Jason from the start to the finish was friendly and keep us informed the entire time.  Our roof was so old and damaged they had to rebuild it. We love the quality of work. Only one guy could barely speak english. Had to supervise from start to finish. Contract was to tear off old shingles and replace.
They only tore off to tar paper and instead of pulling out old staples, even loose staples in with one leg. they hammered them down. Didn't know how to properly replace rotted 1 1/2 drip edge board straight.
I to instruct them how to install tar paper according to mfg. instructions on the shingle package. Had to furnish roof flashing because they had wrong size, and show them how cut flash to properly seal around vent pipes.
Six month later had exposed nails pushing thru shingles that were not hammered in properly.

Excellent work.  Mike G. showed up on time and replaced broken tiles and even corrected prior repairs that were made.  Very polite and did a great job.  Will definitely use again.

I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

One of the best roofing companies I've ever worked with! It is very refreshing to have a company actually pick up their phone and answer versus leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. I needed a roof estimate (patio roof area in particular) for home located in Mesa.  My client was under a time crunch and AZ Roofing was able to fit me in their schedule quickly able to take a look at the home and assess its condition. A very thorough inspection was done and common sense approach was taken (ran a hose on the roof to determine if any leaks were active or inactive leaks with old water stains). With their professional help and guidance with regard to the condition of the roof, we were able to move forward with the home purchase and know that any future roofing need (we'll soon need a new patio roof as they don't last long) in good hands with  no other company but AZ Roofing. I called these guys for a quote on a roof repair and I was quoted $1100. The day the guy came to fix it he only charged me $475. Initially we thought we needed to replace some underpayment but it was just the flashing around my chimney that had separated. I appreciate the honesty of these guys because quite honestly I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you Prowest for a job well done. Several rain storms later and the leak is. I chose Copper West to replace my underlayment after getting 4 different quotes. Their quote was competitive, and they offered a few more options than others. One option was an insulating radiant underlayment that is supposed to save on cooling costs and keep the garage cooler, which is what I went with. Job was done quickly and on-time, and they were always very responsive. Can't ask for more than that.

I grew up around construction and am used to the expected runaround you get when you're getting quotes and estimates from contractors. When I first talked to Ryan, I assumed he was a phone person because he was so nice and responsive. Little did I know he was the owner of the company! He came out and gave me an honest bid, in fact they gave several options and after talking with them I went with the option I felt was the best for my situation. They came out and worked on my roof, fixing the issues and even going above and beyond what I expected. I have to say, the materials they use , aka their membrane material, looks brand new after two years and I expect to last 2-3 times longer than the typical elastomeric material most roofers use.

Ryan and his crew exemplify what it means to have great customer service, quick response and a company that 100% stands by their work and personnel. I had questions a year and a half later and Ryan called me back and personally answered my questions. You would be doing yourself a huge disservice if you do not call them first.

Really happy with my decision to go with first response roofing for my partial roof replacement. I received quite a few quotes for the job and was initially very impressed with the time spent on my roof assessing not only what was causing my leak but also the entire health of the roof. There were several other companies that didn't even look and just talked to me at the front door about their recommendations. First Response gave me many options and felt 0 pressure to choose a particular one - I felt as if I was just given the knowledge to make the right decision for me. Price was right in the middle of the quotes I got for the work performed. Kudos to Jake for the quote process, that's what sold me honestly. The work itself was of  high quality, efficient and they did a good job cleaning up after. Highly recommend this company and will 100% use them for any future needs!

My new roof is completed. Quick response to my initial inquiry for a quote. Prices are competitive with good quality work and absolutely the nicest friendliest people ever. Some miscommunication issues but company was fast and friendly to resolve them. Overall a positive experience. Good work, good prices, good people.

Twelve yrs ago, I called and Shane came out.  I was impressed at how honest and straight forward he was. No sales pitch.  No pressure or fear tactics.  Got a new roof.  Now, twelve yrs later- a leak.  He was the first person I called, due to both his knowledge and integrity.  He came out promptly.  Seems the A/C company tore thru the underlining.  Within days, the repair was made.  Findings were explained and properly corrected.
