchen started to back up and cause some water to overflow in the pipes and leak into our basement rooms. We tried simple drain-o but this did nothing to help.

We called Colorado Plumbing Solutions and they came over not more than a couple hours later. John was courteous and informative and told us the old pipes were clogging at 90 degree junction. Though we didn't have the pipes fixed at this time, John was helpful and told us how to prevent the issue from arising again.

Once we decide to make the permanent fix again we will for sure be calling Colorado Plumbing Solutions. We have also recommended their service to our friends who have used them for various other issues and installs. Everyone has been very pleased.

After having used these guys previously, I called them again due to some burping I had coming from a downstairs toilet. I fully described the problem and we set an appointment 6 days out to address the issue. The morning of the appointment (appointment was at 8 am), they called and said they had bad news and that they wouldn't be coming out. They reviewed the issue and thought it was a main line sewer issue and they apparently don't do that, so they wanted to save me the $29 service charge fee. While I appreciate them trying to save me the trip charge, they had all the information about the issue for 6 days and it wasn't until the morning of the appointment that they reviewed it and decided they can't do the repair. I could have had someone else come in but was waiting on them. So, their business practices definitely need improvement. I'd recommend that they review scheduled visits the day they make the appointment to make sure they can do the job. Don't sit on it for 6 days.

Based upon how they performed in their first visit to my house, I'm willing to give them another chance, hoping that they do improve their business practices. But if they burn me again .....

Very grateful for Jonathan! Had a frustrating clog this weekend in my kitchen sink which prevented me from doing ANY dishes at all. Tried to handle the clog myself but my hand auger wasn't long enough to get all the way down to it. After an annoying Sunday of trying to fix it myself, I gave Jonathan a call Monday morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. Took him about 30 minutes to look at the issue, run his big auger down the drain and reassemble all the pipes underneath. Even added a new washer to my piping that was installed with one too big. No leaks, no more clog and he even cleaned up my mess that I had left under there.

Very appreciative of his professional attitude and his prompt timing on showing up.

Called these guys first thing on a Friday morning hoping they could be out same day. By some miracle they had an opening and John was at my house within the hour to fix my garbage disposal. When he got here he identified that it had actually been broken and leaking for awhile so he replaced it super quick, answered all my questions, was very nice, and reasonably priced. My husband and I just bought our first home. We have been in it three weeks now and already had to deal with a clogged kitchen sink.
I searched here on Yelp hoping to pick the right company for the job. I am always nervous about getting ripped off or having to fix more than planned.
Josh called before arriving and was very pleasant throughout his time in my home. He assessed the situation and gave me a quote. He was in and out in about 30 mins or so and cleaned up the mess when he was done. He even gave me some pointers on how to keep clean pipes and even answered some questions I had. The price was a little steep for just snaking out the pipes but I honestly expected more; also, I'd rather pay a little for great service than lower price for a mediocre job.

My kitchen sink has been backing up when washing dishes every night for the last week and a half or so. I tried to snake the drain myself a number of times before I realized it was time to call in the pros.

I did dock one star because he was running a little behind the scheduled time. Some days are like that. I would certainly call them again the next time I need plumbing work done.

Communicaton was great. Pricing was great. Service was good. It would have been great, but the tech left one of the gas connectors loose when he replaced my water heater while we were out of town. The strong smell of gas was not welcomed after driving in from the mountains. But it was a quick fix that I found and tightened it. It was an honest mistake. I'm not holding it against him. I'll even allow him to come back. Colorado Plumbing is a good company. I'll use them again. i'm just being honest.

The guy first tried to sell us a new disposal saying that was what was leaking when the situation was explained he dropped this job off the estimate. He then told us it was broken again and when he explained it it was only a bracket. I had my father-in-law run to lowes to grab the bracket while I stayed there. When my father-in-law got back the job was done and the plumber said he found one in the car. Not only did it seem like he was trying to sell us something we didn't need, he did not bother to check his truck or let us know he found it so I could call my father-in-law
High prices.

Overall I would not use this service again, and if you need a plumber quick they will come and do the job that needs to be done.

