We needed a hot water heater replaced. They showed up quickly and did the replacement efficiently. Promised to send  us a receipt and information about the unit they installed. Have sent them numerous requests and can't get any information regarding the unit installed.  Nothing. We just want a copy of this in case we ever need warranty information.  So for service I give them a 5 star ... but for the warranty I give them a 1 star.

These folks, if not the best, are among the best.  They did everything as asked for and then some.  The issues that were of concern were taken care of way ahead of what was estimated in time.  Tim, the service man, is very knowledgable, professional and like the rest of the entire McAdams team, was a pleasure to work with.  If any plumbing needs arise again in the future, I know who I will be calling.

Andon with Euro Plumbing installed 2 new water heaters in our home yesterday. We are extremely pleased with his work, and his demeanor and level of professionalism were refreshing. Our overall experience with this company was excellent. I solicited 3 quotes for the same product from plumbers/companies rated highly online. Dimi (the supervisor) with Euro Plumbing, gave me the lowest quote and was the most responsive of all companies I contacted. We live in a remote area in Colorado, where it is typical for service companies to charge us a trip charge. Euro Plumbing did not charge a trip fee and provided us with a flat rate quote. When Andon arrived, he pointed out areas of the existing piping that were starting to corrode, and had potential for leaks. Andon contacted Dimi to find out how much additional it would cost us to replace these areas in the pipes. Dimi advised Andon to go ahead and replace the piping at no additional cost. We own a high-end custom home, and I have worked with many subcontractors and home service companies. I have to say Euro Plumbing is one of the most courteous, responsive, and dependable companies I've worked with. Many subcontractors won't even come out to work at our home due to the logistics/time it takes to get here. I would highly recommend Euro Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber, and I am very happy to have found a plumber I can trust and rely on to service our needs in the future.

If you're looking for a plumber, Joe is your go to!! He is honest and his quality of work is notable. He's also just a nice guy overall and takes pride in his work. He re-did the plumbing for our bathroom and so far it's performed great. When I called him back for something I noticed, he came up with a solution and fixed it.

My incredibly old water heater finally sprung a leak on a recent Friday evening. I found WHE Plumbing after a quick google search and found they were still open till 8. So I reached out and got an immediate response. Within an hour, Alex was here to diagnose the issue (which was that I needed a new water heater ) and gave me recommendations on which new heater would best suit my needs. Since it was late at night, we couldn't do much at the time, Alex made it a point to pick up the new water heater and install it the next day, as soon as was possible. After he arrived, he had the old unit out and the new one in in record time. I'm not sure what the record is since this has never happened to me before, but regardless, Alex was fast, efficient, and cleaned up the mess before he departed. Highly recommend this local business!

Chris & Melissa are by FAR the most superb plumbing duo I've ever encountered. They epitomize the traits listed above, never making the customer feel less-than for asking a question or raising a concern. They charge appropriate fees for what's *needed* and don't tack on unnecessary or illegitimate extras.  Most importantly, they bring years of experience and skill to the job, leaving your home pristine and the problem(s) eliminated.  

After recently purchasing a home, we knew it needed some plumbing TLC.  Chris & Melissa have been our go-to experts for a myriad of issues: a leaky fridge supply line, a low pressure shower, a broken dishwasher, and a  malfunctioning disposal. Additionally, they provided me and my wife invaluable information about our hot water heater, a house filtration system which erroneously used irrigation pipe fittings as part of the construction, and our shutoff handle arrangement should we find ourselves in an emergency.

Our 1949 Park Hill home still had its galvanized plumbing when we bought it last year, and while nothing had failed yet we knew it was time to replace it before it did. Just Plumbing installed new PEX pipes for a really reasonable price (well below other estimates, nearly a third of the cost of one estimate we received!)

The crew (Johnny and Chris) showed up right on time, worked fast, cleaned up well, were friendly and answered all of my plumbing questions, and got the job done within a day (around 8 hours from start to finish!). While this obviously necessitated cutting many, many holes in our plaster (on gypsum board) walls Chris did his best to save as many pieces as possible to patch them. The plumbing passed code inspection by the city of Denver, and works great - our water pressure is improved and we're no longer worried about our pipes catastrophically meeting their demise (and flooding our house).  

The crew also replaced our old shower valve with a new Kohler one, and went to the trouble of replacing the trim kit for us as well (which I had already purchased ahead of time). Just before our re-pipe our water heater decided to die, so Bill gave us a good price on a new one with install - which will happen next week, after the holiday weekend.  

We're planning on renovating our downstairs bathroom in the next year or so, and would not hesitate to call Just Plumbing again for that plumbing work - I would be more than happy to work with Chris, Johnny, or Bill anytime in the future!

(Oh! Also, both the women I spoke to at the office for invoicing/billing and scheduling were super friendly and easy to work with.)

I've hired this company a few times to do work for me both at my business and at my house. I needed a  drain cleaning at my business and they were prompt efficient and very economical. I finished my basement and needed some plumbing work done. I needed some things pre-plumbed and then when I was ready to finish. I needed them to come back and finish. Everything went like clockwork. I even finished my basement early and they were able to accommodate my earlier schedule. Definitely recommend!

