Best Roof Installation in Phoenix AZ
These guys are great!
Professional and easy to deal with!
Had issues with our previous roof from another company who did a really bad job!
Jeffrey one of the owners of Four Peaks totally understood our issue and was able to resolve it quickly with his crew!
Now my roof is in my opinion even better when the tile was first installed 20 years ago!
I am very happy with my decision to use Four Peaks and will always recommend them!

I thought I had a few shingles come off the roof as there were multiple shingles in my yard. With all the monsoons, everyone's roof is taking a beating. I called around and roofing companies were 4-6 weeks out. Which shows how busy it was.
But we keep getting monsoons and I was getting nervous that I would get a leak from missing shingles.
Multi-pro had great reviews on nextdoor app, so I decided to call. Chris just happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house within 10 minutes! What a relief!
It was hot but he went up to the roof and the good news for me (bad for the neighbor) was the missing shingles were my neighbor's in the back. Chris said my roof was perfect and well made. He didn't even charge me!
Very friendly, professional, and very honest. Someone could have told me I was missing shingles and I would have not know. I easily would have paid for someone to climb on the roof with this heat, but he didn't charge. Great company and service!

I had a quote that was considerably lower than theirs. After speaking to the Hardacker team I knew they would be the best choice. They did not dissapoint. The work was done well and quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done, and done right. Truly one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

Came out and gave a quote that was great. Seemed to know exactly what was needed. I got two other quotes that said the same thing. When he came out got the work done in a quick time. Looks great.

My wife and I have been Zonies for almost 20 years now. At least two of the things we learned over those years were Arizona roofs are different and home contractors (in general) can't be trusted. It's sad to say, really, really sad, but a quick search on tha AZ Contractors Registration Site will show you thousands upon thousands of unregistred and scamming contractors that have been caught in the act. And thats not to show you those that have yet to be uncovered.
So, with that consideration in mind, we did some research and found Arizona Roofing Systems to be highly recommended, licensed, and free of complaints. And to top it off they are on The Home Depot list of 'suggested' roofing contractors in our part of the East Valley. That does not mean they work for the HD, or even use HD products; but they are referred by HD and HD keeps track of their record. A big plus! Just like YELP!
So far, they answered the inquiry quickly, showed up for the estimate exactly on time looking and sounding like a professional contractor. Todd (the estimator) answered all the questions properly and (with a huge consideration for sticker shock on our part) gave a fair estimate and a logical starting time.
So, as a long ago retired east coast roofer myself (from an era when ladders were made of wood) and an avid YELPER........we will certainly keep you all posted on how the job goes. From estimated starting time to actual starting time to finish time, helpers, cleanup and quality of work. K?
So far..........we are impressed
..2nd report: They were actually one week ahead of their promised arrival schedule. That was a big plus because we are getting the house painted on the inside and we wanted to repair the ceiling ( from a leak) before the painters came. And with Monsoons peaking around the San Tans it was double important. So here they are, the whole crew neat and very, very professional working in the blazing sun and baking heat. They did a beautiful job with all the edges and keys lining up and without too much booming and ruckus. Cleanup was perfect and bushes and grass all left in good shape.
Now, lets wait for a rain......
Thank you A.R.S.

Over the past few years, more and more shingles have blown off my roof. Quite a few roofing companies have knocked on my door asking for my business, but my insurance had already told me there was only $600 worth of damage since it was only the outer edge shingles. Last June I got a letter from Doni Calvert saying that ProWest would work with my insurance company to get them to pay for a roof replacement. And he and his brother Doug did just that. When the day arrived for the work to be done, the roofers arrived before dawn, and had the entire job finished and cleaned up about the time the sun was setting. The roof looks great. Contact Doug Calvert (480-343-4653) if you want a nice-looking roof.