I finally bought a home in Colorado! Searched a bit for a plumber and yelped. Found Colorado Plumbing Solutions. Called and was immediately impressed with the friendliness of the operation. They needed to schedule an appointment for quoting the work - OK. Jonathon showed up and was great! Talked through options, asked additional questions and wanted to make sure I had all questions answered.

I scheduled a more elaborate job than I had anticipated. I had originally scheduled a smaller job, and when I called 2 days before the work, they were very accommodating to add additional hours. Great!

They showed up on time for the job, and were OUTSTANDING. Every attention to detail was covered, they made sure I knew the status, and got everything done within the time, and within the cost. Cleaned up everything before leaving.

I really like that they do honest work, tell you like it is, and are very friendly. Means a lot these days in business - especially being new to a huge area I don't know much about. Recommend highly.

He replaced an old cage valve with a new 1/4 turn ball valve on my water main. Then, he was able to quickly find a way to reroute my broken water spigot on the side of the house. He priced out at slightly less than his competitors and came in just below estimate.

So I had Colorado Plumbing Solutions install a hot water 4 years ago - they were great, had a reasonable price and were a pleasant service provider to deal with. All good until the hot water heater decided that I needed to be reminded of what living in the 19th century was like. Fortunately, the thing was still under warranty and I contacted Jonathan - figuring that the parts would be covered but not the labor. So began a 5 day saga that caused Jonathan to have to be out to my house almost every day - including over the weekend. He replaced pretty much every part of the water heater (in retrospect, we probably could have just replaced the whole thing and called it a day), was unfailingly polite, showed up on time and let me know by phone or by text what was going on. As of last night, we've returned to the present day - hot water!!! I am pretty certain that CPS lost money on this situation, but am so thankful that they were willing to commit to great customer service. I will never call another plumber and will be happy to tell anyone that will listen that this is the service provider to use. CPS is awesome and I can't recommend them enough.

We weren't getting hot water in our shower and I called Colorado Plumbing Solutions and spoke with April, who was very nice and accommodating. She explained there was a $29 fee for the service call. Jonathan came by and quickly fixed it. Instead of making it more than it was or charging us an arm and a leg, he just charged us the $29. I'm so thankful and impressed by him. My 21 year old water heater started to 2 days ago and I knew it was time for a replacement. CPS was able to send someone out (without a service trip fee) to look over my options and give me an estimate on the spot. The estimate of $1495 for a new 50 gal Bradford White water heater (including new supply valve, expansion tank, drip pan) was about half of what AAA Service Plumbing quoted me so I went with CPS since that felt like the best deal I'd probably get. Josh was able to have the unit installed on the same day without any issues. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the ins and outs of the new water heater since mine was so old and there were new features to know about. I will definitely be using CPS for future plumbing needs.

My water heater was leaking earlier in the week. Josh came out as scheduled. He was courteous and professional. The estimate was $500 more than the phone estimate because the closet was super tight. Water heater was right next to the HVAC system. He had to disconnect part of the humidifier tubing and gas line that fed into the HVAC to get the water heater out. I didn't even know that I had a humidifier attached to the HVAC. After the job was complete, Josh turned it on for me. I was happy with the results, but giving it 3 stars because I'm just not sure the extra work that took maybe another hour warranted an extra $500. I know this is a job that I could never have done myself, but still feeling the labor was expensive.

I came to the decision that we needed to add a drain on our sprinkler on/off valve. Last Thursday, I had a company give an estimate of $700 to replace the valve and add a drain!
Wanting another opinion, I called up Colorado Plumbing Solutions last Friday and scheduled an estimate for today at 3:30pm. Josh arrived promptly at 3:30pm and offered to do the same job as the other company quoted but for $295!
In addition, Josh could do the job today! It took him about an hour to complete the job and the end result works excellent!
I'm simply amazed the job could be completed today. I was expecting to get an estimate and then have to wait a week for the job to be completed. Josh explained that when he and his business partner schedule estimates they try to do the job at the same time if the scheduling works for the owner. It is hard to find smart, honest, and efficient Plumbers. I will definitely be calling Josh at Colorado Plumbing Solutions in the future!

