We employ only StrongBuilt for all of our air and plumbing needs.  The company is responsive, courteous, and professional.  Their ability to expertly diagnosis and remedy the issues with these systems cannot be matched in the greater Tucson area.  They have earned my trust and business.

Their maintenance program of annual checks in air conditioning and plumbing is convenient and appreciated. Receiving a phone call from them informing me that it is time for an annual check is superb as time can get away from me so their commitment to contact me throughout the year is very much appreciated!

We have had a new air conditioner, repiping and plumbing installed within the past year.  In addition, an EnviRo Water System installation was superbly performed in the past year. Jesse and Mario have provided expertise, courteous service and expertise in meeting the homes needs.
I feel fortunate they are available to me.

Overpriced. They don't give you an itemized estimate so you don't know what your paying for. Don't let them b.s. you with an over inflated estimate. Get  an itemized estimate and see what you are paying for.

They never responded...I was very impressed the first time around but I  would've expected at least a message back...maybe it's really busy right now but it's disappointing not yo hear back and now I have to find someone else who could and hope our plumbing services could be addressed.

This monsoon season really did a number on our ac unit and every time it would rain there was a short and it would stop working until it dried out again. At one point it was out for more than 24 hours so we called Strongbuilt on a Saturday (they were the cheapest company for a diagnostic on a weekend) and they were able to come out the same day even though there was still a light drizzle. The technician seemed to narrow down the problem to the breaker but he wasn't able to fix it since he isn't high voltage certified so he didn't charge us for the diagnostic. We ended up changing it ourselves and the next storm rolled around and it went out again. Called Strongbuilt back out and the new tech found a kink in the cord that runs from our thermostat to the unit. Quickly fixed it for us at no cost and so far our unit has made it through several more storms with no issues! We also asked for our unit to be serviced and he said since it was working well and blowing cold that it's better to hold off until just before the summer season hits, so we will definitely be using them next spring!

UPDATED: The company has gone above and beyond to get things right. I have now changed it from a 2-star to a 4-star rating. They stepped up and all problems resolved.

This is a company you really want to like but it has been rocky. First event, possible low pressure. Sprinkling outside and tried to cancel but manager pushed it through. Sure enough, only 41 lbs and should be around 55lbs. Said was corrected. Next call was for hammering or banging. Cancelled appt same day. Next day, manager came out and did wonderfully but the previous tech set it to over 80lbs!!!! Not good. Liked manager so much, agreed to buy a $6000 water treatment system. Day of install, rain, but they showed up anyway to work. After about one hour, tech said they were leaving and just left the $6000 pieces outside that could easily be taken. Had to put my foot down and tell them to take it before someone else did.

The plumbing manager John is amazing. Tania, the scheduler, couldn't be nicer. Getting the actual work done and done well had been a mess. Only John seems to be passionate about the work.

We'll see how it goes but so far, I am struggling to believe in this company. Management is fantastic but haven't had a good experience with the actual crews, yet. Hopefully will go better before I look to find another.

Excellent service. Alex arrived on time and did a complete, comprehensive maintenance service on our air conditioning system. He explained various options (maintenance vs replacement) for our aging equipment with none of the high-pressure sales pitches that I have experienced from other HVAC companies. Based upon my experience with Alex we signed a maintenance contract with Strongbuilt and we will likely use this company when our AC unit eventually dies.

OUR garbage disposal stopped up, we could not plunge it, drain cleaner it. I remembered Strongbuilts ad saying , we will unclog your drain for $49. so we called and Mitch Brown came out and did an absolutely professional job. So good I purchased an annual Panda contract so Strongbuilt will be taking care of our AC, Heating and Plumbing going forward.  Thanks Strongbuilt and Mitch for your excellent work.

This is not a complaint about the technician but instead about the ethics of the company owner, Brandon.  Strongbuilt will charge you an absurd price for minimal work.  Details below.  True story from July 2023.

My 84 year old father had been without AC for a few days.  The technician replaced an expired compressor capacitor.  Plus added a hard start kit due to high current draw.  You can buy both of these parts from Amazon for less than $50.  Total bill rom Strongbuilt was $859.  Less than 30 minutes of labor, less than $50 of parts.  $859.

When I called the owner, Brandon,  to dispute the charges, he had no remorse, and attempted to dispute the cost of the parts.  Look it up yourself.  80/5 uF cap, and hard start kit for a 4 ton AC.  I asked how he can justify $800 for less than 30 min of work.  He said that's what it costs.  Their hourly rate is about $1600 per hour.  

