We have used Nusense pest control for the past 7 months. They did a very thorough treatment prior to us moving into our home. I have not had a single living bug inside my home. I am very thankful, especially living near homes that have scorpions and black widows. My family does not have respiratory problems after treatments like they have from other companies' treatments. The owner, Brian, provides above and beyond customer service. Great prices. Great communication. I couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend 520 Termite! We were getting floor installed and termites were found so I called several companies and 520 was the best and responded very quickly. We had a very tight timeline and Mike worked very late into the evening so the floor work could continue the next day. He was extremely reliable and efficient. I had a problem with roof rats. They came around blocked all the holes they could find with wire mesh and set bait traps around the house - plus they gave me plenty of advice.

Roof rats have gone from the house and they have been very reliable on their monthly visits.

Ruslin texted me and notified me they would be here in 15 minutes. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and efficient. My dog didn't even bark at them! We paid the $395 we were quoted over the phone. Ruslin and Bobby explained everything in detail and we're 100% satisfied. We were given a 5 year warranty as well. They did the treatment 5 days after my initial call.
Prior to all this we had Truly Nolen out, got a $1,300 quote with a $200 per year warranty. They couldn't do the treatment for a month.

Goldshot Exterminating provided a great service at our house. They arrived right on time, and took the time to walk around the property with me to make sure they understood the trouble areas we were having. They even inquired about other pests that I might not have been aware of because of their knowledge of the neighborhood and the troubles that other houses have had. I was battling rats in my attic since we bought this house, almost 2 years ago. Arcadia is roof rat central in Phoenix, so I was about accept our cohabitants forever. After an unsuccessful attempt from those guys that drive the mouse car (you know who you are), I finally called Critter Ridder. After 10 minutes of the free inspection, they knew what the problem was. The 'other guys' quoted me $1200 with NO guaranty, but Critter Ridder fixed my attic rat problem with one visit, for $200. If you have roof rats in Phoenix, don't call anyone but Critter Ridder.

I have found the Beekeeper on Yelp and have used them twice. The first time I had a hole in a brick building and the bee's created a huge bee hive and they pulled out 50 pounds of honeycomb.

The second time was just a few weeks ago and I found bee's in a water meter hole. I called Beekeeper's and was surprised that someone was available and came out the same day. I was not at the location but they called me and I was able to tell them the location of the bee's. They took are of it very quickly.

Beekeeper's called me a week later for the invoice and got this all taken care of. Very convenient.

The Beekeeper is very professional and has taken care of all my bee hive problems. If you have a bee hive issue, give them a call. They are my go to bee hive removal company and will for sure use them again

Professional, kind, and resourceful. That's how I'd explain the character of the exterminator who assisted me with a job that my 'full-service', state-wide extermination company would not do: remove an inactive wasp's nest.

The company I'm contracted with at $428 annually have a team of exterminators that are apparently so precious they are unable to climb a ladder. So, if a bug is on the home's fascia they pass you to a 'sister company'. In this case that sister company wanted to charge me $290 (on top of my annual fee) to remove the nest.

I was furious, and decided to look for a licensed exterminator who was local. Maricopa Bug Busters LLC came out that very same day, took a look, grabbed a ladder, and with the agility of a spider the exterminator popped onto my roof and removed the nest. It was all of 10 minutes, and I'm too embarrassed to say how little I was charged - let's say it was free.

Not only that, Maricopa Bug Busters LLC is a full-service extermination company and they would cost me $100 less annually than the unethical louses I'm with now.

Lesson learned: contract ends, goodbye cheats and hello Maricopa Bug Busters LLC!

We have used them for over 9 years and are completely satisfied with their service. They are family-owned and are friendly in their dealings with us.  They respond positively to all our concerns.  They are very reasonably priced.

Joe was fantastic.  We had a squirrel get in our house.  Joe tracked him down and got him out safely.  We are so grateful as he was trashing the house!  We definitely recommend him.

We have called and left several messages for other pest companies to come and spray our home, but no response from any of them. We found a flyer from EcoGuard on our door and immediately had someone on the other end of the line. We are so happy with our service. The technician was on time, explained everything, and was very polite. The best part is Porter Solomon (the technician) who sprayed our home wore shoe covers before coming in our home. I would recommend this company, they know customer service and how to keep creepy crawlers away.

Sooo thankful for this company and how quickly I was able to see results! We have been remodeling our home and stirred up all kinds of horrifying creatures that I never wanted to see! Needed termite treatment, called Steve and he rearranged his schedule to make it happen quickly.  Looks like the job was done right and it was 25% cheaper than my previous bid which saved me hundreds.  I recommend.

Recently had Cummings pest control out to the house. I started noticing unwanted visitors mainly large cockroaches that decided to take residence in my home. I was less than please with their visit. I called Cummings and they had a tech out right away.

Josh was absolutely great. He was extremely polite and very informative. I was concerned that the product would have negative effects on my dog. Josh educated me that the products used were safe and very effective.

I would highly recommend using this company for any pest control.

Like some other reviewers, We bought our house in 2017 that came with a 5 year warranty. The initial termite treatment was done in 2016 and I found tubes coming from the ceiling in late 2017. We called them numerous times, left voice mails and sent emails, NO REPLY. After we tried a few weeks, they finally sent a guy to check our house and did some very basic treatment and left.
The termites came back again this year, and another full treatment is needed. We are still in the 5 year warranty but cannot get hold of them.

I noticed some termite tubes coming from my ceiling and so I called Preventive on a Friday morning, and was told an inspector would come out the next week. When I gave them my address, I was told they had an Inspector who lived not far from me and a few hours later, he was at my house. He was polite, explained to me the process they use (Termidor Injection), gave me a quote that I was comfortable with, and so I booked them. The very next day, on Saturday, several of their employees came out and prepped the house. They were polite, professional, and patient with me as I asked numerous questions. Within a few hours the work was done, they cleaned up after themselves, and while this was just last week and it takes 90 days for Termidor to eradicate termites, I obviously don't know how effective it was yet, but given that the work is warrantied , I'm confident.

In addition to using the injection system, they also drilled into the concrete pad on one side of my house, and did spot treatment with foam inside of my house where needed. I highly recommend them.
