I had an appointment for a tech to come out between 11:30 and 1:30. At 3:00 I called to find out what was going on and the tech told me, without giving me a reason for not coming out as scheduled or an apology, that he would be out in 1/2 hour. He then told me he had come out and my gate was locked and that he had called me and left two messages. This was completely untrue! My gate was open at 10:30 and there were no messages on either of my phones. He then proceeded to basically call me a liar and insist that the gate was locked and he had called. I was angry and, after considering his attitude, I called the company back, explained how I had been treated and told them to cancel the call. The person in the office hung up on me! I have been a customer in the past but I will never deal with such rude people again.