Happy Valentines Day! I went to the Master bath to get ready for bed that evening and heard a drip before I got there. Water was coming in from one of the canned lights in the ceiling. Great!
Got a hold of L&R Roofing Solutions via Yelp after I checked them out on various websites for licensing, complaints etc. All clean! And highly rated! Luis came over and we talked about a partial or full roof repair.
The difference between the partial and full was significant in a couple of ways. The partial was 10% of a full roof replacement cost. The partial carried a one-year workmanship warranty, the full roof, 10 years. Since our house is 23 years old we figured it was time to just do the whole roof and get the 10 year warranty.
The quote was approved and a deposit was made and we were told they were about 2 weeks out for scheduling. We were hoping it was shorter but no, it was 2 weeks as we were told. Only problem was that it was supposed to rain again and the ceiling was already showing some water damage. Oh, and my insurance company, no help, they only were going to cover slightly more than our deductible ($31). Not worth filing a claim.
With the next rain coming I reached out to Brooklyn via email to see if anything could be done temporarily until the full roof could be done. She let me know the next morning that she had assigned it to a technician the day before. By that morning it was already raining some. Then Victor showed up and took a look around, told us that it was coming from one of the valleys, not even what the insurance adjust claimed was where the leak was coming from. Victor and his partner even drove over to Lowe's or Home Depot 5 miles away to pick up a tarp and came back and covered the area. That saved my bacon (so to speak), no leak!!
So, Monday of the project came. We get up really early for work, and obviously so do they. Before I got out to my office the trailer, they told us would be dropped off was already in the drive. Then just before 6 AM trucks started arriving. There was a total of 12 guys and they got after it! All day, except for a well-earned lunch break, they went till sundown and a little while after to get the roof completely sealed in because guess what, more rain was coming on Tuesday? Yep, more rain. I tell you, watching out my office window and seeing all the debris in the front yard, and stuff scattered in the yard, by the time they left, the only thing still here was the full trailer. They stayed and cleaned it all up, even stuff out of the pool. Very impressed!
The next 2 days it was raining off and on, and they still showed up to work on the roof. On Tuesday they worked in the morning for about a half day, then they were back late morning on Wednesday but had to hang out in our covered porch area because it continued to rain. Once it let up, they were on it! That afternoon they finished the roof completely! And that included cleanup!
That means they completed the roof in essentially 2 days! That is amazing! I was expecting a week or so.
I asked Victor when he came to pick up the trailer later in the week and he said they have a number of crews and had a couple of crews working on ours to get it done. Works for me!
I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have already given Luis' number to some neighbors, so maybe we'll see their crews again.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Our first rain since we got our roof put on and it was such joy watching all that water runoff so clean with the new Flashing everywhere!!! LOL...I was so worried about the roof condition because of bad flashing until we had you do our roof! I woke up last night with our first rain since the re-roof...ran outside and looked at the water flashing of our roof with such amazement!! LOL...I am so happy and again wanted to thank you all for the great service, price, quality and peace of mind we now have when the rain comes! Merry Christmas Brown Roofing! Thanks!-Mike Bast

I hired John for several jobs on the house I am renovating. He quoted me a very reasonable price and the work was top quality. Only a few minor touchups were needed which he promptly took care of. He returned calls quickly, showed up when he said he would, and was always very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use his services again.

I can highly recommend the repair guys for roof repair. After recent rains my roof developed a leak in one location. I had two large local roofing companies come out. Basically, they won't do anything other than replace a very large section of my roof. Neither company made any attempt to actually diagnose the problem. I knew the repair was more localized based on what I could see from my attic space. I then called the repair guys. Wade came out and in 10 minutes found the leak - showed me pictures. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out 10 days later and they repaired about 90sq ft of roof at a fraction of the cost these other companies required. We had very heavy rains (3/12) shortly thereafter absolutely no leaks. From my standpoint they're the best!

I highly recommend Jason and Jared and state 48 roofing. The two of them and their team were knowledgeable, organized, and responsive. Jared was quick to get me a quote and detailed in explaining my options. Jason kept me looped in on where everything was at throughout the process and responsive when I reached out. I thought their pricing was reasonable and we were impressed with their work. If you need work done on your roof, definitely give them a call!!
