Jacob is a solid individual and contractor. We worked together on a gas line bury. He took his time to make sure he did everything in order and didn't try to rush anything. You can tell he loves what he does and loves his customers well. If you're looking for someone who communicates and goes beyond expectations, he is your guy!

It's no accident that every one of the Yelp reviews for Dig It Sewer Repair gives them five stars, including this one.  As one of the other reviewers said, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

When my drain problems first started after Thanksgiving, I called the local rep from a nation-wide drain-cleaning franchise. After three service calls by the same tech, then home visits from two different area supervisors looking things over, and a total of four kitchen floor floods in a week's time, these folks still weren't sure what was causing the problem, but they thought they knew what line it was in. They couldn't get their camera around a 90-degree angle in that line to see what they were actually up against, so they recommended  jack-hammering up about 17 feet of my basement floor to expose the pipe underneath and then replace it.   And just to be safe, they also advised me to have them pro-actively install a plastic liner inside the 44-foot clay pipe that goes from the house to the street level sewer, even though their camera scan of the clay pipe didn't reveal any actual issues.  Emphasizing that my house had been built in 1977, they were unaware I bought in 2019 after paying for a full house inspection that included sewer line scoping.  Their total estimate was just under twenty thousand dollars for everything.  That's when I told them goodbye, did some research on Yelp, and found Dig It with great reviews.  The best move ever!

I called Dig It the next day and left a message. When Malcolm (one of the two owners) called me back that afternoon, he listened patiently then asked several insightful questions and said he'd be out the next morning to do an inspection. He made an unhurried examination of all four bathrooms and the kitchen, looking closely at everything the other company had tried.  He also ran his camera carefully all the way through my clay line to the sewer, showing me it was problem-free. Finally, he opened the clean-out to the suspect basement drain line and inserted a snake/probe to do a little exploring. He located the blockage and could tell it was flexible and not solid, but his camera was also too big to get through the 90-degree bend in the line to view the obstruction.

Refreshingly, rather than  immediately going for a jackhammer, Malcolm thought about what else might be done and called in a drain technician he knew with a greater variety of  specially-sized equipment to work in lines of different diameters.  Using a smaller camera on a flexible cable they were able to get past the 90-degree angle and see the obstruction. Using a hook also attached to the cable, they succeeded in pulling the object out:  a spool of lead solder that might have been in the line for years and gradually uncoiled enough to block the line. Removing this obstruction solved the immediate problem, and also demonstrated Malcolm's thoughtfully creative approach to problems themselves -- an ability I became increasingly grateful for as a few associated drainage problems became apparent over the next week. Malcolm made three additional trips to my house that week and trouble-shot issues that came up in the laundry room washer line, kitchen sink dishwasher/disposal connection, and an upper floor bathroom.   My total cost for everything, including the help of the other technician he called in and all parts, was less than 5% of what the first company quoted me. It's been a little over a month since his last visit, everything is working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier.  Both Malcolm and Dig It have my highest recommendation!

Unfortunately, I was in need of Craig returning to my home to fix a water leak that was not properly fixed the first time. The first time he was incredible, but unfortunately this phone call ruined the entire experience with this company. He was very rude, offended, and condescending. He constantly interrupted me during the phone call. Told me multiple times You're calling me at almost midnight on a Friday night. He made me feel like a inconvenience and burden, while standing in inches of water in our garage from a job that was never done correctly in the first place. I hate leaving negative reviews on businesses, especially local. I am all for supporting local businesses, but this man showed zero empathy for my situation. If Craig fixes your problem correctly the first time, excellent. But NEVER call him to come back, his arrogance will make your situation worse, and more stressful.

They came same day. I called them at 8:30 am. I had a leak that caused drastic water damage. Couldn't get others to respond or come out for about a week. But I had Quick response, not only that but they were 2 hrs early 2:30 and originally reserved my appointment for 4-6 pm that same day. Thank the heaven's! I received courtesy texts to let me know when I should expect them. They gave me a estimate before they did anything  and then did the work right away. They knew what they were doing and finished quickly within half an hour.  I was invoiced what they estimated, paid on the spot and I had no mess to clean up after them.  My reciept was emailed to me. Compared to 2 other companies on Angie's list that didn't reply after they did the estimate, or said that they couldn't do the job, they were the lowest priced.
Oh and  they also Showed me what happened and explained why it was leaking.  Now I can move on and get the water damage cleaned up now.

We called a few HVAC companies in Boulder trying to find someone who could help us evaluate our current system and maybe get a quote for upgrading if needed. Save Home came highly recommended, was helpful and communicative from the beginning, and was able to get us an appointment within a week for someone to come out. Chris, our technician, called when he was on his way over, about an hour into our two hour window (and even apologized for it being so far into our window!). He came out and looked at our system and gave us a bunch of helpful information about options for making our second floor more comfortable, even telling us we don't really need to upgrade or replace anything yet. Honest, helpful, on time - we'll definitely be using Save Home in the future!

