Excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend. Arrived on schedule and provided me with a written estimate. They were able to start the job on the same day. I had an intrusion of tree roots in a fifty foot landscaping drain which was completely clogged from draining. Ricardo accessed the problem, walked me through the solution and provided me with an estimate.
Ricardo and Marco proceeded to clean out a 30 foot long root along with rocks, dirt, etc which had settled in the drain. They both were extremely professional, friendly and experienced during the entire job. They explained the process from start to finish.
Bottom line is they provided the professional, excellent service I was looking for and I would use/refer Premier Rooter and Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional plumbing experience.
High recommendation, they took the time to carefully repair and fix the leaking problem in my house. Ricardo, Marco, and Alex were professional and clearly explained to me the problem and calculations of the cost. They were very patient and considerate. It was a pleasure using their services. Earlier this week, i had the misfortune of a leaking water heater, and recognizing the urgency of needing a repair/replacement as soon as possible, my first move was to search Yelp for a recommended local plumber specializing in this field. I chose PREMIER ROOTER & PLUMBING for their five star rating & many good reviews..... and am glad I did.
Delbert, my assigned sales consultant came immediately to my house to assess the situation, and was very professional & knowledgeable in explaining my options, and giving me a reasonable quotation for same day replacement.
After which, Marco, my assigned service technician, quickly arrived with my new heater unit, and then did a very efficient job of draining/removing the old unit and installing/commissioning the new one.
Was back to having hot water, with no leaks, that same afternoon.
Excellent professionalism, great workmanship & good customer relations skills, with everyone I interacted with at this company.

Just finish making a call to this company . Spoke with a Mike who stated that he is the manager. We had some work done by one of their plumber Abraham. We like his job and how he communicates with customer. We called today to set up the unfinished issues we had. We were going to work with Abraham again but this guy Mike was stepping and contradicting everything Mike was proposing to do to get the clogged corrected. At the end of the phone discussion he told us that he won't relay the message to a Abraham because if we were already this difficult to work with he can imagine how that would be difficult for them if they do the job. Well, this has been our 4th call doing business withPrrmier plumbing. But because of this guy Mike, he lost a repeat customer. Hope you guys get rid of him! Bat representation for your company. Thought I found my go to plumber for every issue we encounter.

I called this plumbing company last night and they came out today. Mike was so helpful and he diagnosed my issue and gave me the best advice I could get. He unclogged my toilet but not only that found an underlying problem to get this issue resolved.
He also was very responsive the business was closed by the time I called but he called me back and set up my appointment.
Everything is pretty much able to be documented via email which makes it easy to share findings.

I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink on Tuesday afternoon. I called Premier Rooter & Plumbing again and they wanted to schedule an appointment for the next day, but I couldn't get the water shut off to my building until Friday. Ozzy and Josh showed up Friday morning, right on time. They changed out both shut off valves under the sink. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I've called Premier Rooter & Plumbing several times now and even though the situations have been stressful, they've been nothing but friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend Premier Rooter & Plumbing. Larry came out today to replace/install a new kitchen faucet for us. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable as well. This is not the first time we have used them, nor will it be the last.
John came out to my place and had great work ethic, manners, answered Any questions I had. I would highly recommend Premier Rooter & Plumbing for all and any of your plumbing needs. Five stars from me, I had an excellent experience!!

I called for plumbing services and Mike (person who answered the phone) was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had called to have a cleanout pipe installed so that I can dump my travel trailers black tank and come to find out that there's already one in the driveway which was great. Ricardo (field supervisor) was the one who arrived at my house and showed me where my cleanout pipe was. I figured since he was already at my place I'd get a quote for him to cap out my sprinkler system since it hasn't been in use for a long time and I have a minor leak with that system. He immediately got the job done. He was profesional, courteous and showed me the work that was done upon completion and additionally showed me that the sprinklers can get removed without having to worry about water going everywhere. I definitely recommend them!!!!
This is the BEST company I have ever used for plumbing problems, etc. They got me taken care of immediately on their busiest day of the week after knowing I was without the use of my kitchen sink for a few days. Jesse was so thoughtful and even went out of his way to drive back over a couple of days later to give me the serial number off of the back of the new Badger 500 Plus Garbage Disposal. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The new disposal is top of the line at a very reasonable price with a great warranty. I can't say enough about the excellence of this company!!!!! They far exceeded my expectations and I will be highly recommending them. Don't hesitate, CALL THEM!!!!!
Our water company called to tell us upon reading the meter our water usage was up substantially. I did not want to call any of the plumbers I have previously used because of lack of trust in their honesty. I called Mike at Premier Plumbing and immediately felt comfortable with their business practices. Today Ricardo came over to trouble shoot the problem. He spent over an hour testing water pressure around the house, indoors and out. He could not find a leak. Ricardo gave a thorough explanation of what he did, including photos of gauge readings and meter readings. They charged us NOTHING for all this service. It would have been so easy to invent a problem and charge us. Or even charge us $90 for the visit. I will always call them from now on for all my plumbing needs and urge you to do the same. Unexpected pipe burst and these guys were quick and thorough with their response and assessment of the problem. They offered a cheaper temporary solution and also a longer term solution that was understandably more costly but still fairly priced. Once we approved the repairs, their team was on site the next day. With a newborn baby, we truly appreciated getting the problem fixed as quickly as possible so we could get our water running again. They dug a trench and replaced the broken pipe and had everything back in place within a day. Stellar work! Guys were down to earth and had professional and friendly communication. Excellent service!

