I have used Matt & Daniel for multiple jobs at my home and place of business. From large scale plumbing emergencies to clearing clogged drains. These guys are the best I have encountered. I highly recommend them for anyones plumbing needs. Great guys and they always try and take care of me as soon as possible. They make the plumbing experience easier and more transparent.

Was having some water leak from our ceiling from our master shower and i reached out and heard back immediately. Communication was great and they were able to come out within the next day or two to look at the leak. Super friendly, updated me on arrival time and showed up early! Kody did a super thorough job and was able to identify exactly what our problem was and explained everything clearly to us and also gave us great references for our drywall needs as well. Highly recommend!!

I have been suffering from this inept company  since March 2019. I could literally write a book about this company. I'm getting to the point where I need to take legal action. They have been to my place over twenty times to always correct a problem with the brand new HVAC system they installed in 2019. I have spoken to so many people already but here are some of the names I can recall that  I have dealt with, Raphael, Derrick, Shane, Steven, Raul, Fidel, Brian, just to name a few but there are a lot of names I can't recall  after going through this hell for 5 years.

I should have ended my relationship with them the first week when I noticed they installed the brand new HVAC without a filter! I don't know much about HVAC systems but I know the filter should be there at the intake handler. Their price was the least expensive at the time but like they say, you get what you pay for.

They are always nice when they arrive and seem professional and personable but that's about it. Albeit, I did have the opportunity to speak over the phone with Ismael the owner, who was obviously at home (heard kids in background) and he was rude and arrogant because I told him the staff he sent was unprofessional and to send new people.

In a nutshell I have dealt with them as follows:
- new HVAC installed without a filter
-man walking on my white carpet with shoes after specifically asking him not to (must have been a language barrier)
- same man took a poop in my toilet then brought it to my attention and I saw the poop. I still until this day can't get it out of my memory.
- same man fixed the toilet ballcock valve and a week later it broke. I had to hire another plumber fix it.
-sexually harassed by two employees doing the drywall. They also overstayed their time. These guys were there for over 12 hours. It was a hot Saturday summer day.
-ongoing leaking issues and destruction of drywall (see picture).
-dented my metal automatic trash can ( which they finally replaced after several attempts to replace it).
-frequent changes in staff members.
-a manager negotiated a lower price for a good Yelp review. I told him absolutely not and he shouldn't be doing that!
-loss of many personal hours at home and from work spent having these people in my home to correct issues.

Yup this his been my negative experience that I no longer want them here. I have given them so many chances to make things right since 2019.

Save your headache and stress by not going with this company. I know their catchy song and statewide posters look tempting but they are by far competent based on my experience. I like big businesses but when they are managed well. Big does not always mean better. I really thought I made a smart choice going with these guys but I was wrong. Give the smaller businesses a chance because this place tries to run like it's big timebut cognitively the organization is poorly managed.

6/19/23- Guess what! It's leaking again my new HVAC system after them trouble shooting it to fix it!

They are arriving now and they are 30 min late. Today will be the final day I can work further with these guys.

I rarely, rarely do reviews on yelp.  But GREG owner of PROFIX PLUMBING AND HYRO JET is literally one the top vendors we have EVER WORKED with on our house, car, etc.  He is efficient, professional, does a top notch job, and his HONEST AND FAIR!  I highly HIGHLY recommend PROFIX if you ever need a plumber.  Can't say enough good things.  THANK YOU GREG!

Carlos took my call a day prior to coming out with his crew. Everything was explained and done to get rid of our grease buildup. Job was clean, area around sink was clean, and it was insane seeing the black sludge come out of the pipe.

I had alot of issues with my plumbing having my toilet flush and hearing it on my shower bubble up I called E-Z flow spoke to Andy very patient and answered all my questions and concerns he setup up a day to come he was here on time and right way found out my restroom was not vented properly he took care of the issue his price I felt for all the work was very reasonable and also while he was here he identified I very bad sewer smell I had and got rid of it I live in fontana and he was able to eliminate the odor from my aseptic tank I was so relieved and happy to see how knowledgeable these guys are e-z flow are going to be my plumbing guys always now I have no flushing or backing up issues and best of all no bad smell in my backyard thanks easy flow !

The repair man was early and very nice! He went up in the attic and took care of our Heat! Great Company, I will definitely call them again for all my needs! He even put in my new filter for me!

Had Paul come over to fix plumbing problems two times.  Great guy who did a super job.  If you want a reliable, reasonably priced plumber Olson's is the best.

Drain in my house was clogged, I got in contact with mike, and they help us to resolve the problem. Very professional people

Marquez plumbing is a solid professional service company. We have used them on several occasions and their work is excellent.  They return calls. They show up when they say they will. They are expensive. Their work is excellent, however, the bill you receive is often not itemized.  The labor and parts are all commingled together for a grand total, which I do not like.   Their work is so good I just overlook that part and pay the expensive bill.

I had Mario and his crew come out and do the washer dryer install upstairs in the laundry room. Very professional and quick! Same day service. Very reasonable price. Extremely happy. If you need any handyman/moving services feel free to call them 562-357-2123

We're in the Riviera. Had pinhole leak in main between the Cal Water meter and house. Josh came out same day and pin pointed it in a half hour or so.   I dug it up later and it was exactly where marked.  Had it repaired by my plumber the next day. Very courteous, professional, friendly and quick service by Josh at RQLD!

Excellent, very hard working and investigative. He tried every vent and outlet. His 2-man team were very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

We had a great experience with Francisco, who replaced our water heater within 24 hours of calling him. Extremely nice and even texted with us multiple times to make sure everything is prepared for our installation appointment. He came out and talked with us, explaining the options and answering our questions. He arrived on time for the installation. He removed the old heater, cleaned up the entire area and installed the new unit. It's been a week now and everything is working well. Big thank you for the work!

Manny was able to come out the same day to replace my corroded garbage disposal I inquired about just hours earlier. In just under an hour Manny got straight to it and swapped my old .5 hp insinkerator for a newer quieter 3/4 horsepower one without much issue. For almost half of what other businesses were quoting me for JUST the installation, this was a great deal! Will refer to them again for any future plumbing issues.

Customer service was initially poor but the owner called back and explained the situation, promised to rectify and make sure it doesn't happen again and offered to compensate me if I ever need plumbing help.
I didn't get to use the service but I appreciate the follow up and will take the owner up in the offer next time.
