Best Plumbing Services in Colorado
This company is amazing. I had a sprinkler emergency and I called many companies before a Holiday weekend. One company promised they would come the next day. They didn't. The other companies didn't get back to me. Terry was honest. Told me he couldn't get to it till the next week. He called me on the holiday, and was out bright and early the next morning. Fixed all my sprinkler problems in record time.

We moved here after the big hail storm into a home that had immediate problems. One of which was the non-working a/c unit. Everyone we called were either too busy to come for at least one week, or didn't even bother to call me back. Jim, the owner of Caliber Services, LLC stopped by at the end of his work day and had us up and running within 30 minutes! Fast, efficient, friendly and reasonable.

Ed, was absolutely awesome. Came out on a Sunday to address our problems and fixed it right away. Explained everything that was going on with our plumbing and fixed it. Can't repeat the fix enough. He and my husband really hit it off. He will be the only plumber we ever use in the future. I refer him to everyone I work with and let them know if they ever need a plumber to call Ed at Always. He's great

I have done business with them for years. They are wonderful. Richard shows up and takes care of business. I love doing business with a local business. One of my friends had Roto Router out and they gave an estimate of over $1200. I told her to call Richard, and he got it taken care of for $100. This is such an honest business. They always show up on time, and they take 24 hour service calls. I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong when you call them.

Clint showed up right on time and finished our project very quickly. I am happy with the result.

Mikal with Quick Drains was super helpful. He responded quickly to my request for assistance, and even helped me try to troubleshoot the issue myself. The issue persisted, so he came out and took a look. He was professional and courteous, and took care of our issue. Would definitely use this company again.

Jorge and his son came out to look at some work we needed done on our home and then scheduled me for the very next day for the repair. He was extremely helpful and so nice! They were both so respectful and took the time to explain everything to me both before and after the repairs. We highly, highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!! Thank you, Jorge, for your help!!! We will be calling anytime we need anything fixed!!
Also, he asked if the homeowners were military or veterans to offer a discount. Not many people offer to save you money!! Another added plus in our book! :)

I see all the negative reviews but honestly I only have really positive things to say.
We could tell our hot water heater was about to go so we went through the Home Depot website on wed night and received a call Thursday morning saying they could come out that afternoon and install a brand new 40gal heater.
I got a call from Andrew Coleman who let me know he was just picking up the heater and would be at my place in about a half hour. This was great because I didn't have to sit around waiting for him to show. Really profession guy who explained everything about my heater including how to maintain it. I know nothing about plumbing and he made it easy for me to understand.
Delta is a bit pricey but they take care of any permits needed and inspection appointments after installation. They also picked up the new heater and hauled away the old one. It was beyond worth it to me to have a professional install it in less than 2hrs.
The process was painless thanks to Andrew. I would definitely ask for him by name next time. We're back up and running with a new heater less than 24hrs after reaching out to them.

Zero stars (I had to give it one star in order to post this review). We scheduled an appointment with Mission Plumbing & Heating for a small repair job under the sink in order to prepare for a new dishwasher. My wife left work early just to be home in time to meet the plumber on schedule. He never showed up! My wife tried calling him five times, leaving several messages, but never received a call back. Is this considered professional behavior? We finally reached another plumber and were able to get the job scheduled. Bottom line: if you want to be stood up even on a scheduled job, then take a risk on Mission Plumbing. Otherwise, avoid this company at all costs. I wouldn't be disappointed to see this guy go out of business. You need to take care of customers if you expect to succeed.

These people are completely incompetent and could care less about customer service wasted an entire day of my time by not paying attention to my request

I had an issue with my hot water heater, and my brother and law gave us JR Whitney Plumbing's info. My fiance and I called them first thing in the morning, and Jeff came right over to check it out. We needed a replacement. He explained everything to us in detail and in a way that we could understand. He went over the type of water heater he suggested and why, the size and why - the placement of our water heater is in a tight space, (and a very odd one, at that), how he would have to reconfigure the piping/the cost of that, pulling the permit/cost, and an inspection PLUS the time he'd put in. He informed us he was only going to charge for time worked, meaning he wasn't going to charge for when he left our home to go get the water heater/other supplies. He came back and installed everything the same day so we would have hot water ASAP, and he did an amazing job! We passed inspection with flying colors. I would highly reccomend him!
Also, to note, we did have Home Depot come out and they told us we needed an electrician to pull a separate permit and do some work or we wouldn't pass inspection. When Jeff arrived, he informed us that since this was a REPLACEMENT and not a brand new install, that was not the case and he was absolutely right which saved us quite a bit of cash. Dude knows his stuff!