This morning my toilet was leaking I turned off the water valve. Soon as I got to work I call the company and spoke to Mike. Thank God he got me in today before the weekend. Ruben came to fix my leak, he had to leave to get the part. When Ruben came back he check my water pressure and it was 100 Rubin said it should be between 20-40. So I asked Ruben to fix the water pressure for me. Ruben took the time to stay. He had to go back out to get the part. Ruben came ack to finish the job. Thank you so much. Very quick response from first contact, Mike explained to me the steps that needed to do for my issue, and was very clear and quick to respond.
Marco was very friendly, got the job done in a good time and was very professional. Had to replace a piece of a cooper pipe and the job was well performed.
Mike is very professional and understand how business should be conduct by calling after the job was done to check how it all went and asking for any feedback for improvement.
The only thing that they can improve on and I'm sure he will, after providing my feedback, is to improve on protecting surroundings before start working. Maybe placing mats on the floor to protect it will be a good start point. This is the only small improvement I have, everything else was really good.
I will definitely use the service again if I needed.

I am very pleased with my PR&P experience. Within 30 minutes of when I called to request service, Rubén appeared at my doorstep and went to work replacing two bathroom faucets. He was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to answer my questions.
I am definitely IMPRESSED! My initial contact was with Monica, she was very patient with my many phone calls as this was an unexpected interruption to a much bigger, already expensive, project. On the day of my appt, there were some communication issues BUT when I expressed my frustration, Mike acknowledged it, owned, and made it right! When Ricardo got to my house, he too addressed my concern and got right to work with his inspection. He was honest and thorough, describing the necessary work and his recommendations. His quote beat the next lowest by $1,000, his team started the work the NEXT DAY, and finished in three days, JUST LIKE HE SAID THEY WOULD! His team (ranging from 3-4 guys each day) were Salvatore, Ozzie, Delbert, Eddie, Martin, and Angel. Every one of them were polite, respected my home and cleaned up any evidence of work ever having been done.
My neighbors who have yet to discover these issues (60 year old Cast Iron pipes) definitely will at some point and I have already recommended they call Premier Rooter & Plumbing!
The interior pictures don't fairly indicate a before/after because, like I said, they came in the middle of a much bigger project. But the front yard? My neighbors were able to see for themselves the work being done and the end result!!!
Great work and awesome customer service! I'd like to thank Mike and team again, for coming out late on Saturday night. Our small condo complex had the water main shutoff by the City due to a valve leak. After calling multiple others they were able to make it out pretty late and assess the damage. The work required breaking away some concrete, which is an obvious no-no due to late hour but the Premier team showed up early Sunday to begin work as soon as permitted. Thankfully we only went less than 8 hours without water, which put into perspective, isn't that bad. They were professional and dealt with our homeowners and their questions wonderfully. Highly recommend.
These guys were awesome!! They were available when I needed them. Raul was polite and courteous and got the job done quickly. They unclogged my drain in 1/2 hour!!

I called late in the evening needing emergency after hours service. Several companies didn't answer my call or passed on the job, even though their websites stated 24/7 emergency services. Premier answered my call and had someone out in less than an hour. They cleared the main sewer line and did thorough testing before leaving to be sure we were good to go. The technician, Larry, was professional, communicative, and friendly.
Today I called to get an estimate on a job. The representative that answered the phone call didn't provide a name and just stated the name of Premier Rooter & Plumbing. I asked how he was doing and his was response was unprofessional. Due to his response I stated that I would be reaching out to another company and his response was ok, great!.
With the 5 star reviews I am very surprised this was the way the call went.

Truly the best deal for plumbing services in San Diego! Recently had a bad clog in my kitchen sink and I messaged various plumbing services via yelp to get it fixed immediately. What I love about this business is their quick replies and full transparency about what service they would do and how much it would cost. They honored the estimate they provided to me and it was very affordable. Since Premier Rooter & Plumbing got back to me within a matter of minutes AND they were willing to come as soon as I needed them, I was already a happy customer from the jump. When they came to fix it, it took less than 30 mins and my kitchen sink is working so much better. On top of that, they gave tips on how to prevent future clogs and actually showed us what to check if we were experiencing difficulties again. They went above and beyond their service and conducted further inspection of the drain and unclogged a soft blockage about 10ft in.
There are some specific highlights I want to bring to attention about how they conduct their business aside from having exceptional communication with their customers: 1) they provide email and text alerts so you will be notified of when a worker is making their way to your residence 2) they accept major credit cards (perfect for those who don't carry cash often) 3) they provide 24hr emergency service, however their hours are already accommodating since they work past regular business hours 4) I did not have to call ONCE because everything was handled and scheduled via yelp message.

