From my first phone call to the final service call, MacInnis Plumbing has been one of the best companies I've ever worked with. Chandra, the office manager, was very thorough with her questions about my water leak and used that info to choose which plumbers to send. Then on the day of the appointment, she called to let me know they were slightly delayed, though they ended up arriving within the specified time.

Two plumbers, Steven and Bear were personable, informative, and thorough, checking out everything, determining my irrigation system was leaking, and suggesting a fairly easy fix. Additionally, I had a broken flush valve and they went above and beyond to get the part and fix that as well.

I'm happy to say I finally have a trusted plumber that I will call for all future repairs.

Highly professional and they really go the extra mile for their customers.  We'd use them again for our next plumbing service job.

Thank you for coming out on short notice and dealing with a horrible mess that I couldn't and wouldn't have even known where to have begun at to fix.  Your prices are so reasonable for a scheduled repair but this was last minute and still a great rate.

Tom was immediately responsive. From the time I found the water backing up, my roots were removed 37 minutes later.
Everything was explained, and the service was complete, even beyond the clog.

Michael did an amazing job unclogging my shower. I had an important family event to attend and I needed to shower and get ready asap. I called Michael and he came immediately and was able to unclog shower on a Saturday so I could attend my family function. He is amazing! The price was very reasonable too

I was Very Impressed with Mark from the beginning.  I had no problems getting two free estimates from Mark.  There was no pressure or trying to sell me additional things I didn't want or need.  
I told Mark from the beginning I was already getting multiple estimates for the work I wanted.  That didn't bother Mark in the least.  
Mile High Plumbing was the Most Reasonable Estimate I received out of seven total estimates for the same work.
Mark was even nice enough to work around my work schedule.  
Mark kept his price to the estimate and I didn't have to argue or haggle with him about anything.  
The Work Mark did was Excellent.

I think the local plumbers have some kind of a pact going or something. Everywhere I called quoted a couple grand to lay a gas line. Not even a long one. My dad dug the ditch which reduced the quote in half. However, that is still over 4 times the average work rate. So they did this back in the beginning of August. I finally got the invoice 2 days ago. Not only is it not signed by anyone, because I am stationed in CA and my dad was there for it, but there's a line about placing a lien on the property if it isn't paid in 20 days. I called yesterday to find they were already closed. I call again today, earlier, and they all went home early. I left a message with them yesterday to call back and received nothing. These people are scammers. Stay away.

My father-in-law recommenced Carlson to me when we were having trouble with our HVAC. Their front office staff is very friendly and they were able to come by and give me a second opinion on our problem. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying their yearly maintenance package. The hot summers in Tucson can be brutal on our ACs so I felt it was with it to have it checked bi-yearly. Over the years I've tried a few HVAC repair companies and I will continue to use Carlson

Great family owned and run business!! We have used them for AC maintenance and to replace a water heater! They were great with service and prices!

Angelo was very personable and easy to work with. We called him to remove a tree root in our sewer line which he did.  It was very large and difficult and required him to change equipment during the job.  He used his camera to be sure it was all removed and discovered more tree roots further down the line and removed them as well.  He was very thorough. His prices are the best. He also cleaned a couple of in house drains for us and did it quickly .  He will be our  first call for all things related to plumbing.

2/2021 we had a whole HVAC system installed. Communication and service was great until there was a problem with the American Standard AC unit. The unit makes a loud noise when it shuts down, it's so loud neighbors can hear it. Then they replaced a new so called Scroll Compressor, Early summer 2022. It started making the same noise again, gets louder over time. The last we were told is Trane the manufacturer was not getting back to them. Here we are end of 6/2023 and they did there testing and data info they say to send to Trane. Spoke will Trane and they tell me the Company needs to fix it or have another Company look into it. Still have yet to hear from STRONGBUILT Company. We had another Company come out and say compressor is bad, and faulty wiring at electrical box. The manufacturer and STRONGBUILT are not fixing this. The company that can fix it wants 1200.00+ for labor, parts are under warranty. STRONGBUILT is not trying at all to communicate or fix this problem.

I had an appointment for a tech to come out between 11:30 and 1:30. At 3:00 I called to find out what was going on and the tech told me, without giving me a reason for not coming out as scheduled or an apology, that he would be out in 1/2 hour. He then told me he had come out and my gate was locked and that he had called me and left two messages. This was completely untrue! My gate was open at 10:30 and there were no messages on either of my phones. He then proceeded to basically call me a liar and insist that the gate was locked and he had called. I was angry and, after considering his attitude, I called the company back, explained how I had been treated and told them to cancel the call. The person in the office hung up on me! I have been a customer in the past but I will never deal with such rude people again.

Horrible business man. Unprofessional and Lacks time management. They quoted 2-4 days and took 2 1/2 weeks. His guys showed up at 8 and left by noon instead of starting early before it got too hot. They missed the mark in all areas. The owner was full of excuses and truly lame ones.
