I can't say enough good things about Mitchell. We bought a toilet from Home Depot and when Mitchell went to install it we found out that the tank lid was broken. Mitchell was incredibly flexible with his schedule and installed our replacement toilet the very next day, he's a true professiona!

I had a great first experience with BeastBay, specifically Anthony. I had to schedule a very tight time window to head to work and they accommodated. Anthony showed up right on time and was very professional. I wanted to get a quote for installation of a filter system for our home and he explained the whole process of what the company would do, and more importantly what they would not do as part of the service. The part of was most impressed by was that he focused on answering my questions and even came prepared having read up on the system I told them I was considering installing. I also really appreciated that he didnt try to talk me out of buying my system to try to buy another one, but instead only simply mentioned that his company also had a system if I was looking for something with a smaller footprint. The fact that he didnt push his own product actually made me more willing to research it and consider it as an option. He even went as far as to give some advice on how to address an issue that we were experiencing in our home. Overall my first experience with the company, from scheduling an appointment, which they conveniently allowed me to do via text, all the way to Anthony walking me through the process, was A+.

The worker is not honest, by not finding the problem and giving me a quote.
For over $500.00 not knowing what going wrong.I don't mind to pay if it's need to be.

This rating is based on their excellent communication. To be clear, I didn't end up using any of their service. I sent out a message in Yelp in need for a consultation regarding a toilet issue. There were a few plumbing services that responded.
What I like about BeastBay was that they provided free consultation. They asked questions to help understand our issue and also answered any questions I had. I scheduled with them based on this interaction but also their excellent reviews. Later, my dad told me their service wasn't necessary. I had to cancel. When I cancelled with BeastBay, they were responsive by confirming the cancellation.
If we have any future plumbing issues, I'll be sure to contact BeastBay first.

It was a great experience. They didn't charge me for a quote like some other companies wanted. They did an excellent job and left the house nice and clean the way they found it.
These guys are awesome! They were the first ones to come on site. I was impressed with the thoughtful consultation and competitive estimate. This was a fairly big job and I'm completely satisfied.
I told them that it wasn't necessary to connect one water line that I believed was not in use but a few days later I realized we had cut the water supply to the back yard. They came back and spent half the day reconnecting that supply and didn't charge me for what I was willing to concede as my mistake.
These guys seem more interested in satisfying customers than gouging them. Great plumbers are hard to find but here they are!
These guys are awesome. We have used them twice in the last six months. Our water heater broke and leaked into our house late last year. When I called they picked up right away and had a technician out to our house within the hour. We had the mess cleaned and a new water heater installed in just 2hours. Last week we noticed our kitchen sink was leaking, I contacted them through Yelp and the responded within an hour and had someone out the next day. I would highly recommend their services.

They got the job done on time and people were extremely friendly when they arrived. They took care of the drain problem very quickly. Although we had a issue with cost they took care of it right away and gave some of the best customer service ever!! Thank you
Beast Bay to the rescue again. Same day service was appreciated since this is a day care facility. Was able to snake the clean out and unclog pipes without having to jet. Stephon, the plumber, called to advise and update and give pricing info before proceeding. Appreciate the Beast Bay team for taking care of business quickly and professionally.

I can't say enough about BeastBay Plumbing and my Hero Johnny! Water Heater went kaputs. Placed Yelp inquiry. BeastBay Plumbing was responsive and one of the quickest with available appointments. Day of appointment Johnny made sure to communicate on eta and showed up right on time. He was personable and friendly and quick to asses the issue. Even when the problem became a bit more complicated than originally thought he had the answer. Through out the process Johnny did what at times is hard to find regarding customer service; he communicated, kept me updated every step of the way and was efficient and reliable. Parts were order and issue repaired. He even suggested alternatives to give me options. Pricing was fair and I appreciated the different estimates to my affordability. I 100% recommended them and they will be my number one choice moving forward with any plumbing need.