They won't tell you what their hourly rate is on the phone.  But now you know.  They won't tell you what a typical cost is for a simple repair.  But when you get your $800+ bill, you'll have been warned.  

After multiple calls, they did refund most of the money.  I made the repair for my father myself.  You can too.  Watch a YouTube video.  Save yourself the headache. Or call a reputable business, but don't call Stongbuilt.

We had to shut off the water to the house because of a shower that would not shut off, called Strongbuilt about 2:15 and was told they would have a repair man at the house after 3:00 pm, after four calls the plumber finally arrived about 8:pm. As you can expect I was besides myself but our repairman Caesar put us to rest,  with his professionalism and demeanor, Its what I needed at this time. He was able to fix our problem and did not try to upsell us parts which he said I didn't need, how's that for honesty from a business that at times are lest then honest. From this point forward I will always call Strongbuilt for our plumbing needs.

The first person from Strongbuilt,  who reached out to me was Brooklyn...she emailed me back and forth for a few days, and evidenced compassion, kindness and thoughtfulness, concomitant to Professionalism. She is just a lovely human being.  The second person I encountered was technician, Sal Torres, who was also very courteous, kind and obviously erudite in his trade...and the third person whom I encountered from this company was Brandon Schamahorn,  the Project Manager who came over to give me a quote on the system I would need, and to work out a finance plan. He is of the same ilk as his aforementioned colleagues. Pleasant personality, well-versed in the trade, at all levels, thoughtful, courteous, kind and professional as well. I am strongly leaning toward utilizing this company to get my AC going again...and if I do, these individuals will be the primary reason behind my choice!  I highly recommend them!!  I finally got my new HVAC unit in about a month ago...Technicians Karl Windauer and Mike Gonzalez were exemplary and proficient in their skill-set and knowledge...today, Nate Koehler did a Quality Control Inspection, and he too was thorough and courteous. Jennifer Grech has been the one most recently in touch with me to set up my Inspection...and again, she too is of the same ilk as the aforementioned Strongbuilt personnel.  I still highly recommend them, now more than ever!!  And today, 12/2/21 I had the pleasure of one of the most magnanimous, generous, and kind individuals I have ever met, fix a plumbing issue (bathroom sink would not drain)...his name is ANTHONY GARCIA. He spent a significant amount of time to assure the job was done properly and helped me in a way I cannot even begin to express. A soul with a big HEART and highly skilled,  courteous, respectful, and very professional. I think that Strongbuilt must vet all their employees, to make sure that they are not only the best in the business but also the most resplendent as well.  John, the owner...is beyond illustrious himself...Folks...this is the company you want for all your home needs.

Be cautious. After looking at some reviews purchased a new central A/C unit and their Panda Care (compressor for 2 years and parts / labor for 10 years) in July 2020.  In April 2023 I scheduled a check up of my A/C unit.  I am a 100% disabled Vet.  They advertise military discount but I guess you have to request it even if you have 3 or 4 military branch items in your front yard and porch. It was apparent the service tech was not familiar with our purchase invoice.  While inspecting the unit he said that it looks like the unit needs a new capacitor and the cost will be $150+.  I informed him that I have Panda Care which is no cost for parts / labor.  He then apparently called his office and confirmed it.  He then said that the capacitor does not need to be replaced because it was within their guidelines. I usually clean my unit's coil / fins with a detergent and water hose.  The service tech convinced me for him to clean it a gallon container of cleaning solution (cost $200+).  I mentioned to the tech about a surge protector for the unit.  The next day he installed one on my unit (cost $300+).  I requested two times by phone and two times on their web site to provide me an itemized receipt.  It is now about 3 weeks later and I have not received it.  Suspicion.

Since buying a new home we wanted everything in order. We called Strongbuilt for an inspection of our heat pump. Zac had called earlier saying he could arrive early which he did. He performed a thorough inspection and followed up online with photos and his inspection notes. We are very happy with Zac and his work. We would not hesitate to schedule again with Strongbuilt.

Had a outdoor leaking faucet that I really thought I could repair myself.  Just couldn't get it un screwed.  Come to find out it was heat soldered and I didn't want to bust a waterline trying to get it off and replace it.  Haver never needed a plummer but at the advise of a friend I called Strogbuilt.  They had a plummer come out within a day and repair it.  The price was wayyyy lower than I thought it would cost me.  Very impressed with this company.  The plummer was amazing and even put up with my nosy Rottweiler who was in his face the whole time.

