Absolutely top-notch response and service! I had a water heater leak emergency this weekend (luckily my daughter was at my home and noticed the leak).

Of course, these types of emergencies always happen late at night and on a three day weekend due to Friday being Veteran's Day!

I was taking care of my parents so communicated with my daughter on FT. Tried calling the HOA management but no answer. Looked at Yelp and saw Gold Leaf Emergency Plumbers Denver and my daughter called and Nicholas picked up right away. He said he needed authorization to turn off the water to the building (of course my water valve wouldn't shut off!) because it would be a wasted trip and didn't want to charge the after hours service call unnecessarily. Finally we were able to get the HOA management, gave authorization to shut off the water and Nicholas showed up right away.

He was able to do a quick fix but said the water pipes and gas lines were unserviceable and no longer met current codes and the water heater was no longer working properly-was filled with a lot of sediment (it was over 12 years old and who knew you have to flush them every year!).

He was able to find a great water heater that met the specifications of my utility closet and came the next day to repair the water and gas lines and installed an awesome Bradford White 40 gallon-water heater with minimal shut off of the water to the building.

His assistant, Thomas, helped with the install and removal of old water heater. Nicholas and Thomas were very professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. The charges were very reasonable and the workmanship was top-notch!

I recommended Gold Leaf Emergency Plumbers Denver to my HOA Management and now have a very awesome go-to plumber on speed dial for any plumbing needs in the future!

I don't wish plumbing issues upon anyone but if you do, Nicholas is the man who can professionally solve your problem immediately. We returned from vacation and exposed to a gas leaking water heater. Emailed him late Saturday night and he responded in mid-night and setup an appointment on Sunday. The new Bradford White water heater installed on Monday. He got the job done himself and cleaned the area after that. Best price, best work, and the great attitude you can find out there.
He is very on-time, professional, nice, and explains every detail so you understand what is going on.  Even after a week, we needed re-inspection and he showed up right on-time and did his job and reassured us with his installation.
Sometimes we forget that private-sector will do much better job, better warranty and services than corporate.

We had an excellent experience with Nicholas and will go to him in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

If I could give more stars I would! Nicholas arrived promptly and solved the problem ASAP and gave me some explanations about what had happened and why, so I know what to look if that problem arises again.

I've talked to a LOT of plumbers about a more-involved project (extending a gas line) and Nicholas is the only one who sounds like he knows what he's talking about--I hope that he might be able to do this job for me (he's mostly doing emergency issues for now, he said) sometime in the future!

As a first-time homeowner, I'm discovering that most companies that offer home services (like sewer repair, remodeling, home inspections) are incompetent and extremely poor at communicating. This is why I'm so pleased to have found plumbing services from Nicholas.

Nicholas responded to my voicemail within 20 minutes, came to my house that day to investigate, and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to explain it to me. He fixed the issue, talked to me patiently, explained everything, answered my questions, and even gave me advice that extended above and beyond the issue. I'm so glad we found a great plumber!

I called Gold Leaf for a sewer inspection on my home. The technicians that arrived were very professional and very insightful. I am a new home owner and had many questions, both technicians answered my questions and did not make me feel dumb for not knowing much about plumbing. They will definitely be my main point of contact for all plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company, especially if you want quality work.

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

We had a kitchen line that was all backed up. I ran a snake 25ft to clear the pipe and no luck. Tried to open an access plug further down the line. Stuck!! I gave up and requested a quote from Gold Leaf.

I gave a detailed description of what was going on in the request. Nicholas got back to me right away with a quote and what the surcharge was for after hours. It was very reasonable either way, but we made an appointment for the following afternoon, on a Sunday for no surcharge.

Nicholas sent me a text an hour before he was going to show and was right on time. He was a very nice, knowledgable and friendly guy. He opened the stuck plug and got right to work. It was was a dirty job for sure, as the whole pipe was full of nasty sludge. He snaked the line and unclogged the pipe. We were back in business. We paid what we were quoted and we were done.

I will always reach out to Nicholas in the future for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Nicholas.

So this guy came to my home, he gave me a verbal quote and we were good to go.  I was going to give him a check right then and there.  I was nice.  He went to his truck to get the paperwork. And 30 minutes later he said I'm going to pass.  I tried to contact him multiple times and he will not respond.  He then ghosted me without responding only to say we do t work for cost in a Yelp review 2 months later.  I don't expect people to work for cost at all.  Simply to to return a phone call and communicate.

Meanwhile I was without hot water for two weeks more trying to find another plumber.

On a Saturday night at 9:30 on Labor Day weekend, we discovered that our hot water heater was leaking. We called and because he was already on a job, Nick told us that he would be an hour but would be over ASAP. He came over that night, identified the problem and helped us temporarily stop the issue. We then set an appointment for 1 pm the next day. He was early, took the old one out and put the new one in - even with a 5 and 3 year old that kept asking him what he was doing. We will now be using Gold Leaf for all of our issues.

Toilet wouldn't flush. Got it working due to a clog in the basement. Very professional, reasonable cost, quick service. Will absolutely hire again and highly recommend.