Our water heater stopped working. The heater was roughly 10 yrs old and I was hoping it was a simple parts replacement, but I suspected a total replacement might be required. I know from experience that most standard water heaters have a lifespan of 8 to 15 years.
I messaged BeastBay through yelp outside of normal office hours and got a relatively prompt reply. I believe it was with manager Dalton? Very responsive. Had a consultation appt set for the next morning.
Steve (pretty sure was his name) and another gentleman (didn't get his name) showed up punctually as scheduled and evaluated the heater. I was provided with several quotes: parts replacement, standard replacement, or a tankless water heater replacement.
Since my water heater was getting up there in age, I sprung for a total replacement. I didn't think the parts replacement would be a wise choice. Steve and the other gentleman got to work and had the unit replaced by the early afternoon.
Water heater replacements are always a punch to the wallet, but BeastBay helped smooth things out. Prompt response, punctual appointment, transparent estimates, and quick service.
I hope not to need a plumber's service anytime soon, but if I do, BeastBay will be my first choice.

BeastBay Plumbing was great! They responded to my Yelp request right away, booked an appt. and kept me in the loop the entire time. I received text confirmations of my appt. date/time and when they were on their way as well. They arrived on time and even hauled away my old toilet. Johnny was our service tech and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and really sweet. He got the project done quickly and am super excited about my new toilet. He even caulked around the bottom. I have home childcare and he was patient with me and my daycare kiddos as well. Thank you Johnny and BeastBay plumbing.

The company lives up to their 5 star reviews being extremely responsive for our leaking washer drain. The tech informed us that we needed a new P trap and snaked the drain as well. Not the cheapest quote but very professional and done in a very timely manner! Highly recommend them!
Bathroom sink got clogged and was leaking. BeastBay can the next day as scheduled. Eduardo was friendly and did a great job fixing the problem quickly. Reasonable price for the job. Thank you!

BeastBay is amazing! Exceptional communication, professionalism and customer service. They had next day appointments, came right on time. They sent me a text telling me when they would be arriving. They assessed the issue and gave me an estimate before they started. They explained everything and also made it clear that they would work with me when it comes to pricing. I highly recommend them if it were something as small as a sink drain issue until larger pipe problems.... 5 stars!!
As the site manager for Alstom on Mare Island, I had not been having luck with finding a plumbing service for our random needs. 1st company I went with did not perform well. They came in a reasonable amount of time but gave up on the job before it was finished. The second company responded and did a great job of snaking out the drain but when I contacted them months later for a different job, they were non-responsive.
BeastBay not only responded to my request immediately, they sent a very talented plumber to take care of my needs. Mitchell did an excellent job of both making the repair and explaining how it got to this point of disrepair in the first place. Hey BeastBay...you have a great employee here. If you ever have a downturn in business, let me know so I can hire him myself!
BeastBay came to plumb gas to our kitchen stove. Prior to beginning the work they found some damage below our house and a leaking hot water heater. They quoted on the spot, completed all of the work in the two days they'd promised and left the house cleaner than they found it. We will absolutely use them again. Super professional quality product.