I can't express enough if you need reliability, this is not your company.
I confirmed my appointment in less than 24 hours in advance, switching other medical issues and they canceled my appointment because I didn't answer my phone.  I returned , the call within 5 minutes. Someone said, the manager would call me back, ( never happened)
I'm disgusted with this company after returning the call and the women in the office hanging up on me!
There are so many other companies out there. I used to back this one for years, NOT anymore!

Have used them for new ac unit and plumbing at my home
As previously reported others said upwards of 16k to repair gas leak and they did for 450!! Just sent to my mothers and fixed a clogged sink that has been worked on before for less and works better then day bought
Other companies were friends who tried to lie and rip me off..these guys are more then fair and do good work. Sent tons of referrals to them and all thank me!!

I received 5 star service from Strongbuilt today thanks to Kevin N. who came to install a UV filter and thermostat for my HVAC system.
Additionally, he detected two things that I could inexpensively address myself to vastly improve the HVAC performance.
My top-of-the line air filter was so dense it was choking the airflow, overheating and degrading the motor. Less dense filter - easy.
He also detected a large flow of air through the unit when it was turned off and saw a slight gap along the foundation where light and lots of outside air was coming in to the cold air return box. He suggested expandable foam to seal the gap and explained to me how to access the area and apply it.
Additionally he took some extra steps to ensure my AC will be in working order when I need it. Above and Beyond!

Brandon found the leak that Goettl had left us when they installed our AC unit. We had to pay almost 4 thousand to have the pipe replaced along with the 10 pounds of Freon. Hopefully we won't have to dish out several thousands every year to keep the Freon level. I figure we have paid over 5000 to replace the Freon. If only Goettl would have taken responsibility.

I called to have the split AC unit in the bedroom checked as it seemed to not working as well as it could. Quick to respond, the tech checked it and said the inside cylinder needed to be removed and cleaned. One of my other units had this issue about 2 years ago,  was cleaned by a different company, $130.
This tech went out to his truck to call the office about charges, came back and said it would cost $500 to clean the cylinder. No parts involved, just labor.  I paid the $74 diagnostic charge aka trip charge, and was done.

Decided to try StrongBuilt from a NextDoor advertisement in 2021 and also purchased a Panda plan from these people for the HVAC Maintenance plan.  In Albuquerque, NM.

After my experience with Strong Built it is clear that this company is only in the business of making money and selling products/services rather than performing the maintenance or doing their job in maintaining a system.

The first technician that came out was respectful of COVID measures and did maintenance on our system.  He also advised that a deep cleaning was in order and $500 later (Panda Plan and the DEEP Cleaning) we felt ok as long as the system and everything else was working properly.

Fast forward to this year 2022 when we called to have the HVAC maintenance once again.  First off, it took two months to get an appointment.  Then, on the day of the appointment is when the company called to confirm arrival; yes, on the day, not a day before nor with any appropriate time frame.  Then, 10 minutes to 5pm is when the technician called to state they were coming over to do the maintenance.

Well, the technician (different from the first one) arrived at 5pm and immediately had an attitude to start.  When I said, you are here to perform maintenance on the HVAC he was very rude and said that he was going to look at it and that is all he was here to do.  When I said you are here to perform maintenance on my HVAC he again was rude and went up to the HVAC on the roof.

45 minutes passed and no water was ran to clean the HVAC; AS ALL OTHER HVAC PROFESSIONALS HAVE DONE IN THE PAST! Then, this technician came off the roof just to show various pictures of what needs fixed and that it is going to cost over $700 to repair!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!  He also stated that he did not perform maintenance on the HVAC; but, that the HVAC was dirty and needed cleaning and replacement.  And, that it was at HIS discretion to perform maintenance on the HVAC!?!?!?!?!   WHAT!?!?!  Oh and all while he was un-masked and standing right next to the screen door where I was standing opposite.  And, our area is still categorized as high COVID-19 community levels.

So, since this technician decided NOT TO DO HIS JOB and only to find PROBLEMS TO GET MONEY OUT OF A CUSTOMER; I then called StrongBuilt and talked to the person who answered the phone.  She indicated that she will be sending it to management and they will get back with me.

