Ron and Chris are responsive and top notch at what they do. What impressed me is that they are thorough to diagnose problems and then identify how to fix it.

I'm several months late with this review but I had to comment about the service Picture Rocks provided for my mother.............She was having issues with her heater last winter. Someone came out and replaced a couple of things and it seemed to be all good but when late evening came, it was not working again. She called the technician and he came out again, that same evening and fixed the problem. He had a great attitude and was very kind to my 88 year old mother.

Morgan from Picture Rocks Cooling Heating And Plumbing got a cat out of the ductwork under my house this evening! And he also found the other cat that was hiding behind the drier. We thought both cats were in the ductwork (I had just adopted these cats; I had no idea they knew how to remove vent covers and would descend down into the ductwork!!) and since we at first only retrieved the one, I was stressing about where the other one was. He was kind enough to check and doublecheck and triple check, with the cameras, to figure out the configuration of our ductwork (which was a bit unusual I guess) and make sure that the second cat was not in there. He also crawled around under the house to check to see that the cat hadn't somehow gotten out of the ductwork and into the crawlspace. To get the first cat, he had to disconnect the ductwork while under the house and reach up in there to grab the cat, and he had to take apart a portion of the heater inside the house. Throughout the task, this guy was confident, competent and careful and I sensed he really cared about the cats. The company truck says Integrity and Honesty and I agree. Nowadays some folks just do their jobs and we are thankful if they manage to do it correctly, but then sometimes if you are lucky you get surprised by someone like Morgan who does his job and goes above and beyond. : ) I'm Very pleased and will definitely come back to Picture Rocks Cooling, Heating And Plumbing when I need help again, and recommend them to others.

Our AC went out suddenly on a Friday afternoon and so I started cold calling repair companies to see who could come out ASAP.  Ron promptly returned my call and said he could be at my house in 1.5 hours. He was prompt, professional and efficient. Within 30 minutes, he figured out the issue and in about 1.5 hours, he fixed our AC. Best of all, they had the most reasonable price for an after hours visit of all the places I contacted!   We couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely contact them again for any AC/heating/plumbing needs

We have used Picture Rocks Cooling Heating & Plumbing for several years now. Recently our AC unit was giving us trouble during an extreme heat wave. We called and setup an appointment, they arrived on time, and repaired the unit in short order. Picture Rocks is prompt, affordable, and trustworthy; they are over all a great value. We trust Picture Rocks with our HVAC and Plumbing and recommend them to others. It is such a relief to have Picture Rocks to rely on.

I think this place must really know what they're doing! I contacted this company due to a recommendation on the neighborhood website Nextdoor. We could not have been more pleased with their prompt service, expertise, courteous and knowledgeable technician (Troy) and reasonable cost. We will definitely recommend and use them again in the future if necessary.

I had to jump on here really quick because this company really helped us out. Our AC wasn't working properly and they fit us in at 7AM on a Saturday. We were really freaking out because we were having a birthday party at our house later that day.

The tech arrived promptly at 7am and walked me through everything he was doing. He gave me a lot of great information on our units and how to properly care for them.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I will always choose them first from now on for any of my heating and cooling needs.

This is probably the most professional and reasonably priced heating and cooling company I've ever used. They are quick to address your issue and honest about any other issues that can arise. Ron and his lads are experts and really care about fixing the issue right away!

Most pleased with the service Picture Rocks provided. Technicians were not only helpful but courteous to my crisis. Initial diagnosis of the issue reported was that the fan was operating within normal parameters. Yet the fan failed 36 hours later. PRCH came back out, replaced the fan motor and now I am sitting in a much cooler home. Kudos to Troy and his assistant who I forget the name.

I've been very pleased with the service I get from Picture Rocks Cooling and Heating.  I've used them for both, cooling and heating!  The are prompt with service, I don't think I've ever gone more than 48 hrs without them coming for service.  They are all very professional, and work hard to maintain your current systems without pushing you to new expensive units you don't need.

Loved the service showed up in a mask on time and were very nice.  The water heater service was great. Abel was very neat and clean left no mess.  I was shocked how much stuff came out of the water heater after just a year.  I will also be using them for our hvac system.  Price was incredibly fair also

I had Picture Rocks Cooling and Heating come out and give my AC a tuneup for the year.  The technician was really nice, even my skittish dog liked him.  He was very thorough, and I'm relieved that  heading into the hot season that my AC is good to go.

Thanks for such great service! We needed a routine check up on our A/C units. Chris arrived on time and thoroughly checked everything and made sure they were in good working order. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful and informative. We sure appreciate it!

We had PR install our HVAC system about two and a half years ago. They were super helpful, answered all of our questions, followed up with maintenance visits, all was good until a month ago. Following a strange haze coming up thru our floor vents, the smoke alarms went off and then the AC died. We called PR and were told it would be five days before a tech could come out. Five days?  It was basically, we're booked, so take it or leave it.  When we asked for a suggestion for another HVAC company, the response was go ahead.   We did call another HVAC company, they got us in same day, didn't matter that we weren't their customer, they got us in and the tech was outstanding.  We've since reached out to PR via chat (online) and emails asking for someone to contact us, and so far, we've received nothing. To say that we're disappointed is an understatement.  Based on the recent lack of interest or concern, I can't say that we would recommend them.

Our AC went out on a 107° heat day. A different company came out and told us we basically needed to spend over $10,000.00 to replace our entire HVAC system. We called Picture Rocks for a 2nd opinion. They were out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got our house cooled down right away with our existing system for just a few hundred dollars!! Thank you for your integrity and prompt service!

I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Ron and his team at Picture Rocks Cooling and Heating.  Our AC was acting up, I called first thing in the morning and they said they could be out at my home in three hours!!!!!!  Ninety minutes after arriving,  my AC was working perfectly.  The technician, Troy was professional and efficient.  I highly recommend Picture Rocks to anyone who is having an AC issue.

Called on a Monday and an appointment was set up for the next day.  They never showed up or called.  I called next day and left message asking what was going on.  One of their techs showed up the next day without notice and we weren't at home.  Never called me or left any messages.

Great company. I called requiring service for my evap cooler.  Chris was on the job 30 minutes later, did a professional job and the cost was exactly what was quoted on the phone.

Our air conditioner went out suddenly and we were so thankful that the temperature was still low.  Picture Rocks sent Alex today, he listened respectfully to what my husband had checked already and immediately asked to look at the computer board that runs the unit.  He found it was a tiny fuse that protects the computer board and knew just what to do and got it done and in no time at all we had cool air again!  Oh, we even got a text message when he was on his way to our house!  Thank you so much Picture Rocks.
