Well all the good things we read and heard about this company were true. They did an excellent job on our roof. They were here when they said they would be here. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The customer service and workmanship was excellent.

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

I was collecting bids on the roof for a new property I just purchased on 12/18/19 to replace the underlayment & fix a leak on an original roof since 1987.
Luis came on time & gave me his honest roof inspection report & explained in detail that it would be a waste of money just to fix only the leaked area. We chose L&R Roofing Solutions among 3 other companies. The estimate was fair. And since it was few days before new years, the work started on 01/06/20, Luis sent his crew with their Lead Victor & 3 other members, they were all professionals polite & cleaned everyday after themselves, work was done in 2 days. Victor and his team did an amazing job, even suggested that a side patio cover that was fixing to fall due to heavy Tiles and separation from the wall & cause injury to someone to be modified & built right with shingles instead of heavy tiles. End result was amazing. Victor matched the color of shingles with tiles color to avoid the HOA complain.
I would recommend L&R Roofing Solutions to Family & Friends & I will ask my realtor to post the company name on his website.
Over all I was comfortable dealing with Luis. He is a nice guy & always return the Text messages or phone calls right a way. There were no hidden fees, I just paid for one extra plywood sheet, 2X8 fascia & 1X4 Trim wood that was rotted from previous leaks.

Came out to take a look at a leak and told me what the issue was and how to fix on my own to save me some money.   Also used Copper West to fix broken tiles in the past on another property and they were the lowest cost we found.

We bought a house in November of last year and after some rain we saw two leaks. One in our living room corner and the other between the patio and the house in the backyard. I went up and put down some sealant in the patio to hold off the leak until I could find someone. I called The Repair Guys after searching all over for someone. Ryan came out, we went around the house and I explained what was happening. He went up, took pictures and went over everything with my wife and I. We went ahead with the work and both leaks over the living room and the patio had stopped. After some rain we started to see water in one of our windows, again we called Ryan. They came out to take a look and because it's coming down the inside of the walls, it's a hard thing to detect on a 2 story house. They did what they could but the leak is still there. NOW even though that leak is still there, I don't blame them at all for not finding it as I know it can be coming from one of the windows above that window as well. They took off the tiles on the roof and looked all over for the leak or signs of a leak but couldn't find it. I'm going to spend some time sealing up the windows myself and see if that helps because the only time the water comes in that 1st story window that is covered by the patio is when the rain is coming sideways and hitting the windows above. I did see a little water make it's way between the patio and house at a later time and called up Ryan, they were out right away, put down a very nice new almost plastic coating and the water hasn't been back since in the patio.

Anyway work that has been done, they have been exceptional, professional and courteous of my family and my time. We all knew the downstairs window was a long shot and going to be a tough find going into it and I wish they had a clear sign of where it was coming. If the water hits the roof, no water in the window, if it hits from the side I'll see water. Again, the roof is perfect, I'm sure it's either an issue with a window or a crack int he wall. No fault of Ryan's or his team at all.

If you need a good roof repair company, call them up. It won't be a waste of time or money.

It's hard to find a roofing company that can be trusted and honest and experienced, and although my repairs aren't serious, they helped me with the repairs right away, thank you very much Robert and Dorothy, whose efforts and attitude can hold me to their trust.

After getting a second leak after my HOA jokingly repaired my roof in 6 months, I knew it was time to get it done right. Alex came out on Monday and gave me a quote to clean, repair and apply the top coating to the roof of my townhome. His estimate was spot on what I was expecting after receiving quotes from two other companies and I appreciated his friendly attitude and promptness.  I was put on the schedule for Saturday that week and then notified they could do my job on Friday - awesome! His crew showed up and promptly went to work, putting mesh around my air conditioner to prevent the pigeons from nesting and reattached the plumbing for my a/c unit as well. I appreciated their ownership as they protected my interests and made sure my neighbor's a/c run off was routed away from my roof as well. I would recommend Alex and team for any roofing job!

Superior Roofing is amazing. These guys sealed up my roof and provided a complimentary estimate to re-roof my house immediately. The customer service was excellent, qui and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field.

Contacted them October 17 for a quote, responded back on October 18 saying they would contact me in 24 hours. October 20 messaged again saying no one had contacted me. They apologized and said someone would contact me that morning. Finally contacted me this afternoon,October 25, asking if I needed service. I told them no because I went with someone else. It shouldn't take a week to contact someone for a quote if you care about business. Apparently they don't. I'm most upset that they couldn't contact me at least to say they were busy or give me some excuse. Would never use.

Thanks for scheduling a time and never showing up! Waited around from 8-12 when they said they would show. When i called and asked if they were still coming out she said i will call you back. Never called back either. Bunch of wasted time. Save your breath and call someone else.

After a severe storm, I noticed shingles in my yard and called Tempel Roofing to inspect based on the favorable Yelp reviews. I had a positive experience from the beginning of the process to the completed job and cannot say enough good things about Nate who we worked with throughout the process. Nate was very professional and knowledgeable and I was confident moving forward each step along the way. After inspection of my roof, it was determined that the whole roof would need to be replaced. Nate walked me through the entire process of what to expect dealing with the insurance company and was my liaison making the process incredibly easy. Nate was very responsive and able to answer all of my questions.

The install went very smoothly and the crew did a great job and completed the project shortly after insurance approval. I coordinated with Yousef on the actual install who did a great job of communicating timeline of the job, delivery of materials, and clean up of the job site.

With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! I am highly recommending RHS Roofing.  They were very helpful when we selected our shingles and answered any questions we had the same day we asked.  The roofers showed up very early and worked all day until dark.  They finished the job the next morning.  They have the best guarantee of any of the companies I checked.  The roof looks really nice.

My experience with this company has been horrendous. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. To name some issues, tiles aren't in line, they placed the replacement tiles that are a complete different color where we have to see them rather than under the solar system, I needed an itemized bill for damage from our solar company that they are covering and everyone I spoke with about it said it was something I would get however when I didn't receive it, I asked to speak to a superior and was unfortunately connected to Shane. He wanted to do nothing but argue and raise his voice to me. When I asked repeatedly to speak with someone else to avoid the unprofessional conduct he told me over and over that he is the end of the line and it stops with him. At the end of the abusive call he stated he would have Scott send over what was already promised previously and hung up on me. No surprise after that encounter that I haven't received it and have been ghosted when trying to follow up.