Well, A WHOLE WEEK GOES BY, and no contact from anyone from StrongBuilt!  So, I called again this week and informed that nobody contacted us for this issue.  The person on the other end stated that, ALL MANAGEMENT WERE OUT OF STATE FOR AN ISSUE!  ???? Really ????  Every Management individual was unavailable to respond to a customer complaint???  So, she indicated that she would send another message and also check that they got the first one.  Well, as you can tell, NOBODY from StrongBuilt called back or gives a crap of customer issues with their technicians; especially when their technicians provide the worst customer service and do not do their job!

So, WORD OF WARNING FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING STRONGBUILT, DON'T!

DON'T GET SUCKERED INTO THEIR PANDA PLAN AND DON'T USE STRONGBUILT AT ALL!

They do not want to do their job nor do they want to please their customers!

Aaron Flores came out to our property because I was having a water leak outside well after investigating the cause of the leakage Aaron discovered that it was with our irrigation system and that's not something strong built works on but Aaron went above and beyond and contacted a couple of other irrigation companies to contact us so they can look at it and so we can get it repaired this is why I've been using strong build for the last 5 years because of people like Aaron My wife and I we say kudos.

Purchased a heat pump from this company about a month ago.  They had a very competitive price compared to the other 3 quotes I got and the warranty was better.  The unit was installed within a few days.  I  had a problem with one of the installers who seemed to be a little confused about the job he was sent to do but I called the project manager who took care of it.  After the job was finished I found some things with the installation which didn't meet my expectations.  I called the project manager who connected me with the HVAC manager.  The HVAC manager was at my home that same day to address my concerns.  He saw that things were not up to company standards.  The very next morning I had a crew at my house to correct all defects.  Sometimes things are not done correctly by an employee of a company and it very important that the company respond like Strongbuilt did to take care of the customer as they took care of me.  Haven't had any of the included service done yet but would recommend this company for HVAC installation, only gave 4 stars due to the initial install problems

We just received our semi annual HVAC service for our 2 units.  This year we changed to Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air.   Matt U,,  arrived on time and went right to work.  He was professional, knowledgeable and  personable. I especially liked the fact that he used booties on his shoes when entering & exiting the home, without us asking him to do it.  Not all techs do this and it is important to us. It shows that he and his company cares about their customers.  I had a question about a noise of a motor that would turn on & off for 5 sec, every now & then. I was worried that something major was happening and I was thinking caching, $$$.  Well Matt assured me that this is normal and it's just due to  condensation and completely normal. That sure was good news to hear.  I would highly recommend Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air, and ask for tech Matt, to anyone needing this tune up, which should be done twice a year. At our contracted A/C maintenance check on April 26, 2022, the tech did not do a complete job nor was he able to send the email invoice with pictures.  I called every few days requesting to speak with a manager to discuss my concerns.  I was told on more than one occasion that he was reviewing my file and would call me back that day.  On May 9th I finally connected with Manager Mike, who grudgingly agreed to have a senior tech come do a recheck and told me he would review my file and call me back.  I was called by a scheduler only, so I called Mike back and said I still had unanswered questions.  He was very dismissive and unapologetic, and asked if I just wanted to cancel the whole thing.  I replied that I would like the service I paid for to be done correctly, and felt some compensation was due for our inconvenience.  He said he does not compensate for not returning calls.  I told him I was not sure we would renew our contract based on this entire experience, and he again told me he would review my file and call me back that day.  That was May 9th and I have yet to receive his callback.  The senior tech who did come on May 13th did a thorough job and was extremely pleasant and informative, which is unfortunate since we won't continue to do business with a company managed in this manner.

Okay, where to start. Made appointment in early May for today 7/10/20 at 11. Called at 1230 to find out where technician is, told he got held up at other clients. Got call from technician @ 225 pm, on his way.   Called office again@ 335 pm, told he's at gate, cancelled service. Very pathetic service 4 1/2 hours later, no communication on their part. So much for their special tune up, guess it doesn't get same serv, why bother. Will never call them for any service, sent to homeowners in our community.

Oh , now your the victim. Couldn't call and say running late? Really, get over it! Can't handle a real review. Good to know.

Do NOT use Strongbuilt plumbing and air!! They started an AC job on my sisters house in December of 2020 and they still haven't finished it!! And to top it off they now have a huge ugly hole in their front yard that they haven't come back to finish or fill in! This company claims to be Patriotic but they have shown nothing but disrespect and disappointment to someone who has served.