These guys are my go to plumber so far I've had clogged drains and now the kitchen faucet expired for lack of a better term! I have Premier practically on speed dial because plumbing issues have no mercy when they decide to reek havoc on your life....I love these guys, reliable, friendly, inexpensive, and they always get the job done, I have recommended them to many of my friends and you should definitely give them a call if you need a plumber... they totally take the worry out of oh no, we need to call the plumber thanks Premier
My adventure started with a leaky shower head on Friday. I called because they had all these good reviews and decided maybe this is a company I could trust to do business with. Too bad I cannot just fix my own plumbing! But anyway, got Mike on the phone. He was courteous and truthful when I spoke to him about the research I had done and told me he would get someone to me. Same day service (that was nice).
Ricardo and Delbert show up at my door. I gave them the run down of my issue and before we even go inside my house Ricardo tells Delbert to check my water pressure. They told me that it was way high and was probably the issue that was causing my leaks and that I have to replace the valve in my garage. I didn't even want to show them the shower because I was already almost to $1,000 by this point in the conversation. Against my better judgement, I agreed to let them repair a valve I didn't have an issue with in the beginning (shame on me)
My shower head valve was really difficult to remove. But Delbert hooked me up and I was glad because two previous plumbers I had look wanted to cut my shower which would have been more of an expensive headache. So Delbert changes my shower valve and my valve in my garage.
Ricardo was telling me that my water was bad (and thats why it was hard to remove my shower valve) and I needed a system installed to make the water soft so I wouldn't have as much water damage. I won't even say what I was quoted, but I politely refused and he kept asking me and even asked my mom after I told him I wasn't interested.
On the way out, when my services should be completed, Delbert notices my meter is leaking. My water meter was not leaking before the valve was changed. Then later that night, I went to take a shower and my water isn't hot - it's warm at best and I do not have the same pressure. I have two showers and my son complained his shower isn't the same.
Sunday I call Ricardo and tell him my issue with the plumbing. He seemed busy because apparently some staff is off weekends. I told him my concern with the valve in the garage and I got the feeling he was offended because I said it was leaking after they supposedly fixed it. He told me that he would talk with me Monday and resolve my issue. It's Wednesday and I haven't heard anything.
So now I am out almost $1400, my shower isn't functioning properly, my water meter is damaged and leaking and I am upset.
I'd say try another plumber. Ricardo was charming but that isn't going to fix your plumbing issues.

These guys were a breath of fresh air in the customer service department. It's been a while since I've been this satisfied with any business.
I originally contacted them after unsuccessfully wrestling with downstairs bathroom for an entire Saturday, proceeding to drink too much, then suddenly waking up at 5:50am on Sunday with the realization I needed a plumber. I sent the message on Yelp at 5:52am and they responded in TWO MINUTES. I was sent a quote, and told someone would be there before noon. Around 10am I got a text saying they were scheduled to arrive between 11:00-12:00 (just like I was originally told). Sure enough right around 11 they showed up and got right to work.
I won't bore you with the details, but they fixed it quickly, educated me on the cause of the problem, and stuck to their quote. I will definitely be using this business again! Customer service like this is hard to come by. Thanks again!
We had a clogged kitchen drain in the evening. They were able to stop by an hour after messaging them, and an hour later the issue was resolved. John was professional and cleaned up thoroughly after himself. Great job, quick and courteous service, answered all my questions, and was worth every penny to get our sink back in order.
We have sought help through this company many times for plumbing issues around our house. It's really hard to find a company that you feel is not trying to rip you off or give you an untrue picture of what's really going on with house issues. Anytime they have ever come to our house they have always been highly professional and have amazingly fair prices. I called and spoke to Mike earlier today regarding a leaking bathtub faucet upstairs. He said he could have a service technician out to our place within the hour, and shortly afterwards Abraham arrived at our front. After doing a quick check Abraham noted the cause and took the necessary step to fix. I also had him look at our loose kitchen sink faucet to which he tightened as much as possible and applied a bead of silicone caulking around the base. The entire experience was stress free from phone call through completion. Both Mike and Abraham were extremely professional and friendly making me feel at ease and valued as a customer. I am thankful to have found a company of their quality if and when any plumbing issues should arise in the future. Keep up the great work and customer care Premier!

Although my water heater was working fine, it had started to leak at the inlet hose due to the seal disintegrating. I looked around for a few quotes and my wife reminded me of Premier, who had helped us in the past. I gave them a call and they came out that day. Fixed the hoses, and because I wanted a different water heater, they came back the next day to install it for me.
We like to keep our business local, and Premier are honest, reliable and on our doorstep, so it was an easy choice. A great friendly team that we highly recommend.
Everyone in this company is fantastic. Mike was very thorough in explaining the job and making sure we were happy with the progress. We have an old home and we had a time constraint. They had to do extra work to get the sewer in because of our small crawl space so they worked long days to get it done in time. They were diligent, careful and precise. John and Jesse were the dynamic duo. We are having them return to do our plumbing now! They are a fantastic company. Honest, hardworking and really invested in their client's satisfaction.
Had an emergency and they responded quickly with a lower price than other plumbers. My 92-year old parents had a sewer line backup that flooded several rooms and buckled the floors. Ricardo was so empathetic to their plight and did everything possible to get them back to normal. I called Premier rooter & plumbing for a water heater install after mines had failed. Mike took real good care of me and provided me with real good professional service and knowledge . 7:30am I woke up this morning and found a drip coming my garage ceiling. After 30 min of detective work I came to the conclusion that it was probably a leak from the water heater pipes above. I called several places before them at 8:00 am and asked if they had availability that morning since I was attending a wedding at 1pm. No one was available until I called Premier. The said that they could get someone to at least asses the situation around 10am. They came and within less than an hour was able to find a hole in the copper pipes from the water heater and then fixed it as well. I told them how grateful I was that they were able to come within two hours of calling and they said no problem. I highly recommend them next time.
John was our technician and he was wonderful. On-time, very professional, diagnosed and fixed the issue within minutes. He also gave us great advise on how to up-keep our older model garbage disposal as well as yearly maintenance his company can do to extend the life. I would defiantly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent service! They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
We had a slab leak underneath our house that was causing a section of our flooring to have a hot spot. It also caused our gas bill to spike because our water heater was constantly replenishing the leaking hot water.
Ricardo and Del were the main representatives for the project. They explained the issue thoroughly and provided multiple suggestions on how to tackle the repair. The best option was to repipe the entire house with new plumbing lines that runs thru our attic instead of our slab. They were also able to add in a new water heater and filtration system without breaking the bank.
Ozzy was the main technician onsite. He did an excellent job on the repipe and would always give us daily end of day updates.
Highly recommend this company for their excellent pricing and friendly service.