Beast Bay offered a sigh of relieve after a hard week. The communication was AWESOME. Luckily for me they were able to come out and resolve the issue before the holiday weekend.
Anthony was awesome. Made a horrible situation not so horrible. Was friendly, informative , clean and quick.
I see why they have a 5 star rating. They take pride in their work and the results. Would use them again.
First impression, employee showed up in none of the ppe requirements as promised in the description. Upon further communication he felt it necessary to express that he refuses to wear a mask because they're trying to take away our rights. Feel as you may but understand you're the face of a company when on a service call it goes beyond your own preferences especially going into peoples homes' (safe place). However work was completed as needed, promptly and exceptionally done!
Update: As assumed owner was not aware of employees stance and responded within minutes of my review trying to reach reconciliation and validated my concerns --which is absolutely appreciated.
Quick and responsive! Walked down the details on the issue and answered all my questions. Very reliable and trusted after going through 3 different bids. Support your local business as well!
I had an issue with my main waterline and they were responsive and came out the next day to give me a quote. I ended up going with them. They repaired my waterline. It was great, that is what I paid them for. BUT they did not flush the system so I had large amounts of sediment that came through all of my pipes in my house. AND it clogged my water heater and it stopped working. The technician said it was just an old water heater, but it was working fine the night before. He said that he could replace it for $3k. LIKE WHAT!!!! They caused it to stop working. It also clogged my fill valves for all of my toilets and wanted $279 per toilet to replace. Then my aerators for my sinks were clogged, so I had to clean those and then I had to clean my shower heads since those got clogged as well.
I sent a message to the company and the said they would look into it, but have not done anything.
I spoke to 4 other plumbers and they said they did a bad job and should have flushed the line with an outside line to make sure sediment didn't go to the house.
So I paid them $1500 for the waterline repair and then had to buy a new water heater, fill valves, about $1100. I may still need to buy aerators and shower nozzles.
Overall, I would not recommend them since they did not take ownership for the additional damage they caused.
I asked for a quote on a faucet replacement and BeastBay was quick to respond and to set up an appointment, which I greatly appreciated.
Having noted that their yelp profile states We are in compliance with social distancing standards using n95 masks and gloves for everyone's protection, however, I was surprised when Stephen arrived and entered my house with no mask of any kind, even though I was wearing one. When I asked if he was fully vaccinated, he replied no, but I have natural immunity - so no vaccination AND no mask.
Stephen was super nice and polite, so I let him continue on with the quote even though he was unvaccinated and not wearing a mask, but the quote of $548 to replace a single bathroom faucet and its' supply lines - all provided by me - sealed the deal on not using this company.

Our water heater began leaking on Thursday night, which caused damage to the items in the garage. I placed a call to Beastbay plumbing on Friday morning. With some great customer service, thank you Ms.D, and a great plumber-Brandon, I had excellent service and a new water heater installed by Friday afternoon. If you want quality work, outstanding service, this is the company!
Good guys, fast service. Not the cheapest around but they know what they are doing. We got a garbage disposal changed out and they did it fast and right. Thank you.
The main water valve was leaking and they review the work need it and did an excellent job, they even did additional work at no charge and they were great to communicate with and responded fast to my request.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for any issues that I will have. Stephen was my technician and he is great to work with :) More than happy with his service.
I contacted them in somewhat of a panic due to an emergency while house-sitting. They responded quickly with an ETA. Most most of the time when somewhere gives you an ETA you expect them to arrive on the later end of it. They gave me the window of 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and he got here just after 2:00. Marcellino was a very kind and polite man who was able to quickly assess the problem and fix it.
Before he arrived he called and asked me to explain the problem that I was having so he walked in the door already knowing what was going on. He was here for approximately 20 minutes and fixed my issue. He even gave advice for future issues and said that replacement was not necessary at this time. He was more interested in helping me than in making a profit on something unnecessary. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate integrity. And I would say that Beast Bay plumbing has it in spades!
My sink was clogged and there was a leakage from the garbage disposal. I put in a quote request and received response quite fast. I got my appointment booked for the first available slot the same day, which was at noon. Daniel came early and got into working immediately. He was able to price match what the other plumber had quoted me. $600 for garbage disposal change (unit included), 2 clogs within the pipe flushed, and high pressure flushing of the wall pipes were done. Since he does not have the unit, he had to go to Home Depot to get it. Came back and get to working. He completed everything in approximately 3.5 hours. He was nice, professional, and super helpful. Would definitely recommend working with him to others.

I almost never take the time to write reviews for businesses. With BeastBay Plumbing, however, I am happy to share my positive experience. We had a situation with overflow in the garage and had a different plumber charge us a lot of money to put a band-aid on the problem rather than fix the source. The guys at BeastBay Plumbing, however, went out of their way to fix the source of the problem.
You could be the best plumber in the world and I still wouldn't fault you if you didn't know how to use a jackhammer, or how to properly pour concrete. Again, these guys are different. They seem to have a real passion for the job and they go out of their way to earn their stellar reputation. Consider me an extremely satisfied customer.