2/2021 we had a whole HVAC system installed. Communication and service was great until there was a problem with the American Standard AC unit. The unit makes a loud noise when it shuts down, it's so loud neighbors can hear it. Then they replaced a new so called Scroll Compressor, Early summer 2022. It started making the same noise again, gets louder over time. The last we were told is Trane the manufacturer was not getting back to them. Here we are end of 6/2023 and they did there testing and data info they say to send to Trane. Spoke will Trane and they tell me the Company needs to fix it or have another Company look into it. Still have yet to hear from STRONGBUILT Company. We had another Company come out and say compressor is bad, and faulty wiring at electrical box. The manufacturer and STRONGBUILT are not fixing this. The company that can fix it wants 1200.00+ for labor, parts are under warranty. STRONGBUILT is not trying at all to communicate or fix this problem.

We had our 13 year old HVAC system replaced, air ducts cleaned and sealed, and sun-track  installed by Strongbuilt and have included PandaCare.  All coordination for install, service and/or problems has been handled effectively with knowledgeable, responsible, friendly people (Ernesto, Mike, Victor, Jeff).  We are happy with our new variable HVAC and duct sealing was a bit disruptive job at the time, (Jeff really helped us that day !)  and has allowed so much more efficient air cooling/heating/circulation.  
Even the QC guy, Adam, who went over everything after the installations, knew his business inside and out.  Diagnostic services, since,  with Sal and Steven, plus, recent Fall Service with Arturo were all very efficient and friendly.  All have provided us a with a sense of comfort and trust in our continual business with Strongbuilt.

The are the most professional company I have done business with. Our AC broke down and it took less then 48 hrs to have a new unit up and running and this happened in the middle of a very humid summer from their installers the technicians and their customer services was 100%. I highly recommend this company for your AC and pluming needs

I have two identical AC compressor units. Less than two years ago, one stopped working due to a failed capacitor. The company I then used charged me $100 total to replace the capacitor.  This past weekend, I had an identical failure of the other compressor unit. I'd thought I'd give Strongbuilt a try, particularly since I had a $65 off coupon for repairs. I told the technician what I thought the problem was, which was 100% correct --so he had a simple job of just replacing the capacitor. He used the exact same replacement part as the previous replacement (a MARS brand capacitor). The BIG difference: even with the coupon, Strongbuilt charged MORE THAN $200 for the repair (vs $100 !!). I'm not rich enough to ever use Strongbuilt again !!!!  I should add that if I did NOT go ahead with this gross overcharge, Strongbuilt would have charged me $74 for a diagnosis (WHICH THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO IN THIS CASE !!!).

Would not recommend this company in the summer months. They charged us 600 dollars to fix a leak, yet they never checked the Coil. Our system worked for two weeks, then they came and checked coil and options were 3,000 for one year warranty of a coil, or Buy a new system.  That is what we got for 600.00 which we were told would guarantee our system for a year.

11/3/2017 I was hoodwinked into replacing my perfectly operating HVAC system.  Strongbuilt tried to replace it with a new one, but forgot to measure and it did not fit.  After four attempts in the next eight weeks, including the idea of cutting 2 X 4's inside my house to make the filter fit, I called another company for advice.  Several code violations were discovered along with the fact that a permit was never applied for. I had Strongbuilts system removed and another one installed.  Buyer beware.  I am having to hire an attorney to settle this issue even though Strongbuilt's paperwork states the following:
MB Guarantee We guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the installed equipment, the service provided, or any of our staff at any time during the first year after installation, we will remove the system and happily refund 100% of the contract amount.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Strongbuilt replaced my AC unit 6 months ago. I am a single female and do not trust easily as I have been taken advantage of in the past. But Strongbuilt backs up their products and their services. Since then, I have used them for everything: plumbing, tankless water heater, you name it. From the people who answer the phone to the folks who come out and do the work, they stand behind their work and are reliable and courteous. I had a leak that could have cost me thousands, but Cesar took care of everything quickly and kindly. I rely on them exclusively now.

Everything started out great and I was really hopeful that getting a new AC unit would be a relatively painless experience because of this company.  However, I immediately started having issues with the unit.  It hadn't been installed for 12 hours before it started leaking water in my house.  Since the install, I have had 5 individuals out to my house to try and fix this and over a week later it is still not fixed.  I am unable to get in contact with any of the management, they continuously promise to call me back and have yet to do so.  They were supposed to install a new vent when the unit went in and came unprepared to do that, and I still do not have a new vent.  They just keep sending different people out saying they'll put in the new vent and fix the unit.  After spending this kind of money, I (the customer) should not be having to remind them to come fix my AC unit and complete the job that was promised.  I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but I can't get a hold of anyone to discuss this directly. Would not recommend.  The only saving grace is that the unit is actually cooling my house so at least I'm not dealing with an overly hot home and a water leak, just the water leak.

