Derek and James were super communicative.  We always knew what was going on.  We had huge window to install and a completely new door unit with side window.  They worked really hard.  They were easy to work with and really in tune with the needs of the customer.  They answered every question we had and we felt like they were looking out for us.

In the past we have had work done and the workers finished the job, but left the place a mess.  Derek and James made our place look cleaner when they left than it was when they came.  They worked like pros...oh...because the ARE pros.  Highly recommend these guys.  Thank you AZ Window and Door.  Great service...place looks fabulous.

I had such a great experience with K&J windows from beginning to end. What I liked the most about K&J besides their great prices was how friendly everyone was. When they visit your home for the first time, it's simply an informative visit then they leave and send you a quote later. I really appreciated this approach as opposed to a different company in town who tried to make a sale before walking out the door. I also had a good experience with the installation crew. I found John from Imperial windows through yelp.  We shopped around and John offered the best prices- he was very easy to work with.  He was very thorough, informative, and answered all out questions and concerns.  We are very happy with our sunscreens and our house already feels cooler.....Money well spent :)

Long story, our dog jumped through a window and we needed it replaced with a dog-proof double pane. It wasn't totally smooth sailing, there were issues with the supplier around the holidays and our CC got run twice. Stuff happens, that's life/business. What matters is how it's handled. They fought for us with their distributor and got us our window on time and refunded us the extra charge before we even noticed it. The tech who measured and installed was also super friendly. I'd recommend them.

OH! I should also mention the window looks great and my dog is totally back to his normal crazy self.

Desert King was perfect from our quote to installation. We had very old single pane, aluminum frame 80's windows that allowed in a lot of noise and dust. They helped make a couple suggestions like adding a picture window instead which turned out phenomenal and better than we'd imagined. Installers, Nick and Cooper were also incredible. Very experienced, thorough and were even able to work around the additional pool construction we had going on at the same time. Very very pleased!! Thank you!

These guys are quick and friendly! I called several people first that were very rude and seemed to have no idea what I was needing but these guys immediately understood and were ready to help. The customer service and technicians were both outstanding. They fixed my back sliding glass door and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Hired them to install and frameless shower recently. Nick came over to measure and when comparing to how the other company measured he was more detailed. He answered all my questions and was quick to respond which sold me. What really made them stand out was taking care of a problem that occurred. Cheryl was on top of it and they didn't shy away like some businesses would. I recommend using them.

Great company!  Outstanding service from Carrie on the phone, to Jason the estimator and the crew of Jose and Dan.  Crew came out as scheduled and completed the work in a very timely and professional  manner.  It was a pleasure to work with this company.  If I could give them 10 stars I would have.

I'm so happy to have found this company! We needed a new back sliding glass patio door. The old one was really old and needed to be replaced. They sent Rod the salesman over and he got us all set up. He offered options, explained everything thoroughly, was not pushy in the least bit. Nice guy. Put down a deposit and placed the order.
Of course there was a bit of time we had to wait to get the door, but that's everywhere post-COVID. Not their (or any business's) fault. No big deal, it was fine. The wait was just as Rod said.  No problem.
Then the door came in, they had the two installers come out. Jullien & Colby installed it. Nice guys, really great work. Highly skilled, very talented guys. These two guys got the door installed and it's absolutely perfect. Jullien is the man! The door is great and we are very happy with American Vision and all the ppl from the company.

Not all the plugs were not included with the door and I have not been able to get the plugs. I do not feel the door is completely installed though it has been completely paid for.

Ever since I moved into my condo in Sun City, during the heavy rains, water would seep under the patio door into the Arizona room. I had people tell me that it couldn't be repaired. But Joe and Jeff came out, took off the whole door, fixed the problem with the bottom plate not being sealed down properly, replaced the trim, and even put new trim around the two patio windows. The wall with the patio door was not even tightly fastened down, so it moved! They fixed all of those things, including several issues not in the initial quote, at no extra charge. I was also doing some remodeling in my bathroom but had gotten stuck. So, while they were here for the patio door, Joe also did some work in the bathroom, even though that was not why they had come out. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Joe and Efficient Home Pro.

Such an AMAZING company! Chris was truly great to work with and he made the entire process smooth and efficient. He was always available for questions and when he was not, he got back in a timely manner. The day of the installation was quick and easy and I couldn't be happier with the quality of my windows! I have saved so much on my energy bills with heating and cooling. I referred Chris to a friend of mine and he experienced the same quality of work. I will continue to refer Tracer Window and Door to all my friends and family who are looking for a reliable and respectful company.

I had an excellent experience today buying 4 appliances with Bill Erdstein at Bell Road Home Depot.  Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Also was able to get us a discount . Thank you, Bill and Home Depot.

So the juries out for me. Ordered 15 windows and 1 slider about 2 months ago. Was scheduled to begin April 3rd. They emailed to say they were short staffed and needed to reschedule for April 10th. Then they rescheduled for April 12th. The 5 man crew came out on the 12th and said they couldn't make it the 13th because they had to work on another job. They came the 14th and said they would be back Monday the 17th but 2 of the crew had to work on another job. AND the kicker to it all is, once they get done, they contract with a guy to do stucco repair and cannot give me his schedule.

$25,000 and this is the way I'm treated?? Crew is great but there is very little communication from sales (who told me he had no idea this was happening) or scheduling. I'm told they'll figure it out and let me know but I haven't heard anything from anyone and my house is in disarray because I've had to move stuff. I've missed work and had to reschedule dog care multiple times.  Will update if the job ever gets done. Would not recommend this company!

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

I walk into their office it wa informed that they can't give me a price on windows. In the middle of a show Room standing there 2 people working and they can't give me numbers because their sales guy needs to call me. This is unbelievable I guess they really don't want business. I will have to call Dave Ramsey and explain to him the level of customer service he's advertising Is not what hes portraying it to be. I made a special trip down here So I can speak to somebody in person. Shame on window world