We have used them numerous times now and they have exceeded our expectations every time! Jesse is fantastic! From a new water line install, to fixing our water heater burner, to a noisy toilet and high water pressure, Jesse and Premier have been top notch time and time again. I'm not basing my review on their work, but their prices are out of this world. SDG&E wanted a leak to be repaired on an elbow and my dryer. They said it should be around $100- $200 but I got a quote of 700+ lord have mercy did I go to Home Depot and hopped on you tube. Less than 60 bucks later SDG&E approved and turned the gas back on. I couldn't justify the $700.

It was great to have Ricardo and Ozzy out to deal with a sewer issue. The initial problem was diagnosed, and they returned right after the weekend to replace a part of the sewer line. Ricardo worked hard to get my business and then followed through with thorough, quick, and excellent work. Premier's communication is EXCELLENT. At no point did I need to ask about schedule, invoice, photos, or videos. Premier provided this information to proactively. Premier also responded immediately to my request. Ozzy worked really hard and efficiently to replace the pipe, and he always kept me apprised as to what the next stage was and how long it would take.

Explained my problem having my drains plugged up, he knew right away and went to work taking care of the problem. Excellent service and good rates. Highly recommend this company.
Great experience all around...if that can be said of having a clogged toilet & bath! From initial phone call to finish- these guys are prompt, reliable, professional, friendly, and no BS.
Michael answered the phone himself. He was able to see me that same day. Gave me a two-hour window, and even texted when he became available earlier.
He was able to promptly resolve the issue, after quoting me a reasonable price.
Given the amount of shady plumbing experiences I've read about on here, when you find a competent plumber whom you can trust, hold onto them for dear life. I know I will.

I have used Premier Rooting and Plumbing multiple times. They always show up on time and respond very quickly. We had a laundry room leak and they repaired that. I have a new laundry room now. They snaked a kitchen sink and have repaired a leak on the garage. They are very friendly. A family business and they are local. I worry about the companies that advertise on tv. Some one has to pay the bill for that commercial. Would much rather support a small business. Thank you for always responding so fast!

My kitchen sinks were backed-up and I decided to let Yelp users help me find a good plumbing service. This company had great reviews so I gave them a chance.
The dispatcher kept me apprised of who my tech would be and when he would arrive. Del came in w/COVID protection, was friendly, listened to the cleaning materials we used and advised us of better materials for future issues. He then got right to work and resolved the problem quickly.
The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and I recommend this company EVERYONE!!!

Absolutely perfect experience. Used Yelp called this five star rated plumber up made an appointment for tomorrow. They called me back and said that they had a slot open up today the guy showed up had everything they needed fixed everything in no time at all packed up their stuff and left already and I could not be happier what an absolute perfect experience I have to repeat it....
All the 5 star reviews for this company are no joke. These guys are legit honest people. I paid a fair price to have them snake a clogged washer drain pipe that other plumbers quoted 300$, 600$ and one even quote 30,000$ because they said it was uncloggable and required jackhammering and trenching. Call this guy Ricardo if you need a professional plumber who won't try and rip you off.
Yesterday l called for service for them to check up lease if property. Tenant reported leak under the sink. This unit has plastic pipes so l did not take a risk of handyman. I could not go on site but first, appo should be 9:00 but arrival time was around 9:40 pm. Then l thought he explained me need to change faucet and some leaks on the pipe. Cost estimate was $679. First l thought reasonable because of condition of pipe. When l ask for break down it was charged faucet pick up fee of $115 also initial check up charge of $49 was charged separately which other plumming company usually absorb with labor charge.
I was shocked to know only replacing faucet cost $679. Job he did looked great ! But it was very expensive.

