Cristian came out on a Saturday night and unclogged my main line. He explained what the issue was and gave me options. He wasn't pushy and he genuinely wanted to help me out as best as he could. Let it be known fellow Yelpers, Yelp Community: the grand daddy of all clogs that is unholy graced me with its presence this weekend. After decades of greasy abuse thrown down my condo's drain, the pipes said enough is enough and decided very conveniently that it could take it no longer, and stop draining.
After 10 minutes on youtube, I decided to beat this clog into submission myself. I threw a box of baking soda, a jug of white vinegar, and some gallons of boiling water down the throat of this monster clog to no avail.  In fact, it made the clog worse--it done pissed it off and clogged it even more.  The many years of grease stuck in there was akin to someone drinking their favorite bacon grease as a side bev during a summer BBQ.
I put a distress call on here, and EZ Sewers was one of a half dozen plumbing companies that replied in the most expeditious manner. It was as if my 'emergency' was their emergency. Cristian, the owner himself, replied to my mass call for a plumber with an instant free quote and was very timely in his replies to my messages. Moreover, he was able to squeeze me in to his busy schedule (for next day service that I requested) as if I was the only customer on his appointment book.
Come service day, he arrived promptly and was courteous and amiable the entire time. He got straight to work and found that this demon clog of mine was: (1) stuck in a drainage pipe that was practically cemented on to a fitting; and (2) the clog itself was pretty much like the gunk in Elvis' arteries after all them peanut butter, bacon, banana sandwiches.
He stated that snaking this beast would definitely fix it, BUT only temporarily, as it essentially, would be putting a band-aid on a reoccurring wound. The best and most feasible solution to rid the pipes of this clog was to hydrojet the pipes, clearing the foreign mass back into oblivion. Although a costlier option than simply snaking the pipe, hydro-jetting is a much longer lasting option WITH a (limited) warranty.
Cristian offered his expert solutions the entire time and was not a pushy salesman throughout the ordeal. His professionalism, timeliness in the matter, and overall quality of work is commendable, in a market teaming with droves of plumber tradesmen competing for your business.
I would not hesitate to contact Cristian & EZ Sewers for my home's next plumbing project(s).

I highly recommend using EZ sewers. Cristian came out to do a sewer inspection. He was friendly, knowledgeable and upfront. He explained all the issues with the line and what needed to be done. Pricing was very reasonable and they were also prompt and responsive. I would definitely use them again.

3/5/23 - Store drains got clogged due to customers throwing no flushable paper products down the toilet. Called EZ Sewers at 9:55pm and Christian arrived within 30 mins.

Hydro Jetting was done to clear the clogged and we were back to business.

3/6/23 - our drains got clogged again in the morning. Christian came out immediately, hydro jetted once again, then went through to check all our drains and pipes. No problems ever since.

Customer service, response, and work was fantastic. Pricing was good, even for late night emergency which other places charge you an arm and leg!

Definitely worth a call for anyone who needs plumbing and rooter service.

We had a leak under the sink in one of our bathrooms. I messaged EZ Sewers Rooter Saturday night and Cristian called me within few minutes. We appreciate that he was able to schedule the work Sunday morning.  He came to the house on time as scheduled and replaced the pipe in less than half hour. We showed him another problem we have in our toilet where the flapper keeps getting stuck. Another plumber tried to fix it about 6 months ago but problem returned within few days after. Christian fixed it and replaced the flapper within few minutes. He has a nice pleasant personality. We'll definitely call him back in the future for our plumbing needs and recommend him to our family and friends. Thanks Cristian for the quick response and fixing our plumbing issue on a Sunday.

I phoned a couple of other plumbing services that said they could not come until the next day.  I Called EZ Sewers and Christian immediately picked up.  I explained my situation and he said he was close by and could come right now.  He was here in 10 minutes.  He proceeded to work on our clogged sewer immediately.  After the work was completed he alerted me to other problems that would need attention at some point.  He did not just tell me, he showed me with his camera.  While we didn't have the additional work done now, we will be calling him to do some major work in the near future.  Christian was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional.  He gave us options and did not try and upsell with scare tactics.  I would highly recommend Christian and his company.

