Very happy with the lighting fast response and service from Edwin and the Warranted Plumbing team. I put an emergency request out on Yelp last night at 5pm and he was at my door within 40 minutes. Our house was built in the 20's so it turned out that we needed a new main supply line from the meter to the house. Bad news at a bad time, but Edwin made the process super easy.

Him and the team arrived at 8am this morning and went straight to work. We had water just before 10am! I've worked with a number of plumbers over the years and rarely do you meet a team that work as efficiently and professionally as these guys.

Long story short: I would recommend Warranted Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. Whether it be planned work or unplanned detours in life.

I hired Warranted Plumbing services to install a new water line for a fridge I just purchased. Since the project had a quick turnaround, Luis and team came by about 20mins earlier than the scheduled appointment to take a look at what needed to be done. I was in need of a repair to the main water line coming into my house. I had called another plumber that came out, dug a hole, did not identify where the leak was exactly, told me he needed to get tools and that he would need to break up the walkway the pipe was under. He also quoted me $3000 - $5000 to do the job! So I called Warranted Plumbing to get another quote! Luis was at my house in a matter of hours! He found the leak, suggested a repair that would not entail breaking up the walkway, agreed on a reasonable price, went and got the materials needed and I had the repair done before 5 pm! I was thrilled. They left the area completely clean and put it back together! Luis was professional, courteous, informative, and he got the job done quickly so I could get the water to the house turned back on! I highly recommend him! I will be calling them first from now on if I have any plumbing issues!

I used Warranted for the first time this Sept. 2020, chosen based on Yelp reviews, for our condo in Walnut Creek, and I wanted to say how much I agree with everyone's 5 star ratings!!!
1. One 31 Aug Mon. our condo management sent a message saying water to a few buildings would be shut off on 2 Sept. Wed, from 9am-6pm, to fix a leak in the parking lot. I asked them to confirm that my building would have its water shut off, as I'd wanted some plumbing work done which required the water to be off, explaining exactly the work I needed, and they confirmed yes, the water would be off 9-6pm on 2 Sept. They knew I'd be taking advantage of the water shut off to get plumbing work done.
2. Warranted's plumber Juan came out to our condo on 1 Sept Tues to provide a quote for a) loosening the shower faucet which had been hard to turn, and b) more importantly, adding a turn-off valve to the kitchen pipe under the kitchen sink, something that was missing in the property report check when I bought the condo last year, and which was considered a risk if the pipe ever burst, as flooding could occur. We'd agree to a 9am appointment for next day 2 Sept. Wed.
3. The next day 2 Sept. Wed, the water to the building had yet to be turned off at 9am, so the appointment was postponed to 1pm. The water was shut off to the building at 9:30am instead of the 9am appointed time.
4. Warranted's Juan arrive promptly at 1pm, fixed the shower faucet, and moved on to the kitchen, around 1:30pm. Just as Juan was broke into the kitchen water piper to add a turn-off valve, the main condo plumbers had finished their work early, and turned the mains water back on, instead of at 6pm, the original planned time.
5. Of course, DISASTER!!!! The condo flooded, water seeped through our floor down to our neighbour below. The exact thing we were trying to prevent with this plumbing work actually happened! Juan called out Edwin while the apartment was flooding. The mains water turn-off valve to the kitchen was in a different part of the building than the turn-off valve to the shower (very odd construction). We finally got hold of the main condo plumbers for them to turn off the water so Juan could finish his work adding a turn-off valve to our kitchen pipes. He and Edwin then went to our neighbor's, whose ceiling was now puffed up with water, to create a small hole to drain their ceiling. So embarrassing, but luckily our neighbor was very understanding.
6. Warranted (Edwin and Juan) then bought fans to place in both our neighbor's and our apartment, to dry out both our apartments overnight and patched the neighbor's ceiling where they'd made a hole to drain the water from our flood.
7. At the end of all this, their bill remained exactly what was quoted, for the work they did on our condo, on our shower faucet and kitchen pipes. Their worksmanship is excellent. These are people who are decent, have character, and are extremely professional. I would definitely use them again, especially as I am hoping to do a bathroom remodel.

They helped us out on a leaking pipe coming into the house from the main line. We had to shut off water so we needed someone asap and it was 2pm. They were the only available plumbers that could come out the same day, others were the next day. They came within an hour and immediately repaired the line in less than an hour. My husband started replacing our bathroom faucet and ran into some difficulties. He kept trying to get it done but when I saw it was 1:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon I finally insisted on calling a plumber. I put out several calls and or messages. I received 2 responses, one could not come out until Monday which would have been fine had we not been forced to shut down the water! The second was from this company. They agreed to be out between one and two hours. They arrived by the second hour which by then my husband had begun pacing. Luis fixed the problem easily and showed my husband where his error had occurred. Real professional service and friendly. I believe we have found our future plumber!

