We can't say enough good things about this company.  We had a roof leak; Mikku and 2 other roofers came out and took a look. They all recommended full roof replacement (this is a cement tile pitched roof home that is 23 years old).  We agreed as the under-layment; some tiles; flashing; and battens all needed to be replaced. For the record...with a roof like this, old cement tiles if in good condition are stacked and re-used.  Mikku's bid was not the lowest but we felt we had chosen the correct company.  WE WERE RIGHT.  Once we were in the schedule, their team was at our home every day; on time; and worked late.  They cleaned up every day and maintained an orderly transition to the new roof. Debris was removed every few days and the post cleanup/touch-up was excellent.  The owner visited a number of times during the process and kept us updated.  We give them a 100% rating and highly recommend them as a first class, high quality company.

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. I called these guys for a quote on a roof repair and I was quoted $1100. The day the guy came to fix it he only charged me $475. Initially we thought we needed to replace some underpayment but it was just the flashing around my chimney that had separated. Brown Roofing replaced our roof after our house was damaged from a microburst in July. We had a lot of trouble getting our insurance money from the mortgage company to pay for the roof, but Dean was very understanding and helpful with the process. Once they got started, the total time replacing the roof was about 3 days where most of my neighbors took up to 5 days. Brown Roofing used a lot of guys and worked quickly and cleaned up right away. They made the whole process as painless as possible. After they were done we still had amore trouble with the bank releasing the money but again Dean was very understanding. I would recommend Brown Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.

The owner of this business, John, came by our residence the same day we requested a complete roof underlayment quote, even after a long day of working other jobs, and provided us with a quote that same evening. We were in need of an underlayment replacement as the recent monsoon storms revealed some pretty major leaks in several areas of our roof. Before John began our roof project, he answered all of our questions about the materials he used and why he used said materials, the length of time to complete the project, and he explained the reason why our roof was leaking. During the project, he kept us updated with the progress and pointed out some problem areas which arose as the project moved along. John's workers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves before leaving the job site for the day, which was essential as we have a curious and adventurous dog. After commencement of the project, John gave us a final tour of all the work that was completed and explained anything extra that him and his crew needed to do (no, he didn't charge extra, he stuck to his quote and made the fixes). In the end, we are very happy with our new roof. John and his team made this project stress-free and a painless and pleasant experience. They were very honest and a pleasure to work with. The Repair Guys did an excellent job on some roof tile & fascia work. Showed up on time, completed everything as expected, even fixed a few extra things they found. A true pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

I contacted a number of roofing companies in my area and actually had four quotes given to me for the repair work I needed to be done on my home.   Robert and Jacob came out gave me a detailed explanation as to how they would fix my tile and foam roof and gave me a very fair estimate. It wasn't the cheapest estimate but it was the most detailed and what I believe to be the best repair for me and for the people who are purchasing my home. I noticed a broken tile on my second story roof and didn't have a clue on how to proceed. I used Yelp and found a few recommended companies but I always select owner operated first. I called German Roofing first and a friendly voice greeted me. I told her what I found and she said she would have someone out the next day for a no cost estimate.
Sure enough they showed on time and hopped right up there. I was hoping they could do a simple repair or replace but the guy (who wound up being the owner) shoes me the felt underneath was dry rotted and he said it was probably 6 months old. He also said I had a total of 5 broken tiles which they showed me pictures of and on other spot also had dry rotted felt. And to top it off there were several cement caps busted.
He came down and explained the proper repair and said they would do all the repairs, replace the tiles and remove and replace all the cement caps for a very reasonable rate. And it would be done by the end of the week.
I accepted the offer without getting anymore quotes.
They showed up on time and finished in about an hour. Looks great!

MSW Contracting is awesome!  When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid.  From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company.  He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined.  While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW.  Additionally, his staff was amazing -  courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!