Its tough to find a reliable contractor and recommendations based on personal experience helps. We struggled to pick the right plumber, but a little detective work found these guys.

We had a superb experience today while getting repair work and drain cleaning. Knowledgable, great work, and willing to teach me some simple things, like cleaning shower drain, instead of billing me for something that takes less than 5 mins.

Also, the tree-hugger in me was delighted when Jonathan said to avoid harsh chemicals and go for the enzymes to unplug/clear drains. Yes, they are more delicate and take more time, but better option than having chemical drain cleaners.

They gave a competitive bid for a new ice line and have most likely earned that business from us.

Nothing says I'm about to get screwed like having to pick a plumber out of the phone book. I've dealt with Plumbline in the past and was exceptionally disappointed (here's a hint, they work on commission).

I chose CPS based strictly on Yelp reviews, and couldn't have been more pleased. Jonathan just left my place after fixing frozen / burst water line. Not only was he prompt, his pricing was fair, he cleaned up after, had a stellar iPad payment solution, and I had an emailed receipt before he was out of the neighborhood.

As far as I'm concerned, I've found my go-to plumbing service. I'm willing to bet you'll feel the same.

Give these guys a call, this is how a business should be run.

Jonathan just left my house after repairing an outdoor faucet stem that was leaking from under my siding. He was polite, professional, efficient, and clean. He showed me what broke and explained how to prevent it from happening again.

He had to cut into the drywall to access the pipe (I have a finished basement) but was sure to tarp everything off. He also cleaned and vacuumed afterwards. This is what I expect but to be fair I have had contractors not do mess mitigation and cleanup. In my mind that is the mark of a professional.

The repair cost about what I expected it to and he was even able to give me a ballpark figure on a bathtub to shower conversion.

I will definitely call this company again for future plumbing needs.

I'm extremely happy that I was able to to find these guys on Yelp.

I had an appointment this morning at 8 am, Josh called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time.

Josh got to work right away after taking a look at my issues and answered all questions I had. Extremely courteous service and even used the blue boots so he didn't track anything in the house without me even asking.

Josh was able to fix a problem we had with our water pressure that another plumber and repairman were unable to fix, so that just goes to show how much more knowledgeable he was than the competition.

The price was a lot less than I expected for the professional service.

I will be recommending Colorado Plumbing Solutions and Josh to my friends, family and business associates from here on out!

I had a major backup of my whole house on a Friday afternoon. Being new to the area, I didn't know any plumbers. I called Colorado Plumbing Solutions based on their Yelp reviews. I'm sure glad I did. After quoting a price to clean out the main lines over the phone, Josh and another gentlemen were at my house within a couple of hours. Our house had two main lines, and they augered them both without charging extra. They pulled a large clump of roots out of the lines, cleaned up, and I was back in business. They even emailed me a receipt that I can easily forward to my landlord. They were very professional, and didn't even mind that my grandfather was chatting with them while they worked. The next time I need a plumber, these guys will be the only one I call.

Can't say enough good things about the CPS guys. I live in an old condo building and had a few kitchen plumbing issues. The issues were fixed quickly and my kitchen is in better shape than ever.

Jon was great! Called their office on a Sunday, and since it went to voicemail, I just decided to call back the next day. But Jon beat me to it! Even though I didn't leave a voicemail, he called me back first thing the next day, and was at our home the day after that. We had been waiting a month to try and get a hold of a plumber, and it was so nice that he was so prompt, proactive, and fast. And he's such a nice guy. He did great work on our shower (replacing the valve), and our gas range stove. Would recommend him to friends and family for sure.

Jon has been great to work with and an absolute pro. After the city did some work on our main water connection, we had significant pressure issues and lots of knocking in the pipes. Colorado Plumbing Solutions was the second company I contacted about this issue, and they delivered a very competitive price and quick service to install pressure release valve.

When some of the noise continued, they came back out to check the system (in the snow!), which was still working, and then took the time to identify and resolve the issue at one of our faucets.