Had a drain block pop-up today on my home which was more complicated than the run-of-the-mill plunger situation. Things were really jammed and my tub and toilet were not draining, not to mention we had water leaking into the first floor. Cristian was able to come and make a service call within an hour. He was prompt and communicative and an all-around great guy. He explained the situation and what our options were. He was not pushy but we opted to go with the safer hydrojet. That immediately took care of the issue and he also repaired the issues with my toilet while he was at it. I wouldn't hesitate to call EZ Sewers R&P again for any of my toilet needs. Very impressed with their company's work ethic and the overall way they do business. I am extremely satisfied and am glad I opted to give them a call and not tackle the issue myself.

Our shower started to back up then our toilets! Our whole house was backed up! We gave EZ sewers a call at 11:30 at night and their response was fast! They came out right away within the first 30 min! Cristian came out himself and started to diagnose the problem! Got the problem taken care of with ease and even took the time to show us his work before and after and what the problems were, gotten it taken care of within the first 30 min! We found Cristian through yelp Saturday night and he came Sunday morning. He was thorough and honest and explained everything that needed to be done. He came to fix our clogged kitchen sink but also offered to inspect our bathroom sink and main line since our house is so old. The bathroom sink was a quick fix but we were so grateful because he found a lot of gunk and even roots in our main line and we wouldn't have known without his help. He was able to clear our main line in the meantime while we save up to replace all our pipes. Thanks again!

Our shower was not draining properly so I requested a quote and Christian responded right away and offered us one of the best quotes for a Hydro Jet. He worked around our time, and squeezed us in same day late evening! In a short amount of time our clog was gone! He went above and beyond and even offered to cut some of the roots that were inside the pipes (for a extra charge) but totally worth it! In time, we know we will have to repair some pipes, and he took the time to educate us and showed us on pipe camera how our pipes are doing and didn't pressure us into anything. He is very kind, and so helpful and even said hello to our neighbors. He loves what he does and we're so appreciative of people like him! Christian will be our go to for any future repairs and plumbing needs!

Highly recommend Christians business!! We thought we had a simple clogged bathroom sink but turns out it was a much bigger problem than that! He used a hydro jet and camera to show us the exact problem! He took us step by step with what he was doing & why. Great experience with this company and specifically with Christian. Called several plumbers who did not even have the courtesy to call back. I called this place Friday got an offer to come out the same day (I declined) and Christian was here first thing Saturday as scheduled. He was nice, respectful and professional. I met Christian as I found his company on Yelp when I sprang a leak under my kitchen sink. He answered the phone promptly and set up an appointment. We were having people over for a birthday party and unexpectedly water started coming out from the basement level. We discovered there was a backup and I called multiple businesses for emergency service - everyone told me tomorrow until I reached EZ Sewers. They promptly showed up about 1 hour after calling and resolved the problem quickly and intelligently - they snaked through the vent pipe on the roof so we didn't make a mess under the house.  Highly recommended!

Today I became a repeat customer. I had a leak in one of our pipes. It was becoming costly and I was tired of trying to fix what had become a complicated issue. I had to call and I needed it repaired asap. This time I did not have to scan my computer, or look in the little magazine with many listings. This time I used my speed dial. I was given a time which like last time, they got there earlier. This time I had a more complicated issue. within 30 min they isolated the problem and I agreed to the solution with no apprehension. The material of choice and the material was not plastic or cheep composit. I was impressed. and again when they drove away. I knew the problem was resolved and I can move to my next Job my wife needs me to fix. I trust these guys. I will be calling them back to help set up the pipes for a large dough boy pool. Don't tell my wife. she is looking to plant a big garden. Yea, like I want more weeds. Call them, you will not be disappointed.

Christian literally saved me from a headache of a main line block! I got home from a 12-hour night shift and was met with water leaking out of the part where the toilet bowl meets the floor AND sewer water backing up on my tub.

One phone call to Christian and he was here within 15 mins! He used the hydro jet and was able to quickly fix the problem. Other places I called couldn't even send someone until MONDAY (today is Saturday morning)...and I reaaaaally can't be without a toilet or shower for a whole weekend.

