Best Roof Inspection in Phoenix AZ

I needed my roof replaced as it was getting old and starting to show signs of wear and tear. I had a few roofing companies come out and provide free estimates and Hardacker Roofing was the one of the most competitive that also provided a 10-year workmanship warranty. They came out the following week and went to work on replacing the roof. They did such a good job and I absolutely love my new roof. I had my house painted afterwards and the roof and paint job make it look like a brand new house. :)

Hands down, this is the most professional, caring, hard working company with which I've ever done business. If all companies operated in such a manner, the world would be a completely different place. The work surpassed the price 10 fold. I will recommend them to anyone.

Excellent from start to finish. I am 2500 miles away from my home in Arizona and Josh handled everything. Arizona roofing came in well under the estimate and put better materials on the roof then I had before the damage. I highly recommend them.

I had a sales rep knock on my door after a severe storm informing me of damage on my roof. I initiated an insurance claim in August and signed a contract with Prowest for the scope of work to cover the insurance items. I did inform them verbally that I also wanted to replace damaged fascia at the same time. I subsequently confirmed via text that they could replace damaged fascia. I had texted asking how we should proceed for identifying which fascia would be replaced but no response.

The roof rebuild happened on September 26. Some fascia was already getting replaced so assumed that any needed fascia was getting fixed and we would settle up on costs later. At the end of the build, there were several sections of fascia that were in horrible condition including one section of board obliterated by termite activity. When doing the final walk through, I was assured this was an easy fix and someone could come back out subsequently to fix. After not having any luck getting Prowest to commit to actually coming to repair the fascia, I solicited quotes from multiple other roofing companies to fix the fascia. When I told them the roof was two weeks old, the roofers appeared baffled and less than interested to engage in something like this (I don't blame them). The contractors explained that this fix was much more invasive and involved than I had been led to believe originally during the final walk through. I was also advised that another contractor doing this work would likely void my roof warranty.

Needless to say, after soliciting quotes from
four other roofing companies, none were willing to engage given how new the roof was and the consensus and advice from them was to have Prowest make this right.

I have subsequently tried working with the sales rep. He did get me under contract and I made a 50% deposit on the project (payment made on 10/25). However, I am now told that it could be a LONG time until they can schedule this repair.

I am doing an entire home remodel and the painters have been on standby for weeks waiting for this to be resolved. I fear I will have to now paint the house with horrible looking fascia until I can get this repair done, then re-hire painters to come back out.

I am giving one extra star as the sales rep has been very responsive even amid this issue, but doing business overall with this company has been a huge headache given the fascia issue that they are not making right.

I was collecting bids on the roof for a new property I just purchased on 12/18/19 to replace the underlayment & fix a leak on an original roof since 1987.
Luis came on time & gave me his honest roof inspection report & explained in detail that it would be a waste of money just to fix only the leaked area. We chose L&R Roofing Solutions among 3 other companies. The estimate was fair. And since it was few days before new years, the work started on 01/06/20, Luis sent his crew with their Lead Victor & 3 other members, they were all professionals polite & cleaned everyday after themselves, work was done in 2 days. Victor and his team did an amazing job, even suggested that a side patio cover that was fixing to fall due to heavy Tiles and separation from the wall & cause injury to someone to be modified & built right with shingles instead of heavy tiles. End result was amazing. Victor matched the color of shingles with tiles color to avoid the HOA complain.
I would recommend L&R Roofing Solutions to Family & Friends & I will ask my realtor to post the company name on his website.
Over all I was comfortable dealing with Luis. He is a nice guy & always return the Text messages or phone calls right a way. There were no hidden fees, I just paid for one extra plywood sheet, 2X8 fascia & 1X4 Trim wood that was rotted from previous leaks.

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

The owner of the company came and spoke with me. Everyone was extremely polite and they did an amazing job. My house looks amazing and they also cleaned everything up. I will call them whenever I need any painting done.

Review for roofing: I decided to go with a different company due to the minor nature of the work I needed done and price. However I really liked this company, they were helpful, I believe honest, and very responsive/good communication. The man that came to my home and did a very thorough inspection and the people I spoke with on the phone were great.  If I ever need a bigger job I will call them again.

We had first response complete an overhaul of our large patio awning that was leaking and they did an excellent job! The quote process was efficient, clear and multiple options for repair/replacement were provided. The team was prompt and quick with their work and everything was explained me to both before and after the job was done. The price was excellent, a very low pressure, no nonsense process that was welcomed. We will be using first response for any roofing needs moving forward!

Alex came out promptly after I contacted them to view my damage and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, he maintained good communication. The crew was on site as scheduled, and did a very thorough job with the repairs, even proactively taking care of other issues they found.  I was very happy with the work they did and their professionalism and reliability. Shane has been taking care of my roof for over 7 years. Unlike other roofers, he has repaired the leaks rather than trying to sell me a new roof I don't need. In every case, he responded to my calls promptly, arrived on time and completed the repairs during his initial inspection, always at a very fair price. He even stopped a problem with woodpeckers banging on my metal roof protrusions at 5am.
After 18 years, a portion of the roof needed replaced. As always, he arrived as promised and completed the replacement the NEXT DAY! I give Shane and The Roofing Company my highest recommendation.

Anderson roofing did a great job. They were the only company to respond on a weekend when it was hard to find a contractor. They were professional and reasonably priced when we had a roofing vent that had broken off and needed repair. Great experience and would call them again in the future!

Awesome service! Ryan came out today to evaluate my roof after a recent monsoon storm. He was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance adjustment and claims process. He was friendly, personable and didn't utilize high pressure sales tactics like some those other companies. He climbed up on the roof, took some pictures and debriefed with me afterwards. Ultimately, his recommendation wasn't to replace the roof quite yet. That type of honesty and trustworthiness is rare these days. Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!
