Of course you always have plumbing issues at the most inconvenient times. Ours started the evening of the 4th of July holiday and within minutes of submitting a Yelp price quote request, Manny reached out. We had a very kind conversation that night (past 11pm!) and he set an appointment to come the next morning. He got here and answered all of our questions, and even took the time to let us ask additional questions about other minor pipe/plumbing issues we've been having. He ended up snaking the kitchen sink for a very reasonable price. Manny is now our go-to plumber and I've already given his info to our neighbors who have asked for a good plumber recommendation. Go with Manny!

Manny came out and gave my a very fair price to add a 2 way valve and clean out a major clog in In a line for my bathroom. He had to flush the line with a power hose to get the gunk loose. He did not leave until everything worked. He cleaned up the area inside and outside the house. There is a reason he has many positive reviews in Yelp

Manny at Harbor Rooter is a great plumber, he gives me fair rates with a price upfront before the job is to be done. He has worked on several of my properties, including changing the old piping to new ABS pipes for a kitchen sink, replacing stems and faucets for a shower, and replacing a leaky faucet for a kitchen sink. Manny was just incredible. He installed two toilets in my home. He helped me pick the right toilet and even picked up the toilets from Costco. Overall, he came in well prepared and was able to finish installing in an hour. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work.
I had a clogged kitchen sink that finally decided to die.... The water refused to drain even after 6 hours.... At this point my stress level was out of control. I contacted Manny via yelp and he was able to come out the very next morning with his young apprentice They went to work right away, and was able to restore the sink to its former glory in no time. I own multiple properties and it's always a good thing to have a plumber you can trust at your disposal. I will definitely be calling Manny for the future plumbing needs.

I reached out for a quote about a leaky faucet and Manny was so responsive and helpful. I'm a first time homeowner so calling a plumbing service versus the mgmt office is all new. But after speaking to him, I felt confident with he was going to do great work. He was able to provide a timeline and walkthrough of what he was going to do and also come to our house so he could give us am accurate estimate. I really appreciated this rather than getting a generic price that a few other companies sent me. He inspected our faucets and the parts that came with them before providing the price too to make sure that there wouldn't be any surprises.
Manny was able to come out same day for the leaky pipe which was the real emergency, and then we scheduled a time for him to come back the next day and install 4 bathroom and a kitchen faucets.
Bottom line- he went above and beyond. Will 100% use again and recommend Manny to anyone.
I would give this company more then 5 stars if I could. Excellent customer service, fast response time, good prices and super honest. Manny is awesome!!!

Manny was great to work with! I had to call or text him several times to ask him questions and he responded to me each time. I needed an appointment sooner than later and he was able to accommodate my schedule. I'm happy with my new kitchen faucet and my backyard faucet!! Eventually I will be replacing my kitchen sink and I'll definitely be calling Manny again!!
I can't recommend Manny enough. He replied to my message late at night and came the next day to fix a clogged drain. He was very efficient, in and out in less than 15 minutes. I'll definitely use Harbor again for my plumbing needs.

Heard from Manny within minutes of my asking Yelp for a plumber for my clogged up kitchen sink.
He sounded very forthright and honest over the phone when answering my questions concerning his experience and history of his business. He was almost through working at another job so I decided to give him directions to come over to the house, but only to give me an estimate for the job. Along the way he phoned to tell me he was on his way over and gave me the approximate time of his arrival. I found that to be thoughtful of him, as I have had no shows before when waiting for a service person.
Manny not only fixed the clogged sink but replaced a pipe that was leaking. He took the time to explain why and what he was working on under the sink. I found him to be a fast and honest person who knew what he was doing to repair the problem. The price was fair and inexpensive. I had been working with plumbers for the past few weeks and all were giving me very high prices, especially for replacing the pipe that was leaking.
I definitely would use Manny's services again and refer him to anyone who needs an honest and good worker.

