Plumb Plumbing was here right before the holidays to fix a bathtub clog and Steve wound up needing to saw out the original drain (34 years old) and install a new one!  Plumb's hallmark of excellent service begins with the staff who answers the phone, to the plumbers who show up at the door promptly and cheerfully, to the reasonable prices and quality work.  One of the best things about this company is that they are our condo community's resource for all the common area plumbing needs.  So they know the various nuances and issues that can occur!  It's great to know they're just a call away!

Super quick response time to check out our situation, and came to do the work the next day. The work was done well and quickly, all questions answered. Gracious, friendly, completely competent! We would be happy to call Rootin Tootin Rooter again if we need plumbing help.

GREAT WORK!!!  This is the 3rd time I have used Dinosaur Plumbing and this is the 3rd time (replaced my old water heater with one made in America and resolved slow drain issues) I have walked away singing thier praises!!  Hands down I will never call anyone else for plumbing issues!!! Bobby did another great job diagnosing the issue and recommending ways to resolve them.  He was on time (again), explained everything he was doing and why (replaced and moved the main water shut off and the pressure regulator - this increased my water pressure and stopped noises in the water lines inside).  Bobby stayed at the site and completed the work until it was done correctly (sent pictures and text updates when I was off site) and the system was tested with me there.  The price quoted was the price honored (I can't ask for more than that!).  I am greatful to have an honest, hardworking professional like Bobby to call.

SUPER happy with my service from Dunn Plumbing! Had my kitchen sink back up and it was impacting my dishwasher and clothes washer. Dunn Plumbing came out quickly, quickly assessed the issue and was able to fix it at a very reasonable cost. Didn't try to push services I didn't need or recommend unnecessary repairs. I have an older home and you never know what will happen! The techs were also super courteous and professional as well as being safe-conscious due to COVID. I am 100% satisfied with Eli!  From the beginning they were responsive, providing an estimate within 1 hour of my request.  They also quickly responded to all follow-up questions.  It was very easy setting the appointment date and time.  On appointment day they showed up on time and ready to work.  We had work done on three interior doors and a bathroom fan.  The boys did a fantastic job getting everything in perfect working condition.  They are also very diligent about cleaning up after the work is complete.  The final bill was almost exactly as quoted; no surprises.  I highly recommend them and will be sure to call them when I'm ready to lay an epoxy coating in my garage.  Nice to work with people who are responsive, on time, and do what they say they will do.

All the drains in my house backed up and caused a disaster. Of course this happened on a weekend evening . I'm a single mom and at the time was a new homeowner who didn't know what she was in for. David came out within an hour, unclogged my master drain and fixed the problem. He also video'd my line and alerted me to a bigger issue under the house. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg and let me know if I wanted to have the other work done he'd work out a payment schedule! He didn't charge me a special fee for coming outside of normal hours and was fast,kind and courteous!! I will recommend him any day of the week!!!

There aren't enough stars to give them! All-fixture Plumbing is better than 5 stars, they are reliable, hard working, honest and respectful. They make sure the job is done correctly, for a reasonable price and clean up when they're done.

Our outside faucet was dripping and soldered on, so we couldn't repair it ourselves.  I called on Monday morning and Tom Shaw was out the same day and got it fixed!  He was nice, professional, and efficient.  I would gladly recommend Silverado Plumbing!

They did excellent work for half the price of what other companies had quoted. They were responsive on the phone and on time for the appointment. They fixed my toilet and installed a new faucet. Every other company I called had quoted $400, but Apperson did it for $200 and they did a very good job. I will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber.

I am a new customer and just subscribed for a twice yearly maintenance plan on my two HVAC units. Walter provided excellent service. After doing the AC inspections and maintenance , he provided a thorough report on the condition of both units. While reviewing the invoice he noticed noise from the AC inside the house. He went back up on the roof, hoisted the units and put rubber buffers pads under each one, which stopped the noise. He also helped adjust our ancient vents to optimize airflow. All at no extra cost. Just moved into my house and both toilets decided to stop working.  Reached out on yelp and received correspondence quickly.  Within moments I had an appointment for a lovely representative to be here same day.  He was on time, clean, professional, and quick.  He was super courteous and I would feel comfortable having this company come out again.

Water on bathroom floor.  Joe came out, it was a Sunday... I realize there could be overtime.. spent two hours looking. No problem.. it could have been an over flowing sink......then he charged me over $200.  Ridiculous... nothing done.  No explanation.. tore up business card....

The business owner reached out to me and said that he wouldn't charge me for the job. This was a nice gesture and I hope this local business can continue to improve their services in the near future. By providing above-and-beyond customer service, I'm sure they'll have raving fans soon enough.

My husband discovered a 3 sewer drain pipe leak on a Monday morning.  We called our 'contract' plumber, Strongbuilt, as they had completed work at our home in the past however they did not view it as an emergency and would/could not come to our home until that Thursday.  I called the Strongbuilt office a total of 3 times and was told each time they could/would not come out earlier.  On Thursday I received a call the plumber was on his way w/i 2 hours, however 3 hours later they had still not arrived and there was no word of an updated time frame.  I contacted Al Coronado plumbing as we needed the issue diagnosed and they sent Robert out on Friday morning. I subsequently called Strongbuilt and cancelled the Thursday service call - no apologies no explanations - we were blown off.  On Friday, Robert scoped the drain pipe, however determined he could not repair it and recommended us to Nu Flow. What a saving grace, Brent from Nu Flow contacted me Friday afternoon apologized he could not come to our home sooner than Monday but he had to be in Phoenix for a meeting. On Monday Brent arrived, scoped the drain from 3 vantage points and reached out to a Phoenix technician, Kent, with a probable solution.  Kent was able to drive to our home on Tuesday morning and address the problem with their epoxy coating.  This is an older home, Nu Flow was able to access the problem, apply the epoxy and went above and beyond to line/repair the pipe and restore our trust in a plumbing company. I highly recommend this company!!

Ferguson Plumbing was sent to my house for a water heater repair by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.  After diagnosing the problem, Mr. Ferguson went to get the replacement part needed.  He freely admitted when he got back that he had bought the wrong part, a gas valve that was one inch too short to fit my water heater, but that he didn't want to drive back to buy the correct part.  So without my permission or informing me what he was about to do, he took a hammer and sheet metal cutters and pounded a huge dent into the side of my water heater to make the too short gas valve fit, and then cut a gaping hole.  It still wouldn't fit, so he started pulling insulation out of the inside of the heater casing and pounding and cutting some more till it finally fit.  During this time, I was expressing my extreme concern to him about the property damage he was causing, and his reply was that it was OK because the water heater case is non-functional, so a cosmetic dent and ragged hole didn't matter.  (Note: his repair also did not fix the problem he was sent to fix.)

I contacted 2-10 about this, since they are the one who sent this contractor, and they irresponsibly said that they are not responsible for property damage done by contractors they refer.  They gave me Mr. Ferguson's liability insurance information for me to file my own claim against him.  When I did so, Mr. Ferguson's liability insurance company told me that property damage like what Mr. Ferguson did is excluded from coverage under his policy.

I am now filing a claim with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors against him and am proceeding to have the water heater replaced by a reputable plumber out of my pocket.  This replacement was not needed till Mr. Ferguson left the old heater as a fire hazard, also making it impossible for me to sell my house without replacing it.  If I don't get reimbursement through the contractors complaint, I'll have to take the  matter to court.

Obviously, I don't recommend this plumber.  He seems to feel that destroying other people's property is just fine.