Adam was my technician name this was my 1st time using this company... Adam was very professional, and knowledgeable He was very detailed with explaining what he was doing, he was not pushy at all... I liked his work, and if all the technician or like that this company will be around for many many years to come!!!!

Thank you thank you strong built. I have several medical issues and installed a walk-in jetted tub 12 years ago. The fixtures had gone bad and it was taking 45 minutes to fill and I couldn't get enough hot water. They took the bad parts out but were unable to find replacements for them so we bought a new quality set of fixtures and they install them. I had a wonderful hot bath tonight that filled in only 15 minutes and I actually had to turn the hot down.
They have a wonderful care membership package that keeps me assured that all of my plumbing needs are taken care of and they are very reliable and kind people.

This is a really helpful company. We called the plumbing department and I felt they listened well to my project ideas and helped our family decide what water heater to select. We also had them come out to inspect our AC unit. They took pictures and explained what we could fix and how best to proceed based on our budget. The service team was respectful and very down to earth and helpful. Definitely felt like the pricing was fair and reasonable and the workmanship of the new heater install looked great! We will definitely call this company for help in the future!

How are you going to blame a costumer that had a scheduled appointment for you not showing up on time? It is Arizona. It gets over 110 every year. If you were not prepared to make the appointment it would have been nice to contact the costumer to allow them the opportunity to change their mind or reschedule. We all know when it starts warming up. You should have been prepared for this and hired more techs or had more shifts during the summer. If I scheduled an appointment I expect to be served at that time. I am a disabled vet fighting for my life. If I'm sick in bed and I scheduled an appointment months in advance like this person. I force myself out of bed to be on time for your arrival and you don't show? If the costumer has to reach you it's already a problem but can be forgiven but I'd be upset too. You don't know this persons circumstances. Instead you choose to believe that the person who had a scheduled appointment wasn't as important. I will definitely being sharing these responses from your petty business with as many people in the military/veteran community here as possible. Obviously a business that does NOT keep its word on something as simple as arriving to an appointment on time or at least with a heads up beforehand and then goes off on a costumer for being upset shouldn't have a business.

I recommend the Panda acct with this company.  You pay a yearly fee and all your heating/cooling/plumbing needs are checked and serviced throughout the year. You don't have to worry when something breaks down. The providers are all supr nice, careful and clean. It's great peace of mind. The only reason I didn't go 5 this review is that the plumber came unmasked, made me feel uneasy as I know he's going from home to home.

I had Strongbuilt come out last Friday because my house wasn't cooling enough. I was going to use one of those coupons in a mailer to have my furnace cleaned for cheap but this came up and I never got to use it. I asked about dryer vent cleaned at that time also and was told it was $350, which I declined.
Cesar came out and went on the roof. He said a recharge would cost $1700 because I have an old system that uses R22. He said that if I bought a new system, that would be applied to the cost of replacement that would cost me $11,500!
I own a 1100sqft townhome and kinda freaked out at those numbers. Luckily I have a friend that sells refrigerant and they sent me to Bill at One in a Millian. He came out and recharged me for $350. 520-399-5668

Three times in the last few months I have had friends and family being price-gouged by Strongbuilt.  $1000+ for a Thermostat.  $1000 for a capacitor.  $7000 for a repair (ended up being repaired for a fraction of that which included no major parts).  The individual in question was an 88 year old veteran who had to start a gofundme because he trusted the estimate. My parents paid $500 for a thermostat, and while I'm certain it could have been done for half that, the thermostat is working.  So there's that.

Dillan and Mitch from Strongbuilt came to my home today to fix a squealing toilet and a stripped turnoff valve.  Initially, they were going to just fix the turnoff valve, but realized I needed a toilet flap and a fill valve as well.  I thought I would need to make a decision on only doing a one repair as I could not afford all the parts and labor.  Mitch said that they would make sure that I was taken care of, and they did.  Dillan and Mitch fixed everything for me.  I cannot say enough positive comments about Strongbuilt as a company for the personnel they hire and the training that they provide.  Thank you I will use Strongbuilt again in the future and highly recommend this company to everyone I speak with.

