Once again, amazing service and options when replacing all of our windows. They were prompt in returning a request for a call back, quick to schedule our estimate, and timely in installation. Their prices are great making replacement affordable on our budget. I can't overlook Dan, Davin, Miguel, and Jackie!

I recently finished getting new windows installed from K&J. They were one of a number of different companies I contacted and who visited my home. Right out of the gate, I found K&J's sales representative, Cody, to be honest, very competent, and understanding of my needs and budget.

I have to admit I was a little concerned because K&J's rate was MUCH better than some of the other offers I received. They were around $8K less than the top bidder for my install. However, every interaction I had with their company was beyond stellar. The two gentlemen who showed up to finally install my windows were the icing on the cake. They were extremely professional, respectful of my property, and clean. They finished the job in record time, with exceptional quality, and left me with beautiful new windows that keep both the heat and sound out.

I attempted to gather quotes from 3 companies for my new window screens. John was not the first to respond. We had already received a quote from another 5 star rated company and were ready to move forward when John came for an estimate. John's estimate was in line with our others. His had a couple of extra benefits, like screwing down the screens and a couple of nicer decorative touches for two of our windows.

All through the process, John was informative, responsive and just all around great. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would need screens.

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!

Job and Robert did an outstanding job installing our doors and windows.  Some of the install was complex, but they completed it quickly and professionally!

They even washed the sliding door windows that they had installed last month!  I highly recommend American Vision Windows, and especially Job and Robert!

We moved into a new home with a big office space but also a big open space with no doors. We contacted Southwest door and sash and they came out quickly even during the pandemic measured and gave us a price the same day. They told us that there  would be a delay because of supplies which we totally understood and everybody was going through the same dilemma. The installer came and he was fantastic he walked us through step-by-step what he was doing - our doors are beautiful - we get so many compliments.  Opaque glass  with white wood frame - it's a huge space but they made it look like I t's original to the house!     Thank so much for a great job - highly recommended!

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

I visited their showroom to inquire about a window replacement.  The only person there was what I assumed was the warehouse man.  He advised that the salesperson was out but he would take my information for the sales person, which he did.  When I said it was for a single window, he advised that they have a minimum of three.  He did offer the alternative of selling me the single window and gave me a reference for someone that could do the install.  As a retired small business owner, I was impressed with his desire to help me.  But then I never heard from the salesperson.   I won't beg a business to take my money and am offended when I take the time to travel to their office and a salesperson won't take the time to make a phone call and give me a price.  Obviously they have the wrong person in the sales position.

I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

While I havent had any work done by Mountain View Windows and More. Unfortunately I went another route. Out of all the estimates I got mountain view definitely gave one of the most reasonable quotes and the customer service is awesome. They were helpful over the phone and answered all the questions I had. Dont be like me and go for the cheapest it will cost you more in the long run. Learn from my mistake and go with the pros.

I do like to shop around, and I do like to enjoy my building projects, as well as make them go smoothly. I install my own windows, so I cannot speak to their install process, however, this is my second,
no-fuss purchase through Low-E windows, both delivered on-site, and I'm very happy with the result.

Stay far away from this business!! They lie!! We have waited for over a year for a replacement window and all we ever get is an email saying it was delayed again!! The owner is rude and the biggest liar of them all!! They sent a replacement glass and the installer showed up and the replacement was damaged and so he put the broken glass back in the frame only now it is wrapped in plastic and it it the front picture window of our home!  Stay very far away from this business!!

Guys came out and replaced the rollers and door works great now.   Saved a ton of money going through these guys as opposed to replacing the whole door

An update for my neighbors here with experiences so similar to mine it hurts. I have tried to work this out with UWD at least 8 times and as some here, zero communications despite clear breach of contract of bait and switch windows, two convicted dangerous drug and theft employees on my property represented as licensed, bonded and insured (which cost me $100K and one of them is on surveillance tape at 2 retail stores using my credit card information.  A more complete description below. UWD left no alternative but to file suit and that includes UWD who licenses retailers, scripts and markets for them.  First, I now find that UWD PHX does not have a legal existence now.  Please check for yourself: The Arizona Secretary of State shows that Universal Windows of Phoenix which was a trade name of AB Remodelers LLC has gone inactive as of July 8, 2021. I didn't pick AB Remodelers or know they existed until these issues.  My contract is from UWD for a Unishield Premium window - NOT Alside.  Now Desert View Remodelers, the trade name holder for Universal Windows of Las Vegas, is being substituted in on the AZ ROC license 307889 as the manager of AB Remodeling and Desert View is also the sole manager of AB Remodelers LLC .  I also discovered that on December 30, 2021 Great Day Improvements LLC acquired UWD, the headquarters who licenses the resellers.  I am not going to give up until someone is accountable.  My house is a disaster, devalued and whoever in Las Vegas has my entire payment.  DM me if you need additional details.  Improve?  Put someone honest in charge of this operation.

I wanted to warn everyone about Bright lite home exteriors LLC. This company is very unethical and unprofessional business in so many ways. It's really sad when a Company has no pride, or care in the services they offer.
As a customer you would  think when hiring a company to do the job  that your special dream protect  will be completed soon.  But Not with Bright Lite Home   Exteriors LLC. The contract you must sign is a joke.
And the verbiage only pertains/ and it protects the contractor from none payment from the job and protects them if there's a delay in starting  and finishing the job. They also require 50 % down.  So with that being said please tell Everyone you know not to Hired this company you could be waiting six months or more before they evening start the job.  I Do not know how people get away With doing business this way , and then go home and  Comfortable and lay their head on a pillow and sleep at night., If you the consumer are looking onto hiring this company I beg you please save your money it will save you headaches and a lot of pain.