Nick came and worked so hard to fix a backflow/clog issue we were having. He went above and beyond to fix the problem, he even
Left and went to get extra equipment needed, had to take the tool apart to fit into our crawl space and worked for over 4+ hours to make sure the issue was completely taken care of and came back a few days later to do some preventative care. We will definitely use him for any other plumbing issues we may have.

Our hot water heater went out and he had a new one fully installed the next day. Highly recommended.

Nicholas is the best emergency plumber I've ever known. He is kind, timely, excited about his work, explains to you exactly what he's working on, and doesn't make up problems to up sell you! He has repaired two toilet tank leaks and most recently snaked our system after a kitchen sink backup. He was able to find all of the little access panels to the drain that I didn't even know we had!

He is our go to plumber! Highly recommended!

Nicholas has got to be the best and most honest plumber in the  Denver Metro Area.  He responded at the speed of light to two emergencies in one week; a serious water line leak to an ice maker a week before Christmas and an even more serious sewer line clog on Christmas Day. As a Master Plumber he is super efficient at diagnosing the problem and cuts to the chase to get it fixed properly. Gold Leaf Plumbing absolutely rocks!

Amazing service. We were so impressed that they were first, willing to come out after Applewood decided to just leave us hanging in an emergency; but on top of that, Nicholas went to Home Depot at 8:30 PM and came back to fix everything by 10 PM. Amazing service and super nice guy! We will hire you again!

Had what we thought was a leaking pipes issue in our laundry room, and called Gold Leaf Plumbers and a couple of others. Nicholas was the first to respond within an hour (cool beans!) and popped on over to check things out. Thankfully, it was actually just a running upstairs toilet issue (yes, I am an idiot for not noticing it sooner) and kudos for Nicholas for not making me feel silly for overlooking it. (we all have our bonehead days, right?) He fixed the leaking toilet issue and was so cool about everything.
To be honest, as a female, I get a bit weary of tradesman who come to help out, but act in a condescending manner and belittle my intelligence just because: A: I cannot (yet!) solder a pipe and B: I have boobs. So happy that Nicholas is not one of them and I implore anyone who is looking for a tradesperson with integrity to give Nicholas a buzz. I called Gold Leaf for an emergency repair due to another company's incompetence. Nicholas responded and had me send him some pictures for an evaluation. Next thing I know he was at my house and was jumping right into getting us fixed. He was a true professional by keeping us updated on his work and was extremely careful during this COVID outbreak. Not only will I only call Gold Leaf from now on, I will be passing his information on to whomever I can that needs a top notch plumber.

I contacted Gold Leaf Emergency Plumbers through Yelp on Tuesday night, and Nicholas came out first thing on Wednesday morning. He provided a couple of solutions, one being to replace the current set up in my bathtub/shower. We went with that option, and the work Nicholas did was awesome. We will definitely use them again.

I had a leaking, ancient basement shower fixture that no plumbing supply store could identify.  So I called Gold Leaf to replace the old 3-handle fixture with a modern Delta fixture and to install an inline shutoff valve.  Nicholas spent a good 3 hours inside a cabinet where the access to the plumbing was found.  His prices were reasonable for the services rendered, and the quality of the service was solid.  He quickly answers texts and is very organized, without needing a back-office assistant (this is an impressive trait)

I called multiple companies and all I got was a runaround about how I had to replace a bunch of other things when the problem was simple, i was about to give up and I met with Nicholas. He arrived assets the problem and told me that it was a simple fix, he was informative friendly thural and clean. I know who to call when I have a plumbing/drain issue

I had a relatively minor plumbing issue, but Nicholas was clearly very well prepared and a true expert. He was friendly, punctual, and gave an honest and fair price. If you're looking for a reliable plumber at a reasonable price, I would fully endorse Nicholas and Gold Leaf. Significantly less expensive than Applewood or other later operations! And better customer service.

We had an issue at our house with the shower. I called Gold Leaf Plumbers and got an answer immediately. The gentleman explained that he would be out within an hour. Sure enough a nice gentleman named Nicholas arrived within the hour that he quoted. He assessed the problem and offered us numerous options for repair, while fixing the emergency leak. I was searching for an excellent plumber to assist me with teasing out why my dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. There are several reasons why the owner of this company, Nicholas, has received so many 5-star reviews. Nicholas's customer service is superb! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Found Golf Leaf here on Yelp @ 11 pm on a Fri nite after we found our hot water heater spurting and gushing water out the top. Thankfully able to shut it off but needed repair ASAP. Nicholas answered my vm within 10 min & offered to come out immediately but upon talking a bit more, decided that an early morning service call wd work best for either repair or replacement. He came promptly at 7:30 am & confirmed our 11-yr-old water heater needed replacement. He listened to our family's hot water needs & laid out pros and cons of different sizes and types of water heating units & prices. We decided on 50 gal w additional unit with higher BTU's to replenish hot water efficiently and more quickly. He left to pick up the unit and returned w another crew worker & it was completely installed that day. Great communication. & professional service--highly recommend.