This company is great and you will not be disappointed.

When you need a plumber and fast, Jon is the person i would suggest to call. He returns your call right away and was able to come to my house the same day i called. He was very knowledgeable about everything i asked him. His prices were fair and i never thought i was being taken advantage of, and for a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, i really look for someone i can trust. I've used Colorado Plumbing Solutions on multiple occasions and every time I've been super impressed with the quality and affordability of the work provided by John and his team. Unlike most contractors who say one thing, and then do another, Colorado Plumbing Solutions has always stuck to their word when giving me an estimate on time and cost and then performing the job. More importantly, I've yet to have a single issue or complaint with any of the work that they've done. On December 2012, I had John install a new water heater my house and this summer I had him return to do all the plumbing for my new kitchen remodel. I really can't say enough positive things about John and his team, especially since I've had so many negative experiences in the past with plumbers and other contractors.

The scheduler was courteous and efficient. The appointment for the non-emergency work was set within 48 hours.

The service tech called to confirm he was en route. When he arrived, Josh Doyle quickly inspected the two problems: clogged kitchen sink and slow bathroom sink. He described what he planned to do and the likely cost if no unexpected problems arose. He addressed the problems in a timely manner and cleaned up. Both sinks ran fine. The price was competitive. Josh was professional throughout.

Jonathan of CPS is awesome. We had a frozen outside faucet which was running back in the house causing major damage. It was the coldest day of winter so far and a lot of people were having similar issues, making it very difficult to convince a few different company's to send someone out. Jonathan listened to my plea for help and was able to work us in to his hectic schedule. The job was completed quickly and very professionally. He even offered us a discount when he could have clearly held me over a barrel. I highly recommend.

The original installation of the tap line to my refrigerator was an amateur job, so Jon reworked it to be a professional installation. In addition Mike removed a kitchen faucet which had resisted all of my attempts to do so. Quite the battle, which he won in the end! Decent price, good service, I highly recommend this business.

We had a leak coming from a pipe under the kitchen sink, and after checking the positive reviews from Yelp we decided to go with Colorado Plumbing Solutions. We called them and Josh was very punctual, he called half an hour before he arrived, he used all the time shoe covers, the work was done very fast. I also asked him if he could install a new faucet for the service bathroom, that I bought some time ago. He installed the faucet, showing a lot of attention to all details. As well Josh was very pleasant! I will definitely use their services again!

BEST PLUMBER EVER AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!! In Jan. 2015 I started having problems with getting over 6 min. of hot water off of a new 75 gallon tank, and also sometimes having lots of hot water and sometimes having none. So I called a plumbing company in Denver (not this one) and had them come out and try to fix it. There were a lot of issues to deal with, including 2 new bathrooms being built on, and weird plumbing to do it. We also had recently changed out some shower guts and stuff, so it really was hard to tell what was going on, it could be so many things. Well, unfortunately, after at least 22 hours trying to fix the problem, (and several days with no hot water when the water heater combustion shutoff device broke, and trying a new thermal expansion tank) the problem persisted. TIME FOR A NEW PLUMBER. Based on the yelp reviews, I called Colorado Plumbing solutions on a Saturday and asked some questions, like what he knew about water CROSSOVER. Josh Doyle, master plumber and one of the owners of this company, answered the phone. He knew what I was talking about, and assured me that in his 15 years of experience, there have been only a couple of times he wasn't able to easily find the problem, and that was on a very, very old home with some very creative plumbing. He was confident he could come and find and fix the problem (he said there are only so many things it can be, and using a process of elimination, he WOULD GET THERE), even though I told him that 4 previous plumbers (from 1 company) had spent 22 hours trying to figure out my problem in the past month. PRETTY BRAVE BOAST, I thought! So I talked to another master plumber from another company here on yelp, who didn't get back to me until Monday, and while I explained my problem, he did lots of sighs and told me that it sounded like a mystery. I was not inspired by his confidence, so I called Josh on Monday night and made an appointment for 8am Wednesday. He called me at 7:30am Wed. and told me he was on his way, and was here by 8:15am (snow traffic.) By 9 am he had listened to and felt all my pipes and showers, traced it back to the problem, changed out some pipes, and the problem was fixed!! 45 MINUTES IT TOOK HIM TO HAVE THE PROBLEM SOLVED **AND** FIXED and I talked for the first 10 of that!! My goodness, it felt like a miracle!! He may look young, but in terms of experience, he's OLD!! :) So while he was here, I had him look at 2 other sinks with little problems, and he cleaned out some gunk out of the U-pipe, and made sure they were flowing smoothly. I also showed him where 3 of our sinks have little leaks by the handles, and he said that if I wanted to select a new faucet, they could install them for me, no problem, but that it was no kind of an emergency and since the water doesn't leak when I turn it to off, not a huge problem to wait until later. No high pressure sales tactics AT ALL! He just emailed me the estimates to fix them later. I can't tell you how relieved I am, and this guy (Josh) was so polite and friendly!! I was only billed $250 for the diagnostics and the pipe fixings (taking out old pipe and replacing with new) and for clearing some clogs/cleaning some pipes, and taking a look at about 10 other sinks/showers/tubs and making sure all was in good working order. Josh, you know I will be calling you again. I'm glad I found you!! Thanks a bunch! D.

