Lee Wahlert has been serving the greater Los Angeles area for over 10 years, troubleshooting outdoor lighting issues and installing new systems. Ignite Lighting is a landscape lighting company that takes on jobs big and small. We design, repair and install low-voltage outdoor landscape lighting. We had met with a few different landscape lighting companies who were asking a ton of money for designing and instalation . Fortunately, we found Lee and he is amazing. He came over within a day of the initial call and worked with our budget to create beautiful lighting to accentuate the front of the house. His prices were very reasonable and I think he did a ton of work for the price that we paid.
I still get excited driving up to the house and seeing the new lighting. It gives our home more character. Lee installed a new door lantern, a few spot lights, pathway lanterns, and a security light. He also shopped around for us to find the right fixtures that were reasonably priced but also would be able to handle the elements for the long term.
We are excited to continue working with him in the next few months to work on the lighting for the backyard.

I'm going to start off saying Lee is an absolute wizard and an artist. He is methodical in his approach. Everything he says makes sense. He thinks before he does. And he does an amazing job.
Was looking for someone trustworthy and talented to do my landscape lighting. Found Lee on here and I'm glad i did. Messaged him and got a response back. Soon thereafter, he was at my home. We discussed design and lights. He sent me the quote as promised. It was a reasonable quote. I agreed to have him do the work. He showed up each day on time, did his work efficiently and neatly, and now my backyard and front yard look awesome. He totally transformed the look. We're so happy. Lee is amazing.
Lee was very responsive from the beginning and his estimate to refresh our front and back tars was fair and reasonable. When I came home tonight to witness his and Obed's work, I was stunned at the precision of the placements and the overall effect on our home. If I could give Lee 10 stars, I would. He and his associate are so skilled and the joy (let alone the value) he has added to our home is immense. I can recommend Ignite at the highest order.

Got a couple of quotes from landscape lighting companies and Lee's price was fair and he had great suggestions for me on where to place the lights on my front lawn. He was able to work within my budget and still achieve the goal I wanted. Lee had lots of projects lined up so I had to wait a month for my lights but it was well worth the wait! Got so many compliments and I feel so much safer walking outside my house at night.
We recently had our outdoor lighting done by Lee. We are very happy, our house looks beautiful at night. He also offered to put the sconces on a timer for us so that the front door lights come on at 5pm. It's very convenient. Also, his price was much better than another 5 star company I called. He was fast. It took him two days to do everything himself.
We were looking for someone to add and replace outdoor lighting around the property and found Lee on Yelp. He responded quickly and was able to help us achieve exactly what we were looking for. Lee was very attentive and detailed. We had couple quotes in the area. Lee stood out being very knowledgable with his job and gave us a reasonable quote. We are very happy with the result!
I can't say enough good things about Lee! I had a bad experience with another electrician who ripped me off and charged me 4 times as much for a quarter of the work. I took a chance and called Lee. I was apprehensive because I had been burned before but Lee saved the day!!! He was honest hard-working and followed up with me a day after he did his work to check to see if everything was OK. I am so happy that I found him, and I recommend him highly!
Had landscape lighting for my home set up and could not be more happy. This guy is the real deal.

Lee is fantastic. I requested an appointment for a quote and he responded within the hour. When he showed up at our agreed upon time (right on time) he was so quick and efficient and was able to actually do the work the same day. He is really fast and thorough and very low key - i.e. doesn't try to oversell at all. He repaired my broken outdoor lights really quickly - had all the light bulbs with him to do that - and made some great suggestions on how to improve the existing set up. He also repaired all the cut wires (due to my over zealous gardening sessions) and where he could buried all the wires that had also surfaced from said gardening sessions. I will definitely be calling him up to help me optimize the current system to emphasize the new landscaping that I've been working on. Thanks, Lee - it was a real pleasure working with you.

We just had Lee out to overhaul our landscape lighting which wasn't working very well. He not only fixed and upgraded what we had, he made great suggestions of what we should change and add, our front and backyard look amazing as a result.

