This was my first experience having a septic clean out and inspection. Unfortunately, two companies were unable to locate the septic tank on my property.  I remembered having previously contacting Fearless Contracting and speaking with Claudia. She was informative and very accommodating. We were able to get them to come out the same day! These guys are great! They explained their processes and reassured me they have never left a job unable to locate a septic tank. They utilized all of their resources and did not disappoint. The septic tank was located, cleaned out and inspected. I highly recommend this business! They have everything from a back hoe to transmitter, and other nifty devices to help them get the job completed. I wouldn't waste my time with any other septic company. Bill and his crew installed a new front entry door on my house. When I purchased the home, it had a poorly hung front door that didn't seal correctly. The strike plate had to be adjusted for the lock to even close! I put up with it for a year, probably going through miles of weatherstripping. After an unsatisfactory experience with a different repairman, I contacted Bill and Horton Remodeling Services.

He was very thorough in the initial call with explaining fee breakdowns, the likely cost, and listened to what I needed and even what I hoped to pay. Even though I paid more, it was worth it. I got what I paid for, as the saying goes. The door was done beautifully, and they cleaned up perfectly after the job was finished. They had to remove and replace a security door as well, so it wasn't a simple job! I was kept informed of the job progress with texts, and emails.

* This would be a five star review, but the door had a long scratch from the top almost to the doorknob when installed (the install was done while I was at work and unable to see/view the door). When I contacted them, they didn't offer any type of money off, and told me that was how they received the door from the company. Then they offered to quote me a price to paint the door to cover the scratch. I feel that contacting me when they picked up a scratched door to see if I was okay with it would have been better, and then perhaps negotiating a bit lower price for a damaged door instead of waiting for me to notice the damage and ask about it. I was disappointed about that part of the job and interaction.

UPDATED REVIEW: Bill contacted me and worked out a repair on the door. He was very kind and understanding about it. I appreciated his willingness to do so, and I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again in the future. They do excellent work, and Bill is great at communicating on costs, and concerns.

They were able to fix our shower issue, which turned out to be a bigger job than expected.

Highly recommend this company. I have had them out twice to check for leaks. They are not only on time, they are early (when does that ever happen with a contractor), professional, fast, knowledgeable and thorough. If you think you might have a plumbing leak, they have all the tools to do the job!

I've only lived in the area for 3 years but started using Twin Lake Air from the day we arrived and have been an EXTREMELY happy customer.  We've used them not only for routine maintenance but also for repair and installation and they excel at all of these things across the board.  Today's visit was just routine maintenance but it was a great experience.  My technician, Jose, was MORE than on time (which I liked), and he was professional, friendly, very helpful, and even took his shoes off, told me the analysis of each component, made sure to verify the air temperature coming out of the registers matches the temperature set at the thermostat (it did), he was just very thorough, pleasant and friendly.  I have not previously seen this particular technician before but I'm glad he's on staff now. Everyone else has been a pleasure to deal with as well.   They pick up the phone, they call you back if for some reason they're not able to handle the call at the time it comes in, they're just a great company to work with.

After contacting 4 plumbers to replace my hot water heater I selected Sampson. Their price and timeframe was the best. Sampson is very professional, did an excellent job, highly recommend.

I reached out to the Rancho Sahuarita FB community for a reputable plumber and Joe McPhee from McPhee Plumbing came up numerous times on the recommendations.

Left a message, and within 20 minutes got a call back. Scheduled a repair, and was completed ahead of schedule than previously scoped for. Additionally, Joe communicated some alternative points I should consider for preventative maintenance down the road as a home owner. I really appreciate a business that gets to the point, listens to the customer, executes the job and cares to leave a job site/issue with it being 100% correct.

I personally recommend Joe McPhee as a business for being expeditious and knowledgeable. Consider reaching out to McPheee Plumbing for your Sahuarita or Green Valley Plumbing needs.

We recently had a garbage disposal installed by Joey, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, Joey was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the installation process to us and gave us helpful tips to maintain the unit. He answered all of our questions with patience and expertise.

Once the installation began, Joey worked efficiently and carefully, making sure that everything was installed correctly and functioning properly before he left. He even took the time to clean up after himself.

Joey also did an adjustment on our toilet with the same professionalism.  

Overall, we were extremely impressed with Joey's professionalism and expertise. We would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services, and will be calling him again in the future if we need any additional work done. Thank you, Joey, for your excellent service!

Their 'services' nearly cost me $9,000-13,000-.
Glad I got a second opinion. The problem was disconnected wires, not the heating unit.

Ronnie did a great job with his service and punctuality!  His final price was also less than his estimate.  I feel like I found a plumbing service I can trust.  Thank you.

Horrible!!! Should you consider this company, please continue looking.  This business was hired to help my 85 year old mother; the repair work explained was not what this company performed.