Highly recommend! I had a clogged main sewer line emergency, and Edwin was very helpful and responsive. He quickly came to my home to give me an honest free estimate that was $500 less than another plumber I had called. He got the job done fast and left my home and yard clean of debris. This was by far the easiest service I had ever received. Our house's bathrooms and bathtubs were clogged, Warranted Plumbing answered our quote request fast, and he was able to come give us a free price estimate the next day. He did a very thorough review of the pipes and was able to pinpoint and fix the issue within a day. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and precise with his work. I know that if I have an issue with my plumbing or sewer, I can call them. Even my dad was impressed by how fast everything was done.

My clean out line smelled (it's under my deck with hatch cover) upon opening hatch I saw stuff so I looked up for a rooter service and called Warranted! He arrived 15 mins after I called! WOW, he quoted me a price and I said go he snaked out 25 feet and all junk went away! My sink line has been clogged for over a week. I had one company come out and they didn't have any tools to assist and was told they would return the next and they didn't. I heard back a few days later to reschedule..no thanks. Scheduled with another company and he canceled 20 minutes before he was supposed to come and has not returned my phone calls to reschedule.

So i tried one moe company. Man great move. They were quick to reply and the tech that came out today was able to get the job done at the quoted price. He was super nice, well spoken and took his time and gave me some tips. I will have these guys service my house again if and when the time comes. Thanks guys!!!!

These guys are the best. We needed all new water lines, and they re-plumbed the entire house with new copper, installed new washer and dryer hook-ups all in one day, at a very competitive and reasonable price. Called regarding a few gas pipe leaks found after I had been smelling gas and bought a leak detector on Amazon. The woman who picked up was extremely nice and helpful and said they could be there in 2 hours. Eliel arrived early wearing a mask, was very nice, professional and knowledgeable, and talked me through my options. He completed the work very quickly and for a very reasonable price. They ended up capping off a gas line that had a leak and installed a new valve behind the dryer that had also been leaking. He then tested the new connections for leaks and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left. It's been about two weeks since and still no leaks. Would definitely use Eliel again.

Made a request via Yelp phone app and received an email response within 10 mins. A phone call came shortly thereafter. Tech Edwin showed up after agreeing to look at my water heater problem and said he would provide an estimate. Edwin arrived within mins and explained everything needed to replace my water heater with price that I was comfortable with. During installation, a problem occurred with the new water heater. This was probably by far the best service I've had to date. I found Warranted Plumbing Services on yelp. I am constantly running from meeting to meeting at work, so email communication is best. I messaged them on Yelp and within ten mins, they responded. That was already a huge plus for me.

I had to keep changing the date and time for them to visit my house and do a free estimate -- they were incredibly understanding and patient.

When Luis arrived, he immediately took off his shoes. (Respectful , indeed). Then Luis looked at our sink disposal and was incredibly knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the issue was. He QUICKLY fixed it within ten mins. Then on top of that, he showed my husband how to reset it for next time. It was efficient and effective.

Upon completion, he didn't charge us! We offered him money but he wouldn't take it. I appreciate Luis because it shows me that Warranted Plumbing cares about their quality and business -- they're not trying to nickel and dime you. I hope you all use Warranted Plumbing!

I contacted this company via Yelp this morning to take care of a leak under a master bedroom sink. They contacted me right away. Then set up an appointment for today at 10:30. Edwin was the technician who came promptly, took off his shoes before coming in, evaluated the problem, gave me an estimate, had the parts on the truck, and we were all fixed up in less than an hour! They price by the job, rather than by parts and actual labor costs (I prefer the latter). The price was more than I'd pay my usual plumber (who wasn't available), but less than other companies would charge. Edwin was very knowledgeable, polite, and did great work. I asked him to give me an estimate to replace two toilets, received a reasonable price and hope to be able to do that with Edwin in the near future.

Had some old water pipes and some undersized drainage lines. Got several estimates to replace a large portion of these. Warranted gave me the most reasonable price and was one of the few that didn't feel like they were trying to upsell everything. They were also the only company that found a fractured drain pipe after going through my crawl space for the estimate.
Once they provided a quote, I was nervous the end bill would be higher because a company could easily say more work was required, but that wasn't the case. Final bill was exactly same as the estimate.
The crew knocked out the work very quickly given the scope and were very meticulous about minimizing dirt throughout the house and cleaning up at the end of the project.
From the initial estimate to the completion of work I was thoroughly impressed with this company.

What can I say, I find the best people on Yelp! My handyman noticed that I had a leak in the main pipe into my house, plus my shower plumbing is leaking. I requested a few quotes, and within an hour Edwin was at my house on a Sunday no less! He is the nicest man and had time to do the repairs at a reasonable price. Edwin stands out among the best. My house was built in 1976, and now everything seems to be falling apart, and the repairs get quite costly. The only solace when paying the money for repairs is when you are lucky enough to encounter someone like Edwin. As long as the company is in business, I will have a plumbing company to rely on.

