Hired to fix a leak. He caused another leak right after, causing hundreds of dollars to rent heaters to dry the floor. He cut into the ceiling supports AFTER he said that's something he would never do. Reinstalled the toilet plumbing going UPHILL. Left the pipe from the toilet outside my apt on the walkway and left stains HOA bitched at me for. Attempted to walk out on the job. Worst contractor experience I've EVER dealt with.

Caveat Emptor
Zero stars
This guy started off good with small jobs and is a really good plumber
Unfortunately his attitude changed when we gave him a big job
He basically took the money and ran
Left us with an unfinished project.
We hired a new contractor that has to redo all his work.
He received 65k in payments and has 25k in work to show for.
Basically he ripped me off
We fired him while he was on vacay in Hawaii after we got tired if his promises of finishing a job he estimated 4.5 months to complete last May.
He promised September 2016 completion date.
Project is currently 25% complete