Manny fixed the water leak in my bathroom sink. He did a good job, did not cut corners. He also was punctual and courteous. He improvised a shoe booty. Good value
He showed up on time, was very professional and got to the root of the problem fast. He took care of another issue I had on that same visit which another plumber said was not possible. Great experience overall. Thank you!
Manny replied right away to my 6:30 AM project inquiry on Yelp! We texted back and forth. He answered my questions and gave me a reasonable estimate. He showed up on time, was neat, friendly, and did the work very quickly.
Manny:
-Dressed appropriately (no undergarments or skin showing)
-Was clean and cleaned up the repair area. He didn't leave a mess behind when he was done!
-Suggested that I purchase a certain part from Home Depot for the repair, so he's not trying to gouge anybody with part prices.
-Did not increase the cost of the repair.
-Excellent communication and very personable
He helped me out a LOT because I didn't want my landlord to know that there was damage. I didn't cause it. Manny explained to me that it was normal wear and tear and that the part had actually lasted longer than it's expected to.
But I still didn't want to get blamed for it. I decided to try to fly under the radar by paying for the repair myself in hopes that this investment will prevent her from thinking about raising my rent to recoup costs, because the total was far less than what I would pay in only a few months if she increased my rent.
If I have more plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely be calling Manny!!

Manny came to my house and provided me reasonable quotes. He also advise me the route to take to fix the issue I was having and provided honesty. If I have any future issues on the property, Harbor Rooting and Plumbing will be the first company I contact.
He charged me $975. For a $500. Job once I mentioned I had considered contacting my insurance company except for the fact that my deductible is $1000.
Manny just came out to help us with a dryer gas line shutoff valve and install, and once again, he did an outstanding job. Not only is he skilled in his work, but his approachable demeanor and ability to guide us to solutions without ever making us feel inadequate are truly commendable. He's become our go-to plumber for our new home, and we couldn't be happier with his services. Thanks, Manny, for being so cool and reliable! Highly recommended!

Six in the morning and the bathtub wasn't draining and I had to go to work other people had to use the shower Manny was able to come out right away and fix the issue at a reasonable price fast clean and local very positive experience Manny got back to me right away And was able to take care of the issue while I was away from the house. Great customer service so happy this morning. The bathtub has never worked/drains better even after being fixed last time did a very thorough job.

We had a leak and I called Harbor Rooter & plumbing and they responded right away. They scheduled me an appointment same day only 2 hours later the tech showed up. The tech found the source of the leak and replace the part of the pipe that was leaking. He was in and out completed the job in a timely manners. I was very impressed will his service. The only negative thing and it's really the reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because I really felt like I was really overcharged for the work that was performed.

Definitely a 5 star experience. I was in urgent need of a plumber for a same day service to unclog a toilet. I placed calls to other plumbing services and they were unavailable or didn't answer my phone calls as it was Sunday. I came across Harbor Rooter & Plumbing Services while desperately searching on Yelp. I spoke with Manuel and he told me that he was able to come the same day and within 2 hours!! Manuel was professional, respectful, friendly, and showed up on time. He was able to fix the issue fairly quickly and explained what he was doing at all times. He was even able to replace the toilet fill valve for me. I paid a reasonable price for the service and it was inexpensive compared to other plumbers. Highly recommended using them. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Manny was able to come out the same day to replace my corroded garbage disposal I inquired about just hours earlier. In just under an hour Manny got straight to it and swapped my old .5 hp insinkerator for a newer quieter 3/4 horsepower one without much issue. For almost half of what other businesses were quoting me for JUST the installation, this was a great deal! Will refer to them again for any future plumbing issues.

Manny did an excellent job installing my tankless water heater. He sourced the exact water heater replacement along with modifications that were required.
Manny responded very quickly when I had a toilet emergency. While he was here, I had him repair another toilet that was a non-emergency. DOUBLE TROUBLE FIXED ON THE......!!!
I'd been putting off getting both of my bathroom sinks snaked and drained because I was worried about the cost, scheduling, and more.
Enter Rooter & Plumbing services, Manuel is legitimately awesome at what he does, but he's also a great human being. Customer service was top notch, service rates were more than reasonable and he's now become my permanent go-to for Plumbing services. Period. Any reservations I previously had when it comes to getting these types of jobs taken care of, I no longer have, because he's a phone call away. So in conclusion, don't waste your time with anyone else, trust me when I say you will be more than happy with Harbor Rooter and Plumbing services. Period. And then you can tell your friends and family I've got a guy when they have rooter/plumbing issues. Because they're the BEST. NO Cap!! (That means 'no lie')

Manny showed up to my place within 15 minutes of us contacting him on Yelp. He came over and diagnosed the issue and jumped right in. His work was professional and well done. His bill was so much lower than other companies we contacted. He even provided a receipt for any parts that had to purchase. We'll definitely be using him in the future.