I submitted a request for a quote at about 6pm Tuesday night, 8am Wednesday morning Luis showed up to my house at 8 on the dot which is usually never the case, usually a 3 hour window. Luis gave me the quote to fix my clogged shower drain, and within 45 mins, drain was working perfect and he also cleaned the soap scum around the base of the tub from the standing water before the drain was fixed. Excellent service, highly recommend, Extremely respectful and quick to respond and repair.

This company has been great, they came out the same day I called and repaired a leak caused by a wax ring. They also came out again to re-inspect their repair to ensure it was not leaking again. They have have been very responsive and accommodating, and have also demonstrated great expertise and knowledge in their craft. One of our water pipes was leaking from the attic. After looking around Yelp, I contacted Warranted Plumbing really late on Thursday night and had a message back from Luis at 6AM.

At noon, Edwin was at my house for a free estimate. He crawled through our attic space, found the leak, took videos/photos to show me, and then we talked through the repair. Edwin was smart, kind, and helpful (and not pushy)!

I asked about a few other delayed plumbing projects we had been sitting on for a while and Edwin gave me a price for the immediate repair and a price for a few of the projects batched together. I decided to go forward with all the projects at the estimated price Edwin gave me. He left to get some parts, came back within an hour or so with two other guys, and a few hours later they had finished all the projects.

Work and parts are covered with a warranty and the final price was what we had agreed on with the estimate. (The one thing I didn't get was a detailed/itemized pricing on the receipt/invoice...just a detailed writeup of the work covered and the total price. The pricing was very fair for the work done, but if you want a specific breakdown of pricing, be sure to ask.)

All in all, very happy and will use Warranted Plumbing next time I have a plumbing need!

Needed to get my toilets repaired. I made an appointment and Juan came to my home on time and went right to work. He explained what needed to be done and made sure all was in working order before he left.

Our water heater was leaking late at night. We called Warranted Plumbing the next morning, on a Saturday. They were very responsive. Edwin came out and was very kind, honest, and helpful. He advised us that it was only the water lines that needed replacing and gave us advice on fixing it ourselves to save us money. I needed to get an opinion about my ABS drain pipes under my house. After I called Warranted Plumbing and asked for their services, Edwin came by promptly. He quickly and (in my opinion) very professionally identified leak problems under my house.
I really appreciate that Warranted Plumbing provided me with an inspection report, including photos of the leaking joints, along with a written estimate of repairs. I have not proceeded yet, but at this point I want to commend Edwin and Warranted Plumbing for prompt and professional courtesy.

We needed an emergency seismic valve installed in our home so I reached out to a few plumbers on Yelp to receive quotes. Edwin replied to my message within minutes & was out the next day. He gave us a quote but we still wanted to get a few more quotes before we hired him. Out of the 3 different quotes we received Edwin's price was the best! So we had him out the next week for the job.

Edwin was here first thing in the morning & got the job done in under an hour. He also wore a mask which was nice. Edwin did an amazing job. Very pleased with the service i received from our plumber Edwin. I called about 10 places and found that warranted plumbing was a reasonable price. My mom had a back up in her kitchen sink. When i called they said someone would be out in about 30 min. 20 min later he was there. After fixing the sink fairly quickly i told him we also had an issue with one of our toilets. After deciding to buy a new one he left to go get one and was back quickly. Eliel and Jose came out quickly and gave me a free quote to repair our main pressure regulator to our house. They were the cheapest quote because they did not try to upsell me and just told me the price for what i needed (i had another company quote double the price because they wanted to replace the whole regulator which is only a year old instead of the repairing the leak). They were efficient and respectful to my husband and I. We had a blockage. Luis came out on Friday and tried to snake it out with a 75 ft snake. It didn't work and sent out two guys the next morning to cut and replace a pipe underneath the house. They did it quickly and cleaned up afterwards. It was good and has a 90 day warranty. My kitchen sink was completely clogged, it was taking a good 20-40 minutes just to drain the water out. I tried calling around but the other plumbers I had called were too busy and couldn't get to me. I called Warranted Plumbing Services and they sent out their tech Luis within 40 minutes! He was extremely polite at the door and even took his shoes off before entering our home. This seemed like a deep clog as I tried to unclog it myself with no luck with a 25 foot snake and he manage'd to unclog it very quickly and we were able to confirm water was running again. I messaged through Yelp on a Saturday and received a response within a couple hours and before any of the other 3 business I reached out to. Edwin was able to come out the next day and check out our issue at no charge. He thoroughly explained the issue and pricing so that I can shop around if I wanted to. I heard from the other 3 businesses shortly after and all 3 prices I received seemed competitive except Edwin gave me a set amount whereas another company gave me an hourly rate (but note that they didn't come in person). Anyways, I chose to work with Edwin because I felt I was making a good, no pressure decision and I was well informed of what was being done. The job just finished and all seems well so far and every was left as it was.