I had high hope when I scheduled StrongBuilt to come to the house. The first technician came on April 26. He gave me an estimate to put in a 3rd zone and said he can come back to install on May 5 and I paid the amount in full. He never showed up and we never got a call. We called the following Monday to find out what happened and the said they would send out another technician. He came looked at what needed to be done and said someone would call back. They didn't so we called them again and a week later the second technician came back and looked at the job and said someone would get back to us. They never did so we called back a couple more times and a third technician came out spent about ten minutes in the house and then left saying someone will call back. It was then mid June and nothing. After multiple calls and even a stop at the office I was promise someone would call me back and still nothing. On July 14 I requested a refund. They said give us 7-10 working days for the refund. 10 days later nothing.
In short, work was promised to be performed and paid in full. Nothing done and lack of communication. Poor follow through and no refund.  Now I have to go through other methods to get my money back.

Contacted Strong Built via e-mail asking for information pertaining to there Toto Toilet replacement special.  After some 10 days I get a response and an apology.  I explained that I wanted a Toto Drake II and wanted to know what that price would be.  I was told the tech had to come-out to which I said your kidding me.  Drive out to Vail to give me an estimate.  I was told the earliest date was Sept 25 between 4 - 6 PM.  I received a call at 1 PM telling me the tech was on his way and when I called the office I was told no he is still on the NW side of Tucson.  About a hour later I received a call from Mitch who was extremely professional and asked you need to know the price for a Toto Drake 2 and I said yes but I could not get it unless you came-out.  He took about 2 minutes to provide the pricing over the phone.  Again very professional and even provided me some different options.  I told him I could purchase a Toto Drake 2 locally for approx $404.00 less installation which was half his cost.  He very politely said I could purchase it and he could pick it up and install it for $175.  This option sounded fair and I said I would get back to him.  Mitch changed my attitude about Strong Built and I don't know if I will use them or not but if I do I want Mitch because he is a '5'.

Was impressed at first bought new unit bought their panda care. I little over a year later can very rarely ever get thru to the office and when you do it is a long wait even with the panda care. Had a technician bring out some new pads for our unit I did not check when he dropped them off assumed he knew our unit well...he dropped of the wrong size and I think he charged us for the wrong size $ 85.00. I call the office 3 days ago and was told the technician would call me that day. Never got a call still waiting. Sorry I bought  the unit and panda care from this company.

Let's see contacting them for a fix-it in our bathroom and just decided to check out the latest reviews.  But actually have not reviewed the last work they did for us - have been so busy but wow - house 52 years old with original cast iron sewer system.  Yup it was degrading badly so cleaned out and put in liner (25 year guarantee) and we feel grateful we did not have to dig up any part of house to replace sewer that was falling apart.  Replaced outside water line as our wonderful trees were trying to root and grow new trees thru the water line and went for the Piuronic (spelling?) water treatment system.  The system gets rid of the chlorine that creates all that hard water that accumulates on our faucets, sink spillovers, etc. etc. etc. but the best part is that you are still getting the minerals you need from the water....I liked that but what I found that I like best is the lesser cleaning of course but you feel different after a bath or a shower - so thanks to the fellows that suggested we do this - it and they (who are so great to work with - family team!!! you know who you are) will be our HVAC and plumbers till we move on!!!

I am very impressed with Strongbuilt. My husband and I had to get a total of six different estimates from different HVAC companies because we weren't thrilled with the HVAC units  and warranties that the majority of companies were providing. Strongbuilt was the last company that we had out and they outshined all of the rest by far because of their high-quality units and long-standing warranties. We weren't looking for the cheapest AC system, we were looking for the highest-quality and the best bang for our buck with a variable speed for comfort, efficiency, and longevity. We have a home that was a little older and needed our ducks cleaned and sealed and a lot of other HVAC companies only did the unit replacement which was disappointing since getting your ducts properly cleaned and sealed is vital if you want to maximize your energy saving for the highest quality and efficiency. We are very happy to have chosen STRONGBUILT! We had Jeff and Korey out for the installation of our new Daikin 5-ton variable speed unit. We had Bryan out for the cleaning and sealing of our ducts. They worked very hard all-day on a Saturday and answered all our questions and went above and beyond. They were courteous, thorough, and friendly to us and our dogs!