We needed a plumber to install a side sprayer in a tricky situation. Johnny and his scheduler were (1) so responsive and easy to work with (they were the absolute nicest) -- I got a quick response through Yelp, and I love that they use text to communicate and provide updates; and (2) did a fast, amazing job on a tricky sink which had stumped another plumber. BeastBay plumber has now become our go-to plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and neighbors - you won't be disappointed.
I hired Beastbay to add a gas line for a dryer, AJ arrived on time as scheduled, did a survey and provided a quote. Upon start of job, noticed a gas leak from our kitchen stove, recommended repairs and completed job as scheduled. Our home smells completely different without the gas leak that may have gone on for weeks.
Beastbay is a very professional and responsive service and I highly recommend them for your home or business needs.

He fixed it quickly and correctly (and for a reasonable price) so our new washer could be hooked up (the first plumber that came told us that he could not find any problem.) Did a great job on being able to get someone here sooner than originally scheduled. Had a clog that was due to roots. Carl was great. Experienced and hard working. Gave us great information and recommendations.
We had a drain blockage, or so we thought. Mitchell went under our house to look at the pipes before snaking them and found an issue we did not know about. He was courteous, timely, and did great work.
I would recommend his service to anyone that needs work done.
Steve was amazing! I called another plumber in the area this morning to fix a leak under the kitchen sink but they couldn't replicate the leak when they arrived (even though we had a video of it leaking that clearly showed where it was coming from) and acted like they didn't know what to do, didn't want to fix it, and never followed up with a quote. Thankfully I called BeastBay and they were very helpful! They had Steve come out the same afternoon. He enthusiastically checked out all the issues we had concerns about and ended up fixing more than just the leak, for a (relatively) reasonable price. He was knowledgeable, provided great service, and now I have peace of mind. Would definitely use these guys again.
Fixed a 90 degree in our sewer line that kept clogging. They came first thing in the morning to look and returned an hour later to repair. Very personable, good quality and excellent price & professionalism.
Let me just say that the plumber did good clean work. He was friendly and I have no problems with the job they did. I didn't get any other bids on the job and that was my mistake. I have asked around with different plumbers since then and what I got charged is the extreme high end. Plumbing problems can be stressful and you are just happy to get them done but I would suggest getting multiple bids. You don't want to find out that you paid as much as 2-4 times the normal cost of a job.
I called Beastbay Plumbing at 6:30 am and left a message on the voice mail regarding my toilets being backed up in Fairfield. I told them my situation and got a call back within minutes of them opening up at 7:00AM by 8:30 am i had AJ at my front door to fix my toilets... Is that 1st CLASS service for the same day service... Dee the office manager/dispatcher is and WAS Awesome.
I like the fact that a text message was sent to me letting me know that the technician was on his way...

I had a plumbing emergency and was without water. I called a number of plumbers and no one could help last minute. BeastBay was also fully booked but worked to move around appointments so they could offer me same day service. The plumber, Daniel, was awesome. On time, polite, knowledgable and honest. Stephen from BeastBay Plumbing came to our home and provided us with excellent service; both customer and otherwise. He was able to respond to our request quickly and helped us resolve our problem. BeastBay is going to be our 1st call when we need any plumbing service in the future.
Requested a quote through Yelp. No response. Called the number. Talked to a lady that couldn't give an estimate even on a simple job. Pull toilet, run snake, reinstall toilet. Said she had to talk to a plumber and would call me back. Never called or texted me back. Still waiting. This company doesn't value your time.

