We found a leak under our kitchen sink and called paradigm plumbing services llc. They charged us $69 to tell us that the sink was indeed leaking (gee, thanks!) and they said we should replace our garbage disposal (it never gave us any problems but ok). I'm angry because we paid $69 to be given an astronomical bill for the work that needed to be done. I expected their inspection to be in good faith, genuine, reasonable. It was none of these things. Home adviser says plumbers will charge anywhere from $45-200 per hour. Look at the bill from paradigm plumbing! It was beyond a bloated, inflated price - it was the greediest bill I've ever received. And here's the kicker - they refuse to break down their billing (how much parts cost and how much they charge per hour). They claimed that the cost to replace (1)a sink head and (2)garbage disposal would cost $1200. Twelve. Hundred. Dollars. They refused to be transparent in their billing or provide explanation. We hired a master plumber who gave us the receipts for the parts ($220) and charged $150 for less than 45 mins of work. In contrast, the Paradigm receptionist refused to provide a transparent breakdown of billing; she was condescending and belittling and said simply, I'm glad you found a plumber you could afford. Can anyone afford a plumber that charges $1,000 an hour?! I am outraged that paradigm plumbing services LLC tried taking advantage of us financially the way that they did. $1200?! With no receipts or hourly charge?! Just $1,000 in labor for less than an hour of work?! Greedy. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. No transparency. Buyer beware!

The parts at Home Depot were $220 total. It doesn't take longer than an hour to replace a sink faucet head and disposal. Especially for a master plumber. By all means, if paradigm is wants to respond to this review, please break down this bill for potential customers.

Asked this company to give me a quote for some simple work. They took apart my AC unit, pointed to something unrelated, said I need to replace the entire unit, and gave me quotes for replacing my entire HVAC system. Hired someone else who just came out and did the work. Don't let these guys into your home.

We needed a plumber for our non-working, leaking water heater. Based on the positive reviews on Yelp, we called PHI Plumbing. Don came to our home about an hour after our call and replaced our water heater. Don was professional, pleasant and honest. He is reasonably priced. We will call Don for all of our plumbing needs for our home. Thanks Yelp for your assistance.

Derrick is the best! The day I called about an appointment he was able to come out. He kept me informed when he ran into a delay. He's very professional, respectful, prompt & knowledgable. I just bought my house so he showed me the location of all the equipment & answered all my multiple questions. I got a senior citizen discount too! He gave me a very detailed receipt before he left & I had multiple ways to pay.

He lists that he does other landscape services so I plan to have him back to put out mulch & do landscape lighting. He said if there's something that's not in his wheel house he would know who to recommend.

We had a leak in our master shower that ran into the crawlspace!  Help!  Streamline Plumbing came through ASAP.  These guys are great.  They're knowledgable, courteous, respectful of your home... and educational (I learned so much about our system).  On top of everything else....they are so reasonable.  Highly recommend this locally owned company.

Claimed they fixed the problem, but it returned immediately. In their defense, I didn't call back. I don't have time to mess around with things twice.

Update: Great response from the company that may have uncovered an entirely different issue. Upgrading to five stars!

Zach is very courteous and professional. He responded quickly to our request and talked with us about what he needed to do and the cost. He okay'd that with us before proceeding. He also gave us some tips to maintain and hopefully prevent some future issues. Very honest and trustworthy.

Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber,  is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.

We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!

We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

We used Brent for two separate projects because he did such a good job the first time. The first project he was quick to respond, professional, efficient, and he got our toilet fixed the same day and for a lot less than the other quote we received. The second project he replaced our sump pump and fixed other related issues. After a setback from a defective part he came back and finished the job the next day. Despite the setback and added time he stuck to his original quote and got the job done RIGHT. We will definitely be using him for all our future plumbing needs.

Jay was very professional and pleasant to work with.  He worked around our schedule (because we are a business) and only had the water shut off for a very short period (30 minutes or so) at a pre-set time so we knew what to expect. I really appreciate his help in bringing us into compliance with North Washington water district!

Sean is the nicest and fairest plumber you will ever find. My wife and I had a small gas leak coming from the line going to our tankless water heater over the Memorial Day weekend. All the big plumbing companies didn't have openings until a few days out and one would come out, but for a very exorbitant cost. Lucky for us Sean made time in his schedule outside of working hours and came to our rescue. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but for a fraction of the big name plumber. Thank you Sean for the help! Were customers for life : )

I was having an issue with my plumbing. I called around and they were the first company to respond to me. They said that they would be able to come out Monday between 8-5. The guy didn't show up until 430, however he did call an hour before he was going to arrive. When he arrived he took a look at my issue and said that he didn't have the proper tools to do the job. He said that he would be able to come back on Wednesday or Thursday to fix it. Needless to say he never called back and completely blew us off. This was not professional in the slightest and I will not be using this company in the future and I will suggest another company for my friends and neighbors to use.

2 positive experiences now. Jason diagnosed our basement issue, leaking wetbar and we had to tear it all out. Came out on a Sunday I want to say as well. Now just had Disraeli come out from Big Apple and correctly diagnose and repair a cracked sprinkler back flow pipe. Did great work and made a limited size hole in basement ceiling which will allow us to put an access panel to cover the hole rather than a ton of work. Disraeli worked quick and efficient, communicated well and pricing was fair.

I found Lukenbuilt Plumbing and Heating on Yelp and called due to the high rating.  Lukenbuilt replaced my sump pump quickly and even spent time fixing my garage door that I ran into and bent. Now that is what I call service!  The rate was very reasonable and I am happy.  I will call Lukenbuilt again when I need plumbing servi

I called Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating to fix an outdoor faucet. Luther assessed the problem, provided me with an explanation and options.    He did a great job without leaving a mess and the cost was very reasonable.

These guys hire subcontractors to do there work and don't pay there subs. Stay away from this organization.

Stay away from Fix-it 24/7. After having issues with our furnace we got conned into joining their membership program. They overcharged to repair our furnace but it was cold and we needed it right away. They insisted we changed our furnace for a ridiculous amount and glad we decided to wait. We got quote for almost half what they were charging. Then had another issue with our sprinkler valve. Again their quote was about three times more from other quotes. It's instante how much they overprice. So we decided to cancel our membership since we won't be having them do any work. Well, because it hasn't been a whole year, they now want to back charge us for any work done during the few months we had them. Even though we were paying them a monthly fee. It's ridiculous.