I called this company to fix leaking pipes in both bathroom and Delbert came out the same day to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and professional so I scheduled an appointment to fix it a couple days later. He was on time and finished the job faster than expected. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use this company again.
I can't say enough about the professionalism, friendliness, and honesty that Delbert and Josh exhibited when they came for our pipe backup. They were so knowledgeable about how to prevent and handle issues without regard to what would make their company the most money! I read the reviews on Yelp and was not disappointed. Hands down, the best plumbing experience I have ever had.
First of all, Premier was responsive and available for an appointment next day. They gave me a window of 2-4pm and sent me a text and call at 2:30 to confirm the tech was in route (with tracking info included). It seems like they really care about their customer experience.
As for the service, we had the pleasure of having Larry out onsite at our house to perform an inspection of some shower drains that were draining slowly. He was friendly, personable, and it was an overall great experience for us as a customer. He walked me through what he was doing when testing the system and was thorough in explaining what might be going on in my system and what could be causing the issues. He unclogged the drains and ensured everything was functioning properly. He also provided suggestions on what we could do to help prevent the issues in the future and did not try to upsell us on services that we did not need.
That is exactly what we were looking for in a plumber, someone reliable and trustworthy. Because of Larry's integrity and helpfulness, we will 100% be calling Premier back for our next plumbing issue!
Called at 7:45 in the evening as we had a shower that had broken and we couldn't turn off the water. Mike answered and gave us an estimate over the phone and told us he would be there within the hour. Got there as promised and fixed our shower. Was courteous, professional, and the best price we got after calling several other plumbers. Excellent service and would definitely recommend. Will be using Premier Rooter & Plumbing from now on for any of our plumbing services.
The bad: I paid an exorbitant price for a relatively simple job, requiring cheap replacement parts, that two workers were able to complete in less than an hour total (including necessary travel to get parts)
The good: the initial response and same day turnaround were very fast, interactions were professional, and quality of job was good.
I'll probably explore cheaper options next time, if I'm not pressed for time.

I called this company for a leaky kitchen faucet that had really become a problem under my sink. I was able to speak to someone on the first call and within 1-1/2 hours had a tech at my door. He diagnosed the issue right away and replaced my faucet with a new one. He gave me a choice of two, which was fine with me. This issue had happened before, so I knew I needed a new one. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. He cleaned the area up and made sure it was all working fine. After dealing with several plumbing companies throughout the years, I'm so glad to have found Premier Rooter and Plumbing! I will definitely use them again.
Awesome experience - we all get mailers for clogged drains - really cheap until they show up. There's a reason plumbers who advertise on TV up price your job as they pay huge amounts for tv ads. I scheduled 2 drains inside and the large drain in the garage for Monday. I got texts where I could actually see where Josh (plumber) was and he showed up on time. Diagnosed my problems - gave me a bid - explained that if I didn't like it he would leave no charge. I thought the price was very reasonable after talking to a plumber friend in Ashland Or. Josh worked about 2 hours - fixed everything - took time to talk to me about what he did and showed the fix.
Told me about the guarantee. I am always willing to hire honest hard working people and feel this company provides this. Remember the saying you get what you pay for. Completely satisfied with this company!
Salvador and Ricardo were dispatched out through my property management company for a clogged drain that I've had issues with for months. They cleared out the drain quickly and even cleaned up the mess that was left in the shower and toilet. Definitely a professional job which is very appreciated.

Would absolutely recommend Premier to all my family and friends. Immediate response and mike was friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. We needed a garbage disposal installed due to the old one no longer running and a leaking connector pipe. Mike sent his crew out the same day, they were friendly prompt and did an awesome job at a fantastic price. My mom couldn't have been more happy with the finished job. If you're looking for professional quality work this is the place to call.
Great service and in depth explanation on my problem. I called for a non-emergency and scheduled a team to arrive at my house the following morning. Ricardo Sandoval called before he came to my house and arrived at the exact time as expected. He was very friendly and quickly asked questions and found the problem with my drainage. Within 30 minutes, Ricardo had a crew working and cleaned plus fixed my problems. I had some other concerns and asked if they can review and quote for a future job, as I feel comfortable with the fact that they will do a professional and thorough job.
Great experience - got someone out within 48 hours of my call and Ramon called ahead (right on time), was clear on the cost, left everything fixed in a solid way and even pointed out a potential cause for the problems in the first place. I had to get this help all while on zoom calls and Ramon worked with me and got it all taken care of. I'm not sure if these guys are priced a bit at a premium but if you're pinched for time and you need reliability and competence and total professionalism then you'll be getting what you pay for with these guys.
Ruben showed up right on time. He was going flush out the tankless water heater they had installed last year as the manufacturer recommends. But he quickly realized that we had a water softener installed and said there was no need to have it flushed out as the soft water doesn't have any scale build up. I really appreciate that. He could have just done it and I would never known the difference. That's why I have used these guys for years, at both my business and at home. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

I received a text when Marco was on the way and he was early (!!!). Marco was professional, polite, and cleared the clogged tub drain quickly. He went over pricing before starting, explained everything to me, and showed me what he had done. He also took the time to check a caulking issue around the toilet. Ricardo came out and was very courteous and professional. Thought I needed a drain cleaning and made sure I knew the price of this service before they came out. Turned out I needed a bit more than that and they had to charge me an hourly bill rate. Their hourly bill rate was VERY high but ended up having the service done anyway as they were already at my home.
Good service, fixed the issue, but very expensive compared to others.
We came home to wet floors and realized there was a leak somewhere in the house. I called several plumbers and only got voicemail. I even left messages and never got calls back. I then called Premier and someone answered right away and was able to find available plumbers who came as soon as they could, within the hour. I am so thankful they were available to help with the situation and guide us through next steps. Ricardo was very friendly and professional. The office/warehouse I work in had a plumbing issue come up today - kind of major. We lost use to both of our restrooms due to a main line back up. Salvador and Ricardo showed up, explained all of the pricing and what they were doing upfront and got us fixed and flushing properly in less than an hour! Both of the guys were very professional! I would defiantly recommend!
Just had these guys out today to do an install for my water line for our new fridge. Jesse and John were top notch. Good people fair price. They were here well within their window and out in under an hour. They even came back to switch my lines around so I can still use my sink sprayer. Very professional. I would absolutely recommend them.
Water heater started dripping at 7:30 PM, and by 8, Premier had it out the door with a new one installed the next day. They made me a good deal, charging on $50 for the initial visit. The work was done quickly, and the plumber, John, was a nice guy. I recommend them.