Cannot say enough great things about Lee and his work! We received a quote by finding Lee on Yelp and from that point on it was history. Lee is as punctual as one can get, delivers incredible work, and is reasonably priced. Lee performed front and backyard lighting system with spotlights, path-lights, and security lighting. Lee is a perfectionist and the work turned out amazing. He installed transformers, new outlets, and all necessary items. For anyone that needs landscape lighting done, Lee is the last quote you will ever need to get!
Lee did my entire front and back yard a month ago and it is a show stopper. He worked through a rain storm for two days straight and was wrapped up and done. He is on it. I couldn't recommend Lee enough. My yard makes me smile every night looking at my house and how beautiful it looks. All very eco-friendly too, only 7 watts per bulb.

Lee was prompt and professional. Installed outdoor lighting that turned out beautiful. Would highly recommend.
We needed some help with outdoor lights in our backyard. We called Lee and set up an appointment. He was even early! He had to rewire our lights (hardwired them because the connections were bad) using new lighting cable, etc. It only took him about two hours to rewire, move, reposition or replace about 20 lights, after figuring out which lines were good and which had to be replaced. It would have taken my husband and I all day and it wouldn't have looked nearly as good. The backyard looks terrific! And the price was so reasonable.

Just getting around to raving about my outdoor lighting experience with Lee at Ignite....probably because I have been enjoying my yard so much more!
Lee was great to deal with, prompt, thorough and the price was right! He has a wonderful eye for creative with a concern for budget. Clear estimate and no surprises. Lee is just great! He fixed a landscape lighting problem that three other electricians failed at doing. We were told by these other electricians that it would take up to $1400 to replace the existing transformer. Lee fixed the issue quickly without having to replace the transformer at all. He was very easy to work with, responsive, professional, efficient, and even showed up before the appointment time! The best part is that we feel we could trust him! We highly recommend his service.

Lee is a pro's pro. My front landscape lights were not operating, and he got them all up and running. No project is easy, but he makes it look easy because he is an expert, has great communication, and does quality work. Would not consider a lighting project without calling Lee first.

Lee and Ignite Lighting did a terrific job on our exterior lighting! We had both repair and new installation needs, and he addressed them with great solutions, matched our existing fixtures, and kept costs very reasonable. Lee was quick to respond, super easy to communicate with, showed up on time, fixed a nagging problem we had with some low-voltage landscape lighting and charged a very reasonable rate to do it. Not sure what else you'd want. Definitely recommend.

Ignite Lighting is the best! We wanted to have some outdoor lighting designed for our front yard and Lee provided some great design ideas, along with handling the installation. He listened very carefully to what we needed and also was very respectful of our budget. We hired him again to help us with our indoor lighting -- for thoughts on how to replace our bulbs with LED lights and also to install various lighting fixtures -- chandeliers, etc. Lee was amazing with both -- I had tried to buy the lights myself and bought the wrong ones. Lee took the time to go pick up the lights to make my life easier and everything looks so great!! We highly recommend using Ignite Lighting for all of your lighting needs!!
I found Lee on Yelp as I needed help fixing my existing outdoor lighting system in the backyard. He was able to come on fairly short notice, was super responsive via email, and solved the problem swiftly upon arrival. Really nice guy and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend and now looking at retrofitting the existing system and building out a new system in the front with his help!
My lights weren't working and I needed them fixed in time for Halloween - Lee at Ignite lighting fixed them in a flash (hehe) great, dependable service. I highly recommend them!!!!

Just had our outdoor lighting done by Lee over at Ignite Lighting. He was extremely prompt in coming out and giving us a quote (which was very reasonable!). He came up with the perfect lighting design that really accentuated our home and the trees/plants. Then he executed the job in a day and a half and did everything he said he would. The outside of our house now looks amazing thanks to Lee! Very easy to work with, great communicator, quality work...what more can you ask for??
