Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

We received excellent service and a new roof from Five Guys Construction.  All the employees we were in contact with were truly professional, courteous and prompt in all of their communications from phone calls to text messaging to emails. Justin arrived promptly for the appraisal of our roof and told us what was wrong with the roof without a high pressure sale.  His bid for the job arrived in a timely manner.  The bid was clear and thorough as to what they would do.  The cost in comparison to other bids we received was very reasonable.  Jake, the project manager, and Landon,the assistant project manager, were great to work with.  They listened to our concerns about preventing roof rat access into the attic and followed up by making sure we knew they had stopped up a hole we had pointed out as a problem spot and any other areas they thought could be a problem.  The crew did a thorough, quality roof replacement for us that we have confidence will last and protect our home. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and left the premises pristine at the conclusion. Our neighbor was impressed and noted how systematically the work progressed with equipment (roll off dumpster, trailers, roofing supplies, etc.) coming and going efficiently as needed throughout the project.  Everything was done as they promised with no surprise extra costs at the end.  We can definitely recommend Five Guys Construction for your roofing needs!

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

We needed help on a roof....crazy long story but this company saved us! They were professional, quick, on time, accurate and most of all HONEST.

David arrived 20 minutes after I called to request a quote due to my roof leaking.  He began and finished the job the next day, even with the rainstorm in the late morning.  I would recommend this company to anyone.  Roof has not leaked a drop since they completed the job, even though there have been several heavy rain and wind storms.  Thanks so much!  You guys rock!   Way to go ... Super customer service, which is hard to find.

Arrow Roofing sent an estimator right out, explained everything, gave fair estimate. I accepted and they used premium underlayment and best composite shingles on the market, completed tear off and installed new roof in 1 day. Cleaned up properly. Very satisfied and reccomend Arrow Roofing.

I needed help right away with my roof. The roof developed a leak because of the lack of a saddle or metal flashing surrounding the chimney. I was able to get an estimate that day and the work completed a day later. The crew was great and finished the work within 2 hours. I am so happy that I found Patterson Roofing! Just finished roof last Friday and I was very impressed. Pat came out and gave me a quote and I believe that for what they did it was fair. It wasn't the lowest quote but it was the most comprehensive. The crew showed up on time and worked for 5 days straight to complete the job. The quality was amazing compared to what the builder had done 24 years ago. I would definitely recommend Jeff and his crew at Stapleton for any tile roofing job. You won't be disappointed.

We had many leaks in our roof and had Mark Dunne come out to repair the roof. He told us we didn't need a new roof at the time and he charged us $8,000 to spray some stuff on it and repair it. We trusted his expert opinion and did what he told us to do. Every time it rained the roof continued to leak, over and over and over again. We called him to come fix it, he'd show up but still never fixed the problem. I have been dealing with a leaky roof now for 2 years after spending $8,000 on it. I'm extremely frustrated, disappointed and feel as though he scammed us. I would never use this company EVER again!

I messaged to schedule a free estimate on our roof and we confirmed an appointment . However, on the day of our appointment no one showed up and there was no phone call.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