I had an unfortunate overflow situation in my front yard. Oh sh*t! I used Yelp to get responses from local plumbers. The first guy came out, snaked the line and couldn't clear it. He gave me a quote to come back with a different method and it was high. BeastBay had responded and told me to get back to them if I still needed help. I did. Anthony showed up the next morning. Price was much better than the other guys and the team was charming and helped make a hard situation almost enjoyable. They put a camera down the line and now I know I'm going to have to replace part of the sewer line soon. I'll call these guys.
I started messaging Beastbay Plumbing through Yelp at 10pm, and had someone at my door the next day. Really great communication and responsiveness. Turns out I was worried about nothing, but Kyle took the time to explain to me what warning signs to look for, and gave some other plumbing tips as well. He also spent some extra time with me to talk through some other projects we have been considering and gave a quick turnaround on estimates. Really great experience, and look forward to working with this company in the future!
The drip is gone!!! We had a tub faucet leak for months & getting more intense. I reached out to BeastBay Plumbing because I see their vans everywhere & felt the company is legit. Now I know why the reviews are so high too.
I called for an appointment and was offered times for the next day. Daniel came out to help me today. He was professional, efficient, and well-spoken. He explained what he was examining and why, helped pinpoint our problem, and most importantly - fixed it! Yay!!
The company seems prompt and reliable. Honestly, they were way more established than I was expecting. Definitely worth the money & peace of mind. Daniel informed me they even have a club membership thing going on. Pretty cool.

Love BeastBay Plumbing. And Robert is absolutely delightful and provided such amazing service. Not only did he fix the problem I contacted them about, but he went above and beyond to inspect the plumbing in the other areas of the house and provided me with an assessment when I told him I was planning to sell. I am so grateful for him and will use this company over and over again. I can't recommend them enough.
The water pressure everywhere in my house dropped almost 50% about a month ago and I finally got around to looking for a plumber to diagnose it a little after midnight today by sending out some requests here on Yelp. I woke up to a reply from BeastBay asking if they could send out someone today and a few hours later someone showed up to diagnose the problem.
After some tests, It was determined that the PRV was not working properly, so he went out and picked up the replacement and proceeded to install it. After a few hours, the installation was done and he came in, and after flushing the pipes, he tested a few of the faucets and the tub and the water pressure was even better than I first moved into this house four years ago!
The price was reasonable and he was very knowledgable, courteous, professional, and excellent at his craft. I will be using BeastBay Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs and I think that you should too!

Supposedly a free estimate but they want to charge me a $60 service fee to come out. If I go with them it would be deducted from the cost. Supposedly that's normal but then that's not a free estimate.....
Anyways got another plumber that came out to look at it and did the job and didn't play stupid games

Fast response. I was able to get an appointment on the same day of my request since it was a rush request. Technician was great, polite, friendly and respectful (has he covered his shoes when he came inside my house). He showed up the time I was told, answered all my questions and accommodating. He went to buy the part he needed and came back to finish the job as promised. He was experienced and quick to resolve the issue. The labor cost was a bit high but not too bad considering the urgency of the situation and quick response. They beat all the other guys. Thank you for a job well done! I definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future if needed.

Reliable and professional. First, their admin support Dee is the best. She has a way of getting out what I am trying to communicate and is patient. Now, onto plumbing, Rob did two jobs on my house. He was very detailed and efficient. Fair pricing. I highly recommend.
AJ was very professional and provided excellent service. He got my disposal working again and a water heater flush the same day I called for service. I will definitely use them again.

Amazing! We called BeastBay Plumbing and they were extremely professional. They have a dispatcher that identified a plumber and he, Johnny, came out the SAME DAY I called!! The dispatcher who took the call was so nice and sent me a text message to confirm that Johnny was on his way. He showed up on time and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed both bathrooms. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The price range was a bit more than we expected but when you have people working on your house that don't know what they are doing it will cost you more money in the long run to fix their mistakes. Johnny took photos and videos of the exact problem so we could see what was happening under our house. Integrity matters!
Let me pause here, it's hard to find a quality business that knows what they are doing, reliable and honest. Johnny is a 4th generation plumber. So why am I raving about BeastBay because another plumber, from a different company, come out and he did not go into the crawl space. He shined a light under our house and diagnosed the problems incorrectly. Ladies if you might not be aware, a crawl space is critical. If there's a leak under the house the plumber has to go under there to identify the problem (e.g., the drain, hot/cold water, broken seal on toilet etc). Thankfully, the other plumbers canceled on us to fix the misdiagnosed problem and we found BeastBay instead.
Sufficed to say we highly recommend this business!
Fast response and very professional, I had a slab leak and contacted Beastbay plumbing, Anthony came out on the same day to do the inspection and gave me his professional opinion, and also price estimation on different options. The plumber came out next Tuesday , opened up the slab, replaced the leaking section of the pipe for me. Great service and highly recommend for any plumbing need.