We got buyer's inspection report on Monday night. By Tuesday morning, we had a sewer cleaning scheduled and wanted to have a plumber give us an estimate on a re-scope. These guys bent over backwards to accommodate our deadline. They communicate well, which is so important especially to a homeowner who doesn't deal in the contractor's world often. John's my go-to plumber up here - he plumbed all the pipes on a new build a few years ago, and put in a garbage disposal.  I haven't had any plumbing issues, but, if I do, I know who to call.  Luckily no heating issues either, but, if/when it happens, it's good to know someone's around to fix it right at a reasonable cost!

Followed JD's Plumbing services and bought the fancy garbage disposal and twice their workmanship failed leaving water across our wood floor and in the cabinet below the sink. We reached out for help and the first time they came the next day. Now it happened again and are waiting to see how quick they return to fix the fact that the garbage disposal literally fell off the bottom of the sink...water everywhere...stay tuned.  - Jack

Called these guys to try to get an estimate on fixing s shower, after being quoted $55 from another plumber just to have a look. Chris came out for free, spent about 30 minutes looking into the problem and said, 'don't worry, IF you have us do the work, we charge a flat fee, so no hourly charges' which was a big relief! Within a few minutes, he had the problem solved and shower fixed, after 2 yrs of dealing with it and having paid another plumber $800 for 7 hours of searching!
So, within 45 minutes, the shower was fixed, the bill was paid and we were happy customers. I highly recommend these guys!

I called Rattlesnake Drain expecting to be told we'd have to wait until the next day. Instead, they were here within three hours. Emily cleared the problem and was on her way in less than an hour.

I recently went under contract to sell my home and learned that I needed to replace my HVAC system.   Courtesy Plumbing has been maintaining my system the past 4 years, so I called to get a technician out to evaluate and give me an estimate.  Pablo was amazing.  We had experienced minor problems in the past that were due to a too-large AC system.  He performed load calculations to show the size we should have for maximum efficiency, comfort and savings.  Pablo was very technically knowledgeable, professional, and gave me a comprehensive quote that was competitive.  Moreover, he tentatively scheduled a date/time for the replacement.  As it turned out, my Buyer ended up wanting a credit rather than the actual replacement (so he could use his plumber) but I would highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing - and Pablo - to anyone looking for a new system and an honest evaluation!

From start to finish my experience with Swan was incredible.  Called for an estimate on a lot of work (new disposer, basket catch, condensate pump, leaky shower, and rerouting a gas line) that needed to be complete on a house we had just bought.  They were able to identify the issues, walk me through the repair, and answer all of my questions as a first time home buyer.  I even reviewed with them some items that one of the larger companies in Denver said was in need of urgent attention and they were able to address it and fix it at half the cost.  

The tech they sent, Spencer, was very professional and thoughtful.  Lots of knowledge and even went as far as to show me some insider tricks as well.  Scheduled the repairs and they sent the same tech that completed the quote out to complete the repairs which I found to be nice since they were already familiar with the problems.  Fixed them all in one day, we had a laundry list to complete, and was very honest with his work.  Advised they may need to come back out if the fix he completed for the shower leak did not work.  Turned out it did not, Swan sent him back out to complete the job with rapid speed. Completed the job,no additional charge either, and we have been solid ever since!  I would highly recommend Swan to anyone after my experience with them.

Even called them last weekend for a furnace issue that presented itself, they squeezed me in the same day. Turned out I was able to correct the issue myself and I cancelled the appointment but it was great to know that I could call them even in a bind and they could make time for me.  A++  Thank you all at Swan!!

I forgot to update my review! After many repeat come out visits they finally had a Master Engineer come out and look at the system. After about an hour of troubleshooting he discovered the issue. The waterline (if I remember correctly) wasn't giving the system enough of what it needs. He addressed it and the house now cools properly and isn't on for hours at a time.

That said their customer service is super great. I decided to hire them again to maintain the furnace at our new place (sold and bought a new house) and as per usual the customer service was really good HOWEVER the technician forgot to tighten our gas line to the furnace. We noticed a gas smell and had to call Xcel in to investigate. They discovered the loose line and tightened it.

Kind of a serious oversight! I didn't dock any stars for it, but I do feel like additional training or checklists should maybe be used before a tech leaves a home.

Came out unprepared to do what I had requested when calling. Just for them to come out was $59. They couldn't do the scope same day as the clean out. The receptionist could not advise on the cost of the services.

Wow! When emergencies happen, you dread calling the plumber or the handyman - but not in the case of Plumb Pro's! As soon as I called (at 9 o'clock at night!) I was met with friendly service by the owner, Deb, who was able to send someone over first thing in the morning. The Pro they sent over was so pleasant and even funny! He also explained the repairs me in a way that I understood and felt comfortable relaying back to my landlord.

Never experienced service like this. Will 100% use Plumb Pros again!