If you're like me, you're filled with dread and trepidation at the thought of having to find a reputable plumber that will do a good job and not ask for a body part as payment. Since I'm not paying Angie one thin dime to see her list, I took a gamble and turned to my fellow yelpers for a recommendation. This is how I found Colorado Plumbing Solutions. After reading the reviews, though, I was skeptical because most of the reviewers have written so few reviews for other stuff. Usually that smells like a setup to me. Still, i was in need of someone to come and figure out a leaky situation, so i gave them a try. I explained to Josh that my neighbor had a plumber come out and check a leak in her basement that he said was coming from my townhome. I was quite perplexed, since I don't have any leaks in my house. Still, I went searching for a real plumber and found Josh. He came out, diagnosed the issue with the leak in like 5 minutes (it wasn't coming from my house). The first plumber that the neighbors called said he could, hear the leak coming from my house when he put his ear to the wall like he had Spidey senses or something. Josh actually got his hands dirty and figured it out for us. He handled the situation with professionalism and grace. Needless to say, I've found a go-to plumber. The first technician, Lou, diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Then it broke again. The second technician diagnosed and fixed that problem in a jiffy and offered up suggestions as to how to avoid the problem in the future. We had a major drain issue and had called several drain/plumber services. One didn't even bother to call us back. Colorado Plumbing Solutions answered right away, understood our problem and Josh was able to come out on short notice. He called us before he arrived, figured out the problem and got going immediately. We were up and running before we knew it. Several weeks later we had an unrelated problem with no hot water. Josh explained our options and did not try to influence our decision. We opted for a new water heater which he was able to install the same day. Josh was careful of the wood floors, and even cleaned up afterwards. We heartily and highly recommend this reasonably priced, friendly, professional company.

Jonathan and his team have done a terrific job both times we've had them work on our house. We had several gas leaks which caused us to not have hot water or heat for several days during the winter. Jonathan fit me in between appointments, got the work done and even offered me his own space heater! Additionally, we had some pipes that needed to be replaced, toilet flange rebuilt and gas lines extended. I would recommend his work, his good attitude and his pricing--he's reasonable!

5 giant thumbs up for Jonathan and Scott from Colorado Plumbing Solutions! I'm a single mom and needed two new valves replaced - one for a toilet and one from the refrigerator's ice-maker. Finding someone online to come into my home and knowing there are horror stories out there of disreputable handymen made me uber cautious. What a relief to find this company and these two guys!

I did my research, read all the reviews, and checked them out on the BBB website (A rating). I narrowed my list down to 3 plumbing companies and began calling each of them. This company was the ONLY one that answered the phone. I left voicemails for the other two - one which returned my call a day later - the other which has yet to call back. But on the second ring, Jonathan answered the phone. I told him what I needed, he gave me a rough estimate over the phone, offered to come out at no charge to get a free estimate. I asked for a Certificate of Liability (something everyone should ask for their own protection) and it was faxed to me within 30 minutes directly from his insurance agent.

