We purchased a new home in Glendale, AZ and the roof was a mess, We called Multipro Roof out to quote and they were very reasonable. We worked with Charlie, he was great! They were efficient and protected our pool while working. Our roof was so bad we had to get this re-roofing done immediately or we would have insurance issues, they jumped right on it, what a lifesaver - I highly recommend this company to anyone!

A most excellent experience...
Our roof needed a major overhaul due to shoddy work by Circle G Roofing. Mikku was referred to us by a satisfied neighbor.
These men worked their fingers to the bone for three days to power-wash, repair, prep and foam seal our our roof.  Each morning they arrived promptly at 6am and worked through the afternoon with incredible diligence.  The roof is now leak free, properly graded, sleek and freshly sealed.
This level of competence is worth its weight in gold.

I give these guys 5 stars, and a huge thumbs up!

My wife and I have been Zonies for almost 20 years now.  At least two of the things we learned over those years were Arizona roofs are different and home contractors (in general) can't be trusted. It's sad to say, really, really sad,  but a quick search on tha AZ Contractors Registration Site will show you thousands upon thousands of unregistred and scamming contractors that have been caught in the act. And thats not to show you those that have yet to be uncovered.
So, with that consideration in mind, we did some research and found Arizona Roofing Systems to be highly recommended, licensed, and free of complaints.  And to top it off they are on The Home Depot list of 'suggested' roofing contractors in our part of the East Valley. That does not mean they work for the HD, or even use HD products; but they are referred by HD and HD keeps track of their record. A big plus!  Just like YELP!
So far, they answered the inquiry quickly, showed up for the estimate exactly on time looking and sounding like a professional contractor. Todd (the estimator) answered all the questions properly and (with a huge consideration for sticker shock on our part) gave a fair estimate and a logical starting time.
So, as a long ago retired east coast roofer myself (from an era when ladders were made of wood) and an avid YELPER........we will certainly keep you all posted on how the job goes. From estimated starting time to actual starting time to finish time,  helpers, cleanup and quality of work.  K?

..2nd report:  They were actually one week ahead of their promised arrival schedule. That was a big plus because we are getting the house painted on the inside and we wanted to repair the ceiling ( from a leak) before the painters came. And with Monsoons peaking around the San Tans it was double important. So here they are, the whole crew neat and very, very professional working in the blazing sun and baking heat. They did a beautiful job with all the edges and keys lining up and without too much booming and ruckus. Cleanup was perfect and bushes and grass all left in good shape.
Now, lets wait for a rain......

Jordon showed up ti give me a quote when he said he would. The crew  showed up they did my roof quickly. We had some really big storms right after that and I didn't see any evidence of leaking. Jordon was friendly and responsive and answered my questions. The roof looks really good. I feel like it was a good value.

I recently used The Repair Guys for some roofing repair to my house. I have dealt with roofers in the past and its been a so-so experience. I have to give these guys credit, they were reasonable, showed pictures of the areas that needed work and concise. Their people were extremely polite and they cam in, did the work and finished up and made sure the areas were clean and to our satisfaction. In a world where bad customer service and high prices are the norm, it's nice to find a reputable company that comes in and does what they say. keep of the good work guys.

I recently had my roof replaced in 2020 by a different company due to multiple water leaks. Earlier this year I noticed there were still leaks and asked for a warranty inspection/repair. The repair person arrived and claimed the leak was not coming from my roof, but from very small cracks in the wall. I sealed up the cracks and thought that was that.

Well, earlier this week, during a fairly mild rain storm, the leak returned and that's when I contacted First Response Roofing.

Geoff came out and did a VERY thorough investigation, and we determined that it was, in fact, the roof that was leaking. Geoff even isolated it to a specific section. He also provided pics and video of where the leak was most likely originating. I'm now in the process of getting a warranty repair from the original roofing company.

I've spent months trying to track down this pesky leak, and I'm very glad I contacted First Response. Geoff was very thorough and professional.

Alex came out promptly after I contacted them to view my damage and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, he maintained good communication. The crew was on site as scheduled, and did a very thorough job with the repairs, even proactively taking care of other issues they found.  I was very happy with the work they did and their professionalism and reliability. Awesome service! Ryan came out today to evaluate my roof after a recent monsoon storm. He was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance adjustment and claims process. He was friendly, personable and didn't utilize high pressure sales tactics like some those other companies. He climbed up on the roof, took some pictures and debriefed with me afterwards. Ultimately, his recommendation wasn't to replace the roof quite yet. That type of honesty and trustworthiness is rare these days. Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us.  We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Eric came out quickly and made a very thoughtful and thorough inspection.  He took time to explain it to all of us, as well as the two contractors.  I was beyond impressed by his patience and care.  He communicated clearly and helped us all understand the situation.  He communicated well with us from beginning to end; both in scheduling, inspection, and his thorough email.  This was most impressive.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. Wayne from Anthem Roofing is top notch. He is the owner and came out to do repairs on our roof here in Anthem. I called him and he came out the same day to assess my issue. He was on time, very professional and very honest. We scheduled the repairs which were very reasonable and he came out for the appointment on time. I will always use him for any of my future roofing needs. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and is very honest

Provided a rather timely and affordable quote. When inquired about synthetic underlayment, quick and simple response without further explanation. Plus no inspection of roof to provide an accurate quote. Overall the response time and quote price was excellent. Just felt a little lacking in personal touch to assure client makes best decision.

My wife booked Lyons Roofing to come first thing on a Friday morning so it wouldn't be too hot.  We were thinking about the worker and willing to get up early on a day off.  We received a confirmation e-mail earlier in the week.  

On Friday morning, I received a call from the worker stating he got tied up at his first job of the day and wouldn't be able to make it until later.  I said, No problem, I understand.  We'll be around all day so just let me know when you can make it.  Even though I had other things to do, I stayed at home waiting for the call back, which never came.  

That was one month ago today and we have never heard back from the company.  Still looking for a roofing company, but definitely would not recommend this one.  Warning: They were recommended on Angie's List, too!