If I could give 100 stars I would!!!! Ricardo and his team were so amazing, they truly exceed by expectations.
I needed to make some repairs/replacements related to plumbing work under my kitchen sink in order to pass an inspection for my home. I called a few places to get quotes and estimates and everything was extremely pricey. I made an appointment with Premier because they do free estimates.
Ricardo and his team called in advance, came early, and were incredibly professional upon arrival. When they inspected the sink, they realized that there was NOTHING to repair/fix! He said that because there was water damage on the cabinet floor, the inspector assumed it was due to a water spill on the floor and not necessary from the pipes.
Ricardo said that his team wouldn't take advantage of the inspection and offered to write a report for free stating that there was no damage! This has taken such a huge burden off my shoulders. I was so nervous about the work that needed to be done and Ricardo really made an honest evaluation even if it meant less profit for him.
He was also incredibly personable, super kind, and incredibly respectful. So important when you are asking strangers to come to your home!
I will definitely be asking Ricardo to come do a comprehensive evaluation when I move into my new place. Thanks a million to your team!

Our roof began leaking, and our management company who outsources their emergency services to Asia (ugh) didn't mark our need as an emergency, and failed to notify Premier until the next day. I was of course upset by this, until Premier stepped into our place. They were extremely knowledgable, professional, thorough, and kind, and were quick to turn my frown upside down.

The owner said my water heater was broken and I needed to replace it. I initially believed him that it would cost thousands to replace. But asked a friend for help and it ended up just being the hose connector that was broken. I fixed it myself for $15 at Home Depot instead. Either they are not knowledgeable or they are trying to take advantage to take your money.
I woke up last Saturday morning to a blown out water tank leaking water into my garage. Mike responded quickly and provided several quotes for my choosing. Pricing for labor and the replacement tank was competitive, and I appreciate that there wasn't a cost to come look at it first (it was very obvious the tank needed to be replaced). Great Service and would recommend. We had water main break outside. We also added some work to have them move some piping around in a bathroom.
Ruben and his helper Josh, who they sent to do the repairs were great young men, excellent workmanship, polite and professional.
We used to have a reliable plumber that we contacted often, but unfortunately he moved out of state. I was looking for a good plumbing service and I found Premier Rooter & Plumbing as they have great reviews. I am so happy that I contacted them. The vanity sink faucet in one of our bathrooms wasn't working correctly. I purchased a new faucet set and Jesse S. came and installed it. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation with no problem. In addition, he explained the pricing upfront prior to beginning work, which I like. Premier Rooter & Plumbing is highly recommended and I'll be contacting them for future plumbing projects/issues.
After calling several places that were too busy to make it out the same day, these guys were on top of their game. They gave a courtesy call when they were 20 mins out, gave a detailed explanation of what was going on and gave me my options. Ruben and Josh were very professional and gave me a great deal! I did my research after they left since this was a first time I used them and this only verified what I already thought....honest people and a great deal!

After speaking with the manager and him breaking it down about how the employees need to be paid then later on he was trying to understand why his plumber was quoting me so high for other suggested fixes. I was told I would get 50% discount next time and would send me some sort of coupon which never happened. then later after reviewing the photos his plumber took, He suggested I find another plumber. I felt taken advantage of and upset still thinking about the experience I had. Don't get me wrong. They are great at talking but I would not recommend to my family and friends.
We had such a great experience today with Premier Rooter and Plumbing that I had to write a review. A family business, very honest guys! We will definitely use them in the future. I'm referring my family to them, even though we got a free estimate and found out we didn't have a leak! Such honest guys! Thank you! I can be a bit of stickler when it comes to services, especially when I get an unexpected bill but Reuban and his team were top notch. They were on time, walked me through the issue, worked around timing sensitivities with my tenants, showed the ways to fix the issue - up / down side without really pressuring me. They lined a significant amount of pipe and went under the house all within a matter of 48 hours. They even honored a year old quote.
They also came out the same day for another property.

We had them come out on July 9, Isaac, and he said he'd come back the following Monday or Tuesday with parts. Guy never came. Called this company 3 more times, each time oh yeah, we will get back to you!... here we are going on week 4, nothing from them. OH AND WE PAID for them to come. No integrity.
Be cautious when you hire a plumber and this is why. I asked to have our outdoor pool drains cleaned. The Tech from Premier Rooter came out and took a look on time. That was a positive. Here is where is gets weird and typical. He quoted me $700 to snake it, which was 4 times more expensive than my regular plumber for a couple hours of work. I told him thank you for coming out and I thought they left. I get a ring on our door bell and its Tech again. He then says I can do it today for $400. Interesting that it dropped to nearly half of what they quoted me initially. This is why I say be cautions when you hire a plumber. They will quote you high to see how desperate you are and then drop their quote by half to see if you will bite. Not happening for me or should it happen to anyone else. This is standard plumber pricing tactics.
We were having issues with a toilet and Salvador the Technician was able to fix the problem very quickly. He was very detailed with what he was able to do. Very respectful and provided amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will use them again if we ever have a need.
Jesse Salcido was awesome! After a big thanksgiving gathering our kitchen sink got clogged, the kitchen sink is also connected with the same pipes in our bathroom. The first plumbing company who came over was unable to fix the issue and told us we needed $2,000 of work done and needed to open up the walls to put in new pipes. Of course, this time of year we were really hoping to not spend that kind of money , at less not right away. Our neighbor across the street were also having some plumbing issues and we decided to go speak with Jesse who was helping with their house too, Jesse came over and check out our clogged sink issues and was able to temporarily resolve the issues very quickly! He did say we had older corroded pipes and more work would be needed sooner than later. We are extremely thankful he was able to get our kitchen sink and bathroom sink working again. He was very friendly, professional and really knew what he was doing. We would recommend Jesse to anyone needing plumbing service.
There is never a good time for your hot water heater to die, but two days after surgery is NOT ideal. I didn't have the energy to investigate the waterfall leaking we were experiencing. Called Premier and we had a tech at our house within 1.5 hours to provide a FREE estimate, on a Sunday no less! Marco installed a new unit same day and we are back in business! Premier is responsive, provides great and fast customer service and the price was very fair, too. They deserve the high Yelp rating they have! I am going to go take a nice hot shower now.

