I've used Beyond Plumbing's services several times, over a period of years, at both my home and business.  Problems they took on ranged from slow sewer lines to new bathroom fixtures.  

Most recently, they replaced all the pipes above our water heater.  The plumbing there is complicated because space is limited and because we also have a solar water heater; we wanted to be able to use just the solar water heater, just the gas water heater, or the solar as a pre-heater to the gas.  These before and after pics  show the difference between the work of a more prominent local company (whose sticker is visible in the Before pic -- that company installed incompatible types of metal together, resulting in a serious corrosion problem).  The clean lines of the new work by Beyond Plumbing are in great contrast to the previous work.

Another company had told us that they'd need to knock out a wall to access the area and do the work.  Michael accessed it by simply uninstalling and then reinstalling the exhaust pipes from the furnace, which sits beside the water heater.

Great customer service and better pricing than the big box stores.  The staff is friendly and most important knowledgeable.  I have used PSI several times now and will continue to do so.  Most recently, I was shopping for a ball valve arrangement to replace the standard, restrictive gate valve on my water heater drain.  I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they stock a ball valve assembly designed just for what I was looking for.  The ball valve has female NPT on one side and a male hose connection on the other.  I normally don't get worked up over plumbing parts, but this setup got me excited!  I now have full, unrestricted flow out of my drain valve to remove the calcium deposits in my tank.  
I've also placed large volume orders of various PVC and non-standard parts from PSI.  They are diligent on placing special orders and even deliver the parts to the work site.

Christopher helped me out last minute, on a Saturday. He was friendly, did excellent work, made recommendations and best of all...charged a fair price. I will use and refer him in the future.

All right. I found this company through BBB but when the came to my house first, the coordinator schedule one time with me then did not put me on the books so when he was about 30 minutes late (he had scheduled to be at my house between 9am-11am, but at 11:30 I called and found they had me down for 1pm which was totally wrong. Then worker came out to do the work, gave me a flat rate which I liked but then when it came to the work of snaking my tub, fixing the toilet so it would flush and replacing the handle on the kitchen sink water sprayer he failed at almost all the jobs. The only thing he did right was run a snake down the tub. The toilet still won't flush correctly. He did not touch the kitchen sink but charged me anyways, and when I called to complain and have the work redone, they did not show up at all!!! My husband is a nice guy so he did not cancel the check though I was tempted to. But I want to warn everyone about these people. Don't hire them!!!!

My water fountain stopped working. I figured out it wasn't an electrical issue but I couldn't figure out how to detach the pump to see if it was clogged up. Bro Bros Plumbing came over the next morning to make an assessment. The tech played around with the device in the ground for maybe 30 seconds and got it working again. He then told me he wouldn't charge me because it was such a quick fix. Most other companies would've charged an exorbitant fee just for coming out. I would definitely recommend calling this company. It's hard finding honest and knowledgeable help in Tucson, and these guys are exactly that.

HOPE Animal Shelter in Marana sustained significant damage during a recent monsoon. Arco Plumbing sent a crew the next morning to repair a broken water line. Their services were provided at no charge.

This company is a joke - I called them to come out and give me an estimate on replacing a portion of the main water line since the previous owner had used them - they advised there would be a charge for the estimate of $75 but that would go towards the work - they came out and did the estimate but I was not home when they came out - I never got the estimate -I called into the office and they advised it was going to be $2k - I asked for them to email it over to me - never got it and called 2 additional times - nothing - I used another plumbing company which charged me $1200 - then after 1 month Curtis Plumbing sent me a late notice advising that I owed them $149 for the estimate -are you kidding me??  I called the office and spoke to Cindy and she said she would look into the issues and she would call me back the next day - its been a week and still no call back

Abacus Plumbing came out right away when I had a major water line break, and they were very professional in getting my problem fixed the best way possible. They even came back twice to be sure everything was perfect. My yard was restored to better than normal by the end of the day.

My irrigation system had calcium build up and water would leak. Even when I shut off the water the pipe would continue leaking. Billy, came and gave me a quote. He was very professional and replaced the whole unit within an hour. Highly recommend.

I had another plumbing issue today.  My wife had called roto rooter to come out and get an estimate.  After 5 minutes of diagnosing the issue, I was provided an estimate of $717.  I asked for a breakdown of the costs and was told the part was $180 and the rest represented 2.5 hours of labor.  I thanked them for the estimate and called Drain Masters.  They showed up and had my problem fixed for $270.  