Christian is quick to answer, quick to give his recommended solution(s), and quick to let you know when he'll be able to send someone over. He is easy to talk to and beyond reasonable with his pricing. He will give you honest quotes for any further repairs he proposes and is available via text if you decide to hire him later on.

Christian came out and quickly resolved our drain clog.  Our washer was draining the water out but because of the drain being clogged it would leak the water everywhere.  Thankfully our washer was in the garage.   So not much damage but Christian unclogged it for now.  He recommended a jet clean.  So later on we will do that.

I just wanted to share how a great service Christian did to my bathtub issues.
Called in this morning to get a free estimate and gave me upfront service fee which is reasonable and fair. Came to fix the problem the same day and real quick. Didn't even push or sell anything. It was all honest to goodness service (which is hard to find these days). And to everyone, what you read on all his reviews are all honest and true. I can even say that I found MY plumber. Amazing service. Christian came to help me out at my restaurant. I had a leak behind the wall and he repaired the leakage like a breeze. This plumbing company is really busy and did miss the first appointment; however, Christian came the next day and was responsive to my calls and messages. Called up For a quote on a backed up sink just after 10pm. Really hesitant to make this call for late service because this is the perfect opportunity for some of these companies to take advantage of you but not Christian. Not only was I given a very reasonable quote but also told a technician would be here in 35 minutes. Precisely 35 minutes later, Christian showed up ready to get started. This kid had a great attitude and was very friendly, especially for someone coming out so late to face a plumbing job. Our sink posed a bit of a challenge to him but he was able to figure out how to clear out the drain and get us going again. I really appreciated the quick service, reasonable price and amazing attitude. I would definitely recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. Thank you Christian!

I work at a restaurant and had been having issues with a sink that kept having some overflow issues. I called on a Saturday morning and needed assistance as soon as possible. Even though I could tell they were extremely busy and had lots of appointments that day, cristian made it a point to cut out some time and at least stop by and assess the situation. He came 2-3 hours (just like he said on the phone) and very very quickly realized what the problem was and how to fix it. He was on time, quick, and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes! Christian unclogged it! I had a bad clog In the kitchen. He quoted me a reasonable price and stuck to it even though he had to use his camera to find where the main line led to. He came on time at 9:00 p.m as he promised. It took about 50 minutes to locate the problem and resolve.

Holiday weekend and our toilet, and showers were slowly draining and then in the morning - water started coming up. We had to call a plumber and definitely did the right thing by contacting EZ Sewer! These guys are awesome.  Christian and Eusebio came out to do a repair on a cracked drain pipe which they promptly took care of.  

I asked Eusebio for some recommendations on some plumbing connections that I knew were going to be problems in the near future.  He recommended that I change out two and the rest could wait.  They took care of these promptly as well.

Excellent and smooth experience with Christian! I had a huge clog in one of the drainage pipes and ended up causing both my restrooms to be backed up. Keep in mind, this was Sunday night at 8pm. Most companies are closed, but Christian picked up and personally came by in less than an hour! We helped hydro jet the drainage pipes outside and it immediately helped. Upon camera inspection (included with hydro jet package), he found one section of the pipes was cracked and had roots. In addition, the main pipe coming from the house was molded and rusted. He explained what could and should be done thoroughly (cast iron descaling and epoxy coating) and got to work the very next day. What was meant to be a 2 man job turned out to be a 1 man job for Christian. He was still able to complete the job in 2 days, due to the epoxy curing period (24 hours).

I definitely recommend Christian and EZsewers to anyone! Very reliable and chill dude! Any questions, don't hesitate to call or text him!

We have just had a hell of a few days at our house with various plumbers, messes, and issues. We had an awful drainage problem that wasn't getting fixed through normal methods and no one could even seem to figure out source of the problem. Cristian arrived at our house at 4pm yesterday and didn't leave until the job was finished after 11pm and I can't say enough good things about him.

As a new homeowner, it is tough to know much about plumbing. I made sure to contact my contractor to ask what I could be paying and the work I may be expecting and he prepared for the worst (which this was). All that said, I still don't know anything about plumbing but Cristian took the time to show us with a camera and a flashlight- even under our house- what the issue was and worked with us on pricing options to get the job done. This is a tough year for us as we are getting married and had to use wedding funds to solve the problem. It means more than a lot that he worked with us.