Our water heater went out so I posted a message on yelp to see who could help. Posted the message at 7 pm and these guys replied by 7:05 pm. They came out the next morning at 9 am and gave us clear advice in a very non-pushy way. Gave us all the options and spent time discussing pros and cons. We opted to replace the unit given ours was nearing two decades of use. They immediately purchased the new unit and had it installed by noon. Fantastic. I figured that since they were already here we might as well tackle the ice maker that never worked. They took a look and quickly diagnosed the issue. By 4 pm they had replaced the pipe coming to the fridge, which involved three guys and lots of activity in a very small crawl space. I'll enjoy a hot shower and cold filtered water tonight thanks to this crew. Can't recommend them high enough and will definitely contact them again for any plumbing needs.

I love using Yelp because it's often so helpful in ensuring a good service experience for my dollar, whether that's at a restaurant, dental office, or in this case, finding a plumber on short notice. I looked through Yelp extensively for plumbers when I noticed that my kitchen faucet was making a very odd sound and was clearly leaking under my kitchen sink and ruining the cabinet inside. I came across Warranted Plumbers and gave them a call because of their good reviews on here.

I spoke with a nice lady who informed me that they offer free estimates. I thought that was great (and uncommon) so I asked for one and a lovely gentleman name Edwin came by and informed me that my 13 year old kitchen faucet would need to be replaced and gave me an estimate for the labor. He was polite, very punctual and wore a face mask in my home, which I appreciated during these crazy Covid-19 times.

After he left, I called around to compare prices and found his estimate was reasonable. Given that he'd already been here, was polite and had an accurate idea of the labor involved, I ordered a new faucet from Amazon.com and called again to have Edwin come install it. He, and an assistant, did so quickly and professionally.

This was by far my best experience with a plumber yet. I hope to never need one again, but I will be calling this business and asking for Edwin specifically if I do. Their reviews on here are clearly very positive for good reason.

I can home from work only to find my water heater leaking excessive water under my house. I saw all the positive reviews on Yelp about Warranted so I decided to give you guys a call. I spoke with Edwin and explained to him that my water heater was on the fringe he said Luis, the owner, wouldand give me a call. I I called this company after another plumber came out to fix a faucet in the shower that kept turning on by itself and said that it would cost $2000. when I contacted warranted plumbing, I told him the problem and they sent Edwin out and it took him a little more than an hour. he was very prompt,he updated me every step of the way, on his way here how far away, was very polite and thorough and I appreciated that warranted did the job for $260 and did an excellent job. We experienced some banging noises from our hallway bathroom pipes then the cold water seized to flow out! Terrible... our 3 kids had to share our small master shower with me and my husband. So my husband sent a quote request in Yelp. Warranted Plumbing Services was the first to respond! Juan came the next day and assessed the problem, 1st he changed the cartridge inside the shower control, but it didn't fix the problem. The valves needed replacing! Yikes! They cut through the dry wall behind the shower area and replaced the pipes and valves (that were probably original ones from the 50's). The job was finished the same day. Luis also came to help, which was great to see them work as team. Our shower is working well! They did such a great job cleaning up, my drywall was patched up with no sign of damage and shower fixtures look amazing. Thank you Juan and Luis! Called on a Friday due to a backup when draining the tub and dishwasher. Warranted plumbing was able to come out in 45 minutes, do a complete diagnosis, and take care of the problem. This was no small job. A hole was dug and video diagnosis took place, and solution for as made. $2.1k later, these guys came in $500 less than our previous estimate. If we ever have a plumbing issue again in the future, we'll certainly be giving these guys a call.

Our water heater stopped working the night before. The next morning I called for immediate service because it's winter time and my house is full with family from the holidays and we have no hot water. I called the next morning and I got immediate service. Initially they were gonna come between 2-4 then they called and was able to move it up immediately. Luis showed up and he was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the pros and cons of either repairing our current water heater and replacing it. Our current water heater was 9 years old which is the same heater we had when we purchased the house new in 2012, so we came to the conclusion that it was time to replace it. Luis arrived around 10:45. We agreed on a fair price and the new water heater was installed immediately the same day. They were completely done by 1:15pm. 15 minutes later we had hot water again. At 6:30 this morning, a Friday, I found water all over a portion of my garage floor. The water heater had begun to leak. We all know a water leak is bad, right?

I called my home warranty to open a claim. Several hours later, I talked to the contractor the warranty company assigned to my case. Very sorry, but the soonest he could get to my home was the following Wednesday, 6-ish days away

I complained to my home warranty company. They made some calls, and then amended it to Well, we can have someone out there on Monday.

Again, this is FRIDAY, and we all know a water leak is bad, right? At this point, I am 7 hours in. It is after 1 PM on a Friday.

Desperate and anxious, I came here to Yelp, deciding to ditch my warranty company.

Warranted Plumbing Services had great ratings, so I gave them a call. The office dispatcher said she could have someone out to my house in 45 minutes. I was so grateful and relieved, I had tears in my eyes when I thanked her.

Luis Chavez arrived, and I instantly felt calm. He expertly assessed the situation: yes, I needed a new water heater. He explained all of the required work in great detail. He, and his associate Elwin got right to work.

Due to bureaucratic nonsense, the company that I pay a monthly fee to failed me.

