Difficult to even leave one star. I have given this company the benefit of the doubt for over two years. I have to track him down to make an appointment and he never shows up on time. Three-month weed control lasts about six weeks at best.

Started using this company for monthly pest control at my house based on a recommendation from a friend. And I'm glad I did so. They are reasonably priced, reliable and very friendly.  Happy to be able to support a local company versus one of these larger pest control companies.

I have been with the owner since he founded the company,  and I will never use anyone else. Patrick is thorough, thoughtful, informative, and just a nice overall guy. He is also exceptionally responsive to urgent issues. We had roof rats when we moved into our new home, and Patrick was out every day for a week, catching them and removing them. When we hosted a wedding in our backyard, Patrick made sure to schedule our service at a time that would minimize the ants that inundate our large property every spring, thereby maximizing our guests' comfort. He always takes the time to make suggestions and answer questions about preventative measures and causation.

Everlong is a small business, and I'm proud to support local businesses. I've had other door-to-door pest control salespeople from large companies offer me free this and free that, trying to pry my business away from Everlong, but I've never even considered their offers. Patrick's great service is well worth my loyalty as a customer.

I called Jason on Thursday.  He came on Friday (on time).  He quickly assessed my wasp nest situation and got rid of it.  The whole thing took 30 minutes and he charged exactly what he said he would on the phone.  Great service.  Great value.  A real pro with a great local business.  I HIGHLY recommend A Bee & Pest Pro.

Mike was fantastic.  I had contacted a top rated bee removal service that I found on Yelp.  The individual cancelled on me at the time he was supposed to arrive.  I found Mike on Angie's List.  He answered my call, set up an appointment that same day and arrived on time.  Mike's fee was extremely reasonable and he eliminated the Africanized bees.  I was so relieved.  THANK YOU Mike

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. If you're looking for an honest and dependable pest control service then look no further! Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

The Motivator is a great guy. Hard working knowledgeable and very personable. He takes his work seriously but is kind and generous sharing his expertise and information.

After my youngest son was stung I called Steve and he came out same day I called... and did a night time extraction of the scorpions in the house.  He gave both my boys black lights and let them go hunting with him.  He was very thorough and we feel 100% better about the scorpion issue inside! I would recommend him to anyone with an issue of any pest!

I highly recommend Ozone Pest Control!  They are professional, show up on time, and get the job done. If you have questions they will take the time to answer them. 1500 dollars almost a year later and zero results.

I started this process on 3/1/20 and I am in no better position with respect to the rodent issue.

I had called another company prior to truly nolen who told me that rodents in the walls can be more difficult to treat and they weren't sure if they were the best fit.

I called truly nolen because they drive a car that's shaped like a mouse so I figure that's their thing right?

Told them:
1) I have never seen them I just hear them running in the walls, scratching, chewing, and sometimes squeaking.
2) I have a citrus tree that has chewed up fruits all over it.

The guy was like: yeah we can help. We'll seal up the entry points, they'll die off and you'll be good. It'll be 1,500 and this will also prevent future infestations.

Sweet I thought, and I paid. They came and did the work. 2 weeks later I called and said I still hear it. They came out and told me I'll double check the work and it usually takes a while for them to die off.

Now it's a month later and I tell them I still hear them. They come out and bring some head honcho type dude. He says: work is great what you're hearing is lizards...... no evidence of lizards and I didn't know lizards made chewing sounds and occasionally squeaked and ate citrus fruit but ok. They said they'd follow up and didn't.

So now 5 months later I write a long letter stating:

You came back to see my place and told me in essence that you'd be back out to do a few things like patch up an entry point.

You also said that you thought the noises I was hearing in my ceiling were lizards.

I have not heard from you since that visit, there were no entry points closed and there were no traps given or checked like you said you'd do.

I highly doubt there are lizards - I have heard them squeek.

Also the grapefruit tree had poop on it, that didn't look lizard sized.

At this point I will say I am pretty dissatisfied, I paid 1500 bucks for you to plug holes but the problem of lizard/mice/rats running around inside my walls has never stopped since your treatment began.

Would like to know what the next steps are.

This resulted in them sending a guy out to lay traps down and they said they'd check them. They came out and did who knows what a couple more times.

Still have the same scratching and clawing that I've had. It was really notable in December and I reached out through their portal, they set up an appointment time and I said wouldn't be home at that time and that was it. Haven't heard from them since.

The key issues:
1) literally nothing changed
2) It cost 1500 dollars
3) If the rodents die off when you seal the entry points and they're still around that means you didn't do your job.
4) Bad communication
5) I sought a refund in August and the request completely went ignored.
6) insulting my intelligence by suggesting my problem was lizards when I have citrus fruit with holes in it and have obvious biting and squeaking in my walls.

This was something I didn't want to do because the techs seem like nice enough dudes but the service and the effectiveness of treatment was absolutely atrocious and I can't say I'm remotely satisfied or that I'd ever recommend them. Truth is I feel scammed like I just gave 1500 to a Nigerian prince.

Orkin came and sprayed my house after I had been gone for several months & did a great job. I was running alittle late coming from another appointment & the technician pleasantly waited a few extra minutes for me. Answered any questions I had and educated me on a few things. I would definitely recommend Orkin & will use them on a regular basis.