He's also very professional, clean, and friendly. Cristian is the only technician I've ever had at my house that actually closed my back gate properly (without being asked). When he left and I was (finally) in the shower, he reminded my fiancé to lock the door behind him. Small things matter. We have our plumber.

My boyfriend and I recently moved into my moms  house to help with some home improvements. It's an old house so there's a lot of things that need replacing, and a lot of old things going bad. Thank god we ran into Cristian last Friday 3/19/21. The sewer line had been backed up for the last couple of days prior to his services. The water was coming up into the backyard, so you can only imagine the horrific situation we were dealing with. We gave Cristian a call in the morning and he was at the house by noon. The situation seemed to have needed a snake (temporary fix) but we ended up doing the jet blaster which was a little bit more in price but we wanted to clear the roots that were growing all the way through at certain parts of the pipe. He explained the situation and gave us his honest opinion about what needed to be done. We took his word for it and we couldn't be more happy with the results. For peace of mind, he included a 1 year warranty in case it happened again. Afterward, he even went as far as to put a camera all the way through the pipes to show us the job had been done thoroughly and correctly. I like the fact he is local and he seems to be really loyal to his local customers. I took notice that he purchased expensive equipment to ensure any task he is faced with is done the right way. Call Christian with EZ Sewers Rooter & Plumbing! He's outstanding! I found his company on Yelp, & called that day (AND it was a Friday afternoon) to see if they could fix a plumbing issue for me. Christian picked up the phone right away (it barely even rang on my end), & he was very polite. I explained to him that my kitchen sink was clogged, but it wasn't an emergency, & I asked how soon they could make it out. Christian advised me there was a chance they could come that night (Friday), depending on how another earlier call was going/whether it finished in time, but added that he would let me know, & said he could come 1st thing the next morning if they couldn't come that night. Christian then called me back a little later & said that he had good news, & he could come that same (Friday) evening! He gave me an ETA, & not only did he show up, but he showed up early & ready to get to work on the issue! He was even more personable in person than on the phone! I showed him to the kitchen, where he investigated what was going on, stating I may need a new garbage disposal. However, then he did some further troubleshooting, & was able to fix the non-draining issue without the need to buy & install another garbage disposal, thus saving me significant money, which I VERY much appreciate. Christian then went above the call of duty by helping me figure out why the plugs by the sink weren't working (one of them was the plug to the garbage disposal); he helped me figure out how to operate the exterior fuse box, which allowed the outlets to work again. Christian made sure all my questions were answered, even staying to talk after the job was done (I had already paid, but he still stayed awhile to make sure everything was good-to-go. Ez sewer is a 10 ++++!!. On Saturday my tub started to clog but I didn't think much about it.... because after 15mins it slowly unclogged itself. On Sunday same thing happened again but this time it didn't unclog!!!!.. So my mom reached out to one of her plumber to try to get the problem resolved. The guy spent 30 mins and couldn't fix the problem, he said to find someone else. I decided to go on yelp and check to see if someone could come as soon as possible. Reached out to Ez sewer, and within mins CRISTIAN RESPONDED WITH A QUOTE. Agreed to his price so he came within 30 mins. At 1st he tried with a snake to clear the drain but it wasn't possible as he suspected something else greater was blocking it. Cristian suggested he would have to hydrojet to clear the blockage and that would be additional charge. The house wasn't mine so I couldn't make the decision. I had asked Cristian to wait about 10-15mins for approval. He didn't hesitate and waited. 15mins had gone by and I still didn't hear anything back from the landlord. Reached out to her again and said she had to ask her husband first. This time around Cristian knew he would be late for his next appointment but he still waited and wasn't rude about it at all. 30-40mins had gone by and landlord finally agreed for CRISTIAN TO HYDROJET THE DRAIN. As suspected CRISTIAN was right, there was indeed something else in the drain that was causing the issues! After he did all that, landlord had asked him to wait again  so she could stop by to give him a check. HE STILL WAITED WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. With the level of professionalism CRISTIAN HAD PROVIDED! He and his business sure deserves more than a 10! I would recommend him to anyone!! Totally in good hands! As I mentioned to Cristian I'll be moving at the end of the month.. but I have his info saved...