Warranted Plumbing Services came right in, fixed the problem, and restored my household to normalcy.

Contacted on Yelp; set an estimate time for the same day. Luis came by ten minutes before my two hour window started and immediately offered to come back if he was too early. I appreciated both the punctuality and the consideration. He took off his shoes and left them on my front mat-- again, very considerate-- then looked at the issue in my bathtub. It turned out to be a simple fix for which they already had the part on the truck, so with my approval for scope of work and cost, he got right to work. The fix took about 20 minutes, and the bathroom was left exactly as it was when he came in-- no mess. I was left a written description of work performed, including the name of the part. 10/10 for work performed as agreed and wonderful costumer service. I'm wary of letting people into my home, and it's nice to be reminded that there are still trustworthy tradespeople out there.

This review is long overdue. They don't call themselves Warranted Plumbing Services for nothing. I had a serious plumbing problem at a rental property and I had Edwin and Jose came out to fix the problem while I remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms. Unfortunately right before the job is completed, the plumbing problem came up again. I was gonna call them again and looked for the receipt to find their #, and there it was - 30 days warranty on the job. So I gave them a call, Luis said, no problem, we will send them out again on Monday morning. Sure enough, they came and this time, they double checked everything to make sure everything is fixed. We had every faucet, toilets, and the washer going at the same time and no problem whatsoever. I must say, 5 star plus.

I had a drain assembly from my bathroom sink that needed to be replaced due to hard water corrosion. A project that I thought I could do myself turned out to be not the case. Luis gave me a very reasonable estimate and proceeded to work immediately after I agreed to the quote. After trying to attach the new drain assembly, he came across and issue with the sink where the drain hole was misaligned causing the drain assembly to be out of alignment with the j trap, but instead of trying to force and possibly break the pipes, he was extremely careful making the connection and even gave me some intelligent advice on monitoring the j-trap in the future. He also gave me an option to use the gasket that came with the assembly or use plumber's putty. I optioned the gasket, but after we found it it was leaking he took the gasket off and put in the plumber's putty instead and it worked like a charm. He went beyond the call of duty, spending extra time with the project and guaranteed his work. He was very courteous and did a great job making my sink looks and runs as good as new. Without hesitation, I will definitely use him again in the future.

I sent in a quote request this morning to have our garbage disposal looked at. It had been making usual noises when we used it. Edwin responded and said that he could send someone to look at it today. I was given an hour window when the tech would show up. Luis showed up within that window. As a boy mom, I'm use to things getting broken and clogged in our homes. Earlier this week one of my master bathroom sinks stopped draining and I knew it was on of my younger boys . I put some drano hoping that would do it but to no avail. I was supposed to have a plumber here Saturday but he never showed. Late last night I went on Yelp and put out a few inquiries and warranted plumbing was one of the first to respond. That coupled with their already amazing reviews I decided to call them first . It was 8:46am and they said their guys could be at my home between 11-1pm same day. I was pleasantly surprised they came 15 mins early which for me was a huge plus. The guys wore their protective gear, took their shoes off before entering my home without me saying too , and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They checked out the sink before starting , to give me the pricing to make sure I was ok with it . I also ended up needing new pipes under the sink but the price was exceptionally reasonable. He got all of the parts including the new garbage disposal and pipes, came back and completed the job all in the matter of a few hours. I am very happy with the whole process from start to finish.

I cannot say enough great things about Edwin and his team. I had a main line back up and needed it cleared out. I called this morning (Saturday) and Edwin said he could come between 12-2pm. He was arrived at 12:15. He snaked my drain, cleared the line and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes.

The issue was tree roots because I have big beautiful, annoying trees in my front and back yard. He informed me that this could be a bigger issue and said he would put the camera down into the pipe to find out if I needed additional work. Living in a older home with this amazing trees, I knew he very well could find a mess. And he had the opportunity to tack on additional work and fees. He did the opposite. He found that his fix worked and did not suggest any additional work be done. I love the honesty, it is extremely hard to find these days.

While I don't want additional problems to arise, it is comforting to know that I have someone to call when I do.

I normally do not write reviews for products or services. However, I want to give credit where credit is due to this excellent plumbing service. I got their contact information from Yelp and called them to help me resolve a clogged patio storm drain. The telephone receptionist was helpful and immediately scheduled a visit by their technician. She said he would arrive between 12 PM and 2 PM. The appointment was for the next day. Imagine my surprise when the technician Edwin and his partner Milton pulled up at 12:01 PM. They took a look at my problem and gave me a clear proposal on the spot. I was surprised at the expense quoted, which was $1600 for the first two hours of work and $500 per hour there after. Edwin assured me that they could finish the job in under two hours. Despite my concern about the high price, I went ahead and approve the job. Edwin and his partner showed up on the appointed time literally within one minute of the scheduled time with all the equipment they needed. They set out to do the job, and an hour and 15 minutes later the storm drain was completely unclogged, all debris was picked up and the transaction was finished. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would recommend Warranted Plumbing Services to anyone who needs plumbing services.