The five employees we dealt with were amazingly friendly, professional and so knowledgeable about a/c's. We didn't want to review the company until we were sure the unit and all the services worked. Our toilet lost a bolt which we knew meant that it would begin to leak if not fixed right away. We called Strongbuilt and they dispatched Mitch the next day. Mitch arrived in his PPE to take care of the job. He was fast and professional and even replaced the flapper valve while he was at it. We really appreciate the measures Mitch and Strongbuilt take to protect their employees and their clients from Covid19. We also wore our masks to protect Mitch who is obviously a very valuable employee.

Purchased angie list off for A/C check out and one pound Freon for $38 on 3-30-17.  

DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU'RE A/C UNIT IS ON ROOF AS THEIR LADDER CANNOT REACH IT.  Went very badly.  When making appointment for first time, notified them that A/C unit was on roof and should come with ladder.  Turned up without ladder so had to reschedule.  Gave me one year free maintenance service contract as compensation.  Second time said ladder too short to reach roof; could have put another ladder on stairs but said was unsafe and I respect their right not to perform acts they consider unsafe.  Refunded thirty eight dollars paid but after four months I still have my A/C unit is still not serviced and offer of one free year maintenance voided.  The service person also wrote up a statement and had me sign it; in retrospect, I should have refused to sign it but I was in hurry and late for my doctor appointment so I signed it, which they will probably cite if they respond to this review.  I live in two story condo and A/C unit is on roof.  I have had it serviced before by COOL BREEZE twice on 4-7-17 and 5-25-17 and by INTELLIGENT DESIGN on 7-24-13; none of these companies had problems accessing A/C unit on roof and used ladders that reached roof so will stick with these companies in future.

Wonderful job installing my new Enviro water conditioning system. The crew we're great at their job and were professional. They took the amount of time needed to get the job completed and left the place clean and tidy. These guys should always be recommended for all things plumbing in Tucson. Four stars due to a simple delay in the initial date of install. Plumbers set a time to get it done on a Friday but had to reschedule due to another big job and slight weather. Otherwise, fantastic work.

Our heater unit was not working.  Strongbuilt came out and quickly diagnosed the problem.  Something needed to be reset due to a previous water leak.  They remedied the problem and things are back to normal.
I am very impressed with their savvy of HVAC units.  The entire process took less than 1/2 hour.  Kudos to the Strongbuilt team.  I might also mention that the two guys were very congenial and explained to me what the problem was and how they fixed it.

I hate writing a negative review and have given Strongbuilt 7 opportunities to respond but even after being promised they would call me back they haven't.   About 2 weeks ago I had my HVAC system serviced under my panda care contract, the technician noticed my room sensor for my Ecobe thermostat  was defective and I was told they would order me a new one under warranty and somebody would call me with a date I could expect it. Even after all the calls I've made to their office concerning this issue they still haven't responded to me. A few day ago I had an outage in the middle of the night and they promptly sent out a technician to repair the problem. I mentioned my concern about my sensor to him and he indicated he would put it in his report and someone would call, guess what, no call. this is not the type of service I would expect from a veteran owned business, afterall I'm retired from the Army and wouldn't treat my customers like this. My last call I made I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was out for the week.

So once upon a time a few years back we had central heating and cooling put in by StrongBuilt LLC . First there was a gas leak from where they shut off the gas. Oppps they di dnot shut it off all the way. Yeah not safe and we had headaches from it. Then our roof leaked where they put a hole in for the return. They said they fixed it.  Then the thermostat stopped working, they came back and fixed it. Then the roof leaked again. they came back to fix it. Then the rooms still were not heating or cooling after they came twice, then the roof leaked again, this time they were rude and said what do you want us to do come stand on your roof with a hose. Then some sort of fuse broke and they had to replace it, they told us it was because they use cheap ones.  Okay so today, 1-17-23  the roof leaked the fourth time....and again for the 4th time they fixed it. My roof never ever leaked till the cut a hole in my roof. FOUR times...I need to tell you please be careful when choosing a heating and cooling company this has been a nightmare for 3 long years. Please choose wisely I do not recomend them for heating cooling or plumbing. Please share we must protect our community and make sure consumers do not have to live this nightmare.

Recently had Strongbuilt out for service on our Hot Water heater. They were quick to respond to the request for quote and their quote was excellent. Great price - all inclusive including equipment, installation, and warranty. Lower than several other companies around town. They were able to do the install the following week. They texted the appointment information and service tech name and picture prior to the appointment. Great communication! Install team arrived on time and went right to work. They finished after a couple hours - no installation issues - everything looks and works great! Company also reached out to check on the service call after the fact. One of the best plumbing/ac companies we've ever dealt with. Went to the top of our list for future service needs.
