Best Roof Installation in Phoenix AZ

We needed help in preparing our roof for solar panels, and they did a great job of working with us to assess our situation (rehab of an existing tile roof with aging underlayment), recommended a course of action that worked very well, and addressed all of our concerns, while staying within our planned budget. They were great to work with and modified their plan as we progressed, in order to have the best possible outcome. The sales and management teams were very helpful, and the crews that did the work were all very responsive to our questions/suggestions. I read in one of the other reviews that they were impressed with the crew scanning for stray nails, and they did it on our job too. There were quite a few roofing nuances of which we were not aware, and they discussed them with us. Jason, Jeff, and Greg all visited the site during installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and within our expectations. Great job overall and highly recommended.

Kris, Patrick and the Multi-Pro team are as professional as they come.  They helped me out when I was in a bind after hiring a bad roofing company.  They were understanding to the situation and the time line the project needed to be completed by.  They kept me posted as to what needed to be done, what they were doing and how things were progressing. They fixed the other roofing companies mistakes and had my roof repairs and shingles completed in under two days.  I would most definitely recommend the Multi-Pro team.  If you are looking for a company with expertise, integrity and professionalism, this is the company you want to go with.  Lisa

Clyde, Bonnie and their tile team were great to work with. The communication was great and easy. The guys that replaced the underlayment are very hard workers and took their time to ensure we would not have future problems with our roof. They are not like the big roofing companies that will nickel and dime you they will help you out as much as they can. Highly recommend them!

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended.  That's how I found Mikku & Sons.  They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof.  I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame.  Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule.  They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

I searched through Yelp to find a roofing company to fix the leak in my roof.  Az Roofing systems was the first to reply.  I exchanged information with them and got a call from Mike Fuller.  It was a Friday, so he asked if we could schedule for the following week, which was fine with me.  After some miscommunication, Mike came out and went above and beyond what I expected from any company.  This is the type of company I wish I could always work with.  Their care and sincere concern for my problem were
very much appreciated, and NO LEAKS!

Prowest just completed a total foam roof replacement on my grandmothers house, and what a fantastic job they did. Kevin and Rusty were tremendous from start to finish, guiding me though the whole process, and taking great care of keeping me informed as the job went on. When they finished at the end of the day (1 day!) it didn't even look like anyone had been working on my house, EXCEPT for the beautiful, brand new white foam roof that was on top of the house! I would wholeheartedly recommend Prowest to anyone that is looking for a new roof or roof repairs. These guys are top notch.

L&R were absolutely wonderful to work with! They got us on their schedule to provide a quote ASAP, and we received the quote the same day. Their quote was very reasonable, and their entire team was prompt, responsive, and took time to answer all of our questions. We did a full tile roof removal and replacement with shingles, and they did an amazing job. They worked efficiently and got the job done quickly. We mentioned to them that we were struggling with roof rats, and they even went the extra mile to install mesh wiring at potential entry points. I would highly recommend using L&R for any roofing needs!

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

We just had our roof done. It was easy (for us). The owner gave us a reasonable all inclusive price. He promised and delivered a job well done, and did everything in a very timely matter. He believes in the materials that he uses and the professionals whom he hires. These guys were on our roof in 115 degree heat and did a fantastic job!!

I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get their house painted or roof repaired.  John Baker was professional, courteous and completely delivered on his promises.  The paint crew was excellent, the work is top notch.  He even inspected my roof for free and gave me great advice about it.  You will not be unhappy if you hire this company to do a job for you.  by the look of the rest of these reviews, I have to say I am not alone in my opinion.

Jordan came out the same day I called to provide an estimate. This property is a rental and I am out of town. He was able to give me a great quote and quick timeline to get the job done. While doing the job there was an additional section that needed to be fixed but he contacted me right away to inform me along with added cost. Response time was quick and Job was completed quickly as well. From Quote to repair being complete it was about a week. Thank You so much Jordan!

I hired The Repair Guys to resurface my entire flat roof after calling them to help with a leak. Ryan responded within a few hours of my call and came out the next day to repair my original leak in mid-February. No other company responded quickly, nor could come within 2 weeks, and some never called me back. Ryan and Gino took time to take pictures (LOTS!) and explain in detail to me what needed to be done.

After learning my roof needed some serious help (bought house less than 2 years prior) I looked for additional quotes. Again, responsiveness was poor from most companies. Only one other company actually took pictures so I could see what they thought needed to be done. Of those that offered quotes, no one knew what to do with the patch performed by The Repair Guys. One company wanted to rip it out, another wanted to paint over it with the standard cheap stuff most companies use. Pricing ranged from $5K to $27K with 3 to 10 year warranties.

