HISTORY

Established in 2015.
Sean has been in the plumbing industry since 2000 and for over 13 years worked for Abbco plumbing. Then, in November of 2015, Abbco plumbing decided it was time to close up shop. So rather than going to work somewhere else, Sean decided it was his season to start something new. With clear goals in mind Drain Vision was born. Welcome to our journey.Here at Drain Vision Sewer Camera Inspection Inc we expertly locate all sewer, gas, electrical, water, storm drain and other utility lines to assist in easier construction projects. As well as to avoid costly repairs to damaged lines during a construction project. Utilizing commercial grade cameras we are able to accurately diagnose stoppages and clogs and collapsed lines as well as locate lateral lines and buried sewer clean outs. In order to prevent avoidable and costly repairs we are able to acutely pinpoint underground and hidden leaks to save you time and money with our electric leak detection services. We vanquish all foul odors.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Sean and his family live in San Bernardino where they actively attend and serve at their church, The Way World Outreach. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Cassandra for 17 years. Together they have a 16 y/o son, Jeren and a 13 y/o daughter, Aurelia. Sean has been plumbing since 2001 working for a few companies right out of high school.
He went to school at PHCC where he earned his Journeyman's license in 2004. His longest run was with Abbco plumbing for 13 years.

We used Drain Vision to do a sewer scope on our home. We could not find the main line but Sean and his son knew exactly were to look outside our home to find the main line that was covered over with dirt. They dug it out and were able to do the camera inspection. They were very professional and offered great customer service.

Sean from Drain Vision is awesome! I have been using him for a couple of years for all my plumbing needs and he has always been professional, on-time, knowledgeable and also has reasonable prices...can't beat that! I'm not sure he'd like me to say this (since he didn't get paid for this), but I have even called him for an opinion on a plumbing-related purchase and he was helpful and very kind. Hey guys I got some bad information from some plumber that thought he was good at line camera inspection and location services. Cost me months of frustration. These guys came out with equipment that looked so professional compared to other guys. Gave me new locations of my sewer line 7 feet under driveway. Had to tear out a lot of concrete but X marked the spot and they were spot on. Wow so worth the small extra cost compared to overall project.

We are buying our first house and realized it would be a good idea to get a sewer video inspection done before closing. We called Sean because he had great reviews and were not disappointed. He arrived early and was ready to get to work. He spent the next hour doing a thorough inspection of our future home's pipes/sewer system, letting us know what areas are in need of repair/replacement and how the system is flowing. At the end, we knew where the sewer clean out was, where all the pipes go and what we need to do to make sure there isn't a break down the line. He was also really informative and helpful about a few questions we had relating to hooking up an RV in the future. Just a few hours after completing the inspection, we were sent a full report, pictures and video documentation of his findings. Thank you so much for your professional, expedient work. We are so glad we called Drain Vision!

This is top quality work right here! Worth every penny. Let me tell you why: one call and immediately you can tell they are analyzing the situation over the phone to figure out the best solution, quick response in coming to the location and dealing with the issue, and lastly, when other plumbers could not find out what the problem was, and wanted to charge an arm and a leg to attempt to fix it, Drain Vision found the problem and fixed it immediately, for a GREAT price! This is the company I'd call for any plumbing related issues, no question about it!

Sean and his guys did an excellent job helping us locate and mark our sewer line locations. He was one of the very few guys with the right equipment to help us. The home inspector I was going through referred me to Sean and Drain Vision. The cost of having two independent services would cost more than going through one, but in retrospect, I am SO glad I went through Drain Vision.

Sean came out to the property on time. He was already set up and scoping out the sewer pipes when we arrived. Unfortunately, Sean was able to see some discrepancies - roots that had made its way into our pipes, creating blockages and backflow into our yard. Sean also went up on our roof and scoped the pipes situated underneath our home, and I'm so glad he did. Honestly, through Sean's thorough work, we were able to address the work that needed to be done, and had the cost of the work comped back to us through seller credit!! Sean also referred us for the job to be done, and it was executed without any issues.

Sean, thanks so much for such a seamless and outstanding job, buddy. If anyone is on the fence on going with Drain Vision, THIS is your sign. Go with Sean, you will NOT regret it. He's an all around good dude and will have your best interests in mind while being honest about it all.

Man this guy is awesome I called him up and he showed up fast and was very courteous and professional. He located my sewer line were it was broken and repaired it quickly. There was a nasty sewer smell and he did a smoke test and found where it was coming from.

Sean and his team have replaced a faucet around a month ago with speed and professionalism. Because of that I gave them the opportunity to replace my water heater yesterday. Once again they did the work in a short period of time, replaced all the connections so it looks all new and did it fast. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and did it at a competitive price. They will continue to be my first call when plumbing problems arise.

Sean did great. He helped my parents at our restaurant today on an issue we had for a couple of weeks with clogged pipes. We called multiple plumbing services to help out our issue but just gave up within a half-hour of inspection. They would give us ridiculous prices for them to fix it. Sean was so patient and gave it to use straight and made sure our issue was fixed. Fantastic service and fantastic people. Thank you so much Sean!

We had a last minute early evening (about 5:30pm) water heater failure. Couldn't of happen at a worst time. Everyone was closed and charging crazy after hour prices. We really needed our hot water (Big family of 8) we called Drain Vision and they came and swapped the water heater out very fast and had us up and running before the end of the night. Excellent customer service and for a reasonable, competitive price. Thanx again Drain Vision! Now it's time to enjoy a hot shower!
