I know there are reputable companies in every industry and service; but often they are hard to find.  I met Dustin from TSM after a storm event in the Prescott Valley area.  Many roofs were damaged in our community and he was handing out cards like most companies do when there is opportunity for business.  Little did I know at the time, that my relationship with Dustin and TSM roofing would be an amazing experience.  Our insurance adjuster came within a week or so, and someone from TSM was here to help guide them through all the damage.  Well, the adjuster/company only offered a small amount for what HE saw as damages.  Dustin followed up with a detailed damage assessment, and after some back and forth, the insurance company paid for nearly a full roof replacement.  Dustin helped with the product selection and held off the actual replacement until the weather was warm enough to seal the shingles together.  The roof was finished in a day, it was an absolute mess, that the crew cleaned up perfectly.  And after they left, Dustin stayed for another hour or so walking the property with his magnet broom making sure that they got as many nails as possible.  He even sprayed and scrubbed some of the pavers on the patio and driveway that had some blackmarks from the process.  Don't look any further for a roofing company that you can trust.  Just call TSM.

This company has it down! Great customer service. Great Pricing. Great install team. They use the best materials in the industry. Team was at my house at 7:30 am and were done and all cleaned up by 2pm. Amazing!

Charles at AZ Family returned my inquiry right away and based off of these reviews and his response I gave him the green light to paint my exterior. He was able to start right away and we worked out an agreement via text prior to his visit where we dotted the i's and crossed the t's... Charles was also very helpful in the selection of the paint he used and the colors. The crew was fantastic, clean, considerate, professional. They power washed, repaired stucco where needed, scraped old paint, just did a great job. We had 2 very minor issues almost not worth mentioning and they were taken care of right away and with pride. We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I needed my roof sealed. I contacted 5 companies with 5 star ratings. The Roof Medics was one of two companies that would consider helping me. They went out of their way to get a ladder tall enough to reach my roof tiles, to get to my roof. They took great photos to show me my roof condition and made a recommendation. I wanted to seal my roof and the bid was for foaming the roof. I chose a different company to seal the roof, but will definitely consider Roof Medics when I am ready to foam m roof. We were in need of having cracks on our walk deck treated to prevent further water damage . After having several estimates by unsure contractors Zac came out and confidently knew what needed to be done.

I was fast approaching the need for a roof repair. My neighbor had used Ready Roofing and was very satisfied with their service, price and professionalism. I have a complex roof and a medium to large home. When I needed estimates for my roof replacement, I added Ready Roofing into the four estimates I received.

Jose and his crew have serviced my roof 2 times now and always do a great job at a more than reasonable price.  While several other companies wanted me to pay upfront just to come and do an inspection of the damages, Jalisco showed up the next day to assess the damages, gave me a very reasonable quote and had the leak fixed the same day....I didn't even have to be home as they sent me all of the before and after pics.

I have used BCS services for multiple projects involving my roof, wood fascia on my patio , and most recently work on the wood supports and trim of the garage doors which had been sun damaged and rotted. The workmanship is top notch, and the results always exceed my expectations. Dean is honest and upfront, his professionalism exceptional. He is business savvy and provides written estimates with explicit descriptions of the work to be performed. HIGHLY recommend!

We had great experience with JTD roofing. We needed few broken tiles to be repaired and they were very thorough, well priced, polite and quick to respond.

Ultra Foam LLc did my 14x20 & 8x7 patio roofs on time and for less than the other two companies that I received quotes from. But the reason I gave them the job wasn't price alone. They offered 2 foam, where the others were offering 1 and they offered 2 coats of sealer, where the others only quoted 1 coat.

So all the way around I feel I got a good deal and a quality install from this company.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

My husband and I recently had our roof repaired by Right Way Roofing.  They were the best!  When we received a free quote from them they put together a nice folder with all of the information we needed and sample colors of tiles we could choose from.  They were professional from beginning to end.  They were always available by phone and email which was very convenient.  The guys that worked on our roof worked very quickly and did quality work.  It is very clear that this company values their customers and takes pride in the work they do.  The whole process was very easy and I felt confident that we chose a trustworthy company.  I will definitely recommend them to others in the future.