This one where I wish I could give 10 stars. I think we were really lucky to get Luis and his partner on this one, not sure another plumber coulda/woulda pulled this off. It's hard to put into a review how much Luis and his partner saved our butts, on Saturday of a 3 day holiday. I'm like the 4th string property mgr backup for a rental my ex-wife owns, (very long story). On Friday the renter calls my son, who is out of state on vacation and says that water is leaking out of the ceiling. After a ton of unanswered call on a Fridy night, we get Warranteed Plumbing to come out next morning. I can't believe Luis was even able to find the leak in the attic under the insulation back behind some framing, just with an out stretched arm he made a video of the pinhole leak in the copper pipe (that I had installed 35 yrs ago, remember ex-wife LOL) There was absolutely no way to get to it. I said what now?, Luis said give me some time to look further. They were able to get to the pipe in 2 very cramped spots in the attic each spot was about 4 ft from the leak and the pipe wasn't straight. Their plan was to cut out 8 ft of pipe with 2, 45 degree angles in it, make up an identical pipe and patch it in. I was envisioning tearing half the house apart to get to the leak, but their job came out perfect with no other issues. After breathing a sigh of relief he also stayed around long enough to fix a leaking shower valve and install a washer drain standpipe for the new washer that just happened to get delivered that day. AND the bill was way less than I expected, way less.

CALL THEM ASAP! I can't thank Edwin Rivera enough for his professionalism and effectiveness. I called Warranted Plumbing on a Saturday at 1:50pm for a damaged water drain for my new washer and dryer and we couldn't turn our water back on because it was broken so we needed someone ASAP. I called all the companies on I found on yelp and never got a response or too long of a response or even closed. When I called Warranted Plumbing I was told they could be at my house between 2pm and 3pm! He was here within the hour! Gave me a quote for high and low so best or worst outcome! Luckily he said it was an easy fix! in and out within 30 mins and even help me connect my new washer and dryer!!!

I've unfortunately needed a plumber twice recently, once for a pinhole leak in a pipe and another for leaking water heater. I used warranted plumbing both times. He installed a faucet for nearly $200 plus. Three months later it is seriously leaking so we turned off the water and called him. I sent Warranty Plumbing Services a request for quote via Yelp and got a call within five minutes. Viri said she could have a tech come to my home that same day for a FREE estimate. We scheduled the tech, Luis, for the next day. He arrived on time, offered me options (repair or replace) while articulating the pros/cons of each option, and checked all plumbing throughout the home (I asked him to do this). He sent me pics of every single situation he found in the whole home inspection (as I wasn't there during his visit) and told me over the phone what each issue was about. In the end, I got the main problem (leaking toilet) resolved and several other things that were truly necessary for an awesomely competitive price.

I got another quote for this work from another plumber who charges by the hour. Had I given them the job, with the same scope that Luis took care of, it would have been about double the price.

Warranted Plumbing Services lives up to their name and well...warrants their work!

I can't recommend them enough. Luis (and Viri) were very nice, responsive, thorough, highly-skilled, priced competitively and very communicative.

We needed a big job done that we had been putting off for a long time--replacing 67-year old rusty leaking cast iron sewer and drain lines under the house. Luis gave us a careful estimate, with photos, diagrams, explanations, recommendations, and price. My puppy had an accident on the carpet and I made the mistake of putting too many paper towels down the toilet so it clogged. I used yelp messaging to find a plumber and received several messages back. Warranted plumbing services responded first and after reading the reviews I knew I wanted to go with them. I desperately needed a plumbing service ASAP, and so I called Warranted Plumbing in Concord, trust me, they literally had a plumbing repair truck at my house within ten minutes.

Now, it does help that I do happen to live close by, but even with that said,.... within ten minutes Warranted Plumbing was there.

Wow, that's almost as quick as the Fire Department.

Luis, and his assistant plumber arrived, he then completed his free estimate, we then agreed on the price, and it was 'off to the races'.

They immediately handled all of the existing water which was literally pouring out of the broken water heater.

After deciding on exactly what he needed to complete the repair, Luis then placed one phone call, and within minutes another Warranted Plumbing truck quickly arrived with a new 40 gallon RUUD water heater on it.

The old water heater was then safely removed, and the new RUUD water soon replaced it.

The water, and gas connections were then all attached, and secured. And, I was 'back in business'.

For the record, the prices that are charged by Warranted Plumbing are much more than competitive, and they do leave the work site looking much better than they found it.

Can't say enough nice things about Warranted Plumbing, and I would/will not hesitate to call them again for my plumbing needs in the future.

Luis of Warranted Plumbing Services is an honorable tradesperson. I thought I had a problem with my water heater and called Luis for help. I briefly described the problem, and what I'd done to try to resolve it. Based on the information I provided during the call, Luis quoted the cost of the repair, went out-of-pocket to purchase a replacement part that he'd likely need for the repair, and squeezed me into his schedule on the same day of my initial call.