* MIKE quoted $49 ( maybe more depends on issue )
* after inspection he then said $260 for repair
( I DECLINED TO ACCEPT THAT CHARGE )
* I had the entire faucet swapped out $32 Home Depot
* I called Mike back to INSPECT the new installation
( Mike stated he would charge $240 to verify it was installed correctly because he has to take it apart to ensure it's done the right way)
( I DECLINED HIS OFFER )

* he arrived in less than 35 min and inspected the faucet checked hoses, hot water, cold water , checked the for faucet leaks and found NOTHING WRONG and he provided an on the spot invoice and charged me $60 FLAT.
I told mike the make & model and all information needed before he came over.
I UNDERSTAND certain repairs have expenses. This was a SIMPLE drippy faucet. I had a new faucet already pitches to save time and even with the new item he still wanted $270 even after it was swapped out for an INSPECTION

In needed my bathroom sink unclogged. They responded quickly after leaving a message and where on site within reasonable time. They unclogged the pipe and rerouted the drain pipes. They did an excellent job and at a fair price. Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. Glad I found plumbers I can call back again.
The Premier Rooter and Plumbing men cleared today a shower drain that no other drain cleaning company has been able to clean. 100 stars to this company!!!!!

If you're reading this, just call Premier Plumbing now!! Ricardo and Salvador were absolutely amazing. Top-notch service and here's why: 1) They answered the phone immediately and give you an estimated time of arrival. 2) They call and text you when they're on the way. They arrived when they said they would. In my case, they arrived in one hour! 3) They went straight to work and knew what they were doing. They unclogged the drain FAST and professionally. It was way faster than I expected, and I never would have been able to solve this by myself 4) Both of them are fully vaccinated. 5) Ricardo went above & beyond by cleaning my tub with bleach for me! That deserves 100000 stars because he didn't have to. He's just amazing and wanted to take good care of his customers. Just called to get a quote and the person who answered the phone was unprofessional. When I asked why the price is so much compared to other plumbing companies I called who are also certified and have 5 stars, he said well we are not the cheapest and if I want to get a better price get a cheap company company. I would recommend the owner offer their employees customer service training. You only get a one opportunity for a first impression. If you want to work with the most expensive company in town who double the rates from other licensed contractors and have the worst costumer service give them a call.

I found these guys on face book while I asked for recommendations stressed out .
I had plumbing issue in my new house, the house was flooded on the bottom floor and these guys and they came out on a Sunday when no one else would they were with in an hour , fixed my plumbing for a reasonable price.
They guaranteed their work for a week.
Two days later my plumbing was backed up they came back and ran a camera through my line, I was a lot more expensive but they didn't charge me for the camera just the flushing that took 3 hours ..still super reasonable..left me a CD of before,after and work that was done on my main drain for a reasonable price and guaranteed the work for six months.
Awsome work ethics, honest and affordable will definitely also recommend and used again in a heartbeat.

I called to have someone come out and take a look at two of my toilets and the conversation started out fine. I asked a few questions and the guy says to me 'is that more then you expected for repairs?' My response was yes but it could also be something less expensive and the only way to know would be to have someone take a look. Long story short his response was 'well we don't have many appointments so if he's going to come out there and it's not something you're interested in I don't want him spinning his wheels for nothing'. Like wow! If guaranteed work is more important than customer service and taking a look to see what the problem is then I'll go with another plumbing company. Super disappointed.
Salvador was amazing. He showed up on time and got the toilet working in no time! The price was cheap too!! Very professional and follows covid procedures . Will be using them again in the future!!

Very impressed. My mother in law had a leaking faucet in her condo but because I live in LA I couldn't go to look at it. I called premier and scheduled a visit. They were able to go out a few hours later. I received a call from Ozzy, he explained clearly that the leak was due to a rotten pipe and in order to avoid any further issues a new one would need to be installed. After accepting the service I was told by my in-law that Ozzy started to work right away. At the end of the work the area was cleaned up to the point that you couldn't tell any had happened. I visited later that weekend and the work looks great. I will not hesitate to call Premier again of any other work needs to be done.
Stumbled upon this company when John was in my neighborhood on a separate call. I asked him about what I thought was a leak in my outside faucet. Turns out my pressure regulator and ball valve were not functioning and my pressure that the faucet was 120 psi, twice the recommended 60 psi. They gave me a quote to replace that was more than I could afford at the moment, but he was able to get the owner, Mike, to give a much cheaper price and they were able to install a new regulator and valve right away. Fast and great service! I will recommend and use them if I ever need any plumbing work done in the future.

