Great service!  Victor was very helpful in providing us with a new water heater.  He took the time in explaining the various types of water heaters on the market and made it easy for picking the right one for our family.  They had same day service and the price was very reasonable.   The installation price was all inclusive.   So no up charges for removal of old water heater or any additional costs.  If you need a new water heater in a hurry, call Hinsdale Plumbing for quick, great service at a good price.  They are the best value in the burbs.

I called to see how soon I could have someone out to inspect an issue with our plumbing. The crew arrived within 30 minutes and they were able to resolve the issue in no time!

Called because of an emergency situation and called several recommendations from friends before just mapping out local plumbers. Found Park Ridge Plumbing from my map app and called, mind you its 8 pm. When he answered the phone I was grateful and when he said he would be there in an hour I was overjoyed. Offered to come the next day without the after hours fee but some situations are desperate.  Came and rodded out the pipes that were causing a problem, checked and double checked. Had a conversation with me about the culprit toilet papers to avoid and were so kind. I truly had visions of much greater expenses in my head (but was told an estimate over the phone and it was spot on).   Great work, clean and so kind. These guys had probably worked all day, it was yucky cold and rainy and here I was keeping them out even longer...going into my book for any future work. Thank you so much - customer for life.

These guys are great. Very professional and courteous. Came out within 2 hours of calling, fixed the issue (broken pipe) for a fair price. Joe was very professional. Gave us a few options. No hard sell. Would totally call them again. Sent email invoice on spot with pics of job done. Everything automated on a iPad. Very cool and efficient. Also recommended adding a valve shutoff to use during winter to help prevent pipe from breaking again. Overall, great customer service. They send an email after they leave and ask for a rating of the service tech. These guys are legit!

We tried LaCassa Plumbing after Carmen LaCassa replaced a water heater in our pastor's home.  We have had a leaky hose bibb on the front of our house for a couple of years and finally decided to do something about it when we heard about LaCassa.  Complicating the job was the fact that an electric conduit, water pipe and heating duct were all within a foot or so of each other in the crawlspace, leaving very little room to work, and the old bibb had been mortared into a front wall of uneven stonework. Carmen did a careful job of removing the old bibb with a minimum of disturbance to the stonework, and setting in and sealing the new bibb. I was under the impression that he was going to just bid-out our job, but was happily surprised when he was actually ready to do the repair on-the-spot. As a bonus, he is a very neat worker, using boot covers whenever he came into the house.

Update to the review and thanks to Bill for reaching out. After communication issues (wrong email address I understand), my husband got a revised quite back from Good and we agreed to go with them. Their plumber, Paul, was prompt and did both items we asked in the time allotted. We have only been in the house a week (part of the reason for delayed review update) but all is working well. We will definitely be using Good again for our plumbing needs!

Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.

I just had a great experience (from first call to job completion) with Maximum Plumbing.  The attention to detail from both Max and Lukas from my first call was outstanding.

Lukas quickly identified the issue I figured needed to be serviced, but then went above and beyond to assess a few other potential issues I hadn't even considered.  His desire to do the job right likely saved me tens of thousands of dollars in future flood damage in the very near future.

Difoggio James and Sons was a great plumbing experience. The quick response and the friendly service is wonderful. My dishwasher was not working and he came in and fixed it however it was so minor that he didn't even charge me. That is what you call great service. If I would have called anyone else there would have been a service fee up front. Thank you.

I was having some water come up in the floor drain of my laundry room after I would take a shower. I called up DRC based on the reviews I saw here and on Google. I called at the end of the workday, and Derek was polite on the phone and readily made time for me the next day. He and Keith came by to help me out. They were polite, efficient, and fair. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and, more importantly, solved it. I don't have to take three-minute showers anymore! I will definitely be calling them the next time I have an issue. Thanks guys!

Wanted to come here to heap praise on Robert only to find that I'm last in a long line of people before me who have come to do the same. Had a circuit in the kitchen on the fritz all weekend, was fairly concerned about a potential electrical fire, and was so relieved when DFC told me on Monday morning that Robert would be out that evening. Punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable, Robert showed up on his way home at the end of the day, around 6pm, and fixed our panel in under an hour. Went above and beyond by checking out some other concerns I had (which required him to go outside in the pouring rain) and providing a requested estimate for some additional work that we need. Can't say enough about DFC/Robert. Thanks again!

Charlie is amazing! Not only did he quote me a price $150 lower than everyone else I called but he came out to do the job 30mins after we hung up the phone. He did an amazing job and was on his way! Everyone that we called quoted us a ridiculous price and went on and on about how long it would take. Charlie had the job done in less than 45 mins! I will never use another plumber again. Our kitchen sink was leaking and I called Jaryd based on a facebook recommendation.  Jaryd was able to come the next day and replace my garbage disposal.  Very fair pricing and quick and quality service.  Will def call Jaryd again for any plumbing need.  Thank you!!

The pricing is confusing. I was charged an $89 fee to show up which I understood as what would typically be the diagnostic fee and then $125/hr. The guy was here for 20 min, could not actually do the repair, and needed to go do research to see if the parts were available to do the work and I am left with a $214 bill. As an architect who works with construction people on a daily bases, this is not how I have ever seen someone do business. I would say to make sure that they have the capability to do the job and get everything in writing beforehand.
