After calling about 30 plumbers, Paradigm Plumbing Services was my salvation. They called me back and scheduled an appointment within 30 minutes of my initial call, the plumber was on time and he worked efficiently! If I ever have another plumbing emergency, I know I will call these guys again!

The very definition of UN PROFESSIONAL. these turds came to one of my stores to check out one of the roof top A/C units. The guy said he'd price the needed repair parts and send me the estimate. That was a week ago and he completely flaked out on me. He never even bothered to call..... The office says this jerk is out of town for a week and he's un reachable. What kind of losers send someone out to service a customer of he's not going to be around to do the repairs? What kind of company is this that they don't give a crap that their employees are going around ruining their reputation? We needed a new contractor to service our 10 stores in the greater Denver metro area. It sure as hell won't be these losers.

I used Don's services a few months back (11/17) and just didn't have time to write a review.
I just bought a townhouse that needed a lot of work. I used Don because he was highly rated on Yelp. I had him come out to give me some estimates on how much the repairs would be, if some of the repairs were even needed and also how much it would cost for some advice if I decided to wait on the repair or do it myself. He came out, told me his prices and was very patient while I took him through the number of different repairs. He fixed a few of the problems right on the spot and gave me estimates for the rest.
He was able to save us a lot of money by not ripping into the wall to see if we had a leak. We couldn't see any visible water damage. But we had a dripping type sound almost every time we took a shower and thought it might be a leak. He helped us troubleshoot it and recreate the problem by simply changing the water temperature. If we just used the cold water, the weird drip like sound never happened. It just happened when we turned it to hot and then it went away. Then we went into the garage where the sewer runs and the sound was much louder, but different. It sounded more like creaking/expanding pipes then it did like a leak. Then it became very apparent that is was not a leak. We had another company who was going to charge us $150 to scope the pipes.
Don also helped me fix my bathroom. I couldn't take a shower or bath because of a lot of leaks that I couldn't figure out how to repair. I didn't have the money to remodel it like I planned. I had other contractors give me an estimate on just getting it to work and they said I was going to have to rip out the wall to replace the fixtures and leaks. But, Don was actually able to fix them and even replace them with very nice brushed nickel fixtures without tearing into the wall. He even helped me recaulk my entire large tub with some quarter round to cover up some old bad repairs and replace my sink.
I won't go into the other repairs and advice. They were all great.
Don was very easy to work with, his work is professional because he pays attention to the details, he listened, he was sincere and honest, he gave me great advice and ideas, and saved me a lot of money. He even recommended some awesome restaurants since I am new to the area.
I've had bad experiences with other contractors that were highly rated. So, I was very happy that Don lived up to his high ratings.
I definitely recommend his services.

Was requesting to have sprinkler system looked at. Did not request a day or time. Willing to work around their schedule of course. Immediately within 30 seconds I got a reply say 'too busy'. Wow, what a way to say screw off, I don't need your business.

Mike showed up on time and wore a mask correctly the entire time. He was polite, professional and knew his stuff. Price was reasonable, and as advertised. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Just wanted to take a moment to give them a great review. I contacted them on a Thursday and asked for service for the following day. They were very helpful and able to accommodate my request. Brian (the owner by the way) didn't arrive on time, he arrived EARLY, which is new to me :)
He was very courteous and fixed the issues he came out for. He took the time to explain what he did and made some recommendations.
The price was what I expected to.
I will definitely be using them again?

We had a leak in our ceiling last week. Everyone, from the woman who found time to squeeze us in at the last minute to the plumber who fixed the leak, was professional and prompt. Thank you!!

I highly recommend Family Plumbing Services! We had an emergency water leak on a Saturday at our commercial office building - water was pouring out of our water heater in our ceiling. We called a number of plumbers who advertised that they offered emergency services and they all offered Monday afternoon as the earliest they could assist. Zack promptly took our call and then showed up, on time as promised! He was polite, professional and empathic to our situation. He provided a detailed cost of repairs on site and then worked quickly to make our repairs, keeping us informed the entire time. More importantly was the quality of work - he installed a new water heater, corrected drain line issues, and left the job site clean and tidy. I will trust Zack for all of our plumbing needs going forward!

Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber, is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.
We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!
We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

I called Jays backflow, and requested a bid on my job and explained that Denver water turned off my water and he within minutes called Denver water to turn on my water! I was told by Denver water to send the names of two plumbers to have my backflow done to get my water turned on so i will comply. Even if I dont hire Jays service I will surely use them in the future as their customer service is #1 Dan K. with Home Again Furniture Inc.

Sean is the nicest and fairest plumber you will ever find. My wife and I had a small gas leak coming from the line going to our tankless water heater over the Memorial Day weekend. All the big plumbing companies didn't have openings until a few days out and one would come out, but for a very exorbitant cost. Lucky for us Sean made time in his schedule outside of working hours and came to our rescue. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but for a fraction of the big name plumber. Thank you Sean for the help! Were customers for life : )

Danny and his crew just completed a complex job for me on some of my Colorado property. He kept me informed every step of the way. As an absentee landlord I have dealt with more than my share of unscrupulous workmen. Danny was a breath of fresh air--more than fair, honest, and went above and beyond what he was asked to do. I won't hesitate to call Mountain Drains when the need arises.

I called Big Apple Plumbing about a week ago to set up an appointment for a freeze broken pipe fix. Jason knew exactly what the problem was after describing it over the phone. Disraeli showed up this morning on time and got right to work. Super fast, super clean, and solid work. Very very professional. I look forward to using this company again.

I found Lukenbuilt Plumbing and Heating on Yelp and called due to the high rating. Lukenbuilt replaced my sump pump quickly and even spent time fixing my garage door that I ran into and bent. Now that is what I call service! The rate was very reasonable and I am happy. I will call Lukenbuilt again when I need plumbing servi

It is Friday night prior to spring break and I have no hot water. The tech was here 5 months ago and told me I would need a part and to keep my water heater temp low. No reply for all this time and now it's Friday night and I have no hot water and guests coming and I'm staring down the barrel of after hours charges for this issue that was sent to Bill Smith months ago. My family has used Bill Smith a lot and they've been great until now. 5 months and nada and no hot water on the weekend. Furious a d super disappointed in a company I believed in. I was SHAMED by their manager for the lint from my dryer (same room as water heater and I vacuum it frequently) and told there's nothing they can do unless I want to pay their blackmail charges of $95 plus $300/hr with a two hour minimum. Super disappointed and am telling all my friends and family who have used these assholes in the past to skip it.

I would caution anyone about using 24 Fix it, after I spent over $1000 with them, with deceased performance.
I was having AC problems after a wire shorted out, so I called them and they fixed the wire appropriately.
Next though we wanted to improve the performance, and clean the coil, however I was told by two 24 Fix it Techs that the coil was inaccessible and would need to replace my entire unit.
So, not wanting to spend $7,000 at the first road block, I paid them $1000 to try and clean the inaccessible coil. This resulted in the tech incorrectly replacing the motor and causing my AC to hum so loud in the living room that I couldn't hold a conversation.
They also told me that was not their problem LOL and said the dust they had cleaned out was so heavy that its removal was now causing the noise. Seriously.
So I got another bid for the replacement equipment and called a hometown HVAC friend. He actually made the drive to Denver because he couldn't believe the quote, and I'm writing this review here now because my friend opened and cleaned the inaccessible coil in no longer than 2 hrs, and wanted to charge me $150. I gladly paid him $300 for his time.
24 Fixit is highly motivated to replace all of your equipment for thousands of dollars, or try to sign you up on their subscription HVAC cleaning (who actually buys that?) But at the end of the day, seemed lazy and incompetent. Told me they couldn't fix a piece which a competitor fixed in 2 hrs at a fraction of the cost.
Oh yeah, best part, MY AC is amazing now. Seriously, though, I never liked the vibe from these guys. You're better off finding a Random contractor.
