Best Express Backflow was started as a local family business in San Diego County in 2015. My wife and are here to serve the communities of San Diego with affordable backflow testing and repairs.. Our business and my family are located in Imperial Beach CA. We provide excellent quality work to all of our customers.

I am the owner of Best Express Backflow. With school and training, I have a Water Distribution Certificate with the State of CA.,Cross Connection Specialist Certificate with San Diego County Health Dept. and Backflow Certificate with the State of CA. from American Backflow Prevention Association and American Water Works Association.

Contacted Best Express (and a couple other companies) via Yelp's quote request dealio. I had 3 responses within @ 15 minutes, with Best Express being the best priced (@ 2/3's of what the other 2 companies where charging). Provided Steve (owner) with info and form that morning, and test was done (and submitted to city) by that afternoon. Doesn't get much better than that!