Christian was super awesome. He was very responsive and even came close to the end of the work day. I felt bad but he was really nice about it and missed out on dinner for me  we had a huge clog and had roots in our mainline so we couldn't even really use the toilet or shower. Christian stayed late to help us and even was explaining all the steps we needed to fix the problem we had. We needed to break concrete and install a clean out and he did this in just a couple days. Would've been the day after but it rained.

Christian was not only good at his job, but super nice. He loves dogs and played with our dog a bit and he wasn't pushy and trying to sell me anything. His price was way better than what other people quoted me and he even made sure to not leave me with sewage issues. A couple plumbers came before but didn't do as much for me as Christian did. He made it so we were comfortable and able to use the bathroom prior to him installing the clean out.

Lastly, the problem goes even beyond that because we have a huge city tree and it's causing our whole sewage line problems. I know it's probably best to change it out but right now money is super tight so Christian offered alternatives and solutions to helping me. He's an awesome and genuine dude. I haven't really met many nice people like that to be honest. I loved how he was trying to save me money but gave me all the options with honesty.

In the end we did the clean out system and I saw him putting the cement in when I came back from work. He let me put my dogs paw print on it  because I thoguht it would be funny. He had to repave it but was really nice about it haha. Also, he's coming tomorrow to clean up and finishing up the work by cleaning the inside of the pipes tomorrow one more time.

Im really really glad I shopped around and met Christian. Not only was he the best price but the nicest dude too. Thanks again and I look forward to working more with you in the future.

On Saturday 8/21/2021 after 5:30pm, Chris and Eusebio were given assessment and indications of my bathroom double sink clog and my attempted remedies, including first clearing my mainlines, to clear the particular pipe connecting the sinks' plumbing.  They educated me how double sink plumbing pipes are arranged, offered a remedy to clean out the pipe and install a clean-out, and another alternative is to access the roof vent pipe; this advice clicked in me what I've forgotten the alternative--is clearing the drain pipe through that access.  Since they knew I tended to fix manageable problems on my own from what I shared with them, unless the work requires experienced professionals, they continued to be helpful in providing advice as I had decided to try clearing the clog  through the vent pipe, and assured me if I couldn't resolve my problem, they could return to fix it for me.  Although they didn't get my business, you readers out there can be assured Chris and Eusebio are knowledgeable, fairly priced for my particular clog problem after I had inquired prior plumbing companies their current prices and the scope of their work for my particular issue, and helpful to educating customers how, what, and why about particular plumbing issues if the customer so cares.

Needed the bathroom sink unclog. Went to Yelp to look for 5 star reviews and found EZ SRAP. Let me tell you, it lives up to its name. When I sent my first text, there was a reply within 5 min. He gave me his very reasonable quote and was only 10 min away. The job took less than half an hour.

We had clog in our main line that was progressively getting worse. It started with gurgling in the toilet whenever it got backed up then became completely stopped and would not drain. At Christian's first arrival he was kind and professional with a side of humor. We recreate the issue with Christian present and like magic it clears on its own. This was not a solution, he was determined to find the source of the stoppage. With the use of camera equipment he was able to find the issue and clear it out quickly without running dirty equipment through the house. We also thought it was great that he showed us a video feed of the results with a camera deep into the drain. He left our place clean and all drains worked like a dream.

A week later the same issue....

I called Ez Sewer and Rooter at 6:38 pm. Spoke to Christian and he was at my door by 7:30 pm the same night.

Once again Christian found the source of the clogged drain. And upon further inspection and with a longer camera line and a more vivid image he was able to capture and record images for us that show that So Cal gas installed a new gas line directly through the middle of our clay pipe sewer drain. This has been the culprit all along. Ez Sewer and Christian saved us thousands by finding the source.

Our toilet got clogged, on Saturday night, after a birthday party.  I was hoping the debris would loosen up then clear up the next day but I was mistaken.  The toilet was still clogged the next morning and when I flushed it, another toilet was overflowing from the base.  It was a mess.  I tried unclogging the toilet again using the plunger but it wasn't working.

