We worked with this company a few years back but after contacting them and leaving a message recently they never did attempt to contact me. My husband also tried calling; he spoke with someone there and was told they would get back to us, but never did.

Brian did a fantastic job. He is professional and made sure we understood the details of the job. Showed up on time and left the site clean. We will not hesitate to use M and M in the future.

Don reworked our kitchen sink, making adjustments to the plumbing hookups so that it would be easy to dismantle as needed during a remodeling project. He replaced soldered fittings with removable ones, replaced glued pvc with some that was easier to disconnect(during the next stage of our remodel). He also found a possible dishwasher drain backup issue and fixed that too (with our approval).

He made the changes we needed to move ahead with our remodel. We liked how he explained everything he was doing and the reason- as plumbing is new to us. He also showed us ways to completely empty the water lines- an obstacle we ran into on a DIY job previously.

His pricing was very reasonable, and especially for getting a master plumber with 20 years of experience! Whether you need help with your own do-it-yourself project, or just want it done- we recommend PHI Plumbing!

Was requesting to have sprinkler system looked at.  Did not request a day or time.  Willing to work around their schedule of course.  Immediately within 30 seconds I got a reply say 'too busy'.  Wow, what a way to say screw off, I don't need your business.

My Guys!  Needed my main line cleared of roots and called these guys bright and early to see availability.  
4 hours later my drain was clear of roots!  
Tim was very thorough and made sure we had no problems left to clear.
I don't like people in my house so trusting these guys was a huge hurdle for me.

In my last review, I didn't have any reason to give the 5th star. Now I do. I called them up to track down a mysterious leak in my basement. The guy they sent out said it looked like the water heater would need to be replaced. So, I scheduled for a different technician to come change it out for me.

Fortunately for me, the tech that came out was Brian, the owner. He looked at my water heater sitting in a puddle and noticed that it was kind of young to be leaking so badly. Upon further investigation, it turned out it was a hose under my sink leaking into the wall and puddling under the heater, which caused it to look like my heater had gone bad when, in fact, it hadn't.

Because he was so vigilant with his initial searching, I didn't have to spend $800 on a new water heater. I spent $40 on new sink hoses.  Awesome.

Also, the lady that answers the phone (who has a name I'm sorry I can't remember... maybe Holly?) was a pleasure to deal with. She knew what she was on about, and was super pleasant.

I had a great experience with Pristine the whole way through. I had a toilet replaced (about $500 including the new toilet and removal/haul away of the old toilet), a leaky faucet removed and a new one installed (about $400 including the new faucet), and new fittings installed to fix an old burst pipe (about $80). They offered several options for the toilet and the faucet, so I was able to choose what worked for me and my budget. Front office staff were extremely helpful and responsive, and Eric arrived on time, took care of the whole project in a couple hours, provided instructions and tips for use, and left the house perfectly clean. Highly recommended!

Zach is very courteous and professional. He responded quickly to our request and talked with us about what he needed to do and the cost. He okay'd that with us before proceeding. He also gave us some tips to maintain and hopefully prevent some future issues. Very honest and trustworthy.

Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber,  is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.

We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!

We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

Requested a bid from multiple plumbers on Yelp to simply replace a shower handle that I though was not installed properly because I couldn't get the shower to come on. Brent at B-Line Plumbing asked for a picture and pretty quickly told me exactly how to switch the water to the shower without charging me a dime. The only one out of 7 plumbers to do that.

Very impressed by that when I was ready to fork over a couple hundred bucks for an uneccessary shower handle replacement! He's now earned a loyal client, thanks Brent!!

Jay was very professional and pleasant to work with.  He worked around our schedule (because we are a business) and only had the water shut off for a very short period (30 minutes or so) at a pre-set time so we knew what to expect. I really appreciate his help in bringing us into compliance with North Washington water district!

Sean is the best call we made for sub contractors. He showed up fairly late on a Friday night to help us stay in deadline. He worked very efficiently and was incredibly friendly in the process. I can't believe he took care of our plumbing issue in an hour! Call Sean - it's worth it!

I called on a Saturday with an emergency. I called several plumbers in the area and Mountain Drains was the first to call me back, on Sunday. I thought that was a great sign! I explained my situation and the man on the phone said he would send someone out on Monday at 4pm. Well, it is now 6 and no one has called or showed up. How completely unprofessional! I will definitely not be giving them my business in the future and will recommend that my neighbors look elsewhere as well.

Dishonest, high priced, won't stick to bid, don't waste your time. Jason, the owner is very sketchy character that bid one price to get you committed and then changes it on you once they show up to work. On top of that their prices are way too high anyway. I was able to get the same work done for half the price without any of the drama.  When I questioned/complained about raising the price Jason realized that I was going to cause problems and came up with another lie about me trying to do unapproved work on my own, I guess to save face. Didn't even make since - why would I?

Alas, our water heater died after 15 years of selfless service. We decided replacing it was a better idea than boiling water on the stove prior to bath time. We called a few places and Robert was able to come out and look at our dying busted ass water heater. He gave a reasonable quote and scheduled it at our earliest convenience. On our search for water heater fixes, you tube videos and the like we discovered pinterest has an vast array of upcycling ideas for water heaters....planters, smokers and lawn decorations. Maybe next time. I digress. He removed our old one and hooked up the new one quickly. And he loaded both of them by himself despite the gun show we flexed offering to help. Water heaters are big...like fit a body in there big, yet he man handled that thing like a prehistoric anaconda wrestling a prehistoric crocodile. Needless to say it's a great company and service.  Thanks Robert.

DJ did a quick, quality job, and fit us in at the end of his day to help us avoid what would have likely been a very expensive repair.  (I'm sure it helped that we were on his way home)  They do charge what may sound like a high fee just for coming out, but he had our leaky joint fixed in under an hour and a total bill just under $200.  Worth it for some peace of mind!

Staff on the phone and in home were prompt and polite.  They've been around Denver for decades, and it's easy to see why.  I'd recommend the services of Bill Smith Plumbing to anyone who needs a leaky pipe fixed the right way!

These guys hire subcontractors to do there work and don't pay there subs. Stay away from this organization.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I cannot tell you what a disappointment they are. Kept lying about when they were coming ( we had a blocked sewer so) it took 3 Days!! Then after they did the job the cost changed to $425, on the radio it said $99. Now 4 weeks later our sewer is backed up again! They won't back up their own work and come out to fix it!! If I could rate them NO stars I would!
