We've hired Tepco several times and they're always knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and punctual. I had never heard of a sewer ejection system and then we purchased a home with one. Of course when you buy a home you quickly discover all of the things that need to be repaired and unfortunately our sewer system was one of those things. Thankfully we found Tepco and they quickly and expertly made the major repairs we needed. I will never call anyone else when I have a problem because their knowledge and service is unbeatable.

Before finding Right On Plumbing I called a half dozen plumbers and companies.  Only one called back and then never showed up to the quote.  I called Right On Plumbing and he told me he could provide me a quote the next day.  He showed up on time and gave me a very reasonable quote and discussed options for each.  We agreed on the quote and Derrick showed up on time to do the work.  He helped me get my water softener working and installed a new Spicket and plumbed new lines for soft water for my hose. I will work with Derrick in the future and highly recommend them.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center.  When we bought the place I always thought it wasn't connected correctly.  Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line.  We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler.  Leonard fixed all of that.  He tore into the system, replumbed the center.  Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system.  He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch.  When we travel it's nice to know that the system will be safe and secure.  Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs.  Very wonderful and reasonably priced.  I'll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Called and scheduled appointment to repair outside waterline leak.  Came, worked on the leak.  Did not stop the leak.  Charged $85.00, texted scheduler several times and called, they did not respond called and finally got through, scheduled two more appointments of fix the leak.  Did not come to house either of two days.  Stayed home all day both days.  After two months more hired another plumber that fixed the leak in a few minutes.

I had a broken leaking water softener system. He was able to quickly and accurately pinpoint the problem. Got my issue taken care of. Very professional and courteous. I will 100% use them for all my plumbing needs.

Ben is a professional and knowledgeable plumber who does an excellent job. He has flexible and long hours and strives to fix the problems quickly and honestly. He shows you exactly what the issues are are how to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this skilled professional for any plumbing need.

I'm currently in the middle of an extensive remodel on a home that was built in 1968. Early on in the project we realized that we would have to replace all of the plumbing in the house, replace pipes, re-route some of the plumbing, gas lines and update the septic. While it was bad news for us, we intend on living in this house for a long time, so better to replace it all now than to deal with burst pipes or a septic tank explosion.  Our GC brought Antigua Plumbing and we've been so pleased with them; Butch (owner) and son, Stephen. They are thorough, ontime, super friendly and very communicative. We feel confident in the work they're doing for us and would recommend to anyone who is building or remodeling.

Valleywide came out to look at my pool pump and right away saw what was wrong. No one else was able to diagnose the problem. Very happy with Valleywide!  They were very helpful and explained everything to me as they went along.

If you need your well serviced/repaired, look no further call David. He is very knowledgeable, honest and has the best prices in town. Our pump went out and we had no water, David was able to come out in a short notice. David and his crew are professional, hard working and know exactly what they are doing. David explained every step of the replacement process very detailed to me and there was no surprises or hidden fees at the end. I am glad I found David online and he will be my well service guy to go to now and will highly recommend him to everyone. I got other quotes before him and they wanted to charge an arm and a leg and some were not very knowledgeable with their service. But not David, he has 18 years of experience and is very honest. Hard to come around with honest individual that really know what they are doing when you call someone out to service your home, but his the guy! Had used Al's Coronado plumbing at 2 different homes- service is beyond excellent- why can't I leave 10 stars??!!!! A special shout out to Megan on the dispatch team- Al, this young woman needs a raise! Her professionalism, heightened customer service skills and attentiveness to her clients needs to the best of the best!  Great job to all the team!

Free consultations and friendly servicemen! Although the problem identified did not require the repair services of my plumber, I am very satisfied with the customer service that I did receive.. The consultation was very quick and he even suggested some appliance repair centers for me to call.. The best thing about this company is that they were able to get someone to my house the same day that I called! I was given a 2 hour window of arrival and someone arrived within that time frame.. All other plumbing companies weren't available until later in the week or next week so I'm very glad they were able to send someone out today.. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter, they even call you after the service has been complete to ensure that everything went well.. A+ for customer service!

**3/15/11 Update**
I had to schedule another appointment with Roto-Rooter today to fix another problem in the house :( Our kitchen sink was clogged with garbage disposal junk so we had to call a plumber to clear that out for us so the water would drain. Juve, my repairman, came early in the morning and fixed it in no time at all! He even checked other areas of our house to see if everything was running smoothly.. Turns out we had to clear our main line with a snake too so we could avoid any future backups.. Since I was approving a second job he gave me half off on the kitchen job.. For $294 we got the kitchen sink cleared, the main line snaked, and one shower drain cleared (for free!).. Juve was very nice and I will continue to use their services as needed in the future..
