Called to ask about a repair on a water heater and a technician was at my door the same day. Not the norm, but I'll take it and appreciate the rapid response. Work was done neatly and professionally and the rates were very reasonable. I found a new plumber!! Well done Belmont !

We've had Profix come out and fix our mainline when we had tree root intrusion, fix our sink pipe that was leaking, and reseat a toilet. They've always been honest and work quickly and diligently. It's hard to trust some people out there, but this company is 100% trustworthy. Greg and his team are A+ ! I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

Had a leak in my water line the city came out and confirmed it I then contacted The Leaf Locator. Gordon responded in just a few minutes and quoted me a price which would be deducted from any work done. Kenny came on time was friendly and thorough. He found the leak and quoted a fair price for repair. Did an efficient job and cleaned up afterward. Can't ask for more.

Eddie provided EXCELLENT service!  When we called him and presented him with our plumbing problems (water was backing up in all of our toilets and showers), he first tried to trouble shoot the issues over the phone but ended up needing to come out to our house.  He gave us a very fair quote over the phone and was at our house within an hour.  After about 1/2 hour of work on our main line, our house was running again!  We will be highly recommending Eddie and TP Rooter to our friends and family.

Carlos with I Love Sewers was very helpful.  We had a collapsed sewer line and he was quick to come out and identify the problem.  The repair was not cheap but I called around and his price was on the low end of the quotes I was getting.  His team completed the work the next day with a long term solution.   Thank you for the quick repair.

My HVAC system has been giving me problems this year and I had disappointing experiences with the first two companies I hired. I'm so relieved to have found Stephens Plumbing & Heating. I called them and the scheduler was able to give me a same day appointment with Omar. After inspecting my furnace, Omar gave me a detailed explanation of why my heat had stopped working and showed me pictures of the damage. He had a replacement part in his truck and was able to repair the unit right away. The price was very reasonable and included a 1-year warranty on the replacement part. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and plan to contact this company again if I have issues in the future.

This is our 3rd time having Corey come over to help with multiple issues, including putting a stopper in the sink and changing the shower faucet.  He even adjusted the water flow in a toilet without hesitation, and at no additional cost to us!  While here, Corey was willing to speak with the rep of a company that I am hoping to buy a whole-house water conditioning system, from.  Of course, Corey would be helping us install it too!  He and his colleague are professional, patient and courteous.  I can't recommend Corey and his team enough!

Our kitchen sink pipe was full of grease and was causing our washer machine to leak water from the pipe in the garage. Richard was able to come out that same day I called for service and fix the issue at a reasonable price. I really appreciated Richard's efficiency and honesty. He also took a look at the bathtub drain in our kids bathroom. He told us to save our money, clean out the drain ourselves and told us what to do. Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable about all plumbing issues. We will definitely use Olson's plumbing again!

I called this plumbing company yesterday on the recommendation of my old plumbers who are retiring. A girl answered the phone and I told her what the problem was (a leaking toilet connector). She was horribly rude and as soon as she found out that I lived in a condominium, she stated that they do not do work in condos or apartments because of the whole water turn-off situation (although I see here on this site that they DO work in apartments/condos, so I guess she was lying to me). Anyway, she said that she was going to check with her boss and call me right back. I never heard from her again...no call back...no nothing. So happy that I didn't hire these people!

Mario quickly responded and came to fix our windows. His customer service is AWESOME! He drove around to get parts for the windows and got all of them fixed. I will definitely contact him again for future repairs when needed. Five stars to Mario!

Josh came out the same day I called him with an impressive set of equipment. He narrowed the leak down to a specific location, opened the wall and there it was. I was then able to call a plumber. He cleaned up and was very professional. I definitely recommend him

We had a leak in our front yard planter. We didn't discover it until a Thursday evening. Called that night and got a general quote over the phone and they came out first thing the next morning. Christian and one other guy came and were very kind and helpful. Got to work and were done by noon. Great price and great service. We had a great experience with Francisco, who replaced our water heater within 24 hours of calling him. Extremely nice and even texted with us multiple times to make sure everything is prepared for our installation appointment. He came out and talked with us, explaining the options and answering our questions. He arrived on time for the installation. He removed the old heater, cleaned up the entire area and installed the new unit. It's been a week now and everything is working well. Big thank you for the work!

My shower clogged up and needed an urgent fix. Sent out a quote to different plumbers. Manny replied quickly and his rates are very reasonable. After contacting him, he showed up in less than 30mins. It only took him 15-20 mins to fix the problem. Quick and efficient. As for safety, he showed up with a mask on. All in all, Manny is very humble and friendly. Totally recommend him!