When he arrived, Luis realized (to my eternal chagrin) that there was nothing wrong with the water heater at all. Before calling for help, I had tried to relight the pilot light, thought it hadn't relit, and called Luis. It turns out that I had successfully relit the pilot, but failed to locate the pilot flame in the little window under the water heater control panel (I was looking in the wrong place). I thought the pilot hadn't relit and that we'd need to replace something. Luis turned up the water heater setting, and resolved our problem in under 2 minutes.

Luis patiently showed me where to look to check the pilot light, reminded me to flush the water heater, and (perhaps seeing the blank look on my face) described how to do it. Luis explained that he would save the part he had ordered for me and use it for a future service call. He very graciously refused payment for the part and for the service call. He thanked me for calling Warranted Plumbing Services, and then went on to his next appointment. We had hot water less than an hour later.

We recently determined that we were paying for a lot more water than made sense. I was unable to identify the source of the leak and so decided to call for help. We first called Letts as we have used them before and were happy with them. Unfortunately they have become pretty popular and I got tired of playing phone tag with their answering service.
So I called Warranted Plumbing. They answered right away and scheduled a visit for the next day. Some hours later they called to say a plumber was in my area and could come over right away. Gratefully, we accepted the offer.
Luis Chavez was the lead of two technicians that responded. I was pretty sure that the leak had to be in the crawl space as I'd eliminated a yard leak and believed that the toilets were not leaking. He politely listened. He went into the crawl space briefly and said. I think your problem is with the nearest toilet. I was skeptical, Luis was right. He fixed it, tested it. Charged a fair amount and informed me that the work was guaranteed for 90 days.
We have reduced our daily water usage by about 600 gallons since he came.

This company is top notch! I called them on a Friday with a serious pipe leak under my house. They were there within two hours, took a look at the problem, went to get supplies and had the pipe replaced in no time at all. We had been told by the previous plumber/handyman that we should have our house re-piped. The plumber from this company said no, we didn't need new pipes we just needed a new plumber. He answered lots of questions that we had about our plumbing, hooked up our icemaker as our refrigerator had just been moved, and took a look at our tankless water heater. I called Warranted Plumbing at 10AM. By 12:30PM they had supplied and installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Edwin did a great job. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Found this company based on great YELP reviews and was not disappointed. Edwin showed up on time, had his mask on before he even got out of his vehicle (thank you for the consideration!), and have me an estimate to replace a toilet in a 3rd bathroom. The one I wanted was at Home Depot. He agreed to buy it and pick it up for just the cost of the new one with no additional mark up (nice). Installation was seamless. I even asked him if he could change out the water supply lines under the toilet and the sink for the earthquake ones (for a fee) which he did. I have his business card tape inside the medicine cabinet in that bathroom so I can easily call him for the next project. Very professional, which is getting tougher to find these days with independent contractors. Happy to provide a little extra revenue to a local family business, especially in these times.

Wow! I called Warranted Plumbing after seeing one of their vans on the freeway. What LUCK. Free estimate with a price for the job, not per hour and the free estimate was not hidden in the coat of the job. Luis was a total professional and made sure to check and recheck the valves for my bathroom vanity, and didn't charge extra for soldering and modifications.
I am a happy customer. If your condo complex refers you to one of their approved plumbers, I dare you to compare.

I wanted to give great props for Warranted Plumbing! Edwin was awesome! They did come out with a very competitive bid and came out the next day for a weekend hot water heater replacement. They found out a circulation pump was not working, ordered the part and came back to do that one. Great service! Friendly guys. Great work. We now have hot water.

I would definitely recommend Edwin for future use.

I called Edwin at 8am for emergency sewer backup and he arrived at 8:30am and had my line cleared within 30 minutes! He has previously replaced all fresh water pipes, both old commodes, all faucets, garbage disposal and checked hot water heater. I contacted them for a service this morning at 7AM and by 9:30AM they were at my house. They repaired a leaking drain pipe under the kitchen in the crawl space from outside the house, removed and capped a venting pipe, and snaked the main drain pipe to clear the exit. The cost wasn't the cheapest, but reasonable. The guys who showed up were really kind, polite and professional. They got the job done in about 2 hours. I am very pleased.

I called this morning and was told a tech would be out between 1 & 3 PM. A minute later they called and said they had a cancellation and would come right out.
Edwin & Jose greeted me professionally & personably and explained their rates. I explained my plumbing problem and they assured me they could fix.
The problem was fixed in 30 minutes and they took time to explain what it was they did and how much better it would be. They told me they warranted their work and if I had any problems, to call them and they come right out.
It was a fabulous service and I highly recommend them. Edwin was exceptional!

I contacted Warranted Plumbing Services, along with two others yesterday, to obtain a quote on fixing a running toilet. Warranted replied in less than 10 minutes. I also received a reply from one of the other plumbers 30 minutes later. Based on other Yelp reviews, I selected Warranted. I was scheduled the same day for an afternoon appointment (free estimate).