Sloppy, unethical, rude, ripoff. I hired Jeff to install a toilet, console sink, and shower plumbing. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time at 9am. Mid-job, he asked me what I was expecting to pay. We agreed on $1,500-1,800. At one point he asked for my help holding the sink against the wall. I said give me one minute as I needed to help my two year old go potty. He let out a loud rude sigh. I was expecting him to leave by the end of the business day (5pm), but he worked until 7pm. Before leaving, he handed me a bill for $2,100 and said he'd be back tomorrow to install the shower. I wrote him a check on the spot despite this being well over the agreed amount. During his time in my home, he asked if I would mind if he used my toilet several times despite the room not having the door hung yet and being adjacent to my kitchen. He came the next day and finished installing the shower. As we were looking at the shower head, he pointed out a leak and said most shower heads leak. I said that's unacceptable, wrap it in plumbers tape and put it back up. I asked how much I owed him and he said uhhhh I'll just charge you $150 for today. So now after agreeing to $1,500 we are at $2,250! I wrote a check on the spot again. A couple of days later, I called him because there was a gap in front of the faucet. He laughed and said he'd let me know when he was in the area. The chrome on the faucet handle is also scratched from his tool and crooked. The rod holding my shower curtain ring up is completely crooked, and he did not shorten it in order for it to be at the height I asked. You can see marks from where it was previously installed. I called him a few days later because the toilet was leaking. He came back to repair it. It was still leaking. He came back a second time and charged me $69. It is still leaking. I left him 3 voicemails all a few days apart. No response from Jeff. I don't know how realtors are still recommending Jeff. Maybe he was good in the past.

Mr. Nance is not licensed; however, when he quoted the job, he seems really nice and clean cut and he really did seem like a stand-up guy, so I decided to hire Mr. Nance instead of a licensed contracted who actually quoted the job at a lower price.
My biggest mistake was not inspecting his work. I trusted that he would do fine. So, when it came time to pay him, I did a quick walkthrough, but I didn't bother to closely inspect anything.
After I had paid him in full for the job and he had gone, my wife and I found that he had made some pretty massive mistakes and not completed quite a bit. Took about 20 hours of work for us to fix everything.
Mistakes:
-the biggest mistake he made was drilling a hole right in the side of my main plumbing stack. It looks like he forgot his stud-finder and was trying to find a stud as there is a line of holes drilled across the wall. That repair was pretty costly
-when Bill installed the shower pan, he filled the spacing around the drain pipe with mortar. (the extra space is required by regional building code). the shower pan had to be picked up again and the mortar scraped out of the area.
-the tile that Bill put in was not anywhere close to even. I bought Bill really nice tile spacers, but evidently, they didn't do the job. There was variation of almost double the width of the spacers in some places.
-the trim was not even, and it was placed too close to the door on the edges around the door. He also straight up didn't trim the bathroom or the back side of one of the doors.
-the edges of the counter weren't cut even close to straight. I will have to remove the countertop and recut. the end caps also weren't placed on the counter.
-two of the doors that he installed wobbled. I had to remove the trim and place more shims and nails to hold the doors solid.
-the threshold on one of the doors was fastened a quarter inch above the floor and not well. I had to reinforce it to keep it from moving up and down.
Incomplete work for which he was paid in full:
-he fastened in the shower base, but just left the shower walls loose. He also didn't connect the shower drain, so I had a big black pipe sticking out of the floor of the shower.
-he didn't connect the drains on either the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink.
-he didn't trim the bathroom at all--I had to do that.
-he didn't trim the back side of one of the doors.
-the drywall work I paid him for was only partially complete.
-it was detailed in our contract that he would dispose of waste. However, there are tons of baseboards and full black trash bags in our yard. We had to fill an extra trash can for the next two weeks.
After the fact, the only thing I asked Bill to cover was the repair of the drain pipe that he drilled a hole in. If he had, I probably wouldn't have left this review. I know it's tough out there, and I really don't want damage anyone's ability to make ends meet. But, that was really the last straw for me.