I needed a quick fix on a gas line because of a poor prior installation of a washer and dryer. Ian and Nick came out quickly, provided great communication, fix the problem with no complications. Super friendly, super helpful, and super prepared. I would recommend these plumbers to anyone.

I cannot say enough about how great these guys are.  For 10 years we have used them exclusively at our little farm in Erie, CO.

From little things like shower heads, dripping faucets, or leaky toilets all the way to major repairs stemming from Mold in our kitchen, they have been outstanding.

Jeremy always makes time for us and sometimes even stops by after work and helps.

This week we had a MAJOR leak occurring in our barn.  The automated waterer was leaking and Les came out and determined the undergound pipe was the culprit.  The pipe had become stripped and rusted.  The only fix was looking like replacing the entire underground pipe system, which would have been very expensive.

But Les and Jeremy figured out a way to clamp the pipe and were able to get us back up and running, albeit temporarily.  We will definitely have to replace the pipes at some point, but their quick thinking has allowed us to take our time now with a permanent solution.

All in All, Jeremy and his team have been unbelievably great to us and we would recommend them to anyone.

Ron and Randy have done a couple projects for us.  We were gm and they did plumbing on a couple bathrooms.  They work with you to help and saved us dough by recommending best hardware and providing excellent plumbing service.  

Their prices and quotes are right on.  Also they are regular guys of high integrity.

Over the years we've done several remodels in the Boulder and Fort Collins areas and used a number of different contractors. Paul of Boulder County Plumbing is the best I've come across in any of the disciplines. He knows his plumbing and does it well. He's a joy to work with compared to most others. He also treats his customers with respect. I would use him again without hesitation. Two thumbs up.

Juan showed yo right on time and got started right away. The leaky knob was replaced in an hour. Fast easy and painless. They showed up. They got the work done. I have no complaint.

About 3 months ago,  my back fence was destroyed by wind. I attempted to contact several contractors to do the repairs. No body responded.

I had an outdoor faucet that needed replacement and reached out to this business. Brett came out and gave me a quote for the repair and proceeded to the do the work. It required cutting a small hole in the drywall in the basement and he was spot on with locating the appropriate plumbing behind the dry wall. He was efficient, pleasant, and did an excellent job. There continued to be some small leaking after he replaced the faucet and once I let him know, he returned promptly, quickly figured out what was going on, and fixed the issue. He clearly takes pride in his work. I would recommend this company for both small and big jobs!! Great service.

I got multiple quotations for a main sewer line tap replacement.  I found AAR very responsive, knowledgeable, as well as the best price I could find.   They arrived on time, the crew was fantastic.   While they were waiting for the inspectors, one of the crew raked out part of my lawn that was a mess from a previous contractor.   I never asked for this, he was just being super helpful.
If I have any other needs, I'm calling these folks first.

This is my third plumbing emergency....one time it took me more than a whole day to find someone to come out. The worst time is when you NEED them fast......this time I called another company I had used for other stuff, no dice, could not come out til late this afternoon, i started the process at 830am....with water all over my kitchen floor...
....looked at yelp for local plumbing, found these guys....they were here by 1030am, very friendly lady on the phone who took care of it all for me.  ....AND both guys were so friendly, shook my hand ( I am an elderly lady) and introduced themselves, made me feel comfortable....they figured out what the problems were, gave me several options of varying degrees of work / money...they honestly told me what was really necessary, what would be peace of mind, etc....in other words, no high pressure just honest advice, taking care of the most immediate issues...I ended up paying half of what was offered BUT all things taken care of....wonderful, yes, repairs are costly but I felt confident that I paid for what was advised and NECESSARY...I felt respected & good about it. Hard on a fixed income, but I am happy with them,  they are now in my phone contacts so that I NEVER AGAIN  have to do the phone marathon ever again......thank you High 5. I am Denver/ Aurora area, so used that crew.

Replaced garbage disposal. Very responsive and did a great job explaining what my options were. I would definitely use them again.

I hired him several years ago. Don't use this jerk! First of all he wanted me to pay half upfront so I did like an idiot. I could go on and on about this clown! The last thing I remember, he was supposed to come in the house and do something in the house. I heard him driving away with his little sidekick. I ran out there and said something to the effect of WTH? And they pointed at me and laughed and took off. I left him a message saying OK we'll call it even now. That one good review must have been a phony review because every thing that everyone else is saying about him rings true! Don't use this jerk !

Bob Griffon was excellent! He arrived at our house promptly (on a Sunday) and fixed our busted plumbing in record time! He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and on time.
