This company is amazing. From Damon, sales assocate, to Greg the owner, they all do a great job. We contacted them to get an estimate on replacement of all our windows and sliding doors. We visited their showroom to see in person the quality and style. All was first rate. They took measurements and in about 6 weeks, they were ready to install. Miquel and his crew arrived on schedule. They replaced 5 sliding doors and 12 windows in three days. All work was done perfectly, and, I was assured by everyone involved, if we discover a problem, just let them know. They are double pane filled with Argon gas for enery efficiency. They cleaned up completely , and the repaired  stucco and drywall looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company. They were not the lowest estimate, but, to have everything done properly, neatly and with Great quality, was worth every dollar.

We got sunscreens installed by John.  John was great, on time and professional. He even helped us fill out forms for the SRP sunscreen rebates. The sunscreens look awesome, John knows how to make them actually look good. Ours has a grid pattern on them to match the windows. Price was right too, comparable with other estimates from other companies (who probably would have given us an inferior product).

Very quick response to inquiries. Great, reasonable price for services rendered and friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Best experience I've had with home repairs, ever. If I ever need a similar service I will be using this company again. 10/10 would recommend.

I called dependable glass after getting an outrageous quote from another company for what turned out to be a much cheaper fix.

The work was completed in a timely manner and we are appreciative of being given another option for repair that hadn't been provided by the other company.

This is a great company! From start to finish everyone was friendly and knowledge.  Chris and David did a fantastic job replacing our 25 windows. They were always on time and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company!

In 2018 we had K & J Windows completely replace all of the windows in our home on Love Court in Fountain Hills. They did an outstanding job we gave them five stars and it was well earned on their part.  You may be able to find my previous review here on Yelp. Knowing what kind of work they did for us back then we didn't even hesitate to call them to come and give us an estimate for patio doors and man door for our new house. Once again K&J was not only the lowest bidder but also the best quality product.  We got the best quality and best price and then we got the best installers. Jose and Jacob who are a father son team worked tirelessly, flawlessly and expertly for the entire day. I was extremely impressed how independently they worked yet seamlessly the entire day. I didn't realize Jacob was Jose's son until the end of the day. It wasn't like a father teaching or instructing his son, they were truly separate and well qualified workers. You could tell they had the experience and expertise to do this entire job independently if they had to.  So hats off to K & J Windows for another five star job.  If you're looking to replace your windows in your residence do not hesitate for a second to contact K & J windows.  You'll be impressed with their high quality of Windows, installers and customer service.  They are by far the best around.

My 58 x 30 double pane bedroom window had shattered. I called several glass companies and Apodaca's' Glass was the first to respond. They stopped by confirmed the dimensions and ordered the replacement glass that day. The installation was quick and I am very happy with the final results.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Quality and service outstanding.  They did two shower enclosures and a glass accent panel for us .  Work was clean and professional.

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

From the time I ordered to completion of my window project Everyone has been great kept me informed along the way and answered any questions I had .. My installer James and his partner did an outstanding job keeping me informed of the process and answered all my silly questions. OUTSTANDING!! Had a 20 year old large picture window replaced a couple years ago by another company that did a terrible job. Needed another replaced and was determined to find a great company. Southwest was it. Steve and Mike did an excellent job of replacing the broken window (with a new frame) then cleaned up spotlessly. Southwest is honest, ethical, reasonably priced, licensed, bonded, insured, and have a special certificate given to only 5% of contractors in the country.  Very highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience today buying 4 appliances with Bill Erdstein at Bell Road Home Depot.  Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Also was able to get us a discount . Thank you, Bill and Home Depot.

We had Gene come out we can half ago to get a quote for a couple of French doors, he promised to have it to us within about four days. We did not receive a quote I contacted the company & Gene again at the end of the week & was promised a quote by that afternoon. Still no quote 3 days later! Apparently they're willing to go out and visit customers but they don't need the business. This baffles me as they are a local business and I would think they thrive on local customers.

. Started out bad, when I called and spoke to Megan. Immediately she was rude, no customer skills what so ever. I should have known right then and there to say, no thank you.
I ended up taking the 1st available she offered. On 7/28, my neighbor ended up having windows installed. Of course, I was curious to see what they looked like and the process.
No exaggeration, the installer was throwing long metal pieces out the window to another installer below in the courtyard, while he was using a saw to cut them in shorter length.
That is a safety issue, for someone walking by, or could have left metal pieces or screws in the grass etc.
Once I found out it was window world, I decided that's not the company I want installing my product.
I called 7/29 called to cancel my estimate. Didn't get the young girls name, I explained why I was canceling, she said ok. I asked to speak with her manager, she told me no, and she would relay the message. Right before we hung up, I asked about hanging up blinds after the install, she explained all that is extra.
We are happy to report I called renewal by Anderson and immediately , a project Manger came out, explained all the product, styles, options, and displayed professionalism. We as consumers have options, explore them before settling for a bargain window company.
