After a weekend without water and dreading a four-figure repair bill when my water line developed a leak, RDO was a welcome encounter. They were recommended by a co-worker and I'm really grateful for that recommendation.

RDO was there on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to explain it to me, and fixed the problem at a very fair price in a very timely fashion. I can't recommend these guys enough.

On Friday night I accidentally plugged my kitchen sink up with about a pound of uncooked lentils. The next morning I called around and finally settled on Bryant Plumbing. Robert quoted me a price that was over 100 dollars less than the other two companies I had called. Additionally, he arrived at my house within the hour! Robert was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, answering every plumbing question my father and I had. Robert took the sink trap apart (very mindful of not making a mess) and thoroughly cleaned it. After assembling it back together he made sure everything drained properly and addressed a few other plumbing issues we had. Robert did a wonderful job and we were extremely happy with his work. I highly recommend him.

They were quick, professional, and fairly priced.  I had a leak under my house from a rotted out pipe and needed a hole cut out of the floor in my closet to access and replace the pipe.  The job from start to finish was completed in about 3 hours.  John was super friendly and trustworthy.  I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

We had our hot water go out the same evening our Florida guests arrived......add to the mix I had scheduled oral surgery/implants, 3 teeth just yesterday. I called, left a message w/Appaloosa. My call was returned right away. Within 1 1/2 hrs Bob & son arrived, repaired and also reseated our recirculating pump on the new hot water heater...viola! Hot water!

We has an expensive faucet put in our kitchen which always seemed loose - loose to the point that sometimes water did not flow at all.  We have had other plumbers come to repair, however repairs did not seem to fix it.  Valentine plumbing not only fixed it, the cost to do so was amazingly reasonable!

Unfortunately I had to call Fusion plumbing twice in a week. However both times they responded quickly and got the clogged toilet taken care of. The second time I decided to change out the toilet because it was just too old. Kyle helped me both times and he was very easy to work with and professionals he was able to pick up a toilet for me and get it all sorted the same day, no one likes to have plumbing issues. Thanks Kyle!

I had a wonderful experience with Eli and Express plumbing. I live in California but recently closed on a 4-plex investment property in Tucson and one of the units revealed a water heater that was on its last leg. Within the first two weeks of owning the property, a tenant submitted a maintenance request stating there was no hot water so I know we needed a replacement.

I initially went to Yelp and submitted a request a quote (RAQ) and was shocked to find many highly rated brands were either too busy or wanted to over charge me by $700-1000 for something I know is really simply to pull out and replace. They would claim it's higher because it's time and half given I needed this done asap and I had inquired right before the weekend.

I then went to Home Depot online and saw the water heater I wanted was around $450-550 and hit the Inquire about At Home Installation button which I eventually just called the number. I was connected to a larger plumbing firm that also said they could get it done asap (the next day) but also wanted to overcharge. Out of options, I just booked them to come the next day. Sadly, I realized their reviews were very poor after I booked them.

Fast forward to Saturday morning, Eli messaged me back from my Yelp RAQ and offered to do it that day or the next for far less (but also more in the range of what I thought was fair for a 40 gallon electric water heater replacement). I called him immediately to confirm and was able to cancel my original home depot plumbing contractor appt. Eli was very professional and communicated with my tenants on his arrival and the whole process. He ended up bringing a slightly taller water heater and even went to get a medium sized one that fit in there (my tenants said he was back in 20 minutes). He texted me photos right when he finished (attached)

I strongly believe doing great/fair business results in great karma and I think Eli has good karma coming his way. Would highly recommend him if you want someone that's fast, easy to work with and won't leave you with the feeling of being price gauged. Thank you Eli and team!

We had a major water main line leak at our home. We called Zing Plumbing and couldn't be more happy with that decision. George and his technician came across as honest and very knowledgeable. They explained all the possibilities of repair and of course price of the job, this was a big undertaking at least thats what me and my wife thought but professionals made it look easy and the estimate was very very reasonable. Very happy with the job done and very happy with Zing Plumbing. I personally want to say Thank You Goerge

Brian was excellent. We ordered a new dishwasher from a big box store, and he was the contracted installer. Brian gave a courtesy call ahead of time, and showed up exactly when he said he would.

Our home warranty company wanted to send some sketchy installer to install a new built-in oven so we asked if we could find one on our own and if they would pay use and they said yes. So, my husband did some research and found MM installations--they have great reviews on Thumbtack, are accredited with the BBB who gave them an  A+, and they have a contractor's license--so far, so good. Plus they don't repair appliances--they just install them, so they're an expert in this area.
The reviews and BBB were spot on. Roberto the owner was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and called us before he came. He and a helper expertly removed our old built-in oven (haul-away is part of the service) and put the new one in so well it looks like it was custom built for our kitchen! We were worried at first because our original oven was so so old and we thought the new one (which was a different brand) woudn't fit but Roberto knows how to do any work or tweaks needed to make the unit fit correctly. We're so pleased with the work and the professionalism and would use him again!

We have used Naughton's several times both at our home and rental properties. We will continue to use them. They show up when they say they will. They do a great job. They clean up after they are done. They are also very respectful of your time.

The main water pipe broke and I contacted HomeServe USA to have my issue resolved. HomeServe by the way is awesome! There customer service is unparalleled! They texted me and said Presidio Plumbing would contact me to do the repair. This was late Friday night. Presidio called me Saturday morning and scheduled the repair for Saturday afternoon. Roy from Presidio came out and was so professional and courteous. The job was done in under an hour and he showed me the broken pipe that was replaced. Awesome! I would definitely recommend Presidio Plumbing.