I ultimately hired the Repair Guys even though their price was higher and knowing I had to wait about 6 weeks for them to start my job. Meanwhile another leak occurred on the opposite side of the house from the initial leak. The Repair guys came out almost immediately to fix it. Ultimately, the entire roof was done with some added work done to fix scuppers, trim intruding tree branches, and they even capped my dryer vent that the last vent cleaner left uncapped. Gino seemed to work tirelessly and clocked some very long days. I was always keep in the loop and the job was done early. They also worked around our Easter party plans, and even helped me set-up by moving some furniture. So nice!

Ryan and Gino are dedicated workers who could not be more responsive, polite and helpful. I never felt pressured and always felt they appreciated my business. With their product, I am trusting that I wont ever have to worry about my roof or interior repairs again, and I can transfer the warranty to the next home owner. Look no further for a superior roof experience!

I had a leak in roof above my garage and I called 3 roofing companies to come inspect and give me quotes. True to their name, First Response was the first to respond and had someone, Geoff, at my house within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and location. As it turned out, there was a small gap between the flashing and the roof that just needed a bead of caulk to seal it. Geoff went and got some seal, in a couple different colors to suit my preference, and then fixed the gap.  The best part, he did it FREE. He said they don't charge for service quotes and their minimum is $500 but that involves replacing tiles and whatnot. For something so small and easy to fix as my issue, he said he was happy to care of it at no charge. It's so nice to find an honest and reliable roofer and I'll be using First Response for all of my future roofing needs

I can't say enough about how great these guys were, they're thorough, efficient and particular about their work- true professionals. This is my second experience with Jason and State 48 Roofing, recently for my own roof and once for a client. Maybe most importantly, they showed up when they said they would and were finished exactly on schedule (in my experience, a rare quality in contractors of any kind). They cleaned everything up every day... I had no worries about nails or debris in the driveway or around the yard. I also noticed some surprising and thoughtful details after they were finished like diverters to redirect water away from patio grilling and other critical areas of the house. We had a leak in our ceiling on Christmas Eve! After getting a few quotes we confidently chose Advanced Quality Roofing. They were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We met with Robert and Trevor and they did a great job explaining things and even showed us pictures of what they found on our roof. We had our patio redone too - we knew that was going to need to be done soon! The crew that came to do everything was great as well. Jacob was so nice and informative. He answered every question I had (and I'm not afraid of asking dumb questions!). The group of guys he had with him were great too - always left things clean, did quality work and were also friendly! We highly, highly recommend Advanced Quality Roofing.

After getting a second leak after my HOA jokingly repaired my roof in 6 months, I knew it was time to get it done right. Alex came out on Monday and gave me a quote to clean, repair and apply the top coating to the roof of my townhome. His estimate was spot on what I was expecting after receiving quotes from two other companies and I appreciated his friendly attitude and promptness.  I was put on the schedule for Saturday that week and then notified they could do my job on Friday - awesome! His crew showed up and promptly went to work, putting mesh around my air conditioner to prevent the pigeons from nesting and reattached the plumbing for my a/c unit as well. I appreciated their ownership as they protected my interests and made sure my neighbor's a/c run off was routed away from my roof as well. I would recommend Alex and team for any roofing job!

Superior Roofing is amazing. These guys sealed up my roof and provided a complimentary estimate to re-roof my house immediately. The customer service was excellent, qui and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field.

Just got out roof done today. Did a nice job cleaning up ever night Good value, nice people, polite workers.

They showed up 5 days early without even a call or letting me know, then worked for about an hour and left. They sent me no pictures or explanation or what was replaced or repaired. When I called and left a message and emailed trying to get information on what they actually did; I was ignored on both fronts. What a way to spend 878 on a roof repair, total lack of professionalism, they just came out when they felt like; did what they felt like with no proof or explanation, and then ignored contact attempts.

Reagan and RJ are running an amazing team at Anderson Roofing.

They are fast, reliable, communicative, and pay the right attention to detail. They simply make the job go over quickly and to my fullest satisfaction.

RJ runs a tight timeline and makes sure that all the materials are there for his large crew to complete the job in a timely fashion because let us be honest nobody wants to have people pounding nails into your house for weeks on end.

It was incredible to see the direct comparison between us and a neighbor's roof that also got redone simultaneously by another company.

Anderson Roofing got materials delivered Tuesday and they completed the job in a day and a half on Thursday.

The neighbors material was delivered two weeks earlier, they started that Monday and had to come back again in the following week.

Also, the amount of time spent cleaning up Wednesday night made us feel that they were treating our home with respect.
Multiple sweeps with magnets, brooms, and blowers made an effort to leave the Jobsite acceptable for us and the neighbors.