Found out on Thanksgiving that my toilet was leaking into my neighbor's garage (I'm in a condo) and I had no idea what to do. Called BeastBay the next day and they sent a tech out same day. Miss Dee in the front office is my new best friend :) Everyone I spoke with and worked with was very friendly, helpful and professional - despite this being such a crazy busy time of year. The leak is gone and the new toilet looks great. Thanks BeastBay for making my first home repair project not so scary! And the next time I have a plumbing issue I know who my go to is!! :)
Raphael and Marcellino from BeastBay are super polite and ultra hard-working plumbers. I had shopped around and called them in for an estimate. I worked with the owner on Yelp messenger to set up an appointment for the estimate. The owner was very polite and quick in responding to my inquiry.
On the day of the estimate, Raphael arrived right on time to evaluate my situation. I had a few leaks and the previous work on my pipes was not the best. To put a long story short, I needed my pipes redone (totaling over 60 feet of pipe that stretched across my entire house) and needed to fix a leak in my shower and under my toilet. I also wanted a new toilet and faucet installed in my bathroom.
The next day, Raphael came over with Marcellino. They worked over 12 hours to get everything done. They hit a few snags but that is to expected when you live in an older house and replacing parts that are the same age as the house.
They rolled out thick paper to line my hallways and bedroom and taped it down so the paper was secure. They kept me up-to-date with the installation process. They vacuumed and swept while they were packing up too. I am super happy in how they worked in my home and helped me understand the details of the situation during the estimate and during the installation. It was a huge project and they did a great job.
Our home is 2 1/2 years old. Our shower started to have a weird smell. We thought clogged but nope it wasn't. Constantly cleaned the drain with everything we can think of (apple cider vinegar, baking soda, etc). Wasn't working. Then it stopped smelling. But then, a gnat looking bug was found. And everyday for 3 days, these hugs were appearing. We contacted beastbay plumbing. They were prompt on response, same day estimate and with out issue, it was a same day fix. Johnny was great. They reached out instantly and was so patient with me since I was shopping around for different prices to compare. I'm renting out my house I'm currently in and just needed to make sure everything was working and reinstalled properly. They sent someone after being stuck at another job but communicated this right away. and they were able to service our issues when they came and gave a really reasonable price. They sent two people, they were very nice and communicated everything with us. They didn't leave until the job was done and we were satisfied.

This is an update to my previous, 5 star review. I spoke too early. The dain clogged again, called for the tech to check what went wrong, instead they wanted more money and without further inspection, no cameras used to see the issue, and quoted thousands to replace the pipes. I ended up buying a snake for $20 and did it myself, so far good.
Sorry but had to express my frustration how things were handled.
i let plumbing problems pile up because I didn't trust anyone to fix them. I called BeastBay Plumbing because of the high reviews on Yelp. Kyle came out and fixed everything on my list. After reading poor reviews of other companies that was in contract with our home warranty, we found BeastBay Plumbing on Yelp and am glad we chose them! Reached out on Tuesday, scheduled a visit on Thursday, BUT after realizing this wasn't something that could wait, BeastBay was able to come first thing Wednesday morning. Johnny U. was our technician and he was great; efficient and straight-forward- he was able to get the job done and at an affordable rate. Hoping to have no future plumbing issues but if we do, BeastBay is the way to go.
Follow through horrible and communication unreliable. We worked with them before and enjoyed the experience, but after that first experience things went downhill. They did not follow through with a requested appointment even after confirming via text and after I called for a follow up. Poor customer service.