They showed up on time, walked in my condo wearing booties over the shoes to protect my flooring and got right to work. Within minutes I had my estimate which was negotiated down - they are reasonable people - and they were all done and on their merry way within an hour after arriving. Before leaving, they made sure everything was in perfect working order - no leaks - and cleaned up after themselves. I will DEFINITELY call this company first for all my future plumbing needs - and you should too!

We had Josh come out to our newly-purchased home in Highlands Ranch to take care of an array of plumbing issues, including a couple of faulty valves, a bad solder on a copper relay line, and the replacement of a pressure regulator. His work was thorough and obviously done well. Moreover, Josh took the time to explain the importance of the tasks and why he approached them the way he did. I did not mind paying the bill because I am confident that Josh's work has improved our house quite a bit. He's knowledgeable, competent, honest, and efficient. I doubt that you can find a better plumber.

I had a hot water heater bust early one Friday morning -- I called several plumbing companies and was put off by their receptionists. Colorado Plumbing Solutions was able to get out that day, and Josh had to problem solve a few issues, not least of which was getting a new heater in, and the old out, of very old, narrow outside cellar stairs. Josh was extremely professional, and every bit of mess was cleaned up before he left. I suspect this company might be a bit more expensive than some others, but my experience demonstrated that they were reliable, knowledgeable and did as they said they would do.

I found these guys on Yelp and gave them a shot because of the good reviews. I am selling my home and the buyers inspection report said we had gas leaks around our furnace. I called Jon up and he answered right away and made time to come to my place that day. Once he arrived he was unable to find any leaks and waited for about 30 mins for me to get my Realtor to track down the inspection report. He ended up fixing one part of the furnace leak but the other thing the inspector was asking for was going to take a lot more work and money. Instead of gauging me for money he suggested I call XCEL to have them come verify the leak. If it really was there, he would come back and discount me what I had already spent. I did what he said and XCEL verified there was no leak, so Jon saved me about $400. It's always encouraging when you feel like someone is helping you out and not taking advantage of you. I will use them again for future plumbing jobs.

Called and left a message for Jonathan on Monday and he replied within ten minutes. We set up an appointment for Wednesday morning to install a new faucet in our kitchen sink. He called 1/2 hour ahead of time to make sure it was still OK and then was here exactly when he said he would be. He had the faucet installed in an hour and it is beautiful. I asked him to switch around the countertop button for the disposal and the hot water dispenser. No problem. He had it done in just a few minutes. Overall, great service, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would recommend Colorado Plumbing Solutions to anyone!

Our kitchen faucet is cracking & needs a replacement. Based on good reviews here, I called Colorado Plumbing Solutions on Saturday and Jon & his partner were able to come the following Monday. He was prompt & professional. While they were here, my husband called & reminded me to ask him to take a look at our hot water heater as well since one of them ( we have two 50-gallon units with boiler heating system somehow ) does not lit; Jon not only fixed it on a whim but also did not want to charge for it. ( We did compensate for it a little...) It is so refreshing to see a plumber focusing on problem solving instead of price gauging like others we have dealt with in the past. We will definitely hire them again and will also highly recommend them to others!

I bought a house that had several problems. Not an emergency call, but Jonathan managed to come out 2 days later (when another highly rated plumber would have taken more than a week). I told him to look around and tell me what needed to be fixed, which could mean please rob me blind. He replaced my 2 main shut off valves that weren't working, replace the valve to my icemaker/fridge line that was leaking badly, replace a kitchen faucet, install a new garbage disposal, and redo all of the stuff under the kitchen sink, all for $650, which I thought was very reasonable for a couple of hours of work. I will use him next time for sure.

I had a leak coming from the ceiling in the basement. These guys came out and spent about 45 mins trying to find a plumbing issue. Turns out it's condensation from my AC duct. They were professional and courteous and did not charge me anything since it was not a plumbing problem. Honesty and professionalism like this is rare these days. I highly recommend them!