Luckily, Christian was available after calling 2 other plumbers.  He was able to come to the house within 45 minutes since I didn't live far from his home base.  He fixed the clog situation and used the camera to take a look if there were any other issues.  He also replaced the wax ring, and stabilized the toilet that was leaking water from the base.  He was very professional, and friendly!  I highly recommend Christian and EZ Sewers.

I had a clog in my main sewer line and called EZ Sewers and Plumbing to come and take a look. They were very responsive and came out the same day. They did a camera inspection of the line and found that there was a root intrusion. They then hydrojetted the line to clear the clog.

I was very impressed with the service I received from EZ Sewers and Plumbing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained everything they were doing in detail and made sure I understood the problem and the solution.

The camera inspection was very helpful in identifying the problem. I was able to see exactly where the root intrusion was and how it was causing the clog. The hydrojetting did a great job of clearing the clog and I haven't had any problems since.

I would highly recommend EZ Sewers and Plumbing for anyone who needs a camera inspection or hydrojetting service or any plumbing service. They are a great company with excellent customer service.

I had a clogged sewer line that was causing backups in my sinks and toilets. I called Christian and he came over the same day to inspect the problem. He told me that the best solution was to use hydrojetting, which is a process of blasting high-pressure water through the pipes to clear out any blockages. He explained how it works, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
He set up his equipment and started the hydrojetting. He showed me the video camera feed of the inside of the pipes before and after the hydrojetting. I was amazed by how much debris and roots he cleared out. He also checked for any leaks or cracks in the pipes and fixed them. He finished the job in less than an hour and cleaned up everything afterwards.
I was very impressed by his work and service. My drains are now flowing smoothly and I have no more backups. He also gave me some tips on how to prevent future clogs and maintain my pipes. We have recently remodeled our home. Not sure if this was the cause, but Friday afternoon the downstairs bathroom decided to back up into the shower. To spare you the visual, there was literally crap in the shower of the brand new floor and walls.
We put an all call out on YELP, knowing most businesses clock out early on Friday.
We had a response in 10 minutes with a promise to be here within two hours.

He tried to snake it, but it was a main line issue so he needed to hydro blast our lines.

We found our new regular plumber!

Found EZ Sewers here for my Grandma after her regular plumber was unable to fix the issues with her kitchen drain.

The kitchen sink had been slow draining for a month till it finally clogged, and we called our regular plumber who came over snaked it and cleared the clog. About 1 week later the drain was backing up with sewage so we called the plumber back and he snaked it again, but thought the pipe was broken due to the mud on the snake, he quoted at least $7000 to excavate and replace the main sewer line.

So I came to Yelp and found 4 plumbers for my Grandma to call, and the first and last she called was EZ Sewers. Christian came over within 30 mins, after hearing about the issue he didn't think it was a broken pipe and offered to HydroJet and run a camera. The camera revealed a clean pipe after the HydroJet with no visible breaks. He said we shouldn't have issues in the near future but the pipe has heavy corrosion and recommends a descaling to make it smooth and prevent future issues. The descaling isn't cheap but still thousands less than tearing up the slab and replacing the whole pipe.

Christian saved my grandma thousands on a possible repair. I don't know if he's the cheapest but his pricing is fair and reasonable for the service recieved. My grandmother was impressed with Christians customer service, reliability and the knowledge he shared with her about his company and the work performed. We will have him perform the descaling soon, just wanted to see if Home Insurance will cover any of it since we have service line coverage.

Highly recommend EZ Sewers for all of your plumbing needs. Cristian was quick to respond to our inquiry and was able to accommodate our busy work schedule with ease. He arrived on time and quickly fixed the issue. His work is very reasonably priced and he even provided us with tips for preventing the issue from occurring again. All I can say wow!! These guys got here fast. Very knowledgeable, took all proper measurements with the Covid-19 safety precautions. My toilet and my bathtub were backed up. Cristian explained to me what was the cause and gave me options. They cleared my line and also performed a camera inspection. Very satisfied with there service.