Beastbay is great. They came out and completed two pretty major jobs for us. About a week into living in our new home we discovered a massive leak. We contacted a few plumbers and decided to go with Beastbay. For this job Mitch came out and was a stellar guy. His work and honesty were refreshing.
Our second issue was rusting galvanized pipes. For this job Robert and I believe Carl (sorry if I'm misremembering your name) came out to change our pipes over to copper and PEX. They were both gems.
A quick con: they are not contractors. The holes that had to be cut in our walls and ceiling were pretty butchered, but they got the job done.
I'm also going to note, their scheduler, Dee, is pretty great. With both jobs she helped make a stressful situation better. Thanks Beastbay.

Wanted to upgrade from 1.5 to 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers in my 2nd floor condo. Additional pipes, valves, drain and vents required. Mitchell made a reasonable estimate and performed the work quickly without having to go through the unit below.

Our garbage disposal sounded like it was grinding rocks. We fished and fished and didn't find anything, so we called in a professional. Stephan from BeastBay came by and apparently all we needed was a Professional Fisherman, because he found a piece of screw buried in sludge (gross ). I was prepared to eat my ego and pay a plumbers fee for this visit, but he didn't charge, which was very kind. THANK YOU
The people at this company are kind, skilled, efficient and have very high integrity! From Dee the dispatcher to two plumbers we worked with named Anthony and Marcus, we could not be happier! My 96 year old mom felt something was stuck in her garbage disposal. They came out immediately to check and there was NO CHARGE!! Unheard of! They also fixed a leak very quickly and with a very reasonable charge. Anthony said he was honored to talk with my mom! I highly recommend this team of wonderful people!
BeastBay Pumbing was great in clearing our sewer lateral from the mud room / laundry through the kitchen and out beyond into the main lateral. The jetting was certainly what was called for to resolve our clogging. I'm so glad their approach was to determine the simplest application first as that was all that was necessary. I had these guys come out for a second opinion on a job that I was originally quoted over $6K for by the Cheap guys (hint hint). I was told a gloom and doom story and that bigger names would be charging closer to $20K. It required ripping out my deck and excavating, and also a re-pipe and new hole in the wall. But, I was skeptical about the nature of the work since everything was being sold as a major issue, yet the guy wasn't willing to take a physical look in the crawl space.
So I called BeastBay for a 2nd opinion and Johnny came out. He found the same issue with standing water in the piping, but went into the crawl space and found the issue above ground. He fixed it on the spot and after another look with the camera, my whole drainage system was clear with no standing water straight through into the main sewer.
If you need any plumbing work or inspections, do not hesitate to call these guys for a straight honest opinion of what your house really needs, instead of being convinced by the other guys to do more work than is actually necessary.
To top it off, Johnny was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole visit.
I recommend BeastBay Plumbing! I had a leak in a water pipe to my irrigation and hose and BeastBay plumbers, Karl and Kaska arrived on time and completed the job in no time! They were professional and extremely efficient! I rarely have luck hiring companies, but I was extremely satisfied with these workers and this company! I am not sure I've ever left a review prior to work being done but the technician Anthony that came out today was absolutely amazing. Helpful, informative, realistic, prompt and attentive. Great customer service! Anthony came out to assess our bathroom plumbing and give us an estimate and ended up fixing our garbage disposal issues as a favor!
Looking forward to them coming back out tomorrow to replace the pipes in our bathroom.
I searched Yelp feverishly when my kids told me they saw water dripping from the light fixtures is my office/converted basement to find a plumber that could come investigate the issue. BBP called me back first and they were at my house about 15-30 mins later. I ended up needing a new toilet which was no surprise as this one had been in the house since I bought it 5 years ago and who knows how much longer before that. It was old school. I love my new Kohler with the vacuum fast suction flush and slow close seat!
I had a new faucet in my kitchen installed, a new water heater and they helped ground some wonky pipes that would make a loud noise every time I turned on the master bath shower.
They also helped fix an issue caused by another plumber that lead to my dishwasher shooting out water excessive!