I'm a person who values loyalty. And I will choose to believe there are plumbers who feel the same way. Yes, there are many other qualities to be considered when choosing a plumber, but once I find someone that I can trust and lean on when chaos ensue, I consider it a good day.
I used to work with this one plumber. When an expensive install of an unnecessary plumbing component turned out to be his sly way of charging me for unnecessary things, I stopped working with him.
My experience with Manny has been different.
I called and Manny came out to replace a toilet in the house today. Unsurprisingly, there were unforeseen problems that arose, which were verifiably not his doing or his fault, as I had done my research prior. With what he was able to show me, it was crystal clear that it was the previous owner's doing.
He took his time to explain everything, and fixed everything the right way. His prices were more than reasonable, and I was happy to pay. I'm certain that there will be more calls to Harbor Rooter and Plumbing in the future, because he had demonstrated his loyalty to his craft and to his customers.

Came home to a leaky toilet. Manny was quick to respond to me, made sure I knew what needed to be addressed, and gave me a fair assessment on how long/costly it would be. He didn't try to oversell me, or try to squeeze any more money out of me.
The open 24 hours thing is no joke too, we had this conversation at 3-4 in the morning.
He came in on time, wore a mask and handled everything very quickly. Also made sure to let me know of some possible issues I may have in the future. Extremely professional service at a reasonable price, you couldn't ask for anything more from a plumber. Highly recommend.
I recently purchased a home and it seems like the drain line for the washer hadn't been used in a while. Within 1 second, the pipe would start flooding. I sent out a yelp request and Manny was the first to respond. I called immediately and he already suspected the problem. I said, maybe i'll try to fix it myself. He had suggestions and made himself available in case my efforts didn't work. He understood that others may have done the same in the past. Sure enough--he was right. My efforts failed. I called and made an appointment. When he got here, he started draining right away and i could hear the difference. There was no way i would have been able to do this manually.
Anyway, Manny was avilable immediately, the price was good and fair, and he was very friendly/personable. Honestly, it felt like a buddy of mine came over to help me fix my issue. I will be saving their contact info because until i have a bad experience with these guys, they will be the only person i call for these situations.

Manny arrived at the scheduled time window and took care of the clogged shower drain. He was very professional and friendly. I would definitely call for his plumbing services again in the future.

I had a clogged bathtub. I made a Yelp request at night and Manuel replied instantly. He came the next morning and within minutes the clog was cleared.

Harbor Rooter and Plumbing was responsive and did a great job fixing our backed up sink. They left the sink in better condition than what they found it in. Cost was reasonable and they took time to talk to me about what the cause was and how to properly maintain things going forward.

We called Manny for help and he provided awesome service. He's kind, respectful, and talented. There was no BS and upselling. He was a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend.
After noticing gurgling when flushing my toilets I called Manny out. He was able to come out promptly and took a look. He rapidly identified that my sewer line backflow preventer had been clogged by some intruding roots and was able to replace the valve and snake the line clear of roots within a day of first coming out. He quoted me a price up front and stuck by it as the job progressed. Very satisfied and plan to use in the future.

Our tub upstairs was clogged was very efficient in a matter of minutes got it fixed price was very reasonable would call on them again
My shower clogged up and needed an urgent fix. Sent out a quote to different plumbers. Manny replied quickly and his rates are very reasonable. After contacting him, he showed up in less than 30mins. I had a leaking sink in my kitchen. It was also clogged up. I contacted Manny and he responded within 10 or 14 minutes. He asked for pictures of under my sink, and was able to provide a quick quote. He came out to my house in a hour. After an in person assessment of the issue, he went to get the parts to replace it all for me. Yesterday we had a minor emergency and within minutes of making a request on Yelp, Manny D. the owner, contacted me. Within a half hour he was at our house, wearing a mask and observing all COVID protocols. He quickly fixed our problem and charged half of what other plumbers were asking. I needed a water line installed in my kitchen for my new home. Manny quickly responded to my yelp project and made an immediate appointment to go see how the work would conduct. Manny was awesome. He responded quickly to my request for service/quote (late Sunday). Arrived early on Monday as scheduled and got right to work unclogging my toilet. Loved that Manny showed up with a mask, as safety is of even more importance right now. Took his time to make sure the job was done well and are very well priced. Replaced a leaky faucet and sink strainers as the original ones were corroded. Highly recommend Harbor Rooter & Plumbing.
