I was referred to contact this company by my property manager. I had a termite issue for rental property that I owned. Spoke with Steve,  who was very helpful in answering all of my questions and finding the best solution to help in my case. They were able to treat the termites without having relocate my tenants which saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Steve and their quality of work.

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

David was great. Very knowledgeable, did a great job, gave excellent feedback, and got the job done. Would highly suggest to anyone with a scorpion problem.

Well I have used them for years and been pleased. But trying to cut budget. I started looking into other options and found out new homes pay $31 less every other month then I do. Called them and they said they would cut my charge by $5.  Needless to say I canceled them.  Guess being faithful customer Doesn't mean anything in todays world. No way I will pay more than my neighbor for same treatment same system.

I had bugs coming into the house after the Monsoon rain! They came and killed all the buGs! Yay!!

Sabra herself answered my phone call.  Questions were answered and we were immediately put me on her schedule.
On the day of treatment, she arrived in a timely fashion, offered a warm greeting, and immediately took to surveying property and building to determine if there was any damage followed by the most ideal application.
An initial treatment complete and she explained that I should anticipate a followup in a month to see if the issue has been resolved, or if we need to take further action.
She answered all of my questions, making me feel more at ease.

I would highly recommend Garry Young and 911 Pest Defense.  Both Garry and Omar go above and beyond what is expected from a Pest Control Company.  Their rates are affordable and the service is top notch.  They are honest and dependable.  I have referred them to many friends who have also been happy with the service.

SJM was recommended to us shortly after we moved to Arizona and started seeing the dreaded scorpions. While scorpions may be difficult to combat, Sam is extremely diligent in working to address the problem. He also does a yearly termite inspection to assure your home is free from costly termite issues. His wife, Leona, is always willing to address questions and concerns and is highly accommodating when scheduling appointments. They treat you more like family than customers. I highly recommend SJM to address exterminating needs.

They sent 2 people to the house to spray insecticide for the entire front, side and backyard and they sprayed less then half of the property. I stood and watched from the front bedroom window and the back bedroom window that have screens on them that prevent anyone from seeing in and I observed from the time they walked into the yard and when they left the yard. They got in their vehicle to leave and asked if they were finished, of course they said yes, I told them I was watching the entire time and they did not finish. They went again to the backyard and again missed the same area, I confronted them again and their response was do you have cameras up to prove we didn't do it. So of course I do not recommend this company, if you do use them walk the entire property with then as they work. Pathetic!

This company is great. I love that there's no contract. They are always on time and flexible if I need to change dates. Ever person I've spoke to over the phone or text is friendly. Haley and Keaton are awesome. I haven't seen scorpions in a long time and when I do it's either dead or about to die (I have a huge fear of them) I recommend Responsible Pest 110%

I would like to take this moment and put my gratitude of appreciation to Shane B. He came to our home & talked to me & sat with me - went and looked around our home for problems (critter) & He fixed my garage doors with rubber door sealer & checked all my doors for possible insect entry. He also treated our home for some termites & explained the procedure to me given me all the literature on the product that they were going to use & showed me the area's of our home that would be treated. He did all this for a very reasonable price & then the yearly insurance for termites is $134 a year. I will keep using AZ Best Choice Pest & Termite Services.
I had several estimates for the Termite Issue & the other 3 company's - I will say failed there duty or reached my expectation on the presentation of the Termite issue.

I contacted this business with a pest control question and request for service. The individual who took my call told me their pest control specialist would cal me back. I am still waiting to hear from that specialist, 3 days later. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Alex texted me the time he was coming and he was on time.  I had texted him back requesting he ring my door bell when he arrived so I could show him something of concern to me.  He took the time to answer my questions/concerns, which put me at ease.   We also reviewed my spraying instructions, for this visit as that day I had a vendor working at my home and some doors had to remain open.  I hope we can keep Alex as our regular tech.

I have used this place for almost 10 years!! We used to have a wood deck when we moved in it seemed to be a good hiding place for creatures of all sorts. We have called them for many thing's gecko's, hornets, termites  you name it everything but scorpions hehe. I am sure this place has gotten busier with all the development around here but I still make them send out my original pest guy, his name is John. They have tried sending others out and I haven't liked any. They dont mind sending him out and if he ever retired I'm not so sure what I'd do! I am not sure you can have that kind of relationship w/ your Pest Control people but the office girls are really nice too. If you have any probs w/in the 30 days they will come out again at no charge. They also have some organic spray you can ask for.

We needed an exterminator to show up when they said they would... There were too many times when they said they would be at our house, and they weren't. It was quite frustrating. So I tried to cancel. There was a misunderstanding and they keep saying they've come out, but we're never home. Which is something I never agreed too. If you are going to provide a service, then I need to be there. Bottom line we are being charged for nothing. Go with green home pest control. Customer service is WAY better and they come out when they say they will!

Not impressed at all. Called the number on the website due to it being Easter Sunday and were one of few open around 5:30pm which I can appreciate. Spoke to someone who didn't identify himself and told me the price would be between $150 and $200. When the tech arrived, he immediately got out of truck, quickly looked to the problem just says well this is going to be $250, I can already tell, and failed to provide an explanation at first. There was no hive like one sees in trees or plants, etc. they were just around the fascia board in a small area. He sprayed for a few minutes in two areas, got off ladder and came back and goes you are all set. He also told me there was honey in the wall, that is what is attracting them, and that he has been doing it for 6 years and he just knows and that it will continue to happen. Again I asked why it was higher than was quoted on the phone, and was provided no further explanation. He then said that I am not eligible for a guarantee/warranty due to the honey. Said they will keep coming back, and that if I want his company to do the repair work needed, it was minimum $1500, and they wouldn't be responsible for any home damage or repairs to the house nor the repairs to fix the house and that would be out of pocket additional with another company. He then told me to save money to start cutting into my own drywall to help locate the problem before calling for the removal as we couldn't exactly pin point the problem on which wall it was. I would recommend go elsewhere. I get it that it was Easter Sunday and I can appreciate the prompt response, but $250 for being out there for less than 25 minutes, and not even honoring the price quote on the phone is wrong. How could you provide such limited service, yet charge more than what you said over phone, and also not give any warranty when you didn't even have to remove a hive.

And to further the negative experience, I don't appreciate a direct phone call with an aggressive tone, using profanity and calling me a liar multiple times two days later based on my yelp review. Telling me I wrote a sh***y review. I have every right to voice my experience.  That is now how you handle business. Clearly other reviews share similar thoughts as I do, and after speaking to multiple companies since, they all apologized that I went through Mtn. View, and one even hit the nail on the head and knew it was your company directly based on description of what I said to them. What does that tell you? Tech told me to not call them again when the problem re-occurs. This is not an exaggeration. Not a way I would do business. You don't get satisfied customers when you act that way, and I should have looked first to notice your current F rating on BBB. DO NOT CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN AND IF YOU DO I WILL REPORT IT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL AS THE MARICOPA COUNTY GOVERNING BOARD FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES.