Had a plugged up kitchen sink and requested quotes via Yelp (love that service!) from several plumbers but only Beastbay was immediately available so booked them. They were supposed to come 9-11am but no show so called office and Dee said they were running late so expect them 1-3pm. Late again so called Dee again and she said to expect within the hour. AJ arrived before 4pm and quickly resolved the situation. AJ was so friendly and helpful that I quite enjoyed his visit. He also cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated because other plumbers have left yucky messes behind.
So five stars for AJ himself but have to deduct one star for not keeping me informed of the time changes. In their defense it was a rainy Monday, but that's still not an excuse when it should be easy to text or call me.
Super quick response and came out the next day to give us an estimate for our leak. Anthony gave us a quote and explained in great detail what needs to be done. No work done yet but, will definitely be calling back! Thanks Anthony!

Yesterday I had a consultation with BeastBay Plumbing. The plumber was very prompt. He was able to resolve the problem with my tankless water heater within 30 minutes. And I wasn't even charged . BeastBay is the best. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if I have any other plumbing issues.
Absolutely great experience with Carl today. There was a bit of a mixup on the timing (I expected them to come tomorrow, not today) but no complaints here... earlier is certainly better than later, and everyone stuck at home anyway so it worked out great.
Carl was so knowledgeable and efficient, not only did he quickly address my concerns for various issues around the house, and implement real quick fixes along the way, he patiently explained what needed further work, and what exactly was going wrong.
We have an upstairs toilet that will need replacing that a previous plumber had looked at and not fixed at all, and now I know why. I'm sure we'll have them back to fix that (pricing is quite reasonable), and I know I'll be using these guys in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I want to pass this on to anyone that needs to hear it or know it that Brandon was GREAT. All three times he came out, he was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything from start to finish. And he did a job that another company said could not be done. The caulking hasn't yet dried, but I couldn't be happier.
They we're pretty prompt when responding to service inquiry. They also offered a lot of availability that was pretty convenient. I didn't get an actual quote upon inquiry and was told that I'll get it after they look at it. The plumber started working on it and was able to unclog my kitchen sink but I was never told how much I had to pay. I'm not sure how much is a typical rate for this job but I paid what I thought was a lot of money for the job for less than an hour of work. I asked for an invoice but all I got was a generic invoice without any breakdown. Tried reaching out to them for a proper breakdown but still haven't heard from anyone.
Update: someone from marketing/customer service have reached out to me to clarify my issue. The person I talked to was very nice enough to offer a discount/refund. I felt valued as a customer, will definitely use them again for future needs.

I bought my home about a year ago and, while the sellers did a great remodel, there some fine tuning needed: a new water heater and upgraded toilet. I had a backed up toilet and a potential blocked hose on my dishwasher The company responded quickly and a plumber was almost immediately dispatched. My problem is the guy put in one half hour work and I was charged way too much. So happy my toilet could flush but I felt flushed on what they charged.
The owner of the company saw the review above and immediately contacted me and gave me a refund of a reasonable amount

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!!! BeastBay Plumbing is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We had some low water flow issues and had BeastBay come by to check it out. Carl and Mitchell came by and confirmed issues with the cartridge in our shower valve and also a couple of hot water angle stops valves that needed to be replaced. We also had them install a new kitchen faucet for us since ours was breaking down and had corrosion. When it came time for the work to be done, Mitchell was on time, was friendly, absolutely professional and informative, wore his mask (COVID safety) and even took his shoes off as a courtesy for our home (we don't wear shoes inside the house).
BeastBay goes above and beyond what they are called to do. The rest of my stimulus money went down the drain, literally. But BeastBay Plumbing saved the day.
Our kitchen sink decided to stop working on a Monday. We called our home warranty company to help us with this issue - which they couldn't resolve.
I remember seeing the BeastBay trucks around town and decided to give them a call. Not only did they send somebody over the same day I called, but they were able to resolve the issue.
From their Dispatcher Dee to Technician Mitchell and everyone else we've connected with in-between, I was very satisfied at the professionalism, expediency and ability to get the job done.
It was painful letting go of the rest of that stimulus money, but I'm glad it went back to a local company.