Drain Masters has come through for me twice with very professional service and very reasonable prices.  Whether you call them first or not, make sure you give them a call to get an estimate.

Did NOT install item agreed upon,  overcharged,  forgot receipt,  promised to send receipt.
Our item requires a purchase receipt in order to obtain a warranty from the company.

I recommended him to my friends after he has done MANY jobs here at our house.

We've used Rillito Plumbing several times, and were initially pleased, but then they charged us $170 for a 15 minute task (installing a bath accessory that we supplied and could have done ourselves), informing us (after the fact) that there is a 2 hour minimum charge for labor.  Very disappointing.

Let's talk Wildcat Plumbing.... and why NOT to use this company!
2 1/2 years ago (fall of 2018) we purchased a 50 gal hot water heater as well as a circulation pump from Wildcat Plumbing and had them install them .... it was NOT cheap. (After further review with plumber and contractor friends we were told that we were (ripped off) for what we received for what we paid.)
Of late the circulating pump has not been working. We called Wildcat on a Thursday (2/18/21,) they came the following Tuesday (2/23/21.)The technician Angel was very polite. He looked at the unit for several minutes and said that it was all hooked up correctly and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Angel then spoke to the boss, (out of our hearing) took pictures of the front/back of the unit and told us the boss said it was not their problem as it's a mfg warranty item and besides they no longer sell/service the unit. The boss did however suggest that we purchased a $650 upgrade unit.
We requested to have the  boss call us so we could work together in getting the mfg involved to enact the 10 year warranty on this 2 1/2 year old circulating pump.  Angel wrote our request in the paperwork
As of this review we have NOT heard from the boss (or anyone from the company.) We have called, spoken to Ashley, left msgs., all to no avail.
Wildcat Plumbing has no intention of assisting us in any manner.  They have simply washed their hands of it.
They offered no suggestions as to what might be causing the pump's malfunction, they have not suggested any ...well let's try this or let's try that ... efforts.
We're thinking the pump has simply seized up and wanted a plumber to un-seize it but they didn't even offer to do that.
This Wildcat Plumbing company is a TERRIBLE customer service company. We feel that all they wanted was to push a new water heater and circulating pump onto us, get our money and then leave us as customers.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE,  TERRIBLE customer service because there HAS BEEN NONE and CONTINUES TO BE NONE.
The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself for not trying to assist prior customers in resolving their issues ESPECIALLY when it deals with something THEY  SOLD us!!!!
What would a phone call to us to render assistance with the manufacturer cost him?
We are Dissatisfied & Disappointed customers to say the least and STRONGLY suggest this company be avoided.

What a worthless company this is. I would give them no stars if I could for their horrible  communication and customer service. They were scheduled a week ago through my home warranty company for a repair on my hot water heater. A week later, and TWO NO SHOWS, I have asked the warranty company to reschedule some one else as I can no longer listen to Rising Rooters excuses. The woman that answers the phone, that is if you don't get voice mail, is totally inept at scheduling and communication. She even throws the technicians under the bus when she cant do her job! DONT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. There are better choices out there from companies that really care about their customers and business, unfortunately Rising Rooter has no clue how to do this. Horrible!

I bailed my neighbor out after Cummings showed up this morning and quoted $3000-$4000 to fix a leak near the main valve.
Not even if the entire pipe from the meter to the house had to be replaced should this repair cost $3000-$4000.
I had already heard that Cummings has shady business practices (i.e. quote high...REALLY high, get the customer to sign a contract, then discover that the repair was much smaller than originally thought. )
But you signed a contract, so that's what it costs. And good luck fighting that in court.
It's becoming well known that Cummings' plumbers work on commission, and it's also becoming well known that ethics is a very small part of their business.
This repair: $10 in parts and maybe 2 hours labor...including the parts run.
I dunno. In somebody's fantasy world, maybe that's worth $3000.
Not anyone I know, though.
You've been warned....by a lot of people, it seems, if you read their reviews.
JUST. DON'T.

I called them on a Sunday evening at 7:30 with a water leak in the external wall of the house.  They arrived within 45 minutes and did a professional job of solving the problem

I would not recommend this plumber because he failed to show up twice after agreeing to work. I paid him $1,000.00 to ensure he would follow up on his work earlier. But he does not. Not good.