Edwin & his apprentice came out to inspect my toilet. Since it was raining, they took their shoes off prior to coming into my home. Both were very professional. Edwin inspected my toilet and informed me of the cause of the constant running. He quoted me a price for repair but also suggested I replace the toilet, as it is very old, and it would be more cost effective. I elected to replace the toilet rather than fixing the old one. Edwin stated he would locate a new toilet and phone with the price, prior to purchasing.

Edwin phoned this afternoon after having located a toilet that would fit under the vanity overhang. The price seemed reasonable, so I authorized him to purchase it. He returned with his apprentice to install the new toilet. In the process, I had him check the shut off valve and it also needed replacing as it, too, was old (I purchased a 30 year old condo with lots of original parts). Edwin replaced both the old toilet and shut off valve. They both left and I decided to clean up the bathroom a little. In doing so, I noticed the toilet was leaking. I phoned Edwin and he returned the same day to inspect the problem. Turns out the new toilet had a hairline fracture. This caused the toilet to leak every time it was flushed.

Edwin returned the newly installed toilet to the retailer and picked up another one, installing it once again. He checked for leaks in all the usual places including from the bowl area of this one piece toilet. No leaks were detected!

Overall, very professional. I would use Warranted Plumbing again in the future!

Thanks to WPS for sending out Luis and his assistant so quickly to fix the copper water pipe we accidentally punctured while digging to plant a new tree! They were super professional, friendly, efficient, and did a beautiful job, and, notably, did NOT overcharge for what was obviously an emergency repair. We hardly had a chance to use our earthquake water supply before they were finished!

I'm definitely keeping WPS's business card handy for future projects!

I had a great experience with warranted plumbing. They were able to come out at a convenient time. A quick and free estimate was provided. I needed a new faucet- which I was able to purchase the same day and when I called back to make an appointment, Juan was able to return within 30 minutes. The job was done fast and I am very happy. I would use warranted again. I had called warranted because my normal plumber could not come out for several days and the leak in my house could not wait several days. I would use warranted again for sure. Great customer service from the person who answers the phone to when the appointment is booked and the job completed. Thank you so much!

They came and did a free estimate for a leak. They weren't able to find the leak because it was under our foundation, but they did refer us to a company that was able to find our foundation leak. I did also have them install our faucet in our kitchen. It was just under $200 I believe, Idon't think thats expensive because no one here is in any kind of shape to crawl under our kitchen sink and do the work. It was quality work and I would definitely call them again for plumbing needs.

I have seldom had such good experiences. I am late writing this review, but last June our garbage disposal started leaking in the middle of the evening. We needed it replaced ASAP. Warranted arrived early, and finished then replacement 15 minutes faster than they said they would. Totally amazing and totally worth it.

I had an emergency plumbing situation during a compression valve swap where the water could not be fully shutoff to the house. These guys answered and were able to get service out to me in about an hour. I was ready to get absolutely hosed given it was emergency work but the rate they charged was completely honest and did not reflect any predatory markup like I expected. In addition to this the tech was kind enough to lend me some plumbers putty and provide me some tips on the remainder of my installation/project (Tech was Juan Chavez.) This was overall a very positive experience and I'll be bookmarking them in my rolodex for any future issues.

We had a leak in our ceiling, and because we'd been referred to them by a friend, Warranted agreed to come out even though we were out of their service range. The two men who came did a great job--they wore masks and little sock booties over their shoes to keep the house from getting messy, and they did a great job assessing the situation and explaining everything. We ended up needing a general contractor, not a plumber, but they found the leak for us and the price was reasonable. Now we know what the problem is and can fix it.

Needed help for a backup sewer & they gave me a quote right away. They were at my door within 30 mins and got the job done in less than an hour. Came back the next morning and put in an easy access clean out for any future problems. I thought that job was going to take a while but they were done in about 30 mins. My kitchen drain stopped draining and water was overflowing from my washing machine drain. I called Warranted in the morning and got an appointment for the afternoon.

Luis and his helper showed up on time, went to work, couldn't open the rusty old cleanouts in the house so opened the clogged line from the roof. They gave me a first time customer discount. Even without it the price would have been reasonable. There's also a 30 warranty in case it clogs again.

They saved me!! Had a water heater go out in the middle
of the night-they showed up the next morning bright and early and had hot water going by the early afternoon. Great customer service and honest pricing. Woke up at 3 am to find a water leak coming from the ceiling! Called every plumber on Yelp and Warranted had the fasted time available. Edwin came out on time and worked fast! He took before and after pictures of the pipe that was leaking and fixed it right away! He explained to me the issue and looked around for any other potential damage. This was 10 star service!! His price was more than fair!! He also took the time to put our ladder to the attic away. When he left it was like he was never there! He will be my plumber from here on out.

Call Warranted Plimbing Services! Our hot water heater stopped working the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. Contacted them through Yelp and they responded right away. Edwin came out Friday afternoon and gave me a quote to replace the hot water heater. For a holiday weekend, their quote was very competitive and they could replace it the next day! Saturday!