No one likes to have to call a plumber. I needed a few things done . They kept in touch with me via text for arrival time. Plumber showed up when scheduled. Took care of all repairs and sent a detailed email receipt with before and after pics of everything that was replaced. No mess to clean up after he left and he was very professional. I would use them again.

The booking process was super fast and easy with Monica, and Abe was friendly and really knew his stuff (albeit a bit messy...didn't really clean up after himself with puddles of dirty water on my bathroom floor and in my sink). My issue was with the bill -- for other people (see other reviews) the initial $69 service fee was removed, but not for me; a 10-minute drain snaking cost me a total of $230. I was told it cost extra for high rise service (my building is technically a mid-rise), but no real reason could be given why, and that wasn't highlighted when I booked the service. I would like to recommend them to others in the future because the service was good, but I think I got overcharged making me feel like they don't want me as a repeat customer, which is why they only get 3 stars.

I had an appointment for replacing anode rod for my water heater and flushing the tank. Sadly, the technician was not able to remove the anode rod and recommend to replace the entire water heater system, which cost a lot of money. It was disappointed the fact the water heater repair company failed to remove and replace the anode rod. I was planning to use the company to do annually flush for my house and my rental property and other plumbing services, but that will never happened.

We had a slow draining kitchen sink that we sent a message out on Yelp to request some quotes, and Premier was the first company to respond. We were looking for quick service and they let us know they could have someone out within the hour. John showed up at our house well within the time they quoted us. He was friendly and looked at the sink and asked us questions to diagnose the problem. He showed us the old pipes and explained what the problem could be. He was up front about what he thought the best course of action would be and offered us a great price on what he needed to do. It took us a few minutes to discuss and we eventually decided to do all the work. He was very efficient, and after a quick parts run got right down to work. Now, our sink is draining perfectly. He cleaned up all of the mess he made, including vacuuming and wiping the cabinet down. He let us know multiple times that customer service and satisfaction was what the company values and that was certainly true. We felt like he cared about us and took care of our problem thoroughly. Dealt with this company and was very impressed. Needing the service of a plumber is usually not under the best of circumstances. The owner came out himself to take care of our situation, because his tech that was scheduled to come out was tied up for a while. Mike was very thorough, explained everything in layman's terms, efficient, and made our unexpected situation a bit more bearable. I have no problem referring them to my friends ds and family because I know they will be taken care of. Awesome work!
Premier Rooter & Plumbing has always given us outstanding service and quality work. Last year when a pipe burst and I was in Japan, my wife called and they came out and charged very reasonable prices. They have worked on my water heater, lines and much more, I got in touch with Mike yesterday, let him know when I was available and Marco was here to swap out my faucet and hardware very quickly and at a good price. Fantastic! I will continue to call these amazing plumbers! We had hired them in the past for smaller jobs but we recently had them install a tankless water heater. They did a wonderful job.
First, their quote was $3000.00 less than their high profile competitor. We installed a Noritz and everything was the same, same model/make and same installation. I have no idea why the other company's quote was so much more because the installation is fairly standard.
I am so happy with the courtesy and respect from Mike who conducted the initial inspection/quote and Delbert and Eddie who did the installation.
They were on time and finished early. Luckily there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Premier Plumbing.

Salvador and Josh arrived so quickly! There was text notification that they were on the way which helped me plan my day/getting off work. They were very professional and courteous, genuine, honest, and fixed the problem they were called for. I would definitely work with them again!
We had a toilet that was leaking, because the parts in the tank were old. My dad's plumber wanted to sell him a new toilet, we just needed the parts replaced. I went on Yelp read some reviews and put in a request for a plumber. Within a few minutes there were 5 plumber's who contacted me. They were able to send someone out that day to give me an estimate and we liked it, so they fixed it that day. I like that they gave us an estimate for rebuilding the tank and replacing the toilet. After a few quotes I called Premier Rooter & Plumbing for a quote for a tankless water heater and installation of a second clean out for the sewer. We had just purchased our house and it's on the older side so it didn't have the second clean out. Not only did they have the best price but, they treat you like family. We hired them a second time to have our washer and dryer moved inside from the back patio. It requires opening a wall, installing a drain access the gas line, installing a laundry box, and dryer venting. They would have painted but I planned to repaint so I asked them not to. This guys do amazing work and you won't be sorry you hired them. Communication during the project was great and they arrived promptly when they said they would. During COVID the also wore masks and we followed social distancing. I would definitely hire these guys for any plumbing work I need to have done in the future! I actually referred them to a coworker and she was also very happy with there work.

Jesse and John just left my house about an hour ago and I am extremely happy with the service they provided for my kitchen sink. Excellent work was done within 2 hours. Service technician John was very helpful as he gave a thorough explanation of what our problem was and what was needed to be done. These guys are true professionals! Everything went so smoothly. I scheduled the appointment online, after having trouble finding someone to do the job right away. They let me know Jesse would be doing the work and then notified me again when he was on his way. Jesse was friendly and knowledgeable and he was sensitive to my situation. Jesse did an amazing job and the price was better than any of the quotes I had received from other companies. The only thing they could have done better was to have the part (ball valve) handy.
