Really happy with the service from Dunham. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, gave an excellent price quote, showed up on time and the work looks great. We had received a few different quotes, and Dunham Electrical Edge came in at the best price. Someone even came by a few days in advance to review the work and verify there would be no surprise fees the day of. I will definitely save this phone number for any future electrical needs.

Justin was awesome. We had a lot of work to be done on our house and he took us through everything step by step, explained all of our options and did a great job. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dehn (pronounced Dane) is nothing less than AMAZING.  After dealing with several flaky, unprofessional independent contractors, I was feeling nervous that it was just going to remain our unfortunate lot.  Then comes Dehn... TaDa! From start to finish, he was prompt, 100% professional, cool as a cucumber and was a complete joy to work with.  We had 2 separate closet doors replaced and new french doors installed with a transom window above. They are absolutely stunning! His work has absolutely exceeded our expectations.  See my before and after photos.  I sure hope he sticks around as we have other work we would like him to complete for us.  He is an asset in every way. N2H came out to do some electrical work for us and they were great. Communicate well and performed job as expected. Good guys to do business with.

This is the second time I have used Integrity Electrical Solutions. And they live up to their name. The first time I called them to a rental property and they realized right away that the problem was with the main line/box from Xcel. Saving me so much! Today I had them out to my home thinking with an older property it would cost a fortune again they surprize me with simple solutions! They do what needs to be done and take care of it right away. I will never use  anyone else as long as I live here!

This is a high quality small shop, which I think is the best option. They arrived when promised, knew what they were doing, did quality work, worked efficiently and were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Westside Electric and plan to use them again.

Wow.  Excellent service from Anthony M. today.  He actually came early due to a cancellation.  He investigated and repaired the issue with care and expertise!  Fantastic job! Definitely will keep this number handy for my next plumbing need.

Our HOA had hired this company multiple times to diagnose and fix lighting problems but nothing ever lasted.  They probably came over to perform repairs 5 or 6 times.  

This company is now completely unresponsive.

Maybe they prefer to only work on residential projects.  

Unfortunately in the current post-Covid economy it is quite hard to find electrical contractors that are willing to do anything remotely outside of their wheelhouse or in a timely manner.

Highly recommend.  They were prompt, professional and completed the job with clear explanations and suggestions when needed.  They were also less expensive then other bids. I will use them again.

AAA Electric has been my electrician for about a year now.  Overall, I find the electricians to be knowledgeable and reasonably quick with completing their work.  The problem is that on my last few visits (for my 1970's house we are slowly remodeling), they have sent an electricians helper with the electrician.  From what I can tell, this is a way to increase their hourly rate significantly without corresponding improvements in performance or speed.

Previously, with no helper I was paying $90 or $95 an hour.  With the helper, the charge is $120 an hour.  The helper for my electrician talks quite a bit and mostly seems to be there to open boxes and hand the electrician light bulbs.  I am willing to help or prepare everything myself to save the $30 an hour on a 4 to 8 hour job.  I would rather pay the electrician for an extra 30 minutes on a 4 hour job than have the helper show up.  The company does not mention this when they schedule so beware when you book an appointment.  

I can absolutely see the value of the helper on large commercial jobs where the work will take 8 hours or more.  I see no value though on most residential remodel jobs that are 8 hours or less.

Also, my most recent bill was $200 higher than I was expecting it to be for the amount of time they were at my house.  I called to check on the billing and discovered the electrician had charged me for 45 more minutes than he was actually at my house (including the helpers time).  I always check the clock when they show up and depart.  The billing is an ethical issue to me and the hourly rate is now too high for the work performed so I will be searching for a new electrician.  Again, the service is competent but the price for the work is steep so beware when using AAA.

Where do I begin! This was such a refreshingly pleasant experience. Tim was on time, friendly, honest and best of all explained things in a way you can understand.  

We bought a house that was flipped about a year ago and in our contract the electrical was all supposed to be brought up to code, obviously it wasn't.  Tim fixed it all perfectly and went above and beyond to wright a report for us to take to the seller.  

You really don't need to look anywhere else.  Give this family owned company your business.  They deserve it and they will get the job done right, right on time and on budget.

This company is a scam. The flat rate pricing is a total rip off. We had them clean an AC unit and replace a furnace motor. A few days later the furnace was leaking....they said it was the condensate pump and wanted over $700 to replace. I did some research, the pumps cost about $70 and take less than 15 minutes to install. I bought one myself, plugged in, connected a tube and put a PVC pipe into the reservoir. It took me longer to take out of the box than to install.

It took me 3 calls just to get a correct receipt for the first work that was done. Upon learning what they wanted to charge for a condensate pump I was sure they ripped us off on the cleaning and the motor replacement. I called to discuss the price gouging the company does they told me they would refund some of the money but would need to do some research on costs of materials. They told me they would call me back, no return call and no refund. Beware, they will rip you off!

DO NOT USE. They quoted us $26,000 for a job another company did for $4,000. They are a bunch of salespeople that claim they're master plumbers. Pay a little extra for a sewer line clean. Don't be tempted by the cheap sewer cleaning. They will get their line stuck and threaten to charge you $500 to cut it and leave it. Other companies don't do that.

Had James and his crew install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. They were courteous, fast and efficiently. Would highly recommend!

I've used King Electric several times in the past, but I certainly will not use them ever again.  I hired Fabian (owner) to install new dryer and range outlets at my rental property November 2015.  Immediately after the work was completed my renters reported the stairwell light was not working, and the range hood light and fan were only working intermittently.  I contacted Fabian to let him know of the problems and my concern about the range vent being a possible fire hazard.  Fabian said he'd check it out.  By the first of December I had yet to hear from Fabian, so I called him again.  We discussed when he was going to come fix the problems that occurred during his last visit, and I also brought to his attention the old dryer outlet hadn't been removed and was left hanging against the wall and it needed to be removed. He was surprised and upset it hadn't been removed.  He agreed to come back and said he'd take care of it.  Several attempts over the next several months to speak to Fabian were futile.  End of May and Fabian still has not made the necessary repairs.  After a well deserved stern conversation with him from myself, he finally showed up.  Afterwards he contacted my property managers and was belligerent and claimed the light switches had been wired wrong, however, if this were the case they wouldn't have ever been working to begin with.  He did nothing to resolve the range hood, and denied the old dryer outlet was still intact, despite the photographs we have to the contrary.  Fabian repeatedly verbally abused my property manager, and claimed he did not want my business or my property managers business (who have over 20 rental properties of their own, and have used Fabian for many years) any longer.  I've always paid my bills to Fabian promptly and in full, so if this is the sort of business he doesn't want, I'll find someone deserving of my loyalty and who appreciates good, respectful customers willing and able to pay their bills promptly!
